With the accelerate pace of the reform of higher education, Chinese higher education has been from the "elite education" to "popular education”, which brought a series of changes to the object of education, the way of education, educational purpose. While employment of students as an important measure of the effect of our country's higher education, there are more and more domestic universities have taken it to be the ultimate test goal. In this process, how to set up the course system to keep pace with the times has become a hot issue in educational research. In this paper, take salary as an important index to measure the students' employment ability, and through the method of fuzzy neural network for machine learning to construct the model of school courses, professional courses and elective courses contribution degree to employment to study the role of science and engineering courses in the science and engineering graduates employment, hoping to be able to promote the universities curriculum reform, and improve students' learning initiative.
The Game Model of Cost Risk Management for “Giant Project” under Asymmetry Information

In the construction process of the giant project, because of each participant’s asymmetric and incomplete information and their pursuit of maximum interests, etc., the risk of cost control exists in the process of management. This article focuses on the owners facing cost management risk in the construction process of GB. First, it analyzes the behavior of the each project participant, and then constructs the game model among the three main stakeholders including project (engineering) Management Company, the project contractor and the owner in the control of the cost management, for further analysis. Finally, it puts forward relevant strategies for preventing the collusion between project (engineering) management company and the project contractor. The results of the research show that the game model construction of the cost risk management for giant project under the Asymmetry Information, provides not only the quantitative basis for the owner’s cost risk control, and also the useful reference for the decision-making of giant project organization and management.
TLCSBFL : A Traffic Lights Control System Based on Fuzzy Logic

Vehicular traveling is increasing throughout the world, particularly in large urban areas. By the increasing use of automobiles in cities, traffic congestion occurs. Thus, there is a requirement for optimizing traffic control methods for better accommodating the increasing demand. Therefore, the transportation system will continue to grow, and intelligent traffic controls have to be employed to face the road traffic congestion’s problems. Fuzzy controllers have been widely used in many consumer products and industrial applications successfully over the past two decades. For traffic control, however, fuzzy controllers have not been widely applied. This research presents an application of fuzzy logic for multi-agent based autonomous traffic lights control system using wireless sensors to overcome problems like congestion, accidents, speed, and traffic irregularity. The real time parameters such as traffic density and queue length are obtained by using image-processing techniques. Thus, On and Off timings for the green, red and or amber lights are adjusted to the actual road conditions. Fuzzy logic has been widely used to develop a traffic signal controller because it allows qualitative modeling of complex systems. This paper describes a fuzzy logic signal controller for a four–way intersection suitable for mixed traffic, including a high proportion of motorcycles. The proposed agent-based approach can provide a preferred solution by minimizing the vehicles’ waiting time especially the emergency vehicles using fuzzy logic control under the situations that normally occur during emergencies. The effectiveness of this approach is tested by taking two traffic junctions.

Based on train traction calculation theories, this research first simulates the transports of a typically formed freight train hauled by representative types of freight locomotives in China. Accordingly, the exact change of the traction energy cost intensity of the train in the effect of its inter-stop transport distance is analyzed in a quantificational way for different target speeds. It is found that the inter-stop transport distance of a freight train should be no shorter than 20.00 kilometers in order to decrease the traction energy cost per unit transport especially for a relatively high target speed. As a result, it is suggested that the railway freight transport work ought to try its best to utilize a heavy load train in view of its average inter-stop transport distance of the whole trip and its comparatively energy-saving target speeds. Furthermore, as for the transport operation of a railway network, the requirements to the time of each transport work of a train and so on should also be considered for its traction energy saving in an integrated manner.

Signatures of Chaotic Naturein Astronomical Data with Nonlinear Analysis Techniques

The significance of treating astronomical phenomenon as a chaotic system instead of a stochastic system for a better understanding of the underlying has been grown considerably in recent years. Unfortunately, the most important disadvantage of these techniques is the dependence on a single approach for identifying the chaotic nature and the variables involved. In this paper, an attempt is proposed to detect chaotic nature of astronomical time series using various nonlinear analysis techniques and prediction is also done to quantify the uncertainty involved. Mutual information function and Cao algorithm are used to determine the time delay and embedding dimension for the phase space reconstruction. The probability time and secular persistence or memory are calculated using maximal Lyapunov exponent and rescaled range analysis. Our analysis results indicate that dynamical behavior of astronomical process should be controlled by a low-dimensional chaoticattractor, its chaotic motion can be considered as a long-term persistence on large scales. Moreover, the nonlinear prediction method employed support the short- and mid-term predictability nature of astronomical time series. We can arrive at a conclusion that the reasonably good predictions obtained using a chaos theory is helpful for modeling and understanding the underlying dynamics of the complex astronomical system.

