Research on Operation Management Based on the Intelligent Substation

With the rapid development of economy in our country, current the construction of intelligent power grid, the substation equipment and device also began to high science and technology development. Currently the substation has basically realized the modernization and automation, the equipment is set technology. In this case, you need to adapt to the high level of operation management, so as to effectively guarantee the normal operation of the equipment, avoid the happening of the fault. But in the current our country the majority of the substation, its operation and management is still in the extensive mode of management, not compatible with the level of automation and modernization, which result in the low productivity of substation operation, frequent accidents, unable to meet the needs of the modern equipment management, so strengthening the operation of the substation management is very necessary, will effectively promote the stability and reliability of the power grid operation. This paper studies the substation compositions, introduces the development of substation. Finally, the advantage of smart substation, the key technology and management are analyzed in detailed.

As an important tool to help users filter Internet information, recommender system has played a very important role wherever in academia or in industrial area. During the past years, different recommendation approaches based on the social network have been proposed with the rapid development of online social networks. Different from the traditional ones which assume all the users are independent and identically distributed, these approaches follow the intuition that a person’s implicit or explicit social network will affect his behaviors on the Web. In this paper, on the basis of the existing work, we fuse a baseline predictor model with an improved social recommendation model and propose a social recommendation algorithm based on probability matrix factorization. The experimental result shows that our method outperforms the existing approaches in accuracy.

Laser triangulation method, widely used in modern industry, is able to meet the requirements of fast, real-time and on-line detection within non-contact measurement method. Laser triangulation method is affected by many factors, and the laser spot noise is the main factor to affect application field of the laser triangulation method directly. Based on the laser triangulation principle, this paper deeply analyzes the effect of laser spot noise on the measurement accuracy of laser triangulation method, such as signal flicker noise, background noise, dark current noise, thermal noise, amplifier noise and so on, and puts forward a new method to use the filtering algorithm to overcome the laser spot noise for improving the accuracy of laser triangulation.

In this paper, characteristics of optical transmission are studied for the visible light communication (VLC) and we proposed a duty cycle ratio mode selection (DCRMS) scheme. The VLC technology can provide lighting functions and wireless communication services simultaneously using LED devices. Generally, the VLC systems are composed of multi- illuminance sources and receivers. At this time, transmission path differences from each illuminance source to the receivers can lead to interference by delay of the received signals and it is a cause of system performance degradation. In order to solve this problem, we proposed a DCRMS scheme based on OOK-RZ (On-Off Keying-Return to Zero) pulse modulation. In accordance with received power information of received signals, the proposed scheme can transmit signals by selecting an optimum ratio of guard duration. Through computer simulation, the results of system performance are confirmed for various duty cycle ratio.

Input Seismic Motion Based on the Viscous-Spring Boundary : Analytical Solution and Numerical Simulation

Practical geotechnical engineering problems are usually solved within an infinite half-space domain, and a finite domain is necessary to analyze the dynamic response of the medium by the finite element method (FEM). How to deal with the boundary is vital for obtaining accurate results in numerical simulation. This study obtains the analytical solution of input stress at the boundary based on the viscous-spring boundary and develops a procedure for the two-dimensional artificial viscous-spring boundary application in the seismic analysis. The analytical solution based on the viscous-spring boundary is verified using other three artificial boundaries. Furthermore, the simulation accuracy of the procedure is carried out by establishing a two-dimensional model for different element sizes and modified coefficients. The results show that the element size must be in a certain range to avoid the loss of main frequency of seismic motions. When the modified coefficient is less than the suggested value, obvious shifts appear on the calculation results. On the opposite, when the modified coefficient is greater than that, the result will fluctuate dramatically before convergence. All the above factors can lead to a distortion of simulation accuracy of artificial boundary model. Compared with the viscous boundary, viscous-spring boundary has higher simulation accuracy.

Structural Relationships among the Variables of Reading Literacy Performance in PISA 2009

This study aimed to examine and compare the structural relationships of teaching strategies and students’ learning strategies that affected the reading literacy performance of PISA 2009 between Australia and Korea, which stood in the highest reading literacy score group. A structural equation model was employed as the methodology for the study. The data was obtained from the PISA 2009 database. The sample was selected randomly, and a total of 400 cases from each country were used for the analysis. The conclusions were as follows. First, the exogenous variables of teaching strategies influenced the reading literacy performance through the mediating variable, and the goodness-of-fit indices had a reasonable fit in the level of χ2=703.523(df=173, ρ=.000). Second, no significance was shown on any paths for the Korean model. On the contrary, for the Australian model those teaching strategies indirectly influenced the reading literacy performance through the mediating variable of memorizing.

