이 연구의 목적은 트랜스젠더 선수의 스포츠 참여에 대한 사회적 합의를 도모하기 위한 이론적 토대를 마련하는 데 있다. 이를 위해, 먼저 트랜스젠더 선수의 스포츠대회 출전에 대해 반대자와 찬성자가 내세우 는 쟁점들을 살펴보고, 왜 극명하게 대조되는 입장이 존재하는지, 그리 고 이 대조되는 입장의 바탕이 되는 핵심 가치가 무엇인지에 대해 고찰 하였다. 다음으로 공자의 ‘덕(德)’ 사상을 탐색함으로써 트랜스젠더 선수의 스포츠 참여 정당성에 대한 근거를 제시하였다. 끝으로 스포츠의 근본적 가치와 이상(理想)을 고찰함으로써 스포츠계는 더 큰 다양성과 포용성을 발휘하는 집단적 움직임을 촉진할 의무가 있고, 열린 마음을 실천하도록 장려하는 풍토를 조성하기 위해 노력해야 함을 논의하였다. 본고가 트랜스젠더 선수가 초래할 수 있는 불공정의 가능성을 줄이고 스포츠에서 경쟁의 공정성과 인간 존엄성의 균형을 찾기 위한 논의의 장(場)을 형성하는 데 일조할 수 있기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical foundation for developing a social consensus on transgender athletes' participation in sport. To do so, we first examine the issues raised by opponents and proponents of transgender athletes' participation in sporting events, and consider why these contrasting positions exist and what core values underlie them. Next, we explore Confucius' ideas of virtue to provide a rationale for the justification of transgender athletes' participation in sport. Finally, by examining the fundamental values and ideals of sport, it was argued that sport has an obligation to foster a collective movement towards greater diversity and inclusion, and should strive to create a climate that encourages the practice of open-mindedness. It is hoped that this paper will contribute to reducing the potential for injustice that transgender athletes can cause and help shape the debate on how to balance fairness and human dignity in sport.

본 연구의 목적은 필라테스의 기원과 운동의 형성 배경을 알아보기 위해, 조셉 필라테스의 생애와 형성배경에 내재하고 있는 필라테스의 역 사를 살펴보는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 수행하기 위하여 조셉 필라테 스가 저술한 저서와 관련 서적, 근대유럽의 체조 운동 및 체육사상에 관 련된 국내외 학술지 논문 및 학위논문 등의 문헌고찰과 선행 연구를 고 찰하여 루소의 자연주의 및 트루넨이 조셉 필라테스 에게 영향을 준 것 을 고찰하였다. 조셉 필라테스(Joseph Hubertus Pilates)가 창안한 필라테 스는 처음에는 조절학(contrology)이라 칭하였고, 그의 사후에 제자들에 의하여 미국 전역에서 창시자의 이름인 필라테스로 계승 발전되어 현재 까지 이르게 된 운동이다. 이러한 조셉 필라테스 생애와 운동의 사상적 배경을 살펴보는 것은 필라테스 역사와 운동학적 가치를 이해하는데 그 의미가 있다고 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the history of Pilates inherent in Joseph Pilates' life and formation background to find out the origin of Pilates and the background of its formation. In order to carry out this research, we examined literature and previous studies such as books and related books written by Joseph Pilates, domestic and foreign academic journals related to gymnastics and sports history in modern Europe, and considered that Rousseau's naturalism and trunen influenced Joseph Pilates. The Pilates, originally known as contrology by Joseph Hubertus Pilates, was inherited and developed by his disciples throughout the United States as the founder's name, Pilates, until today. Looking at the ideological background of Joseph Pilates' life and exercise is meaningful in benefiting Pilates' history and kinematic values.

