Implementation of Fall Detection System Based on Data Fusion Technology

This paper mainly discusses a fall detecting method for the elderly, implements the wireless positioning and automatic alarm function. The system is designed with low cost Micro-Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) inertial measurement unit to measures activities data of the elderly people, which has achieved an accurate attitude determination by Kalman filter for the multi-sensor data fusion algorithm, and transfer information to remote medical monitoring system platform by CDMA network, it makes the elderly get treatment in time after the fall. The experiments show that the system can accurately detect the elderly falling, send out alarms and positioning after a fall, its applying will provide a new security guarantee for the elderly health.

Fabric from Nishijin occupies a significant position in traditional Japanese culture and it holds a large industrial share in Kyoto City. This paper examines the regional “hollowing out” that has caused a decline in the industries surrounding Nishijin, as well as social changes, including building deterioration and regional economic stagnation and to suggest policies for regional innovation. The direction of political responses to this situation is also considered. To understand the uniqueness of Nishijin fabric and the potential that has accumulated over the process of industrial development, the structural change of Nishijin industry was investigated using statistical data from the “Nishijin Industry Survey Summary (2005, 2011).” The change in the cluster degree was also examined using Kyoto City Industry Statistics and the specialization coefficient. The implications of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the hollowing out of the manufacturing industry and regional stagnation in Nishijin can be attributed to diminished trust within the community following outsourcing and cost transfers to small Hataori. It is recommended that a new collaborative relationship be established where diverse interested parties participate from the beginning of production based on the concept of co-creation. Second, while textile manufacturing-related industries in Kyoto City are declining overall, Nishijin has experienced a relatively mild decrease, resulting in a cluster with a relatively higher degree of textile manufacturing. As long as Japanese society exists, there will be a demand for a traditional clothing. Therefore, industries should recover to bring new investment and regional innovation through reshoring. Third, a specialization coefficient analysis indicated that there exist irreplaceable products, such as materials manually woven by master craftspeople and finest quality fabricated thread.

As the Internet Web services increased, how to find a web service which can meet user's requirements quickly and accurately has become a problem to be solved .Now many kinds of web service methods based on semantic are based IO matching .They used other ways to supplement while semantic matching is failed. However the accuracy of semantic web service discovery based on IO matching purely is not high enough, the Algorithm of semantic web service discovery which is based on constraint extraction and structure analysis is proposed. It is divided into two parts. First part is to carry out the concept of semantic matching based on constraint extraction .Then it uses algorithm based on structure analysis while matching is failed, aiming to assess the structural similarity of the desired vs the retrieved services and the semantic similarity of their identifiers. This article uses owls-tc2.0 as test set to test this method .The experimental results show that this method improves service discovery accuracy effectively.

Genetic Analysis of Generalized S-Transform

This text starts with the short time Fourier transform and continuous wavelet transform to deduce the generalized S-transformation. From the point of generation views, we analyzed a relative relationship between generalized S-transformation and the short time Fourier transform, and the other relative relationship between generalized S transform and continuous wavelet transform. The article gives the definition of “the gene mutation of formula” and “the genetic restructuring of formula”, and introduces the deriving process of the two core concept. Theoretical analyses show that generalized S-transformation inherited the desirable characteristics in short time Fourier transform which use the window function to select suitable signal. Through genome sequencing of specific parameters, generalized S-transformation has a stronger adaptation that the time-frequency window could make real-time adjusting of frequency. Moreover, generalized S-transformation breaks out limitation that the wavelet function has to content the admissible conditions. From the point of gene mutation, we give the definition of “the gene mutation of formula”. Based on the structure form of wavelet functions, we define the generalized S-transformation with a wider domain of definition. Generalized S-transformation inherited the desirable characteristics of the short time Fourier transform and continuous wavelet transform. It has great utility and flexibility in analyzing non-stationary signals.

In this study, a present situation survey of users was done for the construction of waterfront area, and user preference was surveyed in applying new contents. For the survey, Shin stream and Susung pond, located at the center of Daegu city, and Palgeo stream, located on the outskirts of residential areas were selected. Through the result of the present situation survey, it was possible to identify the main user ages, facilities in use, and purposes, where the main user ages were at least 40s who primarily used for exercise and walking. The demands for new contents were found to have various requirements such as movies, educational space, diversification of exercise facilities, and festivals. Indicators such as location, age group, accessibility, and etc. could be set as indicators to be considered in developing waterfront areas to which storytelling is applied using the survey results

The price war is the main market competition way for Chinese e-commerce retailers. Based on the price data from JD, Amazon and Dangdang, the paper conducted an empirical research on the price competition in B2C e-commerce market in China in terms of the average price level, minimum price level, price differential level and price variation. The research results show that the average price levels between the three e-commerce websites have significant differences. The minimum price level and the price differential level, however, tend to be similar. For the price variation, the three websites adopt different price adjustment strategies and do their best to avoid the direct price war, which reveals that the e-commerce market competition in China is gradually becoming rational.

