게임요소의 규모가중치 기준 연구

Function Point(FP) is well spread and advanced methodology in software costing. But FP is not common in game contents costing. It is one reason that Game Contents is a new area in software costing. And, ISO/IEC FDIS 19761(final draft) recommends not to use FP method in game contents costing. So we suggested new methodology in that area which is called Game Factor Point Method(GFPM). In this paper, we studied more about the weight of the game factor. We hope this will clarify them. We made definition of game factor, and studied more detail about Mission which was a little ambiguous in prior study. We also studied difficulties of game factor which will be a very important factor in game contents costing.

Recently, Modeling and Simulation, which have been received attention in various in dustries such as national defence, eduction and entertainment, have been researched, and related applications have been developed actively. Especially, it is focused on the to chnology of a virtual reality and a virtual simulation which represents the implementation technology for the simulation education related to the e-Learning industry. However, a solution is needed to fulfill the lack of technology and research about standardize d data elements which could be applied to virtual simulation technologies in common. Therefore, this article suggests the virtual simulation data elements to increase the educational effect of a virtual simulation and interoperability of data among LMS through reference to korean and international standards and the result of related area analysis. In other words, this article aims to define the expression of data element and to propose the guideline elements in the virtual simulation scope.



유비쿼터스 인터페이스 기술에 대한 고찰

This article introduces developing trends of an 'Ubiquitous Interface' as an access method for use of various network resources, such as public wireless networks and un-licensed wireless networks in ubiquitous sensor network environments, without troublesome settings or operations by users. 'Ubiquitous Interface' is a relatively wide sense meaning not only physical interface of specified device or between processors, but anything method for access USN. These 'Ubiquitous Interface' able to provide seamless services that adapt autonomously to the user's movements and changes in the state of wireless resources. Recently, strongly recommended current technologies are RFID, NFC, Multi-mode mobile terminal, UMA mobile terminal and Wearable computer as a future ubiquitous interface. These technologies are have to have flexibility and multiple physical communication channels for seamless service hand over and serve easy connection at huge USN to user. Also, they have to must have flexible software structure. Finally, through the 'Ubiquitous Interface', we will be experience of seamless communication and realize a real liberty of communication.



CAT 이론을 응용한 Web-based 교수학습 시스템 개발

New technologies have turned theories of education engineering into practice and also made education more efficient. One of them is the theory of 'Computer Adaptive Testing(CAT)'. This study is aimed to design and develop a web-based teaming system by making up for the weak points in the existing computer adaptive testing(CAT). The characteristics of the system are as follows: Firstly, tests can be controlled to fit the teachers' purposes by putting in different levels of both questions and samples. Secondly, this system does not test the same number of questions as students with different levels of ability do on a paper test, but a test can be taken according to their level. Thus this system is able to correctly judge learners' ability in a short time.

The Public Service Charter is one of the administrative reform programs introduced to promote customer oriented administration. It's main purpose is to achieve citizens' confidence in the government by satisfying them with elevated quality of the public services. This study focuses on analyzing current conditions and achievements of the Public Service Charter in the Republic of Korea and proposing it's development plan. Since it was introduced to Korea in 1998, the Public Service Charter has been disseminated and contributed to the spreading of the citizens' understandings of the government's initiatives for customer satisfaction plans. Still, it has several problems as follows; A lot of public servants and citizens lack in understandings of this program. CEOs don't have enough concern in it. Evaluation is not organically connected to performance management. The correction and compensation procedure are not well operated. To solve these problems, the government needs to set up an institutional foundation establishing a legal base, uplifting CFO' concerns, and building a department with full responsibility, and to promote employees and citizens' participation through education and PR. It's also important to enhance post management by efficient evaluation and performance management, substantial correction and compensation procedure.

In this study, It is suggested how to utilize hardware capacity sizing system for WEB, WAS, OLTP server's CPU, memory, and disk capacity by its user reasonably. To achieve goal of this study, we presented specific approaches in aspect of institutional viewpoint. The result of this study can be reflected gradually in the guideline of informatization related budgeting by MPB(Ministry of Planning and Budget) and e-government supporting program.

The purpose of this study is to confirm whether the task and system development process makes a significant influence on the system performance. The task is defined as a interdependency and system development process is defined as analysis, user participation and executive support. Field research was employed to empirically investigate the relationship among the variables. The finding of the study can be summarized as follows. The strict analysis under the task of high interdependency has a significant effect on the system performance. And high executive support is needed for the system performance under any level of interdependency.



중소기업 ASP 효과의 결정요인에 관한 연구

Several studies have investigated the success of ASP from various perspectives. This study, thus, investigated factors affecting ASP effectiveness in various literature relevant ASP and outsourcing. By applying the basic ideas of the IS success model, this study proposes a research model of the factors affecting the success of ASP, in term of internal factors(Top Management Involvement, User Participation, Size of Organization, IS Maturity) and Reliability factors(Transaction Reliability, After-Sale Reliability, System Reliability, Security). The proposed model is expected to provide a guideline to researchers and practitioners extend their understanding of the success factors of the ASP effectiveness.