이 논문의 목적은 스포츠의 정치적 중립성을 근거로 러시아와 벨라루스 선수들의 2024 파리 올림픽 참가를 허용한 국제올림픽위원회 결정의 문제점을 지적하고, 이러한 결정의 과정에서 나타난 쟁점과 그 바탕에 깔린 대립하는 가치이론을 법적, 도덕적 측면에서 분석함으로써 러시아 와 벨라루스 선수들에 대한 참가 제재 조치는 정당화될 수 있는 차별임 을 논증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해, 먼저 스포츠 국제기구들이 주창하는 정치적 중립성의 논리적 문제점을 지적하고 스포츠는 왜 정치적으로 중 립적일 수 없으며, 왜 정치와 관계 맺을 수밖에 없는지를 규명하였다. 다음으로 스포츠와 정치의 불가분성을 보여주는 대표적인 역사적 사건 들을 분석함으로써 스포츠가 국가주의와 어떻게 연관되어 있는지 분석 하였다. 끝으로 러시아 선수들의 국제대회 참가 허용 결정에 대해 IOC가 내세운 논리들을 비판적으로 고찰함으로써 그러한 논리들의 법적, 도덕 적 허점을 지적하고 스포츠의 정치적 역할과 그 정당성에 대해 논의하 였다.

The purpose of this study is to point out the problems with the International Olympic Committee's decision to allow Russian athletes to participate in the 2024 Paris Olympics on the basis of the political neutrality of sport. By examining the issues surrounding this decision and the conflicting theories underlying it. this study argues that the sanctions against Russian athletes participating in sports are justifiable from a legal and moral perspective. To this end, the logical problems with political neutrality advocated by international sport organizations, as well as the reasons why sport cannot be politically neutral are identified. Next, I look at representative historical events to understand the relationship between sport and politics and analyze how sport is inseparable from the national consciousness and political development of a country. Finally, by discussing the logic of the IOC, I illustrates the legal and moral loopholes in such logic and look into the political role of sport and its legitimacy.

이 연구의 목적은 학생선수 최저학력제를 톺아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 두 가지 연구 문제를 설정하였다. 첫째, 최저학력제가 왜 문제인가. 둘 째, 문제가 있다면 그 대안은 무엇인가. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 선행 연구를 분석하여 결과를 도출하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 최저 학력제의 문제는 그 자체보다는 실행방안의 형평성과 효율성에 있다. 둘 째, 최저학력제 실행방안의 대안을 보편적 학습설계(UDL) 기반 수업에서 찾았다. 우선, 학생선수를 학습에서 어려움을 겪는 ‘느린 학습자’로 규정하고 이들을 대상으로 보편적 학습설계(UDL) 기반 수업을 제안하였 다. 보편적 학습설계 기반 수업은 느린 학습자에게 다양한 자료와 다양 한 표현과 행동, 그리고 다양한 참여기회를 제공하는 것이다. 또한, 느린 학습자에게 맞는 학습 목표설정과 학습 내용 및 방법을 적용하여 학습 에서 낙오하지 않고 다른 학생들과 함께 어울려 학습하도록 하는 방안이다.

The purpose of this study is to study the minimum education system for student athletes. To this end, two research questions were set. One is why the minimum education system is a problem. The other is if there is a problem, what is the alternative. To solve this problem, previous studies were analyzed and the results were obtained. The results are as follows. First, the problem of the minimum education system lies in the right to equality, the right to live, the right to choose a job, the right to pursue happiness, the right to learn, and the right to sports (the right to exercise). Second, the alternative proposed a new plan by differentiating it from previous studies. First, student athletes were defined as students with learning disabilities or slow learners. Based on this, a universal design for learning-based class that is commonly used in inclusion education was proposed. The universal design for learning-based class is a plan to classify slow learners (student athletes) into upper, middle, and lower classes, and to learn together without dropping out by applying the corresponding learning goal setting and learning content and methods.