Supply chain finance (SCF) is an efficient method to solve SMEs’ financing problem, credit risk is the core issue of SCF, game simulation is a new perspective in the research of credit risk. From the view of bounded rational, this paper presents “Replicator dynamic” rules that based on “Reinforcement learning” and “Imitation learning”. Then constructs two game simulation models: SMEs lending union game simulation model and Banks-SMEs game simulation model, and using multi-agent simulation to simulate. The simulations solve the following problems: analyzing the risk stability of single group and multi-group replicator dynamic systems, respectively; Introducing Brownian motion, changing the deterministic dynamic system to a random dynamic system, then analyzing its risk stability; Influence on the system’s risk stability from the change of storage company’s decision. The guiding significance of the simulation results is to improve SCF credit risk management of banks.

Deceptive advertising may inflict a loss on consumers in comparison with the other unfair ones. However, it has not been researched much in S. Korea how effectively it is regulated to protect consumers and maintain the order of fair market. It is discussed the controversial issues of the regulation of deceptive labeling or advertising in S. Korea and suggested the alternatives for improving the Fair Labeling or Advertising Act by comparing with the laws of US, Japan and S. Korea. It is concluded that the application of FLAA should be consistent by considering the nonexclusive definitions of four types of unfair labeling or advertising and the more specific analyses of the judgment cases by FTC are needed for the future research.

In order to forecast the demand intensity for tourist transit of open expressway service area more accurately, according to the generation principle of tourism intensity, fully considering the influence of three forces including tourists travel demand thrust, tourism cities attraction and travel cost resistance on the strength of tourism, combining gravity model and giving a new meaning to the supply and demand parameters of the prediction model, this paper proposed a new model based on the three interaction forces to predict the demand intensity for tourist transit. In the face of lack of the status quo of tourism data, in order to verify the validity of the model, the method transforming the tourist receipts of tourist city into tourist traffic generation of a particular city was put forward. Finally, in the instance of Shuifu city of Yunnan province, this paper predicted the strength of tourists to travel in Shuifu. Numerical results showed that the model can be calibrated by the instance data and well explain the generation and distribution mechanism of traffic. This work can provide a certain basis for traffic service facilities planning.

We explored comprehensively the key factors in the process of knowledge transfer between a MNC’s HQ and foreign subsidiaries, and suggested a new model called as a three gaps model of intra-MNC’s knowledge transfer. Even the importance of knowledge transfer is widely acknowledged, there are limited empirical works about emerging MNCs. Our finding can help managers of emerging MN

To improve the forecasting accuracy of oil prices, this paper has proposed oil price predicting model (PSR-LSSVM) based on unified solving by phase space reconstruction and predicting algorithm parameters using interrelation between phase-space reconstruction and predicting algorithm. The LSSVM is selected as the predicting algorithm of oil prices, and the parameters of phase space reconstruction and LSSVM are taken as individuals of the genetic algorithm, and the optimal delay time, embedding dimension and LSSVM parameters are obtained through selection, crossover and mutation evolutionary mechanism, and finally, the predicting model of oil prices is established and the performance of predicting model is tested by Daqing oil price time series. The results show that the proposed model PSR-LSSVM obtains higher predicting accuracy than the oil-price forecasting models of independently optimized phase-space reconstruction and LSSVM, which provides a new research idea for the predicting problem of chaotic time series.

This study was designed to investigate the collagen metabolism and tyrosinase activity of Myrrh Extracts (ME). The currently known effects of ME are to move blood, calm pain, solve edema, and promote tissue regeneration. The effect of ME on type I procollagen production and collagenase (matrix metalloproteinase-1, henceforth referred as MMP-1) activity in human normal fibroblasts Hs68 after ultraviolet B (UVB, 312 nm) irradiation was measured using the ELISA method. The tyrosinase activity after treatment with ME was measured as well. There was no cytotoxicity at all tested concentrations. ME significantly inhibited the increased collagenase activity after UVB damage, whereas it did not recover the reduced type I procollagen production in UVB damaged Hs68 cells. It did not reduce the L-DOPA oxidation. However, it significantly reduced the tyrosinase activity. In conclusion, ME showed the anti-wrinkle effects via the collagenase inhibitory mechanism and whitening effects via the tyrosinase inhibitory mechanism. Although further research is needed to validate its efficacy, these results suggest that ME may have potential as an anti-aging ingredient in cosmetic herb markets.

