연예인 공연 선택속성에 관한 연구 : 대학축제를 중심으로

The purpose of study is to verify role of celebrity music show, which are routinely included as one of festival programs in colleges. Media coverage and research have raised concerns about celebrity performances especially in college setting. Observing the attributes shared by festivals and entertainment and leverage effect of entertainment to enhance the festival, causal relations among variables were probed. Self-administered survey was conducted with 131 S college students in Busan who have recently participated in the festival. Results found that college music show selection attributes positively affect on music show satisfaction except for physical environment which revealed the show trait in college festival setting. Music show satisfaction, including music show behavior intention, had causal relationships with and festival behavior intention which suggests the possible guide of positive behavior such as staying in festival venue, experiencing festival programs and using auxiliary facilities based on sense of community originated from students and celebrity fandom. Moreover, this research suggested that celebrity show should be prepared in conjunction with all festival and practically defended controversial celebrity show in college setting.
This study identifies the spatial location characteristics of accommodation facilities in the Jeju area, based on tourist facilities. It analyzes the location characteristics for accommodation facilities by dividing them into types and collecting spatial data. According to the analysis, the laws governing each type of accommodation are the basis for the distribution of accommodation facilities in Jeju by region. The analysis also identifies the overall pattern of clustering for accommodations. It finds that the Tourism Accommodation and Rural Housing businesses have a complementary relationship, while the distribution of lodging under the Public Health Control Act changed due to both changes in policy and development of the environment. Future studies need to be conducted that take into account the factors affecting the spatial distribution and the size of the accommodations at the same time.
The purpose of this study was to study the legal status and grounds for accessible tourism for the disabled in Korean society. To this end, data collection and research methods were analyzed using the results of previous studies and various documents and materials related to tourism accessible to people with disabilities. In particular, the report on disability policy, periodicals, books, domestic and foreign cases, newspaper articles, etc. were consulted and explored. As a result of this study, the implications of social system such as support for the rights and social participation of persons with disabilities through strong legislation, a collaborative network that accesses welfare as rights, policy for the disabled(consumer)-oriented access, and agreement through discussion and education The legal status and grounds for accessible tourism for the disabled in Korea were presented. As a result, policy research is needed on the status and economic value of accessible tourism in Korea, and policy development is required through the formation of a central government-level Task Force Team(TFT) for accessible tourism, and continuous promotion and education on accessible tourism, Proposed methods to persuade tourism service providers, including workshops and campaigns.
항공서비스관련학과의 이미지메이킹 교육과정체계가 교육만족도 및 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 연구

The airline's image-making training is a corporate personnel system that seeks to select human resources with good personality and positive image. This research studies on effect of education satisfaction on job-hunting and contributes to provide basic data on image training in order to provide proper and realistic information to the students. To achieve above purpose, base on the advanced research, education satisfaction was set as various in relationship between image making education curriculum and job preparation to design the research model. Then, 397 surveys were distributed to aerial service related majoring students. After the survey was collected, statistic program, SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0, was used in analysis of actual proof. The result is as in the following. First, external image training and personality education give positive effect to education satisfaction. Second, education on manner doesn't give significant effect on the satisfaction. Third, education satisfaction is mediation of relationship between image making education curriculum and job preparation and relationship between external image training, personality education and job preparation. Base on these result, image making education curriculum necessary in training talent individual needs to be improved and provides effective education to give students satisfaction and helps in job preparation practically.
온라인 여행사(OTA) 서비스 품질과 이용의도 간 관계에서 신뢰, OTA 규모 및 거래 안정성의 조절효과

The objectives of this study are to provide beneficial implications for domestic online travel agency(OTA) by verifying effect relationship between its service quality and use intention of customer, and moderating effects of trust, OTA scale, and transaction safety on the relationship. To achieve the goal, as a conceptual framework of the study, the literatures on OTA’s service quality and intention of use, and trust, OTA scale, and transaction safety were reviewed, and the empirical study on the perception of people who had experience OTA’s service more than one time at least for the past one year were performed. The major finding of the study summarized as follows : Firstly, the three factors, OTA’s service quality, trust, OTA scale, and transaction safety had significant impacts on use intention. Secondly, the moderating effect of interaction of trust and OTA scale had significant impact on the relationship between OTA’s service quality and intention of use. However, the moderating effect of interaction of trust and transaction safety didn’t have significant impact on the relationship.
전염병 위협에 따른 호텔 산업의 위기관리에 관한 탐색적 연구