In this paper a new non-ideal model of 8-bit Current Mode Successive Approximation Analog-Digital Converter (CM-SAR-ADC) has been proposed, the main blocks of CM SAR ADC are a current sample and hold, a current comparator, SAR logic register and current steering digital to analogue converter (DAC). The model is implemented in Matlab Simulink environment with non ideals factors such as switching noise, clock feed through, charge injection, flicker noise, clock jitter, settling error, and the effect of MOS transistor mismatch in the current sample and hold(S/H) and in the current steering DAC models, the delay time and the current offset are introduced as non-ideal sources to the current comparator model. The comparisons of the simulation results using 8-bits CM SAR ADC with ideal and non-ideal models confirmed the effects of the non ideality sources on the parameters of the ADC.

This paper proposes a set of measurement to analyze the information content of limit order book based on cointegration theory and error correction model, and conduct empirical studies using the tick-by-tick transaction data of Shanghai Stock Exchange 180 Index components. Empirical results indicate that limit-order book is informative, even the orders other than the best bid and ask can also contribute approximately 41% to the price discovery. Further, this paper also pays a lot of attention to examine the relationships between the limit-order book and the short-run future return of the stocks. We find that the information of a limit-order book can help investors to forecast the future short-term return and thus improve the overall welfare of them.

The large-scale power transformer is one of the key equipment for power grid, and its quality has important effects on the security, stability and economic operation of the power grid. It is a good method to strengthen the quality control for sampling test. But it is difficult to carry out for large power transformer, because of the restriction of testing condition demanding. The development of test system, test items and sampling objects determination principle are introduced. The sampling test process and results evaluation standard for larger power transformer of State Grid Corporation of China are also introduced. The sampling effects are analyzed by means of game theory. The sampling test results are analyzed in multiple dimensions, such as qualified rate, voltage grade, type, supplier coverage, and trend. The quality problems and sampling test effects are mainly analyzed. The results of no-load loss, load loss, partial discharge test and sound level measurement. The sampling qualified rate of power transformer increased from 84% in 2009 to both 100% in 2011-2013. Finally, the sampling mode innovation is studied on the basis of summarizing the experience of sampling test, and the suggestions are put forward
Survey of Polymorphic Worm Signatures

Worms are self –replicating, fast moving malicious codes, capable of spreading themselves without human interaction. It’s a weapon of choice for those, who like to launch destructive attacks on network or internet as a whole. Recently there emerge more sophisticated worms such as polymorphic worm which vary their payload in every infection attempt. Polymorphic worms have more than one mutated instances. It is very important to detect and prevent such worms quickly and accurately at their early phase of infection. There are several worm detection and containment methods available. This paper surveys recent automated signature based detection of polymorphic worms and presents a classification for various signature approaches. There are two main categories of worm signatures, exploit specific and vulnerability driven. Both categories of signature are either network-based or host based. Each signature generation scheme is described and discussed in appropriate category. We analyze and compare different signature schemes. The paper concludes with challenge and scope of future research directions.
Understanding Online Consumer Stickiness in E-commerce Environment : A Relationship Formation Model

Consumers with online shopping experience often stick to some special websites. Does it mean that long-term relationships between consumers and the websites form? To solve the problem, this paper analyzed the belief and attitude factors influencing online consumer stickiness intention. Based on the relationships between belief-attitude-intention implied in TPB (Theory of Planned Behavior), according to Expectation-Confirmation theory and Commitment-trust theory, we developed a concept model on online consumer stickiness. Six research hypotheses derived from this model were empirically validated using a survey of online shoppers. SEM (Structure Equation Modeling) was as a data analysis method. The results suggest that online consumer stickiness intention is influenced by consumers’ commitment to the website (e-vendors) and their overall satisfaction to the transaction process, and commitment’s effect is stronger; in turn, both consumers’ commitment and overall satisfaction are influenced by consumers’ ongoing trust significantly; confirmation has a significant effect on overall satisfaction but has not the same effect on commitment. The findings show that the long-term relationships between consumers and special websites exactly exist during online repeat consumption.

