The growing impact of Airline Ancillary Service and additional fee on customer choice behavior continues to be a highly interested issue. This study focuses on the issue of price fairness pre and post flight(before and after 6months at survey time) and how ancillary price offerings are communicated to customer when purchasing airline service. The main goal of this study is to examine perceptions of price fairness in regards to the offering of ancillary services and accompanying fees in the airline industry of Republic of Korea market. Add to above, examine willingness to pay for airline ancillary services. Specifically, this study focuses on differences in customer perception of ancillary fees between two groups of passengers: those who have recently completed a flight and those who will be traveling in the future.

Interest in quality of education service becomes important as it is serious issue for universities to attract new students, so customer-centric education is more emphasized than supplier-centric education. Job market becomes tougher for university students, especially it is considered very competitive to become a employee of airline companies. Therefore the purpose of this study is to find the effects of quality of education service on major satisfaction and career preparation behavior. Questionnaires were collected from 222 university student majoring in airline services. The results are following: first, the quality of education service partially effects on the major satisfaction. Second, the major satisfaction partially effects on career preparation behavior. Third, the quality of education service partially effects on career preparation behavior. This study shows that the quality of education service has an significant effect on major satisfaction and career preparation behavior. Also, We expect the findings of this study will be very useful for improving quality of education service and training competent human resources.

The purpose of this study is to investigate influence among organizational cynicism stress, organizational silence and turnover intention by an analysis. For the field test and verification, the Daegu of Korean restaurant worker from June 1th to June 30th, 2018 were selected as the research objects. The research result is summarized as follows. First, organizational cynicism stress of Korean restaurant worker impacted positively on organizational silence. Second, organizational silence of Korean restaurant worker had a positive influence on turnover intention. In conclusion, organizational cynicism stress of Korean restaurant worker effects organizational silence. And organizational silence effects turnover intention. Previous research was conducted only in the areas of nursing and police. But, organizational cynicism stress of Korean food workers was first dealt with in this study. So, this study have a different signification from precedent study.

‘Creative Tourism’ is tourist business that creates added-value to existing culture and natural resources. By combining inventive and creative ideas in the existing tourism industry, it creates 'Convergence Contents' in the form of synergy with agriculture, environment, health care, information technology, education, leisure and arts. Korea's research trend on Creative Tourism is dominant in concepts and theories, but still not presented as a full-fledged academic discourse, including the practical contents development. In this study, I reviewed accumulated research outcomes over theoretical Creative tourism, and focused on the case study of creative tourism including Asahiyama Zoological Park through field work and other cases as a method for adding high value to existing tourism resources. And I finally suggested the implications of the Creative Tourism Contents development.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of airline service quality and the awareness of switching cost on customer loyalty and contribute to marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty to airlines. Based on the existing research on service quality of airlines, switching cost, and customer loyalty, we derived each component, conducted questionnaires and conducted an empirical survey. As a result of the analysis, physical services and systematic services of airline have a positive effect on customer loyalty. And all factors of awareness of switching cost have a positive effect on customer loyalty. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that airline service quality and switching cost should be improved to increase airline customer loyalty.

This study is Generate tourism content flow information for u-tourism information system based on flow theory. The merits of the Fusion Complex Flow Relationship Information System are as follows. The first is the convergence of flow theory and ICT in UML. Second, it is possible to visualize the tourist tendency of tourists by patterning them. It is possible to grasp the tourist tendency pattern of tourists and to provide customized tourist information of the tourists by schematization. That is, if the value of the u-challenge information is "▲" and the value of the u-skill information is "▲", the tourist feels the best sightseeing pleasure. The value of u-max which is the value of enjoyment becomes & quot;? & Quot ;. In this paper, the design of information about the complex flow relationship of tourists understand the tourist tendency. Tourists can be easily patterned. Tourist propensity can be expressed by visualization and can be expressed in database and diagram. For example, G (▲, ▲). This is the optimal flow state for the schematization. Therefore, this paper can design tourist pattern and u-max of tourists based on this diagram, and design and implement a fusion flow relationship information system. There is a limit to utilize this data, and it is a future challenge to build a database using more data. It can be used for tourism big data in the future.

Voluntourism, which is new volunteer type with an added experience of volunteering and tourism, has the potential to change people. Voluntourism, which combines volunteer with volunteerism, public interest, and altruism as a basic philosophy, involves participation in local environment, service for society, and cultural exchange, bringing many sociocultural changes to both donors and beneficiaries. The purpose of this study is to find out the paradigm shift of Korean university students overseas volunteer in the future according to the MDGs and SDGs established by the United Nations. First, the present situation and implications were derived through the diagnosis of the situation of Korean university students overseas volunteer and focuss group interview. Second, in order to characterize the Korean university students overseas volunteer and strengthen their competitiveness both at home and abroad, we developed volunteer activities contents based on SDGs through Thailand demand surveys. Third, the developed program was carried out and evaluated, we proved the necessity of the paradigm shift according to the SDGs of the volunteer travel program. In addition, by developing voluntary travel programs based on SDGs and carry out them locally, volunteer travel emphasized the need to shift from donor-centered programs to mutually beneficial programs through exchange with beneficiaries.

