유비쿼터스 정보화사업 평가모형 및 지표 개발에 관한 연구

This research aims at developing and distributing models and indexes that can evaluate ubiquitous information projects in order to enhance the objectivity and validity of their evaluation. The research adopts a BSC(Balanced Score Card) concept with four views, economic, policy, social, and technical views. The research induces a model of pre-evaluation and a model of post-evaluation according to each view. In order to secure the validity of the models, they are revised and complemented by obtaining advice through interviews with five experts in related fields, and the validity and application possibility of the indexes are verified by surveying ten people working in those fields. Finally, investigating their weights according to the importance of each view and index, they are evaluated using an AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method.

The purpose of this study is to explore 'Flow Experience' of those studying English speaking and listening in the e-Learning environment. The exploration of flow experience in this study is based on the literature research of Csikszentmihalyi's flow models and other studies. There have been many studies on flow experience focusing on arts, leisure and sports in accordance with Csikszentmihalyi's original theory, however, his flow theory has recently been adapted to the educational field. Nonetheless, it is in the e-learning environment, rather than the face-to-face traditional teaming environment, that there is not enough flow state measurement scale. Therefore, it is important to develop as a stepping stone a flow state scale for those who study English speaking and listening by the cyber-native-speaker on e-Learning environment to improve their satisfaction and achievement.

Progressing of Web2.0 and social digitalization are lead to changing citizens participation and citizen centric service of civic service. To meet this trends that is online collaboration and sharing, citizen's service that provides our government, also need to changing web2.0 style. This paper argues that government could now grasp the opportunities that are emerging in terms of web2.0 Current policy and action is not yet adequate to grasp these opportunities. So this study focused on strategies of civil services based on web2.0 using NCIA(National Computerization Integrated Agency) cases. For the purpose, we analyze former researches related with civil service. And then, we propose web2.0 adaptation strategies for NCIA.

This research was to analyze information network which contributed Anyang Venture Valley's development. And mutual communication between regional innovated companies was the essential factor of this growth. Anyang city with its Knowledge Industry Promotion Agency, KIPA, has first set up communication network, facility and other structures to create basis of communication. For that, they were able to operate various networking and promotion of communication which led to the enforcement of regional innovation in venture businesses. During its innovation, KIPA played a key role as a link between regional Innovated companies, which enabled active interactions between them. Government can verify significance of establishing network base with mediation function for lively communication for promoting innovation capability through Anyang Venture Valley's case.

For the domestic digital contents, it is particularly important that the planning and mediating functions should cover the whole Industries so that dividends and assistance to reach all the way back to the primary contents-creating level, where economic risks are especially high. A proactive cooperation system or framework between the government, the businesses and research institutions, which would allow for free flow of interaction among these players, can play that role. We can broadly define cooperation frameworks into two; one between the central and the local governments and another among private-sector groups, such as companies, associations and groups. These players in the framework have differing, sometimes, conflicting views regarding the digital contents industry whether the digital contents should aim for skilled applicability or the abstract or whether the emphasis should rest on public interest or profitability. Immature competition and lack of trust among these players also give rise to such inefficiencies as overlap in investments, inexpertness and inefficient use of resources. We have proposed and realized the National Integrated Cooperation System to bridge these gaps among the major players in the industry. The National Integrated Cooperation System rests on the following major functions. The first major function of the NICS is to decipher any ambiguity that may be embedded in external Inputs by stratified role and bias. The second function is to create cooperative groups that will deal with the ambiguities based on its consequent situation. The third is a feedback function that will draw out a new cooperative way by re-feeding the capacities and the conflicts that stem from the existing organizations and strategies into cooperation and adjustment process. Our NICS has compared and evaluated with England and Australia digital content industry models under AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. NICS has turned out to be well designed and have strong points based on OECD innovation and cooperation criteria.

장애인근로자의 직무스트레스와 직무만족에 관한 연구

This paper examined the relationship between job stressor and job satisfaction according to the general property of disabled workers. Role ambiguity, role conflict, and role overload were cast as the factors of job satisfaction to explore their relationship with the general property and type of disabled workers. The results revealed that role ambiguity had the strongest meaningful relationships with job satisfaction and role conflict, role overload had not shown the meaningful relationships with their Job satisfaction. The reason of this results seemed to be from the fact that the work type available or not available to disabled worker was determined beforehand according to their disability type. Finally, these findings provide a guidelines of efficiency human resource management and strategic development program for the disabled workers

The food crisis is gradually augmented, which derives from a world-wide process. And it is the actual conditions for which there is no solution on national level. Rice is a fundamental agricultural products, and it makes up a large percentage in the Korean farming industry. Especially, the environment around the domestic rice market has rapidly been changing and shrinking because of the open policy in the International market. In order to compete with the international market, Korea must be strong in stable-based construction and international marketing strategies of domestic rice products. Most of consumers recognize the importance of developing a brand-name rice. However, the degree of recognition on the brand-name rice is still very low. The Purpose of this paper Is to drive brand marketing strategy for positioning of domestic rice products.

The purpose of our this research, based on the Media Selection Theory, the Technology Acceptance Model, and the Social Influence Theory, is to investigate the influential factors that affect media selection in banking transactions. Analyses showed that for location sensitive bank window's and ATMs (automatic teller machines), defined as offline-based transaction channels, convenience was the variable affecting media selection. However, in the case of online media not related to location, (phone banking, internet banking, and mobile banking) reliability was the significant variable influencing use. The findings show that banking organizations may benefit from identifying traits of media affecting use, and should differentiate customer services for competitive advantage.

본 연구는 프로젝트 선정 및 포트폴리오 관리에 관한 고찰이다. 첫 번째 부분은 프로젝트 선정에 관한 세 가지 방법 (AHP, 경제학적 방법, Microsoft's Enterprise 프로젝트 관리 방법)의 장 단점에 대한 간단한 견해를 제시하였다. 두 번째 부분은 프로젝트 포트폴리오 관리에 관한 기법 등을 소개하였고, 6개의 질문을 통해 프로젝트 포트폴리오 관리 시스템에 대해 어떻게 조직화하고 활용할 것인가를 고찰하였다.

The aim of this study was to draw some suggestions for Internet Policy by using empirical analyses of key factors in Internet addiction in youths. Internet addiction in youths is perceived as a current and significant issue throughout the world. For the purpose of this study, factors that have influence on the Internet addiction of the youth have been explored and analysed empirically of its hypothetical relationships by using the SEM(structural equation modelling). As a result, a few key factors that suggest a strong relationship to Internet addiction in youths have been drawn: subjects' personality, accessibility to the Internet, psychology and communication factor. Particularly accessibility to the Internet, and specifically the duration of time spent online causes the phenomenon of the Internet addiction. This study shows, however, the subjects' personality and communication factor have the most significant causal relationship to Internet addiction. In other word, the Internet addiction has been changing with the various factors including the factors drawn in this study, which are subjects' personality, accessibility to the Internet, psychology and communication factor. Therefore, Internet addiction should not be merely treated as the isolated problem of the Internet itself; rather it should be understood as various dimensions of society, economy, culture etc. Furthermore, some alternatives to deal with the Internet addiction should be found in various approaches.
