Optimization Model of Closed Loop Supply Chain Based on System Dynamics and Graph Theory

In order to assist in the reverse recovery decision of emergency logistics in sudden natural disasters, this paper conducts the system modeling on the reverse recovery of reusable materials in several disaster areas from the perspective of system dynamics under the principle of rescue satisfaction preference. Through the comprehensive analysis of material demand of disaster areas, the occupancy of resources in reverse recovery and other factors, it establishes the function relation between the recovery frequency and rescue satisfaction, and simulates the system model with the system dynamics software Vensim. Finally, the effectiveness and practicability of the model is proved by an example, based on which the impact of transportation resource change on rescue satisfaction is analyzed. Based on the above research conclusion, this paper provides the decision support and countermeasure for the emergency reverse logistics in China.

Quantitative Analysis of Degummed Calophyllum Inophyllum Oil

The chemical properties of biodiesel fuel are much depends upon the fatty ester composition. The Calophyllum inophyllum seed oil without purification in crude stage and purified Calophyllum inophyllum oil in degummed stage were studied. The Crude Calophyllum Inophyllum Oil (CCIO) and Degummed Calophyllum Inophyllum Oil (DCIO) was the test samples considered for fatty acid quantitative analysis. The composition of fatty acids was identified by using Gas Chromatography (GC) to quantitative the test samples. In the results, the higher percentage presence of straight chain saturated fatty acid (palmitic) and unsaturated fatty acid (linoleic and oleic) has identified in the CCIO sample. By Degumming process, the percentage level of saturated fatty acid Palmitic diminished and unsaturated fatty acid Linoleic increased respectively; also the lesser amount formation of saturated fatty acid Capric, but unsaturated fatty acid Oleic and saturated fatty acid Myristic was completely removed.

The IT capacity based on the resource-based view could not bring sustainable competitive advantages to the enterprise.IT capacity is composed of the critical IT capacity and standard IT capacity; whether the enterprise could obtain the sustainable competitive advantage depends on the IT capacity matching of the enterprise. From the perspective of vertical market, with the help of Stackelberg model, the paper studies the influence of the network externality of standard IT capacity in components market on the competitive advantage of the total product enterprise. When the intensity of network externality of standard IT capacity in components increases, the change in the price of the inplace total product is uncertain; however, it always has positive feedback on the market demand of inplace total product, which makes the earnings from inplace total product increase continuously, resulting in the whole market in imbalance.

Based on the commentary of literature, this paper discusses the problem of low-carbon economic development. On account of complete points of fiscal and financial policy to coordinate support low-carbon economic development, utilizing the model of coordination degree, construct and evaluate coordinate development degree index system of fiscal and financial policy in Heilongjiang Province of China. The results show that the two coordinated development still encounters a series of major challenges, it is difficult for the system evolution in the direction of coordinated development. To realize the harmonious development for promoting the development of low carbon economy possesses important practical significance. Proposed market gradually plays an important part in policy support. Simultaneously, accompanied increasing financial investment, to give full play to support and guide the direction of financial policy to low-carbon economy development, therefore, propose the idea that promote fiscal and financial policy to support low carbon economy coordinately.

One of the most familiar challenge of air pollution over the cities is smog hanging. The effects of inhaling particulate matter have been studied in humans and animals and include asthma, lung cancer, cardiovascular issues, and premature death. There are, however, some additional products of the combustion process that include nitrogen oxides and sulfur and some un-combusted hydrocarbons, depending on the operating conditions and the fuel-air ratio. one of the important parameters to the control of lung cancer in big cities around the world is tuning the fuel to air ratio. To tuning the fuel to air ratio, functional based nonlinear controller is introduced. A mathematical function is used to improve the performance of the tuning the fuel to air ratio.