본 연구는 스포츠 ESG의 트렌드를 분석하여 스포츠 산업의 지속 가능 한 발전을 도모하기 위해 한국언론진흥재단에서 제공하는 빅카인즈 데 이터를 활용하여 ESG가 대두되기 시작한 2021년 1월부터 2024년 11월까 지의 스포츠, ESG, 스포츠 산업을 검색하였다. 수집된 자료를 텍스트 데 이터 전처리 과정을 통해 토큰화, 불용어 제거, 품사 태깅을 수행하고 텍스트 마이닝 단계에서 TF-IDF 및 토픽 모델링 기법을 활용하여 분석 을 진행한 후 BERT 기법을 활용해 ESG와의 관계를 분석하였다. 분석 결과에 따르면 환경(E) 요소는 ESG 활동, ESG와 장애인 스포츠지원, 골 프 오픈 대회 및 지원 활동, 올림픽 및 스포츠 대회, ESG 기반 사회적 행사 운영과 가장 높은 연관성을 보였고 사회(S) 요소는 LG전자 게임 스 포츠, 기업의 사업 전략과 ESG, 도시 경제 개발 및 계획과 밀접한 연관 성을 가지며 지배구조(G) 요소는 ESG 기반 글로벌 생산과 제품 개발, 금 융 기획 및 운영과 관계가 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 스포츠 산업이 환경적 지속 가능성과 사회적 책임, 투명한 지배구조를 중심으로 발전 가능성을 갖춘 강력한 플랫폼을 확인하였다.

This study analyzed the relationship between ESG factors and the sports industry by applying text mining and BERT techniques to data collected from January 2021 to November 2024. The analysis revealed that the environmental (E) factor had the strongest association with ESG activities, support for disabled sports, golf open tournaments and related support activities, the Olympics and sports competitions, and ESG-based social event operations. The social (S) factor was closely related to LG Electronics' game sports, corporate business strategies and ESG, and urban economic development and planning. The governance (G) factor showed a high correlation with ESG-based global production and product development, as well as financial planning and operations. These findings confirm that the sports industry has the potential to develop into a strong platform centered on environmental sustainability, social responsibility,and transparent governance.

스포츠 분야에서 1인 미디어 방송의 확장은 시청자들에게 다양한 콘 텐츠를 제공하는 동시에, 시청자의 관심을 끌기 위한 자극적인 콘텐츠로 비윤리적인 행위 및 반사회적 내용을 노출시키고 있다. 이러한 현상은 스포츠 콘텐츠의 질적 저하를 초래할 수 있으며, 궁극적으로 스포츠 자 체의 본질적 가치를 위협하고 훼손시킬 우려가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 1 인 미디어 스포츠 중계방송에 관한 쟁점을 윤리적 논의에 근거하여 비 판적으로 고찰하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 1인 미디어 스포츠 중계 방송에 대해 상반된 입장을 분석하여 각 입장에 따른 가치판단과 이 판 단의 바탕이 되는 근거가 무엇인지에 대해 면밀히 검토하였다. 이를 토 대로 윤리적이지 못한 1인 미디어 스포츠 중계 방식을 옹호하는 입장에 대해 ‘스포츠의 공정성’, ‘해설가의 직업과 윤리’, ‘표현의 자유와 타인의 권리’라는 세 가지 관점에서 비판적으로 논의하였다. 본 연구는 향후 1인 미디어 스포츠 중계방송에서 윤리적 측면이 반드시 고려되어 야 한다고 주장하였다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 1인 미디어 스포츠 중계방 송의 윤리적 기준을 마련하는 데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

The expansion of personal media broadcasting in sports is attracting viewers' attention by exposing unethical behavior and antisocial content as provocative content while providing viewers with a variety of content. This phenomenon can lead to poor quality of sports content and ultimately threatens and undermines the essential value of sports themselves. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to critically review issues related to personal media sports broadcasting based on ethical discussions. To this end, we analyzed conflicting positions on personal media sports broadcasts and carefully reviewed the value judgment of each position and the basis for this judgment. Based on this, we critically discussed the position of advocating unethical personal media sports broadcasting from three perspectives: “Fairness of Sports”, “Job and Ethics of Broadcasting Commentators”, and “Freedom and Rights of Expression of Others”. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for establishing ethical standards for personal media sports broadcasting in the future.

