Virtual personal payment system solution of online banking is proposed based on well known Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) in this paper. It will cover how to build a PKI architecture and online payment procedure on top of PKI. “Virtual” means the system solution will simulate online payment system design and implementation in real world. Mean while, the detail analysis will be given.