Along with the reform and opening up, the economic gap between the regions along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu province is growing, and the coordinated development of regional economy between the regions along the Yangtze River has become the focus of the people and the government of Jiangsu. Through comparison and analysis, this paper defined the concept of coordinated development of regional economy, and through the external features of regional economic coordination development, the evaluation system was constructed. By using the evaluation system to evaluate the coordinated development of regional economy along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province, it was found that there are many problems in the coordinated development of regional economy in eight cities along the Yangtze River in province. Finally, some suggestions on the economic development of the Yangtze River in Jiangsu province were put forward with the strategy of the Yangtze River economic belt construction.

Effects of Shopping Orientation, Trust and Satisfaction on WOM Intention : Focusing on Undergraduates’ HMR Choices

This study aimed to the effects of shopping orientation on the trust in HMR products and the effects of the satisfaction with HMR in between the trust in products and WOM among undergraduates who have little repulsion against HMR items. As results, reasonable/hedonic orientation has positive influence on trust, respectively. Satisfaction was moderated between trust and WOM intention. And trust has full-mediated between reasonable/hedonic orientation and word-of-mouth intention, respectively. These findings suggest that it is more effective for companies to offer well-made HMR products than low-priced products, and it is necessary to provide some personal experience such as fun or positive factors in relation to purchasing HMR products. And concerning the moderation effects, corporate strategies need be diversified so as to exert some primacy effects on undergraduates when launching initial products and to form some rapport.

After implementation of the merit pay, the quantity and quality of teaching staff's scientific research projects, papers and monographs, teaching reform projects, teaching achievements would definitely affects their post promotion and appointment and salary treatment, etc. The current office automation system, education administration management system, scientific research management system mainly focused on daily office use, teaching and scientific research business process and daily affairs processing. It is unable to provide scientific quantification, accurate statistics and decision support for the teaching research projects and scientific research projects. As for these cooperation projects involve multiple majors and departments, repeated recording, repetitive statistics, missing statistics or misinformation are easy to happen and that will affect the statistical results. With all kinds of information of teaching research and scientific research projects (data) doubly increases and constantly changes year by year, there is a tough problem that the university administrator and decision-making departments are facing. How to standardize the entry (or batch import) of research data, and realize multi condition query and dynamic update? And how to realize the implementation of teaching, scientific research merit automatic quantification, distribution according to proportion, and do automatic summation by name. “University teaching and research and scientific research performance quantitative statistics system based on Web “emerges as the times require. This project aims to develop a set of network management system with multiple users and graded rights, which embodies teaching research scientific research project, standardized management, merit points, automatic quantification statistics, data analysis and warning and report output. Its accurate and fast statistical results can provide the decision-making basis for their department annual summary, and parts of the system module can be applied to other universities after slightly modified.

The research of the chromosomal positions enrichment of genes is a method widely used to characterize a set of genes. Several software tools are now available for this analysis, such as GSEA, CROC, ChromoScan. So far, however, there is still no suitable tool for detecting enriched microRNA-regulated target genes sets on chromosomes. Here, for the first time, we have developed MTGCFinder, an online tool for mining microRNA-regulated target genes clusters on chromosome. The sliding window algorithm is provided to mine the target genes clusters on chromosome segments, and according to the needs of the specific issues, users can set the window size themselves. At the same time, it also provides a search for the enrichment of all microRNA-regulated target genes on chromosomes/regions in number of species. In order to further study the relationship between microRNA and human cancer, MTGCFinder also provides the function for mining cancer-related microRNA target genes clusters on chromosome regions, which is helpful for the study of human cancer.

The study aimed to find out which logistic service factors affect the field and administrative staff’s perception of service quality satisfaction. It also tried to find out if there was a difference in perception due to job-type. As the result of analysis, the following implications can be gained. First, independent sample t-test results showed that based on the job types, there is an average difference on economic feasibility, stability, and service satisfaction. Second, the results showed that service quality factors all have a positive influence on service satisfaction. Third, although there was difference in view between field staff and administrative staff on each variables, there was no moderating effect between service quality including each subordinate factors and service satisfaction.

In allusion to such problems as the no use of the structural information of the dataset in the traditional clustering effectiveness evaluation function and the excessive noisy point deletion, the research method integrating theoretical analysis and empirical analysis is adopted to establish KPI management index system model for telecommunication enterprises. A new clustering effectiveness evaluation function is proposed in this article. Specifically, PCA (principal component analysis) method in multivariate statistics is applied in the performance evaluation systems of telecommunication enterprises, and meanwhile relevant instances are analyzed and evaluated. Therein, the evaluation index system has the features of simpleness, strong practicability, low operation cost and high accuracy, and the geometric structure features of dataset are added for the performance evaluation of telecommunication enterprises. Additionally, distance critical value L is added in the compact indexes and the constraint condition thereof is also given in order to construct a new clustering effectiveness evaluation index model which can more scientifically and rationally reflect the actual evaluation result.