본 내러티브 리뷰는 개인의 신체적 특성, 운동 패턴, 부상 위험 예측 모델을 중심으로 머신러닝과 딥러닝 알고리즘, 웨어러블 기기를 활용한 생체역학적, 생리학적 데이터 분석에 관한 최신 연구 동향을 탐구하였 다. 이를 바탕으로 AI 기반의 운동 중재 전략이 개인의 신체 및 건강 상 태, 운동 패턴, 운동 강도를 통한 부상 위험 감지뿐만 아니라 노쇠와 피 로도 예측에도 효과적이라는 것이 확인되었으며, 이를 통해 다양한 집단 에 대해 다각적인 위험 예측이 가능한 것으로 판단된다. 그러나 AI는 데 이터 편향과 블랙박스 오류에 따른 신뢰도, 데이터 해석과 인간적 상호 작용에 관한 윤리적 문제, 디지털 격차와 보안 등의 사회적, 규제적 한 계도 대두되고 있다. 이와 같이 본 내러티브 리뷰를 통해 AI 기반의 운 동 중재에 현재와 미래에 대한 종합적인 고찰을 통해 운동 과학 분야에 있어 다양한 측면의 변화가 기대된다.

This narrative review explores recent studies on the analysis of biomechanical and physiological data using machine learning and deep learning algorithms, as well as wearable devices, with a focus on individual physical characteristics, exercise patterns, and injury risk prediction models. Based on this evidence, it was confirmed that AI-based approaches are effective not only for detecting injury risks through physical condition, exercise patterns, and exercise intensity, but also for predicting frailty and fatigue, thereby enabling multifaceted risk assessment for diverse populations. However, it was also recognized that AI comes with technical issues such as data bias and black-box models, ethical concerns regarding interpretation, trustworthiness, and human interaction, and social and regulatory limitations including digital divides and security risks. Through this narrative review, a comprehensive overview of the present and future of AI-based exercise intervention is presented, which is expected to contribute to substantive change in the broader field of exercise science.

씨름은 한반도에서 전승된 명백한 국기(國技)이다. 이러한 씨름은 곧잘 Korean wrestling 으로 번역되곤 한다. 이는 현대의 경기로 정착된 모습에서 보이는 서양의 레슬링과의 유사성에 근거한 번역이다. 그러나 그것은 현대에 들어와 스포츠화 되는 과정에서 나타난 모습에 많은 부 분 의존한 설명이기에, 씨름과 레슬링이 지닌 근본적인 특성을 반영하기 에 부족한 감이 있다. 이러한 구분이 명확하게 제시되지 않은 상황 속에 서 크게 두 가지 문제가 발생하고 있다. 첫째는 씨름의 기원을 설명하는 데 있어 역사적으로 영향 관계를 찾을 수 없는 고대 레슬링에 대한 사료 가 언급되는 것이며, 둘째는 이러한 소급적인 관점이 씨름의 형태가 오 래된 과거로부터 변화 없이 동일하게 전승되었을 것이라는 판단을 불러 일으킨다는 것이다. 이것은 명백하게 현실과 다른 것이며 나아가 문화의 상대성과 시대별 격차를 고려하지 않았다는 맹점을 지닌다. 본 연구는 이러한 오류를 바로잡아 전통씨름의 본연의 특성을 파악하고 분석할 법 을 인류학적 모형에서 찾고자하는 시도이다.

Ssireum is an national game handed down from Koreans. The game(or sports) is often translated as 'Korean wrestling'. This Translation is based on extroversion similarities to Western wrestling. However, it is not enough to reflect the fundamental characteristics of ssireum. Because this point of view relies on the appearance of modern sports. Two major problems arise in situations where this distinction is not clearly presented. The first is what reference ancient Western wrestling to explain ssireum without historical connection or matching specific pattern of culture. And the second is retroactive view of ssireum make misjudgment that may have been passed down equally from the old past. These problems has the blind spot of not considering cultural relativity and periodic gaps. This paper is an attempt to correct these problems through understanding the original characteristics of traditional ssireum. Necessarily, this work accompany to redefine the play-style of the object referred to by ssireum.