Economic benefit analysis of distributed generation (DG) is helpful for the formulation and adjustment of the DG industry policy, and the dynamic visual simulation model couldimprove the accuracy in decision making. This paper first reviewed the domestic and foreign research status of distributed generation(DG)economic benefit, then analysed the direct benefits, indirect benefits and the costs of DG through the cost-benefit master model of DG set up by System Dynamics method. Meanwhile, each cost-benefit sub model is also provided. Finally simulation for 5 MW photovoltaic power station is carried out and its costs and benefits are presented. The validity of the model was verified for the results conforming to the anticipated target, the results also showed that subsidies had significant effects on the benefits of DG and the indirect benefits, especially carbon reduction benefit are obvious.

There exist a lot of medium access control (MAC) protocols for wireless sensor networks. However, they consider mainly energy efficiency rather than latency which is important in delay sensitive mobile sensor networks. Therefore, a new MAC protocol called MS-MAC is proposed suitable to both stationary and mobile sensor networks. MS-MAC uses an adaptive frame structure improved for well known protocol S-MAC to overcome the performance problems caused by the packets latency in the mobile environment. The selection of monitor nodes and periodic scheduling of synchronization packets are used to predict the speed of mobile nodes, which can save the energy consumption and minimize latencies. Our studies show that under static scenarios, the MS-MAC behavior similar with MS-MAC. However, MS-MAC can increase the network throughput and reduce the latency significantly without more energy loss in comparison with S-MAC in mobile environment.

This study develops a risk assessment procedure for industrial products using probabilities based on a causal network that reflects the causal relationship between product defects, accidents and injuries that affects risk, and also presents cases where this procedure is applied. Product risk assessment refers to the assessment based on indices that represent the safety of a product. It assesses the degree of hazard of the product to the human body or property and the likelihood of accidents occurring during the usage of the product. For risk assessment, product factors, accidents and injuries are used to design the causal network structure, and the probabilities of each hierarchies and conditional probabilities are calculated.

This study investigates how open source software can play influences on the quality choices of commercial open source and proprietary software providers. It considers two types of open source software: community open source and commercial open source, and assumes that the usability of commercial open source software is better than community open source substitute but inferior to proprietary substitute. It finds that: (i) the functional quality of proprietary software decreases as the functional quality of community open source software increases, but it may increase as the usability of community open source software increases; (ii) even if commercial open source producers must open the source codes of their quality contributions, they have incentive to enhance the functional quality of community open source software; (iii) the influence of community open source software’s quality (usability or functional quality) or commercial open source software’s usability on the functional quality of commercial open source and proprietary software may be not same; (iv) the appearance of commercial open source software may lead to proprietary software producers lowering their software functional quality.

Coopetition is an important driving force for the formation and sustainable development of Software Industrial Virtual Clusters. But the process of participating in the global coopetition of software enterprises is very complicated. This paper analyzed the characteristic of coopetition in Software Industrial Virtual Clusters by using the theory of business ecosystems, coopetition co-existence model of Software Industrial Virtual Cluster was established, introducing competition coefficient and cooperation coefficient on the basis of Tilman’s research. The results of simulation show that the condition of coopetition co-existence is the competitive ability has a nonlinear minus correlation with cooperation ability. The empirical study also found that the initial share is an important factor affecting the competitive advantage.

The effects of CCTV installation on teachers' job stress and teacher-child interaction showed that teachers had positive ideas for young children's thinking, information provision and evidential data by CCTV installation, but they were under serious job stress for CCTV installation. Especially, the CCTV installation was a factor obstructing free skinship or communication between teachers and young children. Consequently, the CCTV installation has a negative effect on teacher-child interaction, lowering the quality of teacher-child interaction.

The basic aim of this paper is to provide a model to explain stock performance paramount level. To reach this purpose, this research proposes that rough set theory (RS), allied with the use of Grey Prediction, Semi-Supervised Graph Regularized Non-negative Matrix Factorization (SGNMF), K-means and Grey Relation, can out-perform the more standard approaches that are employed in economics. This study focuses on stock to select the optimal stock portfolio out applying the financial statement datum from the New Taiwan Economy database (TEJ). Firstly, this study collects relative financial ratio datum as the conditional attributes selection and then uses GM(1,1) for forecasting, SGNMF for choosing the more important conditional attributes, and rough set for figuring the best portfolio out. Finally, the Grey relational analysis is used to reduce the investment risk for fund allocation. This study will demonstrate that rough sets model is applicable to stock portfolio. The empirical result in Taiwan: During five years (2009-2013), the average annual rate of return was 20.41%, the accumulated rate of return for 9 quarter was 61.22%. The portfolio determined by the model is a promising alternative to the conventional methods for economic and financial prediction..