Optimal Deployment of Water Resources Based on Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithm

Freshwater is limited resource and it is shrinking rapidly due to the urbanization, contamination and climate change impacts. As a result, raising water demands and insufficient freshwater resources become the main reasons of water conflicts. Optimal water allocation model would be an effective method to achieve the optimal allocation of limited water resources, in terms of the conjunctive use planning and management. In this paper, a multi-objective optimal water resources allocation model is proposed and the social, economic and environmental benefits are regarded as the optimal objective functions. The presented model is applied to a case of planning water resources management in China. Furthermore, simulations and optimization modeling methods have been conducted to solve the allocation model. The Gray Model has been used to predict the fresh water demand and storage of different user parts in 2025 and the Genetic Algorithm technique has been employed to solve the multi-objective problem. The obtained results illustrate how to allocate the quantity of different water resource to different users while achieving maximum social, economic and environmental benefits, which is valuable and helpful to develop a water resources optimal allocation strategy.

This paper presents a novel approach to recognize person name in Uyghur corpus. The Recognition of a person name for Uyghur using Naive Bayes Classifier is a challenging task in intelligent computing. Uyghur person name recognition (UPNR) aims at classifying each word in a document into predefined target label (person name or others) in a linear and non-linear fashion. Some language specific rules are added to recognize person names. Moreover, some gazetteers and context patterns are added to increase its performance as it is observed that identification of rules and context patterns requires language-based knowledge to make the work better. We have used required lexical databases to prepare rules and identify the context patterns for Uyghur. Experimental results show that our approach achieves higher accuracy than previous approaches.

Research on MW-IPLS in Wavelength Selection based on NIR of Rice Moisture

The moisture content of rice is of great significance for the eating quality and food safety. Therefore, it is very necessary to establish a rapid, stable, reliable and high prediction accuracy quantitative analysis model that can be used in on-line detection. In this study, the quantitative analysis technique of near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy was used to detect the moisture content in rice. We combine the algorithm (MW-IPLS) based on MWPLS (Moving Window Partial Least Squares) with IPLS (Interval Partial Least Squares) to optimize the characteristic wavelength. Then we establish partial least squares regression in the preferred characteristic wavelength range. The experimental results show that the model of quantitative analysis using the MW-IPLS algorithm to optimize the characteristic wavelength is optimal comparing with the whole spectrum and single method such as MWPLS and IPLS. The numbers of Factors, R2P, RMSECV and RMSEP are 6, 0.8597, 0.2523 and 0.2753 respectively. Therefore, using the WM-IPLS algorithm to optimize the characteristic wavelength can reduce the processing capacity of the data and make the model more concise. In addition, it also provides a new method for the analysis of near infrared spectral characteristic wavelength selection.

Knowledge Heterogeneity is the source of Knowledge Collaboration in Enterprise while the Virtual Practice Community constructed with Web 2.0 technology is a very important way to gain heterogeneous knowledge. Active Cross-border Innovation makes the virtual practice community to be heterogeneous knowledge preference nowadays. However, the appropriate degree of knowledge heterogeneity that can excite the community to be synergy equilibrium is difficult to seek. This paper studies on the signaling game analysis of knowledge heterogeneity in Virtual Practice Community based on two-period reputation model. We mainly analyze the lower bound of optimal interval of knowledge heterogeneity to reveal the management meaning of this optimal interval.

In the political process preceding the election of legislative members, president, and vice president in 2014, there has been exploitation of the use of the media to win the candidates in print media (newspapers and magazines), electronic media (radio and television), as well as online media (social media networks). It can be seen that capitalism of media through the framing of news and information has generated a new phenomenon in the world of broadcasting and press. Many stories are neither appropriate nor newsworthy yet forced to be aired in order to fulfill the lust for power. Studies on the role of TV station in disseminating information preceding, during, and succeeding the presidential election in July 9, 2014 are important to conduct to see the motives underlying the behavior that violates the applicable laws and code of ethics and code of conduct. This study analyzes and tries to understand the phenomenon of partisanship in mass media, particularly television, towards one faction of the candidates for president and vice president in the presidential election in 2014, reviewed by the Theory of Phenomenology by Edmund Husserl or Alfred Schutz as well as other relevant theories.

Gait analysis is an important part of the lower limb disorder walking rehabilitation training, based on the research of the walking gait, helpful for recovery equipment control system design has important significance. This article mainly through 3 d motion capture system, the movement of human lower limb joints character such as displacement, velocity, and the body center of gravity test analysis, and in view of the human lower limb joints, four degrees of freedom model is set up, and establish the corresponding mathematical model, and using the simulation software, to verify the rationality of structure, for the future of medical rehabilitation, and provide important data for the intelligent control of the organization.

