We conducted a survey to investigate the actual conditions of work experience, job-hunting, vocational training for unemployed women. The motivation of the study is that the conditions of unemployed women can serve as an important data in developing and utilizing womanpower. We can see that maintaining a balanced work-family life is the major obstacle against developing and utilizing womanpower, so it needs to be solved firstly. Secondly, vocational training system should satisfy the demand of business and conduct unemployed women to employment after training. Thirdly, political support is needed to make social service jobs that women of every class can participate in.

Changed the business environment, private sector focuses on the performance management, so to manage the performance he uses BSC that overcomes the limitation of financial indicators. Also, it is getting emphasized to evaluate the performance about services that the public sector provides and obliged for the public sector to be responsible for managing and improving its performance as the private sector has been doing. But lacks of knowledge and experience on performance management and evaluation are blocking the public sector from introducing and implementing new performance management systems. To solve those problems, this study has derived general guidelines and KPIs that public sector should keep in mind when BSC is introduced new management system. This study focused on the public hospital which is the performance management and evaluation system of Government administration.

This study explores the component factors of innovation brand to build organizational culture of government ministries. A perception of organizational officers on innovation brand is ranked orderly by brand awareness(recognition, discrimination), brand loyalty (identification, ease of memory, meaning diffusion, reaction of customer needs), brand salience, brand knowledge and brand innovation. The results of factor analysis classify the component factors with factor1(brand awareness, brand loyalty) and factor2(brand innovation). This results indicate that the officers definitely recognize the value of innovation brand and brand identity. The brand discrimination and brand loyalty can also positively affect perception on brand innovation.

The development of IT has contributed a lot to enhancing administrative efficiency. In particular, it enabled administrative agencies to be able to upgrade the effects and efficiency of public services by saving unnecessary time, labor, and equipment that might surely occur in delivering routine services in repetition. As the concept of governance and knowledge-based administration assumes a pivotal value in the 21 century administrative innovation, sharing information among agencies is a key to building effective governance system. However, current extent of sharing information in public agencies is below the level of expectation and thus the need exists for the steps to making information shared more widely and effectively among public agencies. This paper gives a snap shot on the extant status of information sharing among public agencies and seeks ways to facilitate it from the perspective of electrical government.

여행 블로그의 서비스 품질과 동기요인이 이용자 만족과 재이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to verify and analyze the factors that influence the intention using the travel-blog. This study sought to find out the motivation factors of a Blog. Also, This paper tests the updated model of information systems success proposed by Delone and McLean using a field study of a travel-blog. The three dimensions of the blog Quality were information, design and system. And The three dimensions of the motivation factors were pride, enjoyment and ease of use. Questionaries are collected from 196 peoples who are using the travel-blog. The results of study show, first, that information quality, pride and enjoyment are significant predictors of user satisfaction, second, that pride, enjoyment, and satisfaction are significant of reuse intention with the travel-blog. Third, ease of use did not have positive effects on reuse intention to travel-blog.

Organizations can experience serious financial and/or reputational losses if business activities are disrupted by an incident of information systems under the current business environment. The loss includes the intangible decline in brand image, customer separation, and the tangible loss such as decrease in business profits. Thus, it is necessary to take proactive initiatives by managing many kinds of risks an organization may have. Therefore, the enterprise risk management has been received a special attention by some advanced private companies, but not many public organizations. This paper describes an approach and some issues when the enterprise risk management was introduced in a domestic public organization.



수용자의 상호작용성과 제품관여도에 따른 양방향 TV광고 효과

This study researches the effectiveness of interactive TV advertising focusing on the factors of audience involvement and interaction. The study began with the effective measurement of interactive television advertisements. Interactive television advertisements have different concepts than existing television advertisements. This study mainly focuses on the characteristics of audience interaction and experiments based on the data of 78 persons for measurement. In the experiments, the characteristics were categorized according to search time, specifically the number of searched pages about interactive television advertisement. Hypothesis 1 reveals that the interaction of the audience increases when the advertising attitude, brand attitude, and purchase intentions also increase. Hypothesis 2 finds that the involvement of the audience increases when the advertising attitude, brand attitude, and purchase intentions also increase. By studying these consumer characteristics and behavior, a new method of effective measurement for interactive television advertisement is uncovered. The new method includes not only existing measurement elements of television advertisement which include attitude about advertising and brand, and customer purpose, but also the features of interactive television advertisement like customer search time. According to this research on interactive television advertisement, the interaction with and involvement of the audience are highly influential variables.