The tourism industry around the world is facing an unprecedented crisis due to COVID-19 Pandemic. In particular, hotels were directly hit with a sharp drop in tourists demand and this led to temporary shutdowns or even closures. In the midst of a crisis, you need to find a variety of ways to secure hotel business continuity. The purpose of this study is to present a crisis management standard step by step for the hotel industry in response to general infectious epidemics. In order to achieve this purpose of the study, first, we looked into the past epidemic cases that have spread after the 2000s which affected the tourism industry, and examined how the hotel industry's crisis responses have developed during those epidemics. Second, prior studies on tourism crisis management strategies were explored. Third, based on these prior studies, the best suitable crisis response strategies for each stage of the epidemic situation were suggested for the hotel industry. The crisis response strategies were classified by the following criteria ① the stage of the crisis, ② the role of departments in the hotel, and ③ the purpose and situation. Therefore, this study is expected to be useful as a basic research data in preparing and setting up crisis management in times of epidemic threats in the hotel industry. In addition, this study will be helpful in the field of hotel companies in times of crisis.
서비스 접점직원의 감정부조화가 직무탈진 및 고객지향성에 미치는 영향 : 항공사를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of emotional dissonance of airline MOT employee on job burnout and customer orientation. To achieve this goal, a survey was conducted for approximately 7 weeks from April 3 to May 17, 2019. A total of 320 copies were distributed and 307 were collected, and 293 copies were used for the final analysis, excluding 14 copies that were not suitable for statistical analysis. The hypothesis test was conducted using statistical programs of SPSS 21.0 version. The analysis results are as follows. First, it was found that emotional dissonance had a significant positive(+) effect on burnout. Second, emotional dissonance was found to have a significant negative effect on customer orientation. Third, only emotional exhaustion during job burnout was found to have a significant negative(-) effect on customer orientation. The result of this study is expected to raise the importance of emotion management of airline MOT employee and to be used as basic data for finding management plans.

Leisure activities play an important role in understanding and learning new cultures. The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationships between seriousness in leisure, identity, and acculturation for immigrant women of multicultural families in South Korea. Participants in this study were one hundred twenty immigrant women of multicultural families from Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions. The results showed that seriousness in leisure had a significant relationship with identity and acculturation for immigrant women of multicultural families. Results of this study also found that there was a positive relationship between identity and acculturation for immigrant women of multicultural families. Additionally, there was also a significant and indirect relationship between seriousness in leisure and acculturation for immigrant women of multicultural families. The findings from this study utilized the basic data of leisure-culture policies for immigrant women of multicultural families in South Korea. Additionally, it may need to develop the leisure-related facilities and programs in order to improve the level of acculturation for immigrant women of multicultural families. Future research may need to explore the determinants of acculturation for immigrant women of multicultural families in different settings using longitudinal approaches.

This study analyzes the perception of SNS tourism information service users, focusing on the usefulness of SNS tourism information. We examined how this perception affects behavioral intentions such as sharing information with others, or using direct information. This analysis process established the mediating effect of trust and satisfaction in tourism information. Through this study, we tried to provide implications on tourism related organizations, industries, and operators of SNS tourism information service. For the analysis of the data, we checked the reliability and validity of the measurement tool, analyzed descriptive statistics, and performed regression analysis to test the hypothesis. The result of this study implicates that trust and satisfaction in information have a mediating effect in the process, where the perception of the usefulness of SNS tourism information influences the behavioral intention.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of perfectionist tendencies of airline cabin crews on job stress, psychological burnout, and turnover intention. Airline cabin crews work in-flight to pursue a more complete and trouble-free work process. Crew members are exposed in a variety of abnormal situations and are held to standards of perfection, which makes them subjected to job stress and psychological burnout. In addition, the researcher predicted that turnover intention would be affected if such job stress and psychological burnout occurred. Based on these predictions, a survey was conducted to total of 204 domestic airline cabin crews to design and verify the research model, The results of the study are as follows. First, the perfectionist tendencies of airline cabin crews had an effect on job stress. Second, the propensity of airline cabin crews to follow standards of perfection had an effect on psychological burnout. Third, the job stress of airline cabin crews had an effect on turnover intention. Fourth, the psychological burnout of airline cabin crews had an effect on turnover intention. The results of the study present suggestions on how to focus and manage net functions rather than focusing on the adverse functions of the perfectionism of airline cabin crews. The results also suggest implications for airline human resource management.
호텔 레스토랑의 서비스스케이프가 호텔 신뢰 및 공동가치제안의도에 미치는 영향 : 서울소재 5성급 호텔을 중심으로

The objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between servicescape, hotel trust, and intention to co-creation, focusing on restaurant users of 5 star hotels in Seoul. To achieve the objective, an online survey was conducted for approximately 45days from February 15, 2020 to March 31, 2020. A total of 249 copies were collected, but 224 copies were used for the final analysis, excluding 25 copies with unstable responses. The hypotheses were tested using SPSS v.21 and AMOS v.21 programs. The analysis results are as follows. First, the cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and aesthetics of servicescape were found to have a significant positive effect on hotel trust. Second, the cleanliness, convenience, and aesthetics of servicescape were found to have a significant positive effect on the intention to co-creation. Third, hotel trust was found to have a significant positive effect on the intention to co-creation. It is expected that the results of this study will be used as the basic data for establishing a strategy on which factors should be focused on in order to improve the intention to co-creation.
호텔 수익성 개선을 위한 멤버십 프로그램 활성화 방안 연구 : 소셜 빅데이터 분석 방법을 중심으로

Due to the increase of leisure time, the demand for hotel use is continuously increasing. The aim of this study is to examine the activation plans of hotel membership program and perception of hotel membership program consumer’s by social media big data. Data were driven from the channels such as Goggle, Daum and Naver. The 55 words were collected as through semantic network analysis with a keyword of ‘hotel membership program’ for social big data research. The period was limited for 1 years from July 1, 2019 to June 31, 2020. As a results, first, various keywords recognized by hotel membership program consumer’s such as ‘discount’, ‘benefit’, ‘service’, ‘reservation’, ‘event’ were extracted. Second, as the result of CONCOR group analysis, totally 4 groups were formed. The social network analysis studies discussed the implication of hotel membership program activation plans.