Pine wood sawdust is used as raw materials for experimental processing into ultrafine wood powder. Sizes of ultrafine wood powder particles serve as a standard for measuring ultrafine processing. The core part of the experimental processing equipment is the millstone which can exert great shear force and grinding force on strong fiber materials so as to ensure the successful preparation of ultrafine particles. The “equilibrium orbit” model is used to simulate processed superfine particles in calculating separation performance. Moreover, the CFD is chosen for simulating separation performance of wood powder particles with different sizes in the two-phase flow field, so as to ensure the successful separation and grading of wood powder particles with different sizes in the practical processing. Research is made on physical properties of collected wood powder as samples with different sizes and influence on composite material properties when ultrafine wood powder is taken as padding. Research on ultrafine wood powder provides meaningful experimental data and theoretical support for the future research on micro-nano fibrils.

Prospects for Economic Integration of BIMSTEC : Trade and Investment Scenario

The purpose of this study is to explore the trade and investment potential under the ambit of regional cooperation comprising the seven contiguous countries of Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Thailand and Myanmar (BIMSTEC). The study addressed the latest update of BIMSTEC economic cooperation and then explored the economic impact of the regional integration. The potential economic impact of the BIMSTEC economic cooperation as well as BIMSTEC FTA could promote the growth for the region. One of the major findings of the paper is that a large part of BIMSTEC’s trade has remained unrealized and the trade transaction cost is one of the major trading barriers prohibiting the growth of BIMSTEC intra-regional trade. The study reinforces that improvement in infrastructure and connectivity that leads to less trade transportation costs should be a necessary step in order to realize BIMSTEC’s trade and investment potential. The paper concludes that liberalization of non-policy barriers will spur BIMSTEC’s trade and economic cooperation.

In recent years, shipping industry clusters in our country present network development trend, and there are complex coopetition-relationships between enterprises in this cluster network. This fact brings the research about the R&D pattern of shipping industry clusters a new challenge. From the perspective of coopetition-relationships between enterprises, we firstly build the multi-level coopetition model of the shipping industry cluster network, and then use the Lotka-Volterra model and the Evolution Game model to synthetically simulation analyze coopetition-relationships between enterprises in this network and the interaction relationship between the coopetition-relationships and the R&D pattern, and finally put forward the countermeasures and suggestions about how to improve the R&D pattern of the shipping industry cluster network in our country.

The purpose of this study was to examine whether sport activities can moderate risk and protective factors that may influence youth violent behaviors and computer game addiction. For this study secondary dataset in 2003 was extracted from the Korean Youth Panel Data which has a sample of 3,449 Korean adolescents between the years of 2003 to 2008. The results of the two regression analyses showed that the full models were statistically significant. The significant predictors of youth violent behavior were gender, self-control, attitudes toward violence, attitudes toward school, and delinquent peers. On the other hand, the significant predictors of computer game addiction included gender, attitude toward violence, and parental bonding. Sport as a moderating factor was significant in both violence and computer game addiction.

Supposing innovative new TV programs satisfy the needs of viewers, they have become popular and had effects on the behavior intention of viewers. Unlike outdated cooking TV programs, newly emerging cooking shows with professional chefs and famous personalities generate a perception that cooking is fun, easy, useful, and playful. Considering this point, this study investigates the relation of innate consumer innovativeness and domain-specific innovativeness and explores cooking innovativeness effect on the cooking intention by applying the technology acceptance model. The results confirmed that cognitive and sensory innovativeness as innate innovativeness have positive effects on cooking innovativeness as domain-specific innovativeness and cooking innovativeness has positive impacts on perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and cooking intention. Also, perceived ease of use have positive impacts on perceived usefulness, which have impacts on cooking intention. Thus, viewers with cooking innovativeness realize that proposed recipes are easier and more useful, and then they are willing to use these recipes to cook.

Predictive Maintenance is the catchword in the present times. First ,the paper analyze the feature of the Predictive Maintenance, include scientific, approximation, timeliness, condition monitoring, fault diagnostic and so on, second the technology system for Predictive maintenance has been studied, including: condition monitoring technology, fault diagnosis technology, state prediction and maintenance decision support and maintenance activities. Finally, the Strategies of Predictive maintenance is given.

Since the image based intelligent video monitoring system has limited viewing angle, the blind monitoring zone will easily appear when the target is not in the field range of the camera. In order to solve the above problem, an intelligent video monitoring system with auditory function is proposed in this article on the basis of the advantages of sound localization. Firstly, the linear microphone array is acquired and the time delay estimation technology is adopted for sound localization; secondly, the camera is driven to turn to the sound source position to acquire video information; finally, the image detection program is adopted to locate and track the target in a real-time manner, and meanwhile the system feasibility is verified through the simulation experiment. The result shows that the system has good localization and tracking accuracy.
