외식 소비자의 팁핑 의도와 IPA를 이용한 인적 서비스 품질속성 가치 연구

This study was performed to investigate the feasibility of tipping policy for reducing labor cost and increasing service quality into the personal service in foodservice industry. Concerns of tipping policy, tipping experiences, revisiting intention for dining out places and tipping willingness were analyzed to find out their relationships. Most of people were satisfied with table service and they also showed that tipping policy will make the personal service better and on the other hand the additional costs will be negative. People with more positive about tipping policy and people with tipping experiences showed relatively higher intention for revisiting the dining out places, but showed negative intention for tipping. Intention for revisiting and tipping had significantly relationship even though they were at the slightly low level.‘Sympathy’of personal service quality attributes had positively affected the intention of both revisiting and tipping. By using IPA, some of quality attributes in personal service were categorized in A group. Consequently, ‘sympathy’and‘IPA-group A’quality attributes in personal service should be differentiated to be more competitive and specialized in terms of‘decreasing costs’ and‘increasing quality’in foodservice industry.

The purpose of this study is to find the role of entertainment such as celebrities’ concerts in college festival setting. College festival should be served as the means to gather students and to provide sense of belongings but it also has been criticized with commercialization and companies’ sponsorship, which are presumably incompatible with. Entertainment business has prevailing over industries, including local festival and event and has functioned as value-added mechanism such as gathering participant with their attention effect and celebrity’s endorsement. Survey was administered to the 195 college festival participants in S university campus in Busan. Results revealed that among selection attributes, celebrities concert and program significantly effected to satisfaction and also satisfaction to re-participation intention. Also founded that higher attached to school life group showed significantly different selection attributes such as celebrities concert and program. The managerial significance and limitation of research were included.

Festival is considered one of the attractions that entice tourists. However, there is a great critical perspective on the holding of festivals, and this is because indiscriminate holding and operation of festivals, of which the performance has not been verified, are pointed out as the main cause for the waste of budget. Thus, a research is needed on the performance of the festival in the region and the festival participants’perceived satisfaction along with the management of the service quality to secure the competitiveness of the local festival. Therefore, this study investigated the relationships of the impacts among the service quality, the performance, and the satisfaction with the local festival. As a result of an analysis, it was found out that there were partially significant relationships of impacts among the service quality, the performance, and the satisfaction with the local festival. Based on this analysis, the implications were suggested.

The purpose of this study is to verify whether the newly revised hotel rating evaluation criteria, in particular the incognito evaluation criterion, can be expected to have a practical effect in the field of tourist hotel industry. In this study, the importance and satisfaction of the estimation items were measured in 8 different service areas within three five-star hotels in Seoul and Daegu. Using the IPA analysis method the items were shown on the two-dimensional drawing then It is divided into four sections: 'concentrate here', 'keep up the good work', 'low priority', 'possible overkill' depending on where the assessment index is located. According to finding of this analysis contribute the establishment of more effective hotel rating evaluation standards and positive guidance on the preparation of appropriate rating for five-star hotels.
Predicting potential demand in the future is an important issue in terms of estimating the size of demand in the light of uncertainty in the future market for a particular service offering. Air demand is selected by a variety of factors, and is ultimately determined by schedule, day of the week, season, price, service awareness, airline recognition, quality of service, reservation convenience, loyalty program, etc., which includes departure and arrival time. In order to realize revenue growth through the airline's profit management, accurate demand forecasts must be first of all. Therefore, this study uses the eight models presented by PROS to demonstrate the optimal demand forecast from the specific point of departure D-352 to the point of departure of the aircraft, using the eight models presented to determine the optimal profitability in the revenue management process, so as to establish the rationale for selecting the appropriate demand forecast model for each demand situation.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of customer contact service on customer satisfaction. In order to achieve this goal, we conducted a survey on the service satisfaction of parking lot and directly managed cafe, which is the foremost point of customer contact service, for spectators at s-Art Center, which is one of the leading large theaters in Korea. A total of 200 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis. As a result of analysis, it was found that the customer contact service at the theater affected customer satisfaction. In other words, all three sub-variables of parking service have a statistically significant effect, and service and departure factors have more influence on the factors of entrance. In other words, all of the seven sub-variables of café satisfaction have statistically significant effects, and they are influenced more in order of order, payment, and greeting. In conclusion, it is necessary to shift from provider-oriented service emphasizing efficiency and convenience to user-oriented service that provides services needed from the customer's point of view. To do this, it is necessary to regularly job training and strengthen cs-education for employee.

The objectives of this study are to the impact of attachment involvement on tourism factors and quality of Life. to what extent do the factors affect the quality of life of the people? Based on the results of the analysis, In this study, 307 valid samples were obtained from non-probabilistic sampling method from October 15 to October 20, 2017 in four areas of Hwa-cheon area. In order to investigate the effects of local influences, attachment, involvement, and quality of life on the improvement of the quality of life, t-test and one way ANOVA Correlation analysis was performed to examine the relationship, and 'regression analysis' was conducted for hypothesis testing. The results of this study showed that the attachment of the local residents had a significant influence on the local influential factors. Third, local influences have a significant effect on the quality of life of local residents, and sociality, economics, and culture have a significant effect on the quality of life of local residents.

The concentration of cruise companies has been remarkable since the 1980s in the cruise industry, with the largest three companies succeeding in entering new destination markets through multiple mergers and acquisitions of cruise ships, respectively, And took about 80% of the market. The purpose of this study is to analyze the world's No. 1 cruise companies with ser-M Framework and to draw some implications by studying the best mechanism for securing competitiveness. The research target is Carnival Corporation, which has a half of the market share of international cruise companies. In the past, research on cruise companies in the cruise industry has mainly been done from a microscopic point of view, but research from a macro and comprehensive viewpoint is insufficient. In this paper, we will explore the mechanisms that are crucial to the operation of the newly launched National Cruise line by dealing with the mechanism of representative cruise companies on the basis of ser-M. Generally, the representative companies in Korea have expanded their business by the strong leadership of the founder. However, since the Carnival Corporation has expanded through the horizontal integration (merger and acquisition) of several cruise companies, subject(S) centered mechanism is difficult to operate. Through the case analysis, Carnival has created an 'Environment Creation Mechanism(S-E-R Mechanism)' by converging the environment(E) presented by the destination market and operating the controllable resources(R) autonomously, and it can be said that it is the most appropriate mechanism as a mechanism of the National Cruise Line. This study is meaningful for the first time as a study of 'ser-M' based cruise enterprise mechanism, and it is meaningful that it is the case study of typical cruise corporation in a comprehensive study of the subjects, environment, resources and mechanism of cruise companies.

The energy for the urban regeneration is generated from the movement of capital, and for the satisfaction of all the stake-holders of urban regeneration, it requires the balance of use and exchange values generated from the project. Under the given conditions of urban regeneration policies of Korean government, focusing on residence renewal, the use of regenerated residences as the tourist accommodation could be an effective option for such a balance in tourism-leading regeneration strategy. Albergo Diffuso, diffused hotel, model has advantages of applications to the effective management of spatially scattered residence accommodations, and to the creation of new business as a part of Albergo Diffuso’s facilitating services.