An Approach Based on Statistical Features to Fall Detection

Falls in elderly is a very serious health problem. For these years, the wearable devices based on tri-axial accelerator has been proven to be an effective way to fall detection. Most current methods for fall detection are based on threshold and machine learning. A approach based on statistical features was proposed to distinguish falls and normal activities of daily living(ADL) in this paper. What is worth mentioning is that Kernel Principal component analysis(KPCA) is firstly used to extract the statistical features from the original 3D data of acceleration, we don’t need to design features specially. The support vector machine (SVM) algorithm and K-Nearest Neighbor(KNN) algorithm are combined for prediction. Finally the validation of the prediction is done to improve the accuracy. Algorithm is mainly conducted on the public databases(UCI). And our method obtained the result is proved to be better compared with the other literature based on this public databases.

Online review is an important reference for online consumer’s purchase decision, among which the effect of negative online review is even greater. However, there is still a lack of attention on the impact of negative online review compared to positive one. Drawing on the dual-process theory, this study develops a research model to examine important factors affecting consumer’s purchase intention, mainly focusing on negative online review. An online survey involving users of online shopping websites such as JD.com, Taobao.com and Amazon.cn is conducted to empirically test the proposed research model. The result shows that quality of negative review, as a systematic/central factor, is the primary factor affecting consumer’s purchase intention, while heuristic/peripheral factors such as source credibility andquantity of negative review are also evaluated by consumer when making purchase decision.It is also examined that quality of negative review has a stronger impact on purchase intention when the consumer has a high self-efficacy level. Finally we discuss the theoretical and practical implications based on the findings.

The Loss-Averse Newsvendor Problem with Random Capacity

This paper examines a single-period inventory problem with random capacity and demand, where the loss-averse preference is adopted to describe the newsvendor’s decision-making behavior. When the loss-averse newsvendor orders, the supplier has some random replenishment capacity. He will choose an order quantity to maximize his expected utility. The newsvendor’s optimal ordering policy is obtained, then the impacts of loss aversion, price, salvage value and cost on the optimal order quantity are analysed. Our research shows that the loss-averse newsvendor’s optimal order quantity is always less than the risk-neutral newsvendor’s. Moreover, the newsvendor’s optimal order quantity and expected utility are decreasing in the loss aversion level and purchasing cost, while increasing in selling price and salvage value. The numerical experiments are conducted to demonstrate our theoretical results.

Nowadays, in the era of competitiveness, competition, innovation and development of a country cannot be achieved without the successful entrepreneurial process. The current research is intended to elaborate the factors that obstruct the drive of entrepreneurship in Pakistan. For this purpose a quantitative survey was conducted in order to examine the six factors: lack of education and skills, terrorism, social status, political environment, lack of financial resources and business environment with motivation of entrepreneurship. Data was collected through questionnaire using simple random sampling technique from the young businessmen and students from the 3 cities of Pakistan which includes Lahore, Gujranwala and Islamabad. For the purpose of the analysis the sample of 250 were selected out of which 200 questionnaires which show the response rate is 80%. Analysis was run by using SPSS 19 and results showed that the factors including lack of education and skills, terrorism, social status, political environment, lack of financial resources and business environment have significant relation with the motivation of entrepreneurship in Pakistan. The current study has provided valuable information and recommendation to government, financial institutions, socialists and potential entrepreneurs to improve the culture of entrepreneurship in Pakistan.

