Evaluation Model of Enterprise Microblog Marketing Effectiveness on the Basis of Micromatrix

Microblog matrix is an important strategy for socialized marketing. It builds various sub-Microblogs in accordance with the requirements of different orientations including products, brands, functions, etc., and covers various user groups through different IDs. Compared with traditional studies, the study concentrates on the micromatrix structure, and probes into the influence of synergetic effect between micromatrix members on enterprise Microblog information dissemination. From three angles including the deep, scale and speed of information diffusion, it puts forward the quantitative model and algorithm to evaluate enterprise Microblog matrix marketing effectiveness, and conducts empirical research through a large sample data of Sina Microblog. The empirical result shows that the model can effectively evaluate marketing effectiveness of micromatrix enterprise Microblog. The study finds out enterprises can change their internal structure by means of micromatrix, cover more people and enlarge the effect of information dissemination;
Morphometric Analysis of a Shakkar River Catchment Using RS and GIS

Employing Remote Sensing (RS) and Geographical Information System (GIS), morphometric analysis was carried out for Shakkar River catchment (area = 2220 km2) using satellite imageries and topographic maps on a scale map of 1:50,000 to determine its drainage characteristics. Exhibiting a dendritic drainage pattern, the drainage density of the study area varies from 2.84 to 3.67 km/km2 which observed that area is highly permeable and structurally controlled. The bifurcation ratio varies from 3.49 to 5.52 and the elongation ratio vary from 0.47 to 1.00, whereas value nearing 1 are typical of region of low relief. The area is delineated in 8 sub watershed. The morphometric analysis reveals that sub-watershed 3 show lower value of Drainage density and Stream Frequency, Sub-watershed 6 shows low value Compactness Constant and sub-watershed 7 show lower value of Circulatory Ratio and Form factor. The relief aspect lower in the subwatershed 2. And the values of Average slope vary from 9.27 to 88.50%. This study of morphometric analysis characterizes the watershed and helps to understand the hydrological behaviour of the Shakker river catchment.
Analyzing the Consistency of Business Process Based on Behavioral Petri Net

Analyzing the consistency is the important part of business process management (BPM). Existing researches only consider the structural consistency of process model, or analyzing the single data. However, sometimes, the model is consistency without considering data in real life, while it is inconsistency after analyzing control and data. In this paper, based on the labeled behavioral Petri net, considering the change of data, the control flow and data flow of business process model is established from the perspective of partner process, and then obtains the interactive process model by interacting them. In the end, according behavior profile and behavior mapping, the behavior vector of the mapping transitions is given to calculate the behavioral distance vector and gets the behavior compatibility between the corresponding process models. If all behavior compatibilities can close to 1, BPM is consistency, and vice versa. In addition, it is proven that the method is valid by analyzing the theory and example.
Text Categorization System for Stock Prediction

Due to the complex market environment, it is very difficult to get the accurate predict of the stake only by the data analysis method. This paper uses the text categorization method to predict the trend of the stock. We divide the text categorization method into the following three steps: Text representation, Feature selection and Text Categorization. By comparing several categorization methods including feature selections and feature spaces, etc., the results show that the SVM method with Information Gain and 1000 feature spaces can get the better performance for the predict of the stock with the news.

Lung cancer, also known as carcinoma of the lung or pulmonary carcinoma, is a malignant lung tumor characterized by uncontrolled cell growth in tissues of the lung. Cancer develops following genetic damage to DNA and epigenetic changes. These changes affect the normal functions of the cell, including cell proliferation, programmed cell death (apoptosis) and DNA repair. As more damage accumulates, the risk of cancer increases. Smoking, radon gas, asbestos, air pollution and genetics are the main causes to increase the rate of lung cancer. Outdoor air pollution has a large effect on increasing the risk of lung cancer. In this research, intelligent technique is presented as robust control of fuel ratio for internal combustion (IC) engine. Computed fuel-ratio controller (CFC) is one of the types of feedback linearization nonlinear controller. This controller works very well in certain positions. The main challenge in CFC is instability in presence of uncertainties. In this research low pass filter is used to improve the stability in CFC. To improve the result of this controller intelligent CFC is recommended based on fuzzy logic technique. In this research fuzzy logic theory is used to tune the new low pass filter CFC coefficients. The process of setting of integral intelligent Computed Fuel-ratio Controller can be determined as an optimization task.

