The present study aims to investigate what factors should be considered first for the development of core competencies required in businesses and measure the satisfaction and self-efficacy of learners through project-participating classes, from their view. This study measured reliability and conducted a validity analysis, based on the core competencies proposed by the OECD’s DeSeCo project and the questionnaire items developed by the Korean Educational Development Institute (KEDI). The primary objectives of this study are to help students understand their subjects via project-participating classes improve their participation through an analysis of on-site practical cases and quickly adapt to their jobs in vocational training fields. For those purposes, a questionnaire survey was conducted from September 2011 until December of the same year. The project-participating classes which made use of knowledge in major fields of study to undergraduate senior students (n = 171) who signed contracts with industrial cooperative organizations (for the year of 2011). This study included a limited number of participants, and this small same size makes it difficult to generalize its findings.

In E-commerce, data mining can help the online customers accurately grasp the sellers’ product sales, to improve the online product purchase rate. In this paper, the mining algorithm of E-commerce transaction based on time series is proposed, which analyzes the relationship between the density of E-commerce transaction recorders and product sales records in E-commerce sites by use of the method of Guass density function and sliding-window. To examine the approach by MATLAB, illustration is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm

The world is facing the challenge of global warming and climate change issues. The objective of the study is to examine the meteorological data that constitute the environment and their balance has prevailing effect on the global warming. The meteorological data in our study refers to temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide and oxygen. We deploy our own customized hardware setup to obtain the data. Provided with this basic data, many significant parameters such enthalpy, dew point, humidity ratio, actual vapor pressure, saturated vapor pressure, partial vapor pressure and specific volume could be derived. We have presented simple functions in Matlab programming to derive these parameters. Our concluding Matlab program is as good as calculator, and the output is visualized by plotting function.

This empirical study explores the linkages between team conflict, climate, and team effectiveness in research team context. Questionnaire data are collected from research team leaders and members of Chinese universities, and the conceptual model is tested using structural equation modeling method. The findings provide practical implications for managing team conflict in a constructive confrontation approach and stimulating team effectiveness. Research team leaders should reduce the intensity of their emotional reactions to avoid relationship conflict and engage in task conflict to become more effective problem solvers. When every member of the team is engaged in an environment with a free expression of ideas and encourages risk taking, the group as a whole is productive. Unresolved conflict eats up productivity, walking a mile in another’s shoes is helpful for team members to understand others, thus facilitating mutual understanding and mutual trust to create a harmonious team climate.

Open innovation breaks the original innovation border of organization and emphasizes the use of suppliers, customers, partners, and other internal and external innovative thinking and resources. How to effectively implement and manage open innovation has become a new business problem. Business ecosystem is the network system of value creation and co-evolution achieved by suppliers, users, partner, and other groups with self-organization mode. This study began with the risk analysis of open innovation implementation; then innovation process was embedded into business ecosystem structure; open innovation mode based on business ecosystem was proposed; business ecosystem based on open innovation was built according to influence degree of each innovative object. Study finds that both sides have a mutual promotion relationship, which provides a new analysis perspective for open innovation and business ecosystem; at the same time, it is also conducive to guiding the concrete practice of implementing open innovation.

During heavy vertical lathe working, heat caused by oil film friction and self-generated is transmitted to worktable through contact surface between oil film and worktable .That makes temperature distribution of worktable uneven and lead large thermal deformation which can affect the machining accuracy. In this article, the temperature field of worktable with reinforcing plate in different locations is simulated. Based on heat transfer theory and the actual working conditions, convective heat transfer coefficient of worktable and the initial boundary conditions are calculated. The simulation reveals the influence law of reinforcing plate arrangement on temperature distribution of worktable and the optimum position of reinforcing plate is obtained. These results provide a theoretical basis for the structural design of worktable.

We live in a knowledge-based information society where a new technology emerges overnight and new information is produced every day. Our current shift towards a more digital world has led to an inevitable increase in the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in education. With the development of innovative technology, educational content, methods of teaching and learning, educational environments, and the roles of teachers and schools can be changed. However, despite numerous efforts to improve educational standards, school systems around the world are struggling to meet the demands of the 21st century learners and employers. Climate change has also affected education. Therefore, the need for learning – and the way people learn – is changing faster than before. The paradigm shift to a world of the 21st century learning is rooted in a set of goals for all learners. SMART education is a creativity-focused, customized system for developing new ways to learn by using up-to-date technology like cloud computing, and enables students to study with various materials based on their aptitudes and intellectual levels using mobile Digital Textbook at anytime, anywhere and on any devices. This paper examines various ways of content development for digital textbook, service provision, and service delivery, and suggests the most suitable model in a cloud computing environment in order to propose a suitable service model for Digital Textbook in the cloud computing environment.

