The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of job burnout in the relationship between the psychological contract violation and organizational cynicism of the merged corporate flight attendants after the announcement of the airline M&A. Since M&A causes considerable anxiety and fear in the future of the merged members, we would like to present a human resource management plan for successful M&A by reviewing the impact of negative psychological factors on the company. For this purpose, data were collected by conducting an online survey on flight attendants of airline A, the flight attendants of the merged company, and a total of 316 valid questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS v.23 and AMOS v.23 programs. As a result of the analysis, first, it was confirmed that the perception of psychological contract violation had a positive (+) relationship with organizational cynicism. Second, the perception of psychological contract violation was found to have a positive (+) relationship with job burnout. Third, it was confirmed that job burnout had a significant positive (+) effect on organizational cynicism. Finally, job burnout was found to have a mediating effect on the relationship between psychological contract violation and organizational cynicism. Based on these research results, we would like to present strategic implications for flight attendants human resource management for the currently underway airline M&A merger company.

본 연구는 코로나19로 인해 항공산업으로 인해 졸업과 동시에 취업에 어려움을 겪을 항공서비스 관련학 과 대학생들을 대상으로 코로나19 상황에서의 투지와 진로결정 수준에 영향을 미치는 교육환경 요인에 대한 연구를 수행하고자 시도하였다. 이에 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 강사와 교육프로그램의 질은 대학교육환경과 진로결정수준의 영향관계에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 물리적 환경은 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학교육환경과 그릿과의 관계에서 강사의 자격, 교육 프로그램, 신체환경 모두 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 근성이 진로결정 수준에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 대학교육환경과 진로결정수준의 영향관계에서 grit의 매개효과를 검증하였다.

This study attempted to conduct a study on the factors of the educational environment that affect the level of grit and career decision in the COVID-19 situation for college students in aviation service-related departments who will have difficulty finding employment at the same time as graduation due to the aviation industry continues due to COVID-19. Therefore, the results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that the quality of instructors and educational programs had a statistically significant effect on the influence relationship between the university education environment and the career decision level. However, it was found that the physical environment did not have a statistically significant effect. Second, in the relationship between the university education environment and the grit, it was found that the instructor's qualifications, educational programs, and physical environment were all significant. Third, it was proved that grit had a significant influence on the level of career decision. In addition, the mediating effect of grit was verified in the influence relationship between the university education environment and the career decision level. Based on these research results, we would like to derive implications for the university's educational environment where the continuous career decision level can lead to direct action for students in the aviation service department who want to get a job in the aviation industry in need due to COVID-19.

현재 국내 공항은 스마트공항의 완성단계에 있으며, 본 연구에서는 스마트공항 이용객의 지각된 혜택과 희생이 지각된 가치와 공동가치 제안 의도 그리고 정보공유 의도의 영향 관계에 대해 살펴보았다. 연구를 수 행하기 위해 최근 1년 이내 국내 스마트공항을 이용한 경험이 있는 탑승객을 대상으로 2022년 03월 15일 부터 04월 30일까지 온라인 설문조사를 진행하였다. 총 310부를 대상으로 최종 분석을 수행하였고, SPSS v.23 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰성 분석하였고, AMOS v.23 프로그램을 활용하 여 확인적 요인분석과 경로분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스마트공항의 지각된 유용 성, 지각된 즐거움, 지각된 기술성, 지각된 비용 모두 지각된 가치에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설 1은 채택되었다. 둘째, 스마트공항의 지각된 가치는 공동가치 제안 의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치 는 것으로 나타나 가설 2는 채택되었다. 셋째, 스마트공항의 지각된 가치는 정보공유 의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설 3도 채택되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 스마트공항 운영에 관한 전략적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

Currently, domestic airports are in the completion stage of smart airports, and in this study, we examined the relationship between the perceived benefits and perceived sacrifices of smart airport users in perceived value, intention to co-create, and information sharing intention. In order to conduct the study, an online survey was conducted from March 15 to April 30, 2022 for passengers who have experienced using domestic smart airports within the last year. A total of 310 copies were analyzed using SPSS v.23 program for the final analysis: frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and reliability analysis. Besides, the confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were conducted using AMOS v.23 program. the results of this study are as follows. First, hypothesis 1 was adopted that the perceived usefulness, perceived pleasure, perceived technicality, and perceived cost of smart airports had significant effect on perceived value. second, hypothesis 2 was adopted due to the positive effects of perceived value of smart airports on intention to co-create. Third, hypothesis 3 was adopted as the perceived value of smart airports was found to have a significant positive effect on information sharing intention. Based on these findings, this study suggests strategic implications for smart airport operation.