The use of information technology in education has been an issue of common concern of educators in the 21st century. The integration of information technology and curriculum is therefore a hot research area and a large amount of research outcomes have been achieved in recent years, including many educational reforms and demonstrative projects carried in K-12 schools and universities. Comparatively, the use of information technology in physical education is very rare. Taking the Taekwondo curriculum of Zhejiang University as a case, the research utilizes Sakai, an open learning platform to assist the physical education, applying questionnaire and reviewing method. Results show that web-based teaching platforms play a significant role in improving teaching efficiency.

Engineers and Architects are expected to perform a variety of tasks depending on their specialization and job level. Some features of the construction industry, has been the use of project management (PM.) concept of building procurement. The PM approach has proved its success in certain types of projects. This paper presents the causes of success of the PM technique in engineering projects. The result was obtained from the views different client organizations, project managers, design consultants and contractors, as to what determines project success. One of the interesting insights of the study suggest that the project manager risk management, running start, multi-level project governance, interoperability standard maintenance, internal and external project management, policy and technical project management, project planning, monitoring, and communications, solution sustainability, and education agency acceptance were among the highly rated determinants that determine the success of PM projects. The aim is to show the determinants that are associated with outstanding, average and familiar projects.

This paper establishes the vector auto-regression (VAR) model about the E-commerce, logistics and the economic output, uses the Eviews6.0 software, adopts the Chinese annual data from 2000 to 2012.It is studied that the relationships of dynamic effects between the E-commerce, logistics development and the economic growth through the Granger test and the variance decomposition. It is found that, in the long term the E-commerce development is the reasons of the Chinese logistics development and the economic GDP growth, while the economic GDP growth is not the reasons for the developments of E-commerce and the logistics. The development of logistics is not the E-commerce development and the economic GDP growth. The relationships of dynamic effect between the E-commerce, logistics and the economic growth are as follows, the development of E-commerce not only led to the development of the next logistics industry, it also effectively pull the next phase economic growth. The developments of E-commerce and the logistics industry together drive the China's next phase economic growth, the development’s inertia of China's economic can also stimulate next period economic growth. At the same time, China's economic growth is also strong let the next phase the developments of E-commerce and the logistics industry.

Government departments can effectively utilize information resources and improve public service quality and administrative capacity when involve in e-Government information sharing, but there are additional costs of the information sharing. Employing a Bayesian game model with white noise, the decision-making of government departments to involve in e-Government information sharing under the condition of e-Government coordination and incomplete information is analyzed. A unique equilibrium obtained through this model describes that when all government departments make decisions under rational principles (instead of random principles), part of them decide to involve in e-Government information sharing, while the others decide not. This equilibrium is more close to the reality. According to the parametric analysis, the proportion of government departments in e-Government information sharing is affected by the division level of government departments functions, the expected benefits of information sharing, the degree of interdependence of government departments and the differences of government departments. The good results are got form the instance.
The Impact of Higher Level Thinking on Students’ Achievement toward Project Management Course

This quasi-experimental research design was conducted to determine the effectiveness of case-based teaching and problem based learning in higher order thinking skills such as comprehension, engineering problem solving, planning, organizing and decision making skills at the Qassim University. Two groups of forty (40) engineering students in Project Management course of comparable mental ability was used in this study. One group was exposed to higher level thinking exercises while the other was not. Results showed a significant difference in the mean gain scores of the group given higher level thinking in case-based teaching, and the group which was not. However, the same exercises showed no significant difference on students’ problem based learning in Project Management course.

This paper researches the inventory problem and sales conflict in dual channel. The two basic problems are the basic problems of manufacturers or retailers have to face to establish network channel. We discuss that the network sales channels should establish their own inventory, or share the inventory with the physical store for inventory problem; we use dynamic pricing strategy to analyze and solve the problems of channel conflict for the conflict problem of Internet channel and physical channel. We studied the problem of inventory on the basis whether the network sales channels should establish their own inventory in dual channel. And then we analyzed the dynamic pricing model. The first part of this paper is the introduction of related problems and study of issues progress now. The second part is related assumptions and description the model analysis. In this part we describe the inventory strategy and dynamic pricing problem respectively. The third part is the numerical test. At the last of paper is the conclusion.