As modern agriculture develops, the demand to the agricultural information acquirement technology grows. This paper applies the wireless sensing data acquisition technology to the agricultural production. A data aggregation method based on matching pursuit algorithm is proposed according to the features and function of WSN data aggregation. By the theoretical analysis and experimental simulation, it’s proved that the data aggregation of wireless sensor network can be achieved with the application of matching pursuit algorithm. Thus both the amount of data transmission and energy consumption of the network are reduced effectively, the life of the network extends. And the high data reconstruction accuracy helps the large-scale application.

Based on the theory of BP neural network, we use AHP method to construct the index system and standard of enterprise collaborative management of intellectual property rights under the view of innovation, and the specific evaluation indexes are given from five aspects. In this paper, in order to overcome the existing shortcomings of multi index system In the evaluation method, we use AHP-GA-BP neural network to comprehensive evaluation each index of enterprise intellectual property management. Our method not only displays the evaluation expert experience in learning The evaluation results show that this algorithm can effectively analyze enterprise intellectual property management problems.

Logistics service supply chain provides the customer with integrated logistics service, and reliability is the essential character of logistics service. Logistic capacity and two-echelon structure of logistics service supply chain is analyzed in this article, and the reliability problem of logistics service supply chain is modelled based on stochastic Petri nets, then reliability index (steady state availability and reliability) is also analyzed, which provides indispensable information to reliability management of logistics service supply chain.

This paper studies the influence factors and the influence mechanism which effect Chinese adaption intention of mobile payment based on TAM model, theory of social psychology and innovation diffusion. It takes near-field mobile phone payment as practical example to do questionnaire survey with 623 samples in China and then the data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 and AMOS20.0 software .The result shows that the direct factors influencing mobile payment adoption are ranked as follows: altitude, consumer’s confidence in the operator, number of merchants, scope of service, cost to use, subjective normalization and operation scenario. The number of merchants, the scope of service, the perceived ease of use and the compatibility have a significant influence on the perceived usefulness. The people at different ages and with different incomes are different significantly in their willingness to purchase through the mobile-phone payment. At the end of this paper management suggestion for operators was given.'
The Mode of Different Price in Dual-Channel Supply Chain

Manufacturers and retailers today are increasingly adopting a dual channel to sell their products, i.e., the traditional retail channel and an online direct channel. Empirical studies have shown that product price influencing consumer acceptance of the direct channel as one of the major factors. We respectively discuss the consistency pricing Stackelberg game mode under which retailers decide the channel prices and the inconsistence pricing Stackelberg game mode under which manufacturers and retailers decide their own channel prices .We try to find the relationship between the customer acceptance and the price in different mode. The numerical analysis compares the customer acceptance and the price under different modes and centralized decision model. We analytically show that the customer acceptance influences the pricing .Our numerical studies reveal that the difference between the demand transfer ratios with respect to manufacturers' and retailers' price, customer acceptance of the direct channel have great effects on the pricing decisions.
The Main Affecting Factors of the B2B E-Commerce Supply Chain Integration and Performance

This paper is an attempt to investigate the main factors affecting the integration and performance of the B2B e-commerce supply chain, specifically the situations in a global manufacturing country-China. Fifteen B2B e-commerce companies take part in this research. Fisher’s exact test is employed to identify the main affecting factors in terms of improving the integration and performance of the supply chain under the B2B e-commerce environment. The results demonstrate that business process redesign, process change, IT investment and unique knowledge are the main factors which have significant influence on the B2B e-commerce supply chain integration and performance. The managerial implications and suggestions for future research are also discussed in the last section.
Unsupervised Learning of Object Detectors for Everyday Scenes

This paper proposes an unsupervised learning framework in which models of objects’ appearance classes are learned using their spatio and temporal information, from video. These models are used to detect objects of different classes in the everyday scene. The proposed technique combines appearance and motion features in a weighted combination framework resulting in models of object classes. Thus, better detection results are achieved compared to foreground based tracking and to those obtained in a supervised way. Since the proposed technique is unsupervised, a good detection rate is achieved without manual effort expended in data collection and labelling. Experimental results confirm that the proposed framework offers a promising solution for detection in unfamiliar scenes.