본 연구는 고용불안, 직무스트레스, 이직의도의 영향관계를 알아보고 이들과의 관계에서 직무스트레스의 매개효과 및 자기효능감의 조절효과를 검정하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 국내 K항공사와 A항공사에 근무하는 객실승무원을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며 총 250부를 분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구결과는 다 음과 같다. 첫째, 항공사객실승무원의 고용불안은 직무스트레스와 이직의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무스트레스도 이직의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고용불안과 이직의도와의 관계에서 직무스트레스는 부분매개효과가 나타났으며, 자기효능감은 고용불안과 직무스트레스와의 관계, 직무스트레스와 이직의도와의 관계, 고용불안과 이직의도와의 관계 모두에서 조절 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 항공사가 직면한 현실적 문제를 규명하고, 항 공사 경영 및 효율적인 인적자원관리방안을 위한 방향성을 제시하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between job insecurity, job stress, and turnover intention, and to examine the moderating effect of self-efficacy and the mediating effect of job stress in these relationships. An online survey was conducted for cabin crew working at domestic K and A airlines, and a total of 250 copies were used for the analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that job insecurity of airline cabin crew had a significant positive (+) effect on job stress and turnover intention. Second, job stress was also found to have a significant positive (+) effect on turnover intention. Third, job stress had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between job insecurity and turnover intention, and self-efficacy had a moderating effect on job insecurity and job stress, job stress and turnover intention, job insecurity and turnover intention. Based on these research results, the practical problems faced by airlines are identified, and directions for airline management and efficient human resource management are presented.

본 연구의 목적은 항공학과 교수의 변혁적 리더십, 학교만족도, 교수-학생 상호작용 간의 관계를 살펴보 고, 항공학과 교수의 변혁적 리더십과 교수-학생 상호작용의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 그리고 학교 만족 도. 수도권 항공 서비스학과에 재학 중인 대학생 203명을 대상으로 설문지를 배부하여 수집한 설문지 중 불 성실한 응답 12개를 제외하고 총 191부를 분석에 사용하였다. 그 결과 교수의 변혁적 리더십이 교수-학생 상호작용과 학교만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 교수-학생 상호작용의 부분매개효과 는 교수의 변혁적 리더십과 학교만족도와의 관계에서 확인되었다. 이는 교수의 변혁적 리더십이 발휘될수록 학생들이 교수에 대해 느끼는 친밀감과 신뢰감이 높을수록 학교만족도가 높아진다는 것을 의미한다. 이에 교수의 리더십과 역량 강화를 위한 지원을 통해 대학 교육의 질을 높일 수 있기를 기대한다. 실무적으로는 항공서비스학과들의 치열한 경쟁 환경에서 학생들의 중도 탈락을 방지하고 항공서비스학과의 질적 성장을 제고하기 위해 적극적인 교수-학생 상호작용을 통해 항공서비스학과 학생들의 만족을 이끌어 내는 것이 중 요함을 시사한다.

The Purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between Department of Aviation Services professor's transformational leadership, school satisfaction, and faculty-student interaction, and to examine the mediating effect of faculty-student interaction on the relationship between Department of Aviation Services professor's transformational leadership and school satisfaction. A total of 191 copies were used for analysis, excluding 12 insincere responses from the questionnaires collected by distributing questionnaires to 203 college students enrolled in the Department of Aviation Services located in the metropolitan area. As a result, it was confirmed that the transformational leadership of professors had a positive effect on faculty-student interaction and school satisfaction. The partial mediating effect of faculty-student interaction was confirmed in the relationship between professor's transformational leadership and school satisfaction. It means that the more the professor's transformational leadership is exerted, the more intimacy and trust students feel with the professor, the higher the school satisfaction. We expect that support for the reinforcement of leadership and competency of professors to improve the quality of university education. In practice, this suggests that it is important to induce student satisfaction through active faculty-student interaction in order to prevent students from dropping out and to enhance the qualitative growth of the aviation service department in the fiercely competitive environment of aviation service departments.

본 연구의 목적은 객실승무원의 직무역량과 경영성과에 미치는 선행요인으로 전략적인 인적자원관리를 선 정하여 각 변수들 간의 인과관계를 알아보는 것으로 항공사의 서비스 품질에 많은 영향을 주는 인적자원의 전략적인 관리를 통해 객실승무원의 직무역량을 관리하여 경영성과에 긍정적이고 효과적인 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 전략적 인적자원 관리와 직무역량, 경영성과에 대한 문헌을 검토한 후 객실승무원을 대상으로 한 실증연구를 수행하였으며 분석결과 전략적 인적자원관리 중 교육훈련과 보상 관리는 직무역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나 경력관리는 직무역량에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으 며 직무역량은 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of strategic human resource management of airline cabin crew on job competency and business performance in crisis situations. Due to COVID-19, airlines are experiencing a lot of difficulty, and their employees are also suffering. It is also difficult for many airlines to manage their human resources. They took a leave of absence or job relocation for human resource management. It can be said that it is important to prevent the turnover of good talent and to manage the competencies of employees. This study was targeted at airline cabin crew and 275 were surveyed. The validity of the study was secured through confirmatory factor analysis, and the hypothesis was tested with structural equation modeling. As a result of the empirical study, it was found that education and training and compensation management had an effect on job competency. However, career management did not affect job competency. Job competency was found to affect business performance. As a result of the empirical study, it was found that the strategic human resource management of cabin crew affects the non-financial management performance of airlines. As a result, the purpose of this study is to help airlines' strategic human resource management and suggested that the job training of cabin crew focused on safety and hospitality should be further subdivided and that a program for career management is needed. And it was suggested that a study on the strategic human resource management of cabin crew is necessary.