Recently, with the rapid development of e-commerce businesses, each business is more competitive, an import problem exists in the development of E-business is that the efficiency of enterprises is not increasing as soon as the increasing of the investment. The reason is that the efficiency between input and output can’t be evaluated exactly. So, in order to solve this problem with quantitative methods, two DEA models are established based on input data and output data of 11 e- commerce enterprises from 2011 to 2013. Input data includes marketing costs, number of employees and the total assets. Output data includes the number of network member and operating incomes. Static BCC model is established based on VRS firstly. The development status of each enterprise in three years and the overall development trends of all enterprise are analyzed. Dynamic DEA-Malmquist model is set up based on VRS too. The Dynamic data are analyzed. Finally, in view of the change trend of different enterprises in three years, developing shortcomings are pointed out, reason are analyzed, further enterprise development strategy and methods are put forward.

Computed torque controller (CTC) is a significant nonlinear controller under condition of partly uncertain dynamic parameters of system. This controller is used to control of highly nonlinear systems especially for robot manipulators, because this controller is a robust and stable. Conversely, computed torque controller is used in many applications; it has an important drawback namely; nonlinear equivalent dynamic formulation in uncertain dynamic parameter. The nonlinear equivalent dynamic formulation problem in uncertain system can be solved by using artificial intelligence theorem. However fuzzy logic controller is used to control complicated nonlinear dynamic systems, but it cannot guarantee stability and robustness. In this research parallel fuzzy logic theory is used to compensate the system dynamic uncertainty in computed torque controller.

Chinese fiscal decentralization reform inspires the local governments’ enthusiasm of developing region’s economy and intensifies the competition between local governments. Using a large dataset at city level from 1985 to 2012, this paper analyzes the characteristic and regional difference of fiscal expenditure competition, and studies the effects of expenditure competition on capital allocation. The estimation results show that imitative interaction of productive expenditure has positive effect on capital allocation efficiency, while the strategic imitation of social expenditure and administration expenses impede efficient allocation of capital. The different effects can be contributed to the essential characteristic of fiscal competition in China. Finally, it is propose that the official's achievement assessment system based on economic growth rate should be reformed. A more perfect performance assessment system should conclude not only local GDP but also the productivity of the public services and recourses allocation efficiency.

In order to improve the accuracy of forecasting forests diseases and the number of insect number, the paper makes conclusion by using gray model and Markova chain model. It takes Hongxing forestry bureau as a demonstration site and also forecasts the insect number according to the historical data from it. By demonstrating the disease of larch that fall early among the sites in 10 years, the result shows that the forecasts are coincided with the practical case. And the rate of coincidence can be up to 90%.

The Research on TDMP Merged Decoding Algorithm of LDPC Codes Based on DVB-S2 Standard

DVB-S2 is the second generation of Digital Video Broadcasting-Satellite and LDPC (Low Density Parity Code) is the key technology in which the decoding plays an important role in determining the performance of DVB-S2 system. According to the research on the characteristics of DVB-S2 standard, this paper reports on the improvement of the Turbo Decoding Message Passing (TDMP) algorithm by adopting the idea of merging. The component codes which don’t have public nodes are regarded as a new component. By changing the decoding order of component codes and removing useless waiting time, the message capacity transmitted between two adjacent component codes is increased. The performance of the proposed TDMP merged decoding algorithm is evaluated by simulation experiments. We measure decoding performance, convergence rate and the average decoding time to evaluate the system performance. The results obtained show that the TDMP merged decoding algorithm ensures the performance of decoding and good convergence, and also improves the average decoding speed and throughput.
A Green Level Measure Model of Enterprise Supply Chain based on Fuzzy Information

Green supply chain is a key part of the enterprise supply chain. However, the green level measurement of the supply chain is multi-attribute, restricted, fuzzy and uncertain. This paper addresses the issue by proposing a green level measurement model of enterprise supply chain based on fuzzy information. In this model, an indicator system is put in place. Then, fuzzy distance and fuzzy membership degree are constructed based on attribute indicators of different green levels of the supply chain. Corresponding fuzzy information algorithm is available after attribute indicators are granted with weights. Fuzzy information suggests which green level the enterprise supply chain is in. Finally, empirical studies have proved that the model and the algorithm are effective.
Strategic Consumer Behavior Analysis Based on Dual Channels and Sale Periods

