Human resource development(HRD) is one of the important success factors in competitive business circumstance. So many companies are developing HRD system for role based competent person rearing to catch up with fast changing situations. And they are building professional and specific HRD systems, With these trends, this study analyze which are affecting user satisfaction in role based corporate HRD systems. Recognized profit, HRD support situation, and user experiences affect to user satisfaction significantly. And HRD support situation is the biggest affecting factor to user satisfaction.

This paper aimed to exam core factors of the success factors of new products and analyze their effects on success. To accomplish this purpose, this study examined previous studies and summarized core factors of success factors of new products. From previous studies, we drawed core factor. Core factor is technology factors(marketing skills, technical skills), specific of new product(more innovative, less innovative, cost advantage, competitive advantage), the process of product development(crossfunctional integration, staff involvement). Except for more innovative factors, the others factors affect on success. To be winner, companies must be consider these key factor(less innovative, cost advantage, competitive advantage, cross-functionalintegration, staff involvement).

모바일 게임 서비스에서 유용성과 수용의도 결정요인에 관한 연구

This study tried to find the determine of intention to mobile game service acceptance. Our research proposes the theoretical model consisting of factors such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of using the mobile phone, perceived price. The data was analyzed using LISREL based on th structural equation modeling, a second-generation multivariate technique. The result shows that the perceived usefulness have significant effects on the mobile game service acceptance.

This study is to evaluate the morality of teenagers with regard to features of justice. On the basis of the findings, an online morality level test system is designed and implemented to help students understand themselves better and to increase moral maturity through this self-test method based on Kohlberg's Morality Development Level. The main purpose of this study is to help students test and evaluate their morality, and it will be contributed to slough off egocentrism and to orient a relationship based on a mutual respect by using the embodied system. If this system can be applied successfully, an effective improvement on students' further education guidance may be gained because the test and its results are made in the system simultaneously. Also this easy and fast test system can attain much more economical effects than a written test.

지리정보(GIS)기술을 기반으로 한 도시공간구조분석에 관한 연구

This paper is an analysis of the Category Individual Residence urban spatial structure along the National Route BO (Koushu-Kaido), one of the major roads in Japan, and the degree of differences between locations and its changes between the points of time. The analysis was based on the GIS technique. Whilst, previous studies were based on municipal boundaries or mesh units as sources of data, GIS allowed the use of variable geographical units, Roadside zone, Inner zone, North zone, South zone, Blocks. As an example to apply the technology of GIS, 1986's and 1991's building polygon data of the Urban Planning Bureau of Tokyo Metropolitan Government are used. The layers referred to the analyses is the building polygons with the amount of stories, building area, floor area and the material of the building. Two statistical analysis are executed; one is the test of the regional equality about the number of story of building, building area, floor area and fireproof building ratio.

The purpose of this study is to confirm whether the IT activity and organizational strategy makes a significant influence on the system performance. IT activity is defined as a system development, system operation and system management. Cost leadership and Differentiation were used as a strategic type. Field research was employed to empirically investigate the relationship among the variables. The finding of the study can be summarized as follows. IT activity and strategic type are not enough to explain the system performance.

This study first tries to investigate factors that determine the quality of mobile game contents. Based on the information and information system-related studies, our research proposes to show the relationships among the quality of mobile game contents, the level of perceived easy of use and the perceived usefulness. Mobile game contents service providers can get insight on factors that should be considered to improve the quality of contents services. Also, the research findings provide a clue on the success of mobile game service.

The purpose of this study is to generate a proper regulation improvement direction of the public If project contract law through the current four contract methods and three methods of the awarding party of a contract method. The research method for this paper is derived from the written materials of the present public IT project contract law. Two problems have been processed in order to produce the results: the current contract methods and the awarding party of a contract method. The current contract methods consist of a competition contract, a private contract, and a supply methodology contract, The methods of the awarding party of a contract display a qualified evaluation regulation, the 2nd step competition bid, a standard cost separation tender, and a contract by a negotiation. The results exhibit that the general competition contract consists of four improvement items. The contract by a negotiation contains five improvement items. The group private contract has one improvement item. And the private contract includes one improvement item. These results implicate that the current public IT project contract law demands better improvement work for the ubiquitous Korea.

This paper uses a Mobilans case based on software system to derive the results of our study. Recently, the mobile phone payment entered its matured stage and became most frequently used payment method in all internet sites. And, in order to prepare for the future ubiquitous market, every mobile phone payment methods has different speed of development, market status and target segments in the market. This paper also discusses about the background and current status of Korean mobile phone payment market using SMS(Short Message Service) to purchase items on internet which is growing sharply every year. Also, we try find the key factors to succeed in this growing market. In addition to safety, delayed payment and the immediateness for use of mobile phone, we also suggest that a highly developed hardware system is an additional factor under the increased demands for the convenience with various applications.

The purpose of this paper is to make a design and implementation of a diagnosis system of learning misconception of students who learn 'be' verb in the English language by using fuzzy theory. In this system, a fuzzy cognitive map exposes the fact that students' perception and misunderstanding about 'the English' language have an intertwined relationship, and diagnoses causes of misconceptions of students by using fuzzy memory associative memory. It suggests that since most existing systems of rule based expert system have had several limitations, this system will be applied to diagnose learners' misconception of learning in varieties of education areas.