Empirical Study on the Influences of Rural Land Circulation on Grain Security

Focusing on the phenomenon that rural land circulation has translated farmland into non-agricultural and non-grain land in recent years, this paper tries to theoretically solve the significant practical issue of sharp reduction in farmland caused by urbanization and grain security that is badly in need of solution in China through constructing models to study the relations between rural land circulation and grain security. As an important part of national security, grain security is a key strategic issue concerning national economy and the people’s livelihood. Grain security, energy security and financial security are called three major kinds of economic security in the world. In 2014, China’s grain output reached 607.10 million tons, seeing increases for 11 consecutive times, but the self-sufficiency rate of grain reduced to under 90%, and the grain supply gap continued to widen. To this end, the CPC Central Committee has proposed the new national grain security strategy of “Self-centered, state-based, capacity-guaranteed, and technology-supported with appropriate import” and taken important measures to strengthen land circulation and expand business scale. However, in theory, the issues whether agricultural production has scale operation and whether scale operation can increase grain output have remained controversial for a long time. In reality, China’s rural land circulation proportion in 2014 reached 28.8%, but the phenomena of non-grain farmland and non-agricultural farmland become serious. Therefore, this paper shows significance in both theory and practice with regard to the study on the relations between China’s grain security and rural land circulation as well as relevant policies. Through construction of Nerlove model of grain supply response, quantitative analysis is conducted to study the influences of rural land circulation on grain safety and relevant policies and suggestions are proposed in this paper.

An Archived Multi-Objective Simulated Annealing Algorithm for Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows

The vehicle routing problem with time window (VRPTW) is a well-known combinatorial optimization problem, which is to find the lowest-cost routes from a central depot to a set of geographically scattered points with various demands. This paper deals with a multi-objective variant of the VRPTW that simultaneously minimizes the number of the vehicles and the traveled distance. A metaheuristic based on simulated annealing was proposed, and the concept of archive was introduced, in order to provide a set of tradeoff solutions for the problem. The accuracy of solutions is defined as their proximity to the best known solution of Solomon’s benchmarking tests. Computational results demonstrate that the proposed approach is quite effective, as it provides solutions competitive with the best known in the literature.

The 21st century is characterised by the advent of Social Networking Sites, designed to enable social activities over the internet. Social Networking has changed the way people interact; messaging, chatting, photo sharing, reunion with old friends or colleagues, meeting new people living in different countries, etc, all at the touch of a button. Social Networks also make the formation of a group possible which is a site dedicated to a particular type of conversation or designed to allow communication among people with similar interest. To this regard, Social Networking Sites (SNS) dedicated to students emerged and was termed Educational Networking Site (ENS). The ENS provides a platform where students could interact among themselves and with lecturers. This work investigates E-Portsocial; the ENS of the Polytechnic of Namibia (now Namibia University of Science and Technology). The investigation is focused on the factors to consider if an educational institution would build an effective and successful ENS in terms of meeting the expectations of both the organisation and its users. The study also investigates how an Educational Network could be improved in terms of its set up, to ensure availability with minimal threat to security.

Lightweight Design on Auxiliary Frame of Mixer Truck

In response to call for energy conservation and emissions reduction, and the lightweight design on auxiliary frame of mixer truck is put forward. The FEA model is built by HyperMesh software to mesh, then the solver Radioss is used to calculate respectively the maximum stresses and the positions at the different full load conditions, including the static, left front wheel up 210mm, the right rear wheels up 210mm and the left front and right rear wheels simultaneously up 210mm. Then the real vehicle test is done, and the test results and simulation results have the good consistency, and the accuracy of the finite element model is validated. On the basis of these, the optimization design scheme of the thin material, oblique support and else local optimizations are put forward, analyzing again, the results are obtained that the total quality of the frame decreases to 10%, at the same time the strength also increases a little. Which provide an effective method for developing the optimization of vehicles, and make an important contribution for “energy saving emission reduction”.

The article employed System Dynamics model as basic analytical framework to make study on the external equity cooperation influences the stability of airline strategic alliance. Combined with the implementation mechanism of the alliance’s dynamic stability, the paper analyzed how the equity cooperation made an impact on the stability of airline strategic alliance, ranging from resource dimensions, risk dimensions to social capital dimensions. What’s more, the System Dynamics model, relating to the airline strategic alliance stability, has been established. By simulating the model, the paper made study on the stability of airline strategic alliance influenced by external equity cooperation. The simulation results show that the impact of external equity cooperation was closely relevant with the proportion of shareholding, the factor that the willingness of alliance members continued to invest resources in the alliance and the tightness of participating in the cooperation of the alliance.