When small organizations construct and operate Knowledge Management System(KMS), there exists inefficiency in employee participation and system usage. In recent years, web itself is evolving into web 2.0. And It is crucial to utilize web 2.0 characteristics into KMS. The problems in the original version of KMS(KMS 1.0) is as follows. KMS is separated from Offline and electronic work processing systems. Even information in the electronic work processing system cannot be accessed by employees of other divisions in the same organization. Now web 2.0 environment provides more enhanced user participation and information sharing. It also reinforces KMS 1.0 into KMS 2.0. Small organizations should take advantage of web 2.0 environment and construct the better version KMS of its own with low-cost and high-efficiency.

This study notes the growing importance of online community as a means of building customer relationships. The author aims to identify how to communicate in an online community on preannounced new products, and test social influence that influence word-of-mouth of consumers, and confirm moderate effect of market maven between social influence and word-of-mouth activity in on-line community. The main findings are that social influence such as internalization and conformity positively influence word-of-mouth communication on online community. And moderate effect of market maven confirm between social influence(internalization and confirmity) and word-of-mouth activity.

Even though, many enterprises began to use management information system, they were not able to attain remarkable outcome. Thus, a purpose for this research is to explore effect that characteristics of information technology and executive support have on its user's confrontation In order to verify this purpose, we selected Nong-hyup's CRM as an object for a proof of effect that characteristics of information technology and executive support have on its user's confrontation. According to this research's conclusion, characteristics of information systems have notable influence on user's confrontation, while executive support did not have significant influence on it. Yet, this research has its limits by considering characteristics of information technology and support from board of directors as only variables among many other possible reasons for user's confrontation. Thus, in the future, there should be another research that considers more various reasons for user's confrontation.



패스트푸드점의 로하스 이미지, 고객만족, 전환장벽 및 재방문의도의 영향관계에 관한 연구

This paper aimed to exam relationship of lohas image, customer satisfaction, switching barrier, revisit intention to fast food store. To accomplish this purpose, this study examined previous studies and summmarized. 400 questionaries were distributed to the people living in Daegu/Gyeong-Buk 381 questionaries were obtained and 331 data were analyzed by frequencies, correlation, multiple regression, The results of this study are as follows; First, it is shown that lohas image have a positive influence on the customer satisfaction(p<0.001). Second, it is shown that lohas image have a positive influence on the switching barrier(p<0.001). Third, it is shown that customer satisfaction have a negative influence on the switching barrier(p<0.57). Fourth, it is shown that lohas image have a positive influence on the revisit intention(p<0.05). Fifth, it is shown that customer satisfaction have a positive influence on the revisit intention(p<0.001). Sixth, it is shown that switching barrier have a positive influence on the revisit intention(p<0.001). This study, however, have limitations in obtained sample and area. The future study should consider these limitations to improve model applicability in practice.




Effects of Privacy Concern on Trust and Intention to Incremental Usage of social Networking Systems

본 논문은 사회네트워크(social network system, SNS)에 대한 사용자의 추가적 사용의도를 개인정보보호의 관점에서 고찰하였다. SNS에서 사용자는 SNS의 운영 시스템과 사용자간 정보의 교류가 이루어지는 SNS사이트라는 서로 다른 두 주체와의 상호작용을 통하여 개인정보의 보호 정도를 인지하게 되고, 이러한 인지정도는 사회네트워크시스템과 SNS사이트에 대한 신뢰에 각각 영향을 미치고, 이 신뢰는 사용자의 사용의도를 증가시킨다는 연구모델을 설정하고 가설을 검정하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 SNS 시스템과 SNS 사이트에 대해 사용자가 인지하는 개인정보보호의 수준은 SNS시스템과 SNS사이트에 대한 신뢰 수준에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면, 사용자의 추가적 사용의도는 단지 SNS 시스템의 신뢰에 의해서만 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.



국내 임베디드 기업의 기술성과에 미치는 영향요인과 정부지원의 조절효과

Embedded industry has emerged as one of the important industry for u-IT based application service. Technology development related to embedded hardware and software provides the base for the development of U-IT convergence industry. This study intends to suggest a research model to investigate the influence of industry, organization, technology factors on technology performance in the embedded companies. This study adopted research variables such as global network, local network, industry intensity, and technology capability as independent variables, with technology performance as a dependent variable from the existing literatures. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of industrial and organizational factors on technology performance of embedded companies SCM systems, including the moderating effect of government support. 94 companies data were collected by survey. The result of this empirical study is summarized as follows. First, local network and technology capability are the important determinants to influence technology performance of embedded companies in direct effect model. Second, global network and industry intensity has more positive influence on technology performance of embedded companies through a moderating variable of government support.

