This study examines the determinants and forecasting performance on a model of seaborne trading volume using monthly data from January 1994 to December 2014. Integer and fractional cointegration techniques are used for testing the long-run relationship. The cointegrating equilibrium equation is estimated using recently developed econometric methodologies: CCR, FMOLS, and DOLS. The out-of-sample forecasting indicates that trading volume forecasts from the VECM may be superior to random-walk based forecasts.
Industrial cluster is one of the most important worldwide economic phenomena of recent economic activity. whether in developed countries, or developing countries, which have the competitive advantage of industry that is mostly concentrated within certain areas, while both new high technology and traditional industries have widespread phenomenon of spatial agglomeration. with the development of economic globalization, the construction of Industrial Clusters plays a pivotal role on the Central Plains’ economic development. However, for the construction of industrial clusters, attracting investment is also an important factor. This paper chooses the Henan Province as the representative province for the Central Plains. It goes on to construct both a theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of the Henan Province’s Industrial Clusters’and it's issues for attracting Investment. And then, puts forward some advices on improving the construction of the Central Plains' industrial clusters, specifically on attracting investment to the clusters, and at last, form a plan for the revitalization of China's Central Plain.

This paper analyzes the structure and characteristics of foreign countries’ antidumping decisions against China. Based on the analysis, this paper offers strategic and policy recommendations for the Chinese government and enterprises to be better prepared for the foreign countries’s antidumping decisions against China’s exports. We analyzed the variables can affect the China’s exports through gravity trade model. In this paper, we did regression analysis with gravity model. We also analysed the industries specific factors can role in the decisions of foreign countries’ antidumping decisions. The results show that some antidumping variables in developed countries can affect Chinese exports. Furthermore petrochemical and heavy industries are more influenced by the foreign countries’ anti dumping decisions than other light industries’s case.
Currently, the number of countries signing FTA has increased but FTA utilization of small and medium businesses(SMB) is still low due to complicated determination standard of country of origin. So, related organizations including the government are making various measures to vitalize an FTA, but the effect has not been reaching minor enterprises yet. Particularly SMB was found not to issue the certificate of origin actively if the business partner doesn’t request since the issuing cost of certificate of origin is higher than benefits for application of preferential tariff. Starting with Korea·China FTA, it is needed to conduct the reengineering of tasks to vitalize an FTA. This paper aims to activate the issuing of certificate of origin for application of preferential tariff of FTA of SMB by identifying the problem in issuing of certificate of origin of SMB and presenting solutions. As a result, this may result in improving export competitiveness of SMB and in diversifying line of transaction to the member countries signing FTA.