The dual channels increase the conflict between manufacturers and retailers, but offer customers more alternatives. Strategic customers can choose both sale channels and sale periods. The dual channels include the manufacturer’s electronic channel and the retail channel. The sale periods divide into normal and discount sale periods. Based on dual channels and different sale periods, we identify six different kinds of strategic customer choices based on the relationships among the related parameters. The results also show that when WTP is near its maximum the best choice is to buy during the normal sale period via the retail channel. Then we discuss how manufacturers and retailers price product in different types of strategic customer choices, and find the discount price to be higher than the normal price under the single game condition. The conclusions can both support strategic customers in making purchase decisions, and can also help manufacturers and retailers mitigate the influence of strategic behaviors.

This paper researches semantic retrieval and ontology rule reasoning for marine ecological knowledge management system. Upper ontology plays a critical role in ontology development by giving developers a guideline to view the target domain. By fixing a viewpoint of device-function, we present a domain upper ontology for marine ecosystem, and then construct marine ecology ontology and ontology repository. Based on constructed marine ecology ontology repository, authors design and develop marine ecological knowledge management system, which implements main functions include marine ecological knowledge navigation, term query, knowledge retrieval and ecological crisis early warning. Marine ecology ontology application system provides users a semantic support platform for marine scientific research and cooperation, and it also verifies the rationality and feasibility of ontology modeling method and validity of constructed marine ecology ontology.
A Social Network based Bandwidth Sharing Model for P2P Streaming Service

The combination of social network and P2P streaming service created a new kind of peers, these peers only share their bandwidth to social-connected peers and they do not need to watch the streaming video. Because of the particularity of such peers, ordinary P2P modelsdo not apply to this type of peers. Therefore, we propose a social network-based bandwidth sharing model. By creating download and upload neighbor list, our model separates the transmission of data blocks. Peer requests data blocks from peers in download neighbor list by the data block missing degree of peers in upload neighbor list. Meanwhile we redefine the buffer of social-connected peers, make the social-connected peers better collaborate with the sharing peers. Therefore the social-connected peers will not receive duplicate data blocks. Experiment data shows our sharing model could maximize the sharing ratio of sharing peers, and improve the playback quality of social-connected peers. When the number of sharing peers reaches a certain proportion, the playback delay of P2P streaming service with sharing peers is better than the playback delay of normal P2P streaming service.

As there is no scientific norm in China in managing the inventory of manufacturing enterprises in the ship industry, the managers always have more than one inventory evaluation index systems. Based on the theoretical research and field investigation, we construct an inventory evaluation index system consisting of 20 tertiary indicators of ship industry. We adopt the optimal combination method which composes of G1, fuzzy Borda number analytical method, entropy value method and deviation to investigate the case study. We propose that income index, operation index and security index are the most significant indicators to evaluate the inventory of the enterprise. The shipbuilding enterprise of empirical analysis is used to verify the validity of the conclusions.

A critical issue has been absent from the conversation on dynamic capabilities: how dynamic capabilities influence the enterprise performance. This paper proposes a new vision to research the performance mechanism of coordination capability as a dynamic capability. Operational capabilities are existed as mediating role. Data from International Manufacturing Strategy Survey in 2009 is used to verify the mediating model by hierarchical regression analysis. The results show that coordination capability impacts the enterprise performance positively and indirect impacts the enterprise performance through quality, cost and flexibility. This finding integrates insights from previous research in dynamic capability framework and operational management into a generalization and extension of the performance mechanism in manufacturing enterprises.
Coordinating a Dual-Channel Supply Chain Under Equal-price Mechanism When Demand Disruption Occurs