According to the meteorological observation data in Nantong, 1951-2010 and the economic and social statistics, this paper studies the correlation between climate change and urbanization, discusses the impact mechanisms of different indicators of urbanization on different climatic factors, puts forward the responsiveness and adaption countermeasures to the climate change that will provide decision-making basis for the realization of the sustainable urban development in the context of climate change in Nantong and draws up the urban planning to respond and adapt to the global climate change for the government and provides a reference for the development strategies on the basis of the analysis of the climate change and urbanization development of the city’s nearly 60 years.
A Study of State Estimation Algorithms in an OktoKopter

The prospective applications of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) have marked its significance in various military and non-military applications. On-board sensor accuracy and state estimation algorithms are important issues related with the performance aspects. Our study is focused on OktoKopter, which is one of the successful universal aerial platforms. The multi-rotor aircraft is equipped with global positioning system (GPS), compass, altitude control and telemetry, etc., thus the features make it powerful and extremely versatile. In this paper, we first present a sensor fusion model, and then proceed with comparison of three state estimation algorithms, namely Kalman, extended Kalman filter (EKF) and unscented Kalman filter(UKF).The performance of UKF is found to be the best; the result being tallied with theoretical notion of the algorithm with practical experimented data.

With the development of information technology, E-business is the important way for enterprises to develop. But with more and more fierce competitiveness, the main problem which faced by the enterprise is how to take steps to keep the competitiveness. By setting up competitiveness evaluation model based on the discrete Hopfield neural network to help enterprise know the weakness and take steps to enhance the competitiveness. Firstly, the index systems which include 7 first level and 23 second level indexes established by investigation, the main indexes include basic resources, product advantages, price advantages, service capability, promotion capability, profitability, innovation and so on. Then build the evaluating model based on the discrete Hopfield neural network according to 20 enterprises. Through designing the ideal level evaluation and encoding ideal level evaluation index by Matlab, the analysis result can be achieved by Hopfield simulation. At last, a case study is used to test the model with the data of five customer to customer enterprises. Through the qualitative and quantitative evaluation, the enterprise can see which element or how many elements will affect the competitiveness, the weakness of competitiveness and clear direction to improve and enhance competitiveness.

In recent years, e-commerce recommendation systems become more mature which is widely used. E-commerce tourist routes recommendation system realize the personalized design in the ant colony algorithm based on tourist routes. In the past few years, research on ant colony optimization algorithm is widely used in the TSP problem. In this paper we propose the Branching Ant Colony with Dynamic Perturbation (DP) algorithm under the electronic commerce environment .The algorithm introduces dynamic disturbance to select cities. Experiments show that the algorithm can effectively improve the disadvantages of long search time and easy to fall into local minima in basic ant colony algorithm. In today’s world solid waste management is a major global urban environmental issue which leads to health and environmental risk by intensifying air pollution, ground water contamination, providing breeding ground for flies, rodents, and stray dogs. The improper solid waste disposal in urban center like Srinagar city has resulted in environmental deterioration and negative aesthetic value of this tourist destination. There is an increase in commercial, residential and infrastructure development due to the population growth and huge tourist flow which resulted in generation of huge amount of solid waste. This study was carried out with the aim to analyze the present solid waste management system of the city by delineating a suitable site for the disposal of urban solid waste using geospatial technology. Multicriteria analysis method has been employed, i.e. ground water, slope, Land use, and other sensitive areas etc. in determination of an appropriate dumping site for solid waste disposal. The study has successfully identified two potential sites in north and south of the city, which would lessen the burden on the existing waste disposal site and enhance the waste management process in the city. The results showed that geospatial technology can serve as an efficient way of employing and managing various data that can be utilized in locating more appropriate places for the disposal of solid waste.

It is necessary to predict the missing values of QoS for service recommendation. Because Web services run on the Internet, their network locations may be anther critical factor for QoS prediction. Although there have existed many works on QoS prediction, few consider the influence of the network locations of users or Web Services. In this paper, we propose a novel collaborative QoS prediction framework with network location-based regularization (NLBR). We first elaborate the popular Matrix Factorization (MF) model for missing values prediction. Then, by taking advantage of the local connectivity between Web services users, we incorporate network location information to identify the neighborhood. We conduct the experiments on a public large-scale real-world QoS dataset, Experiments show that our proposed approaches have the better prediction performance compared with the existed approaches.