본 연구는 Fournier가 제시한 소비자와 브랜드 관계의 질(Brand Relationshiop Quality：BRQ)이 스포츠 광고에서 어떠한 커뮤니케이션 요 소에 의해 영향을 받는지 연구하고자 하였다. 특히, 스포츠 광고에 많이 등장하는 스포츠 브랜드인 나이키, 포카리스웨트, 골프존 등 각각의 브 랜드에 커뮤니케이션 요소가 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하고자 하였 다. 연구결과, 소비자와 브랜드 간 관계의 질 형성에 있어서 관계의 유 형별로 상이한 커뮤니케이션 요소들이 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 스포츠 브랜드와 소비자와 브랜드 관계 유형, 커뮤니케이션 요 소 사이에 일정한 상관관계가 존재했다. 궁극적으로 스포츠 광고에서 소 비자와 스포츠 브랜드간의 관계설정과 커뮤니케이션하는 과정에서 관계 유형에 맞는 커뮤니케이션 요소를 활용하는 것이 효과적이라는 것도 규 명되었다.

The purpose of this study was to study what kind of communication factors influenced the Brand Relationship Quality (BRQ) suggested by Fournier in sports advertising. In particular, it was intended to investigate how communication factors affect each brand such as Nike, Pocari Sweat, and golf zone, which are sports brands that appear a lot in sports advertisements. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that different communication factors influence each type of relationship in the formation of the quality of the relationship between consumers and brands. There was a certain correlation between sports brands, types of consumer and brand relationships, and communication factors. Ultimately, it was also found that it is effective to use communication elements suitable for the relationship type in the process of establishing and communicating the relationship between consumers and sports brands in sports advertisements.

이 연구의 목적은 스포츠워싱에 대한 비판을 통해 e스포츠윤리의 학 문적 토대를 마련하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 칸트의 『실천이성비판』을 중심으로 해명하는 과정을 거쳤다. 스포츠워싱에 대한 비판은 정언명령 의 보편성, 필연성에 의해 스포츠워싱의 윤리적 문제를 해명하며 스포츠 그 자체로서 본질을 회복하는 통로를 마련한다. e스포츠윤리의 접근은 스포츠워싱에 e스포츠가 이용된 사례를 통해 비판한 결과 e스포츠가 스 포츠워싱이 아닌 스포츠의 그 자체로 본질을 지켜내는 의미로 사용되는 원리는 보편성에 의해 규정될 수 있다. 또한 그들 국가가 필요요구로서 시도되었던 스포츠워싱은 필연성으로서 스포츠의 목적을 달성해야 한다. 이의 관계를 해명할 수 있는 토대로 실천원리가 되는 것이 인격성이다. 따라서 e스포츠윤리의 접근은 스포츠워싱에 동원된 e스포츠의 본질을 왜곡하려는 시도에 대한 비판을 통해 윤리성을 회복할 수 있으며 인격 성에 의해 가능하다.

The purpose of this study is to establish an academic foundation for esports ethics through criticism of sports washing. To this end, we went through a process of explanation centered on Kant's 『Kritik der praktischen Vernunft』. Criticism of sportswashing clarifies the ethical problems of sportswashing through the universality and inevitability of the categorical imperative and provides a path to recovering the essence of sports itself. This means that it can be overcome in the form of moral laws. The approach to esports ethics can be defined by universality as a result of criticizing cases where esports were used for sportswashing, and the principle that esports are used to preserve the essence of sports itself rather than sportswashing. Which was attempted as a necessity by those countries, failed to achieve the purpose of sports as a necessity. The approach of esports ethics can restore ethics through criticism of attempts to distort the essence of esports mobilized for sports washing, and this is possible through personality.