Recent developments in airborne magnetic detection systems have made it possible to detect much small magnetic objects such as unexploded ordnance. However, the data sets are extremely large and the measurements must be processed and interpreted. Therefore, there is an increasing need for a fully automatic processing and interpretation techniques that can be used to make decisions regarding the nature of the source in real time. So, the aim of the present paper is to shed further light on the real time correction of parallax/Lag -and air-condition-noises in airborne magnetic data acquisition. A novel electronic technique, based on micro-controllers design and implementation, was designated for real-time processing applications. The proposed technique shows excellent airborne magnetic data results considering actual field examples. The proposed technique verifies an accurate and objective tool for magnetic objects detection compared with the existing PEI tools considering cost and processing automation capabilities.

Studying the Eradication of Ebola through the Propagation Modelling and Vaccine Delivery Evaluation

Ebola is a disease of humans and other primates caused by Ebola viruses. This disease has a high risk of death, killing between 25 and 90 percent of those infected, with an average of about 50 percent. Ebola has become one of the most horrible threats to human beings. In this paper, we develop accurate propagation model of Ebola in order to understand its spread dynamics. In the modeling, human beings are of three exclusive states: ‘Susceptible’, ‘Infected’ and ‘Recovered’. We evaluate the proposed model according to Ebola’s data published by WHO. The experiment results suggest that our model can accurately present the Ebola propagation dynamics in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone. We further study the optimal vaccine delivery strategies in order to restrain the outbreaks of Ebola. When human beings are in short of vaccines, the proposed model analyses the delivery destination, the tendency of Ebola’s propagation, locations of medical centers and labs, and the conditions of patients. According to Ebola’s data from WHO, the model identifies seven cities as the optimal venues to start the vaccine delivery. The work in this paper greatly benefits the eradication of Ebola when it outbreaks in our society.

Research about the Degree of Relation between Chaotic Characteristics of Physiological Signals and Emotions

Physiological information can objectively reflect the emotional state. Emotion recognition based on physiological signals has the important practical application value. In this paper, six kinds of chaotic characteristics were extracted from physiological data about Electromyogram, Skin conductivity, Respiration, which come from Augsburg university in Germany. Six kinds of chaotic characteristics contain the largest Lyapunov exponent, correlation dimension, box dimensions, information entropy, approximate entropy and complexity. On the basis of this, the degree of relation between chaotic characteristics of physiological signals and emotions was researched. The results showed that different chaotic characteristic values of different physiological signals sensitive to the emotion is different. Therefore, in order to improve the recognition rate, the chaotic characteristics of the multiple physiological information need to be merged to establish chaos matrix, which provide a new method for emotion recognition.

Under the background of information network, E-government system provides an efficient and personalized service process for wide range of public and enterprise. In particular, the application of new information technology such as big data provides a more efficient and effective way for public emergency management. In this paper, the author analyzes the exploration of E-government and public crisis management mechanism based on data mining algorithm. In the management stage of public crisis, we can adopt quantitative analysis method, select and evaluate the resources by using network information mining, and then provide solutions to the current crisis management problems and take more effective measures.

Shadow Price of the Oil Industry

Oil, hailed as modern industrial blood, is of greater significance to a state, and is closely related to people's lives. Shadow price of the oil industry is a key evaluation parameter for the business of an economy. In this paper, the application of input-output method and linear programming theory has been sought to establish an optimization model for the oil industry and the shadow price of the oil industry has been calculated according to the 2007 China input-output table. The analysis concludes that among the agriculture, the industry, and the tertiary industry, the prices of oil industry products bear maximum influence on the prices of agricultural products.