With the rapid development of wireless communication systems, multi-core DSP with high computing performance is an important part of SDR (Software-Defined Radio) platform. Research has focused on low-power design in SDR platform since the SDR platform is sensitive to power consumption. Following the baseband digital signal processing features of SDR application, this paper proposes a data-driven and task-driven gated-clock architecture. The DSP cores in the multi-core DSP can be turned on and turned off with this architecture at the appropriate time. Experiments show that the proposed low power gated-clock architecture can provide effective low-power performance for multi-core DSP in SDR platforms.

Earlier discovery and presentation of an inherent order of the regular and semi-regular polyhedra that displays three interrelated classes, together with consideration of the honeycombs, has led me to posit the existence of a coherent and integral metapattern that should relate the various all-space-filling periodical honeycombs, which I advance in an earlier paper that should be read in conjunction with thispaper, as they form part of a series.Here, I approach the periodic polyhedral honeycombs byexploring how pairs of polyhedra regularly combine or mate, whether proximally or distally, along the √1, √2 and √3 axes of their reference cubic and tetrahedral lattices. This is first performed for pairs of what I elsewhere term the Great Enablers (GEs), the positive and negative tetrahedra and truncated tetrahedra; secondly, for pairs of GEs and the Primary Polytopes (PPs); and thirdly, for pairs of PPs. This reveals that these three forms of mating, GE:GE, GE:PP and PP:PP, correlate with the three symmetry groups {2,3,3|2,3,3}, {2,3,3|2,3,4} and {2,3,4|2,3,4}, respectively, of the periodical honeycombs.These matings typically occur in naturallyoccurring pairs along each axis, so in general, a PP mates with just two PPs, though in certain cases one of these is the same as the original. These pairsof matings display a one-to-one correspondence with the possible periodic honeycombs. Differentiating the PPs into two groups of four according to their formal behavior suggests a pathway towards a proposed new order of the honeycombs.

The paper investigates a rapid-prototyping methodology for the design of process control systems using PC/104 and MATLAB/RTW. Experimental results obtained from the real-time control of the torque motor speed control system are presented.

The purpose of this study was to conduct an experiment on the students attending an academic high school by setting a Jeong-jwa activity as part of regular classes, and to investigate the changes in creative personality. Jeong-jwa is one of the practices of Toegye Yi Hwang’s idea of Gyeong. One hundred and fifty five (155) high school students were gathered and divided into two groups (experimental group: 2 classes, 59 students, 38.1%; control group: 3 classes, 96 students, 61.9%). A creative personality test developed by the Korean Educational Development Institute (KEDI) in 2011 was utilized for measuring the students’ level of creative personality. The test consisted of 6 sub-factors (curiosity, task commitment, aesthetics, risk taking, open-mindedness, and independence of judgment) with a total of 27 items rated on a 4-point Likert scale. The pretest and posttest were analyzed with One-way ANCOVA, except for ‘open-mindedness’ and ‘independence of judgment’ among sub-factors because of lower reliability. The results showed that the main effect on creative personality and task commitment, aesthetics, and risk taking among the sub-factors of creative personality had statistically significant differences between the two groups. Nevertheless, the main effect on curiosity had no statistically significant difference between the two groups.

Manufacturing Innovation Methods Chain (MIMC) is not only the deepening and sublimation of innovative methods, but also the development trend of Chinese manufacturing industry, attracting common attention from industry and academic circles. The work reviewed the evolution of manufacturing chain - manufacturing innovation chain - manufacturing innovation methods chain. Theoretical and realistic basis of innovation chain was analyzed, revealing the characteristics of MIMC. Finally, measures and suggestions were proposed for the MIMC’s application manufacturing industry in China.