A Comparison of Internet Access between Korean and Japanese University Students

이 논문은 한국과 일본 대학생들의 인터넷 사용과 이러닝 그리고 인터넷쇼핑 이용 실태에 대한 비교 연구이다. 연구대상은 한국 대학생과 일본대학생으로 연구방법은 설문지를 통해 이루어졌다. 한국 대학생 92명과 일본대학생 137명이 설문에 응하여 총 229명의 유효한 설문이 이루어졌다. 한국대학생의 경우 절대 다수인 92.4%가 집에서 인터넷을 접속하여 사용하고 있지만, 일본 대학생의 경우는 집에서 인터넷 접속이 57.7% 그리고 대학교에서의 접속이 36.5%로 여전히 대학교를 통한 인터넷 접속이 활발하게 이루어짐을 보여주고 있다. 이러닝관련 설문에서는 설문에 응한 한국 대학생들의 52.7%가 전혀 이용해본 경험이 없다고 답한 반면 일본 대학생들은 94.7%가 경험하였다고 응답하여 훨씬 활발하게 이러닝을 이용하고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 그러나 이용목적에 대한 복수 응답에 대해서는 한국 대학생들이 훨씬 다양하게 이용하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 인터넷 쇼핑에서는 한국 대학생들이 더 활발하게 이용하고 있으며 의류 구입이 첫 번째며, 이어서 책과 은행 이용이 각각 뒤를 이었다. 그러나 일본 대학생의 경우 책 구입이 첫 번째 의류와 온라인 경매 참가가 각각 뒤를 이었다. 전반적으로 한국 대학생들의 인터넷 사용이 일본 대학생들보다 활발하게 이용하고 있으며, 특히 집에서의 인터넷 접속이 일본 대학생들 보다 더 많음을 보여주고 있는데 이는 그 만큼 한국 가정에서의 광대역 인터넷 시설이 잘 되어있기 때문으로 간주된다.

Despite the increase internet use rate, there still appears a big difference in web usage rates depending on demographic variables, web usage environment variables. This study aimed to improve our understanding of perceived usage, attitude, affected factors related Web usage for schoolwork and research. This result will facilitate further understanding of perceived usage, attitude, affected factors related Web usage, thereby enabling researchers, practitioners, and policy makers to better design appropriate strategies to promote the Web usage.



전시 컨벤션 산업의 유비쿼터스 기술 응용

The exhibition and convention industry offers facilities and services required to host expositions and conferences. Currently, it has been greatly esteemed as a promising industry because it can produce a higher added value and maintain a pure environment at the same time as an aggregate of service industries. Like other industries, the need of digitalization and information system in the exhibition and convention industry makes it introduce ERP and MIS and nowadays ubiquitous related model projects are ongoing. In this paper, we conduct researches regarding the systematic introduction of ubiquitous related technologies through the service and information system identification of exhibition and convention industry, and analysis of value chain and critical success factor. We consider RFID, ZigBee and mobile related technologies as the ubiquitous related technology types and select the exhibition witness and the maintenance of facilities as the area of related technologies introduction. In addition, we propose a scheme used to analyze and solve the problems which could be occurred when ubiquitous related technologies are applied. The results of this paper could be used as a policy to nourish exhibition and convention industry, and a guideline of the host organizations.



지능적인 웹문서 분류를 위한 구조 및 프로세스 설계 연구

This paper aims to offer a solution based on intelligent document classification to create a user-centric information retrieval system allowing user-centric linguistic expression. So, structures expressing user intention and fine document classifying process using EBL, similarity, knowledge base, user intention, are proposed. To overcome the problem requiring huge and exact semantic information, a hybrid process is designed integrating keyword, thesaurus, probability and user intention information. User intention tree hierarchy is build and a method of extracting group intention between key words and user intentions is proposed. These structures and processes are implemented in HDCI(Hybrid Document Classification with Intention) system. HDCI consists of analyzing user intention and classifying web documents stages. Classifying stage is composed of knowledge base process, similarity process and hybrid coordinating process. With the help of user intention related structures and hybrid coordinating process, HDCI can efficiently categorize web documents in according to user's complex linguistic expression with small priori information.