This paper provided an overview of analysis and implementation clustering for food productivity. Food productivity is determined by food production. Rice is one of staple food in Indonesia. Rice production is influencing adequacy level of national food production. Rice productivity is very important to accomplishment food affordability. Rice productivity per province in Indonesia must be increased, because large population and high consumption. Rice productivity that fluctuates and tends to decrease, need to clustering to determinant category cluster of productivity. Clustering is using K-Means and Fuzzy C-Means. Method improvement of K-Means is modification Intra Cluster Distance and Inter Cluster Distance. Calculate distance (Inter Cluster Distance and Intra Cluster Distance) to evaluate the clustering results and to compare the efficiency of the clustering algorithms. Method improvement of Fuzzy C-Means is modification algorithm, alternative process and iteration. Data processing is using Excel software. Clustering produce three cluster (C1, C2, C3) is convergence. Measurement cluster based on comparison of membership cluster, consistency, and productivity. Membership cluster, there is point data anomaly (x22, x23, x29, x33). Consistency data on K-Means (C1 = 72.73%, C2 = 93.75%, C3 = 100%). Consistency data on Fuzzy C-Means (C1 = 100%, C2 = 88.33%, C3 = 87.50%). Rice Productivity is Cluster 1 (decrease), Cluster 2 (decrease, except 3 provinces), and Cluster 3 (increase, except 1 province). Majority in rice productivity is 70.59%. Result of clustering showed that majority rice productivity on category cluster is low productivity.

According to the mechanism of EMG signal, we know that the sacrificial electrical signal is with weak signal, low frequency, alternating, nonlinear and non-stationary characteristics. Nonlinear analysis includes higher order spectral analysis and fractal and chaos analysis.Chaos theory is one of the main parts of nonlinear science, and the electrical signal of the surface has a strong randomness, so we could consider the nonlinear analysis of EMG signals from the perspective of chaos. We mainly studied on the nonlinear analysis algorithm of EMG signal detailedly in this paper. Experiments show that,according to the quantitative analysis of several important parameters of rolling massage with chaos theory, we can measure objectively the action situation of related muscle groups in the operation course, then guide the professional massage students to understand the norms of operation in training of operation and help to lead their manipulation to the best power structure.

To accommodate non-stationarity and strong noise in the SPI data, the research used wavelet method for de-noising and autoregressive integrated moving average model(ARIMA) for prediction. Seven-day moving averages of closing time SPI data in four Asian stock marketswereanalyzed.Empiricalresults show that after de-noising more accurate forecasting results can be obtained in developed markets. More developed market indexes seem more significant improvement; while for less developed market indexes, the improvement of de-noising is less significant. This is in accordance with current situation of market.

This paper proposes a Unicast Routing in Coffee Plantation (URCP), an energy aware approach for forwarding the information of Coffee White Stem Borer existence in Coffee Plantation using Wireless Sensor Networks. Acoustic signals that are made with biting sound by the pests inside the stem are captured by the nodes, and the information is aggregated at Cluster-Head (CH) which is to be conveyed to sink node in an energy-efficient way. Event-driven routing of the aggregated data is carried out by the CH which follows a Poisson distribution and maintains energy conservation by reducing the number of control packets for route establishment. Simulation analysis of URCP is compared with data routing for in-network aggregation and energy-efficient hierarchical clustering routing protocol in terms of packet delivery ratio, control overhead and energy consumption. The URCP simulation results outperform set alongside the corresponding techniques.

Numerical Analysis and Application on the Parameters Optimization of Open-pit Deep-Hole Bench Loose Blasting

In order to improve the production efficiency of mine and ensure production safety and aiming at the unsatisfying blasting effects and uneven rock fragments existing in the exploitation blasting and construction process in Manjiazhai stope of Hualian Zinc and Indium Stock company, this paper analyzes and optimizes loosening blasting parameters of Open-pit deep-hole benches based on the blasting mechanism and engineering practical experience of wide hole distance and small resistance lines. Utilizing the numerical simulation of finite element software with ANSYS/LS-DYNA various schemes, analysis validations on the blasting stress field under different parameters are conducted. The simulation results show that: When the holes and rows spacing are 15×9, 16×9, 17×8, the effective stress of discrete cells between blast holes is bigger than the dynamic tensile strength that rocks can be broken. The site experimental investigation is conducted. The blasting effect assessment shows that the control rates of the big size rocks when the holes and rows spacing are 16×9 is 1.904% lower than those when those are 15×9, and 1.079% lower than those are 17×8. And the shovel mucking efficiency and composite economic results are better than that of the other two groups of parameters and confirmed the best blasting parameter design.