This article will mainly introduce the effective access to get the value of PID parameter, and the method of tuning PID parameters is studied from two aspects. To ensure the PID parameter value of the whole set is optimal, the controlled object must be given and the value of intelligent optimization algorithm also must be optimal. Then to compare and test the parameters, we can use the method of simulation and experiment. Research deep traditional Z-N method and PID structure control model, and preliminary parameter values of PID can be acquired by it. After that, an intelligent fusion optimization algorithm based on intelligent computation and simulation analysis is constructed, finally, we can use this method to tuning PID parameters’ value effectively.

Traditional methods such as category theory and coalgebra have some drawbacks to analyze semantic behavior of indexed co-inductive data type. Aiming at the problem above, this paper explored indexed co-inductive data type in programming by Fibrations theory. Our main work was that we firstly made some basic logical structures of indexed co-inductive data type over a fibration such as truth and quotient functor; using endo-functor in base categories and their equation-preserving lifting in total categories, then we analyzed semantic behavior of indexed co-inductive data type; at last we briefly introduced applications of Fibrations theory on indexed co-inductive data type by example. Compared with traditional methods, brief descriptions and flexible expansibility of Fibrations theory can analyze semantic behavior of indexed co-inductive data type accurately, and superior abstractness of Fibrations theory doesn’t rely on particular computing environments to compute semantics.

Internet public opinion response assessment is a very important part of the internet public opinion. This assessment can summarize the works of public opinion response processing, and identify the strengths and weaknesses in response process to provide the basis for the future response processing. In this paper, according to the characteristics of the internet public opinion response work, we proposed a fuzzy comprehensive assessment scheme of internet public opinion based AHP and entropy method and verified the effectiveness of the scheme through the case study. This method not only can reduce subjectivity in the evaluation process and make the assessment more reasonable and accurate. , but also can provide a reference for improving the internet public opinion response works of government.

Knowledge Trading in Supply Chain Partnerships:The Role of Trust and Relationship Commitment

Based on relational exchange theory and transaction cost theory, a conceptual model for the relationships among trust, relationship commitment, knowledge trading and cooperative performance is proposed and empirically tested using the data collected from 256 Chinese manufacturing enterprises in supply chain with the structural equation model. The results show that there are significant and positive impacts of trust on relationship commitment, explicit knowledge trading, tacit knowledge trading and cooperative performance. Although relationship commitment has significant and positive impacts on tacit knowledge trading and cooperative performance, it does not impact explicit knowledge trading significantly. Finally, it is also proved that knowledge trading has significant and positive impact on cooperative performance.

Cloud manufacturing combined with information manufacturing, the Internet of things(IoT), cloud computing, and semantic web technology. Through extending and changing the service technology and network manufacturing, it makes the manufacturing resources and manufacturing capabilities virtualization and servicization. It can make centralized and unified intelligent management for manufacturing. Therefore, the establishment of appropriate cloud manufacturing QoS(quality of service) model is the basis and prerequisite for the development of related research of cloud manufacturing. The existing QoS model ignored the effect of time on QoS. This directly leads to the lack of accuracy of modeling, and further affects the implementation effect of the follow-up study on the prediction, service selection and so on. With cloud manufacturing evaluation criteria, this paper proposes a five dimensional QoS evaluation criteria and the corresponding calculation formula, it is consistent with the cloud manufacturing background. Secondly, we establish the QoS prediction model based on the support vector machine with arbitrary penalty band. This model can cover the shortage for the previous studies, and effectively solve the problem of the dimension of QoS prediction in cloud manufacturing. Thirdly, this paper predicts 5 important QoS indexes. The experimental data from a cloud manufacturing provider's historical data, and the experimental use a large number of historical QoS value to train the support vector machine with arbitrary penalty band. Network training is terminated when the coefficient is greater than 0.995. Then, the QoS value of the seven nodes in the future is predicted by the QoS value of the sample data set. Finally, the experiment shows that the support vector regression machine with arbitrary penalty has a good prediction effect on QoS of cloud manufacturing. But the artificial neural network and the gray forecast model has poor effect on it.

Research on the safety culture of aviation maintenance organization is weak compared to one of the aviation flight organization. This reality is a situation that worked the effort systematically to reduce the risk factors that are caused by the aircraft maintenance actions and thus it is true that it is a situation where the environment is concerned and can be causing more accidents and serious incidents. The aim of this study was to derive improvement strategy by evaluating the safety culture of aviation maintenance organization and by analyzing the poor part of it. Made on the basis of the five aspects of safety culture, the reliability of the questionnaire by Cronbach’s Alpha coefficients of .92 is very high and the results of the evaluation of the safety culture level of aviation maintenance organization evaluated by the bureaucratic level.