The purpose of this study is to investigate influence among word of mouth information quality of online hotel booking sites, customer satisfaction and behavior intention by an analysis. For the field test and verification, the Busan, Ulsan and Daegu customer with experience by online booking sites from May 1th to May 30th, 2018 were selected as the research objects. The research result is summarized as follows. First, word of mouth information quality of online hotel booking sites impacted positively on customer satisfaction. Second, customer satisfaction with experience by word of mouth information on online booking sites had a positive influence on behavior intention. In conclusion, word of mouth information quality of online hotel booking sites effects customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction effects behavior intention. Therefore, word of mouth information comes to the most significant role of hotel consumer’s making a purchasing decision. So, it is very important factor for marketing strategy and customer satisfaction, positive behavior intention on online hotel booking sites.

Chinese international students have emerged as the important segment in Korea while their acculturation and medical service has been relatively overlooked in literatures. The purpose of this study is to verify how different acculturation groups have different use and preference of medical service, which secure the health related quality of life during in overseas studies. A survey was administered to the 186 Chinese international students in H university campus in Seoul, Korea. Results revealed that Berry’s four acculturation groups (Integration, Assimilation, Separation and Marginalization) have significantly different preference and use over respective medical services (Western, Oriental, Korean and alternative). Also founded that acculturation groups have significantly different demographic characteristics such as age, length of stay, Korean language fluency and etc. The managerial significance and limitation of research were included.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of application use in cooking practice class of 4 - year cooking eatery major students on learning commitment and satisfaction. First, application use has a positive effect on learning commitment, usefulness and interaction, usefulness of lesson contents, and class contents. Second, the effect of learning commitment on learning satisfaction was positively influenced and Hypothesis 2 was adopted. As a result of this, the application of the smartphone app became popular, and when applied to the lesson using the app in the deep cooking course, It is suggested that each step of the observation and demonstration product is used by the chef or a famous expert in accordance with the contents of the lesson, which leads to the immersion into the learning, and suggests that such learning commitment acts as a mechanism to ultimately enhance the learning satisfaction.

This study investigated the effects of career plateau recognition, the satisfaction on compensation system & duties on the organizational commitment. It was targeted on employees of major domestic convention company. We also investigated and analyzed the differences in the level of organizational commitment. The relevancy of the influence from high to low was; satisfaction on compensation systems, satisfaction on duties, and contextual career plateau. In addition, we investigated the interactional effects between variables as to the difference in the level of organizational immersion. The results saw no interactional effect between two variables, and there were no difference in level of organization immersion according to the recognition of career plateau. Moreover, we conducted an investigation on the different level of organizational immersion of employees according to the recognition of career plateau and duty satisfaction. The interactional effects between these two variations were also investigated. As a result, there was a distinction in organizational immersion in accordance to the duty satisfaction.
With the growth of tourism industry, the expectation of job creation in this sector has become a motivation for students to choose tourism study for their university degree. Under such circumstances, this study set the following research objectives for university students who major in tourism. First, job preference in the tourism sector, job competencies, job decision, job understanding and satisfaction with the major were surveyed. Second, whether there were differences in job preference in the tourism sector, job competencies, job decision, job understanding and satisfaction with the major according to the general data (gender, year) was investigated. The analysis showed that job preference in the tourism sector, job competencies, job decision, job understanding and satisfaction with the major had their respective characteristics, and displayed a partially significant difference according to the general data. Based on this analysis, the implications were suggested.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference between importance and satisfaction according to the free and paid visitors of the expenditure behavior of the local festival participants using Importance-satisfaction analysis(ISA) technique of Tonge and Moore(2007). Therefore, a survey was conducted for the 522 visitors who participated in the 2017 Slow-life International Festival in Namyangju. As a result of the analysis, six items were found in the 'concentrated' area for the total visitors: product price, food price, accessibility, parking convenience, rest facilities and congestion. In the case of free visitors, items in the 'concentrated' area were product price, food price, accessibility, parking facilities, rest facilities, space layout, congestion, and hygiene. For the paid visitors, items in the 'concentrated' area were product price, food price, accessibility, parking facilities, rest facilities, and congestion. As a result of ISA derived from this study, academic and practical implications were provided in the conclusion section.