This paper studies a two-stage dual-channel supply chain composed of one manufacturer and one traditional retailer. The manufacturer has its own online channel when he sells its product to the offline retailer. There exists a Stackelberg game between the manufacturer and the traditional retailer, in which the manufacturer is the leader and the traditional retailer is the follower. The manufacturer sets the online retail price which is the same as the offline retail price. When the supply chain is in static (undisrupted) scenario, its Pareto improvement can be obtained and it can be coordinated by the two-part-tariff contract with one-time transfer payment. When disruptions make the market scale change, the supply chain performance such as the optimal retail price, the optimal production quantity and the optimal total supply chain profit under different demand disruptions in the centralized supply chain can be obtained. Then, we find that there exists certain robustness in the manufacturer’s production quantity. When the supply chain is decentralized, the supply chain coordination can be obtained by changing the wholesale price and one-time transfer payment according to different disruption levels. Finally, some numerical examples are presented to illustrate the results.
Application of Weighted Markov Chain in Stock Price Forecasting of China Sport Industry

The stock's price of China Sport Industry was studied in this paper, and the theory of Weighted Markov Chain was applied to forecast the stock's price. The main contents are as follows: Firstly, based on the historical data of China Sport Industry’ stock, Spss software was used to conduct fuzzy clustering analysis, and the known data was divided into six categories. Secondly, For the application of Weighted Markov Chain, the historical data of the stock's closing price was tested about "Markov Property". After testing that the stock's price of China industry satisfies "Markov Property", state transition matrix was constructed using data .The weight values of every state were calculated with the method of Weighted Markov Chain theory and prediction intervals of the industry's future stock prices were obtained. This article bases on the markov property of the stock price sequence and uses weighted markov model to predict the stock price change block, providing certain reference value for individual or collective investment. And this method has strong applicability.

Recently, there have been frequent accidents in energy chemical industry, hence the emergency management become normalized. Risk assessment provides basis for policy makers to make decision in the cases of the uncertain information and emergency. The chemical supply chain are influenced by many risk factors. In order to make the assessment of chemical supply chain risk by combining the qualitative method with quantitative method, this paper summarizes the characteristics of the chemical supply chain, applies analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to establish risk assessment system, carries the quantitative analysis on risk factors and their weights, establishes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Analysis of examples shows that in the complicated system of a variety of risks, risk assessment model that based on the AHP can realize the assessment of the individual risk and the comprehensive risk. The validity and science of the model can be verified through comparing evaluation results with actual results.

E-mail classification is an effective method to manage, improve process efficiency and filter junk mail. The extraction of E-mail characteristic is the key problem of exactness classification. In order to make the classification has a more distinct division characteristic words, IDF (Inverse document frequency) is used to epurate further the characteristic. The procedure which users deal with E-mail is a natural half-supervised learning. By using this process, proposed algorithm corrects classification results, adjust classification rule to adapt the individuation requirement of user automatically. The evaluation experiments indicate the availability of proposed algorithm.

Ideological and political education for college students is not only objective of moral education development in high school talent cultivation, but also an important link in advanced talent quality-oriented education. Ideological and political education for college students is diverse, procedural, multi-objective, fuzzy and qualitative. So to evaluate the performance of ideological and political education for college students, a performance evaluation system is proposed and studied in this paper and furthermore an evaluation model is also generated based on extension theory. This model analyzes different types of evaluation indexes under the system, acquiring the extension superiority between different evaluation indexes and relevant classical fields by analyzing qualitatively and quantitatively. By then level and capacity of ideological and political education for college students are evaluated. At last the effectiveness of this model is proven through example verification.

Aiming at the deficiency of magnitude of business constraints and high complexity, a constraints detection method is proposed. The paper begins with discussion on Aspect-Oriented programming (AOP), including its concept, thought, development, and advantage in handling crosscutting concerns, followed by description of the theory of constraints. Furthermore, combined AOP with first-order logic language, a schema on detection of the business constraints in requirement analysis is presented, which is simple and practicable, thus making optimal designs for improving software robustness. Finally, application of the method on management system of hotel is given, with satisfactory results.

