The purpose of this paper’s research is to verify how market-oriented and innovation-oriented have a bearing on export performance for Chinese exporters, verify the mediated effect of new product development performance and verify the control effect of the network. A total of 253 copies of the questionnaire were used to verify the hypothesis in this paper. To summarize the findings, first, innovation orientation has been shown to have a significant positive effect on new product development performance. Second, both innovation orientation and market orientation have been shown to have a significant positive effect on management performance. Third, the results of new product development were found to have a partial selling effect in relation to innovation orientation and management performance. Finally, the network with local partners further strengthens the impact of innovation orientation on new product development performance. The findings provide the following implications: companies suggest that the higher the innovation-oriented behavior, the better the new product development performance, and that various policy measures for implementing the innovation-oriented behavior of the top management are very important variables on the new product development performance. SFinally, it suggests that in order for export companies to develop new products in overseas markets with high uncertainty, they must not only have a strong innovative tendency but also further activate and fully utilize their networks with local partners.

This study investigates antecedents and consequences positive psychological capital(PsyCap), and the mediating effect of PsyCap on organizational citizenship behavior(OCB-O). Specifically, this study suggests that preceding variables(Job characteristics, leader-member exchange, and corporate social responsibility) positively influence on the PsyCap. The PsyCap positively influence on the OCB-O and it mediates on antecedents and the OCB-O of multinational enterprises(MNEs) subsidiaries’ employees in Korea. In other words, this study want to confirm that the PsyCap, which is a parameter, sufficiently reflects the mediated verification process suggested by Baron and Kenny(1986). In order to achieve the above objectives, four research hypotheses were established. The hypothesis tests using structural equations model were conducted for 9 countries, 24 MNE’s subsidiaries, and 220 employees. The results of this are as follows. All antecedent positively influence on the PsyCap, and the PsyCap mediates preceding variables and the OCB-O. This study confirms the PsyCap as a core research subject in international business. The practical implication suggests effectiveness of the PsyCap to enhance the OCB-O of employees that have a great influence on the performance of MNEs.

This paper aims at studying the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention by means of specific division of service quality of E-commerce with leisure food E-commerce being an example. In this paper, the collected data is analyzed in terms of reliability and validity, factor analysis and construction of equation models in the form of questionnaires with software SPSS and AMOS. The conclusions obtained from analysis include: 1. Customers’ expectation before purchasing has a significant positive impact on consumer satisfaction. 2. The assumption that E-commerce web design has a significant positive impact on consumer satisfaction is false. 3. E-commerce logistics has a significant positive impact on consumer satisfaction. 4. The purpose of this study is to find the direction of China’s external strategy and domestic development, while looking for China’s advancement into the Indian Ocean through the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). The main content of this research is about the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), which is a representative of the six economic channels China pursues as a BRI sub-plan. Through this, I looked at China’s advantages and major countries’ responses in South Asia. Through CPEC, China can benefit economically, easily secure oil by entering the Indian Ocean, and reduce logistics costs. Furthermore, if China approaches the Indian Ocean more through Pakistan, it can significantly reduce the gap between China’s inland and maritime regions and the time to move goods. As Pakistan is an adversary country with India, the South Asian landscape could fluctuate greatly if China engages in economic cooperation with Pakistan. If China gains greater access to the Indian Ocean through Pakistan, it can considerably reduce the gap between inland and maritime areas and the time it takes to move supplies. With China’s jump into the Indian Ocean, South Asia has thus emerged as a region where the US-India and China-Pakistan alliances are at odds over the Indian Ocean, and—as in the North Pacific—a US-China conflict has set. Finally, this study looked at China’s internal plan and external strategies using China’s CPEC as a medium, but there is a limitation that it is not a subdivided study by field. In the future, more detailed research on diplomacy, logistics, and security is needed.

This study is a review of the nature of the US-China trade dispute and the future direction of global trade policy of the newly launched Biden administration. The purpose of this thesis is to present the correct direction for maximizing future interests of Korea. At the same time as the Trump administration was launched, the US imposed high tariffs on US imports based on the America First Policy and promoted a one-way trade policy to protect its own industries. As a result, global free trade was forced to retreat due to trade friction with China. In addition, both the US and China suffered losses due to decreased trade volume. However, as Biden was elected in the recent presidential election, the tone of unilateral diplomacy in the United States has changed to the tone of cooperation with the alliance. As a result, Biden also hinted at a return to the TPP, which was led by the Obama administration to contain China’s expansion in Asia, but withdrew from the Trump administration. Against this TPP, the RCEP, which was formed centered on China, was recently concluded and Korea joined the RCEP. In this situation, the US is expected to dislike Korea from joining the China-led RCEP, and China will conversely hate Korea from joining the US-led TPP. This study aims to suggest the direction in which Korea can gain profits while maintaining the justification in this situation.

This paper conducts VAR model to investigate the different impacts of international oil price shocks on Chinese regional economies heterogeneous in terms of economic growth and income level. The results of impulse responses analysis imply that impacts of oil price shocks on CPI-inflation are not the same across regions even though the overall result is similar with those for national economy: the positive oil price shocks first increase the CPI-inflation, and then lower the CPI-inflation. However, the different impacts are not strongly related with the types of heterogeneity under consideration. The results also show that the different impacts of positive crude oil price shocks on GDP growth have a certain correlation with regional heterogeneity: the impact on GDP growth in low-growth regions lasts longer than that in high-growth regions, and the impact of crude oil price shocks on the GDP growth of Beijing and Shanghai is strongest in the first quarter, earlier than other regions with relatively low income levels. We conclude that Chinese government aims at improving economic growth must not ignore the unique economic characteristics of each province, otherwise it may have unnecessary consequences.

This paper investigates the boom-bust cycle of real estate in South Korea and Japan using a new approach to the estimation of systems that builds on 4-state regime swithcing model. According to the empirical analysis, first, in addition to the rising and falling states, there are overheating and supercooling states in the real estate market of both countries. Second, overall, the current real estate market in South Korea and Japan has entered the rising state. In particular, Gangnam-gu APT in South Korea are already an overheated phase. Third, since long-term low interest rates and excess liquidity conditions are likely to serve as additional upward pressure on real estate in the future, we need some policies of stable management of macroeconomic liquidity and inducing funds into the real economy.
