이 연구에서는 스포츠 현장에서 인권보호를 위하여 활동하고 있는 스 포츠 인권감시관에 대하여 이해하고 그 의미와 가치가 무엇인지에 대하 여 탐구하는데 그 목적이 있으며, 본 연구를 수행하기 위하여 문헌고찰 연구방법과 함께 스포츠인권감시관에 대하여 선수, 지도자, 스포츠 관계 자, 스포츠 인권감시관들이 어떠한 사고와 인식을 갖고 있는지에 대한 참여 관찰하였다. 그 결과 스포츠 인권감시관에 대하여 스포츠 현장에서 도 제대로 된 개념과 정의, 그리고 존재에 대하여 명확하게 형성되어 있 지 않지만, 우리나라 스포츠 현장에서의 인권감시관 자체에 대한 의미와 가치는 이미 만들어졌다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 스포츠 인권감시관에 대 한 개념부터 나아가야 할 방향까지 지속적인 연구가 모색되어야 한다.

The purpose of this study is to understand the sport human rights officer who are active in protecting human rights in sport fields and to explore the meaning and value of them. In order to carry out this study, the researcher examined the literature and observed the participation of sport human rights watchman in what kind of thinking and perceptions athletes, leaders, sport officials, and sport human rights officer have. As a result, Although the sport human rights officer is not clearly formed about the proper concept, definition and existence in the sport field, the meaning and value of the human rights officer itself in the sport field in Korea has already been made. Therefore, continuous research should be sought from the concept of sport human rights officer to the direction to be advanced.

이 연구는 국내 체육교수 채용의 비정상의 정상화 방안을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 연구 방법은 교수 채용사이트(www.hibrain.net) 사 례분석과 이에 관련된 문헌을 연구하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체육교수 채용의 비정상화 문제는 채용공고의 차별과 배제, 형식적 공정 그리고 불공정한 심사 등이다. 둘째, 체육교수 채용의 비정상의 정상화 방안이다. 그 방안으로 박재윤(1997)의 ‘교수자격 공인제도’와 전효선 (2003)의 ‘국가 차원의 교수임용제도’를 들 수 있다. 교수 채용은 공정 성과 투명성이 우선해야 한다. 불투명한 채용 과정은 불신을 낳는다. 해 법은 간단하다. 교수 채용 규정 그대로 실행하면 된다. 문제는 채용 규 정과 절차를 조작하고 악용하는 데에 있다. 그 결과 체육계 학과의 발전 이나 전문성을 보장하기 어렵다. 우리는 체육학 전공에 대하여 숙고하여 체육계 학과는 어떤 전문가를 양성할 것인가를 우선 생각해 봐야 한다. 그리고 전문가 양성에 필요한 제대로 된 체육교수를 채용하기 위해 공 정하고 투명한 채용 과정을 마련하고 진행하여야 한다.

This study examines the problem of normalization of abnormal hiring domestic physical education professor. The research method studied literature related to the analysis of the professor recruitment site (www.hibrain.net). The results are as follows. First, the problem of abnormalization in hiring physical education professor is discrimination and exclusion of recruitment announcements, formal fairness, and unfair screening. Second, it is normalization plan for hiring physical education professor. The measures include Park’s(1997) 'Professor Qualification Certification System' and Jeon‘s(2003) 'National Professor Appointment System. You can follow the rules for hiring professors. The problem lies in manipulating and abusing hiring regulations and procedures. We need to think about the major in physical education and think about what kind of experts the department of physical education will train. In addition, a fair and transparent recruitment process should be conducted to hire proper physical education professor necessary for training experts.

씨름은 한반도에서 전승된 명백한 국기(國技)이다. 이러한 씨름은 곧잘 Korean wrestling 으로 번역되곤 한다. 이는 현대의 경기로 정착된 모습에서 보이는 서양의 레슬링과의 유사성에 근거한 번역이다. 그러나 그것은 현대에 들어와 스포츠화 되는 과정에서 나타난 모습에 많은 부 분 의존한 설명이기에, 씨름과 레슬링이 지닌 근본적인 특성을 반영하기 에 부족한 감이 있다. 이러한 구분이 명확하게 제시되지 않은 상황 속에 서 크게 두 가지 문제가 발생하고 있다. 첫째는 씨름의 기원을 설명하는 데 있어 역사적으로 영향 관계를 찾을 수 없는 고대 레슬링에 대한 사료 가 언급되는 것이며, 둘째는 이러한 소급적인 관점이 씨름의 형태가 오 래된 과거로부터 변화 없이 동일하게 전승되었을 것이라는 판단을 불러 일으킨다는 것이다. 이것은 명백하게 현실과 다른 것이며 나아가 문화의 상대성과 시대별 격차를 고려하지 않았다는 맹점을 지닌다. 본 연구는 이러한 오류를 바로잡아 전통씨름의 본연의 특성을 파악하고 분석할 법 을 인류학적 모형에서 찾고자하는 시도이다.

Ssireum is an national game handed down from Koreans. The game(or sports) is often translated as 'Korean wrestling'. This Translation is based on extroversion similarities to Western wrestling. However, it is not enough to reflect the fundamental characteristics of ssireum. Because this point of view relies on the appearance of modern sports. Two major problems arise in situations where this distinction is not clearly presented. The first is what reference ancient Western wrestling to explain ssireum without historical connection or matching specific pattern of culture. And the second is retroactive view of ssireum make misjudgment that may have been passed down equally from the old past. These problems has the blind spot of not considering cultural relativity and periodic gaps. This paper is an attempt to correct these problems through understanding the original characteristics of traditional ssireum. Necessarily, this work accompany to redefine the play-style of the object referred to by ssireum.