The rapidly growing urban population of India is creating many problems for the cities, vehicle parking being one of the major problems faced almost every day. The number of vehicles is also increasing daily adding to the parking vows at public places. India has more than 40 million vehicles as of 2014. The traffic on roads and parking space has been an area of concern in majority of Indian cities. To avoid these problems, recently many new technologies have been developed that help in solving the parking problems to a great extent. Multi-level car parking system (MLCPS) is one such technology which is implemented in India. It is used for optimum utilization of parking space by utilizing vertical space rather than horizontal space. Some of the benefits of MLCPS are optimum utilization of space, low construction cost, low working and maintenance cost to name a few. Although automated parking (Mathijssen & Pretorius, 2005) [1] like multilevel parking has made the condition a little better than the earlier situation, there is still scope for improvement. This is because people still face problems of space availability, searching time and waiting time in public places like malls, multiplexes, railway stations, shopping streets etc. With the new technology of smart parking, majority of these issues will be solved. Smart parking uses sensors, wireless communication technology, data analytics(Aggarwal, 2011) [2] etc. to solve parking issues. Smart parking solutions can be used to locate available parking space with the help of sensors. This saves customer’s time as well as minimizes wastage of fuel. Various technologies are being used to ease parking problems in public places. For example using RFID technology, the check in and checkout time for the vehicle can be reduced and also the payment system can be automated. Similarly using wireless sensors information like parking duration, available slot, billing details, directional details etc. can be obtained which will help the drivers and will thus ease out parking vows. Using GSM, Short message service can also be used to provide drivers with relevant parking information. In another technology which uses QR code, the user can pre book the desired parking space which saves his searching time and also saves fuel. In automated multilevel car parking, the car is lifted and placed at the available slot. This is done with the help of robotics and a lot of software programming.

However, because of subjective and objective reasons, it is becoming increasing clear that much data or information is of poor quality, which has serious effects on the research results. With the analysis on the cause and process of the low quality data, this article presents a fuzzy evaluation method based on gray interval number, which would assess the ecological civilization performance. The application of data-gray-correction model could change the original statistics into gray interval number to reduce the influence of statistical error. A modified FAHP is used to capture and convert experts’ subjective judgment. A modified TOPSIS on three parameters interval-valued sets is applied to rank the objects. The research show that: corrected gray interval number could contain much more information than original crisp data; compared to traditional assessment algorithms, results by fuzzy evaluation method based on interval number would match more reality.
Impact of Consumer Inertia on Purchase Intention under the Influence of Subjective Product Knowledge

The research aimed to explore the relationship between consumer inertia and purchase intention through subjective product knowledge. Consumer inertia and purchase intention were analyzed as independent and dependent variables respectively whereas subjective product knowledge was observed as a moderator. This research was quantitative in nature. Data were collected from smartphone users through questionnaire. Convenient sampling technique was used to conduct the survey. Hierarchical regression analysis was applied to test the hypotheses. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between consumer inertia and purchase intention and through moderating role of subjective product knowledge it became stronger. Findings of this research suggested the subjective product knowledge as a good moderator of purchase intention. Additionally, subjective product knowledge was included as a moderator between the relationship of consumer inertia and purchase intention.

Emergency procurement strategies have attracted significant attention from academicians and practitioners with the increase of supply disruptions in the past two decades. We study a manufacturer’s contingent sourcing strategies under supply disruption and competition using Stackelberg game. We investigate a two-stage supply chain consisting of two competing manufacturers and two suppliers, where the wholesale prices offered by the two suppliers are different. Supplier 1 is unreliable and cheap, while supplier 2 is reliable and expensive, and moreover, supplier 2 has capacity limits. Manufacturer A uses a dual-sourcing, manufacturer B uses a single-sourcing. According to two manufacturers’ order sequence, we established two manufacturers' expected profit function under three scenarios. We obtain the optimal order quantities and expected profits of the two manufacturers in different scenarios, and show that supply disruption and procurement time have effect on the manufacturer's purchasing decisions.

Steel making processes are highly energy intensive and comprised of many complex unit operations. Iron ore and coal need preprocessing before feeding into a reactor, and molten metal from different reactors needs to be carefully drawn into a solid metal and then rolled into sheets. Each of these operations has a stake in the quality of steel produced, and needs constant monitoring and need continuous power supply for fabrication. If a power failure occurs the production will be stopped, time delay increases for finishing fabrication. In some cases we can loss consumer due to unsatisfactory. My Project focuses the detection of power failure and takes reflex action to solve the problem with help of modem communication using GSM. The power failure will be intimated to the Microcontroller it drive the GSM modem to send a text message to the concern person mobile number which was already programmed in Microcontroller and also monitoring the parameter are temperature, oil level, fuel level and when they exceed predefined limits an automatically intimated to authorized person and also This system can be designed to send SMS alerts whenever the Circuit Breaker (Relay) trips and simulation result done by using LabVIEW software.