The Coordination and Channel Conflicts in Supply Chain Based on Stackelberg game and Gain Sharing

This paper considers a dual channels supply chain including one manufacturer and one retailer. Manufacturer can use their own sales channels, but also the use the channels belong to retails. As the electronic channels are independent of retailer, this will cause the conflict between the channels. Therefore, we consider the manufacturers to cooperate in the electronic channel with the retailer and the electronic channels orders are delivered by retailer to complete. In the first part, we introduce the related content. And then, we establish the theoretical model can realize the dual channel supply chain coordination with revenue sharing based on Stackelberg game. At last, we discuss the effect of retailer's price when electronic channel is independent of the retailer and the revenue sharing ratio of electronic channels on cooperation ,then find the optimal strategy of cooperation between manufacturer in electronic channels and retailer in some cases by numerical examples.
Automatic Train Track Switching System with Computerized Control from the Central Monitoring Unit

A rail track switching system has been designed to control railway track controlling devices including railway switches and signals within a given area from a single point. Such control is exercised through the use of various track circuits which detect the presence of trains on a particular track and monitor the train’s safety from a central room. The system secures the safety standards as well as economical and beneficial switch and signal control within a distance maintaining reliability, sensibility and precision. This research is based on microcontroller to reduce the complexity and cost. A low power dc motor is used as a track switching device. In the sensing unit photodiode is used for detecting IR radiation which ensures a reliable detection of trains’ entrance. A communication line communicates between the track switching device and main monitoring room. Total system can be monitored and visualize by a software which shows train’s position, operation mode and safety status. This system can work both automatically and manually and also can be controlled by the software from the main control room which gives the system more flexibility in operation.
Analysis on Climate Change of Nantong for Nearly 60 Years

Nantong is chosen as the object of study in this paper. According to the meteorological observational data for the period from 1951 to 2010 in Nantong, the changes of climate variables on the time series for nearly 60 years are analyzed through estimation of linear tendency and sliding average. It is found that: in the past 60 years, the average temperature is rising at the rate of 0.297℃/10a, where the warming trend in spring is the most significant, and that in summer is the least. The trends of the min-mean and max-mean temperature are on the rise. The rapidly increasing changes of the extreme minimum and maximum temperature are observed. Over the past 60 years, the tendency of precipitation is generally on the rise with the small rate. The increasing trend of precipitation in summer is the most pronounced, followed by winter. Precipitation in spring and autumn is slightly decreasing. The contribution of the increase in precipitation mainly derives from the addition in summer and winter.

The use of fluidized-bed for power generation is a rapidly growing technology in Asian countries. Recent development efforts in the world wide energy picture have given much thought to ways of employing fluidized beds in energy conversion and recovery processes, despite stringent environmental legislation concerning waste incineration. This has stimulated the development of advanced combustion, gasification, drying and or cooling of solid particles utilizing the fluidize bed technology The ability of fluidized bed to burn a wide variety of fuels, while meeting strict emission-control regulations, makes them an ideal choice for burning such fuels as high-sulphur coal, lignite, peat, oil, sludge, petroleum coke, gas and wastes. The fluidized bed technology is presented to inform the public about the important applications which can be utilized in dealing with our solid waste disposal problems under environmental restrictions and possible integration of this topic in the power plant design course.
Optional Insurance Compensation Rate Selection and Evaluation in Financial Institutions

With the change of market environment, most enterprises have realized the importance of customer resource. In this paper, we use data mining technology to analyze the influence factor of insurance settlement. First, we establish a customer segmentation structure model, and then use decision tree to find out the main factors that affect the amount of settlement and analyze the customer records. According to the result, we can find that the amount of settlement is mainly influenced by the driving experience and the purpose of using. Based on the analysis, the using of the data-mining tech would improve the work efficiency and the consumer management in insurance institutions, and insurance companies can also formulate the corresponding compensation rate.
Controlling SCIG-based Wind Turbine to Satisfy the Power System Operator’s Requirement

In this paper, the integration of a battery system into a SCIG-wind farm is investigated so that this wind farm satisfies the grid code’s two requirements including active power control and ride through fault ability. A control scheme coordinating between the battery system and the wind turbine’s pitch control system is proposed. The coordinating principle, the storage system’s control diagram and the pitch controller are described in detail. Simulation results indicated that the wind farm’s active power output satisfies the power system operator’s demand no matter of the full charge state of the battery and it can ride through after a fault on the grid.
Design of Four-Axis Winding Machine for Tapered Composite Pole Using Heated-Mandrel Curing

A four-axis winding machine for tapered pole using heated-mandrel curing method is designed in this paper. The control system of this winding machine is designed based on IPC and embedded motion controller. Electronic gear is used to realize the synchronous motion control of the carriage, the beam, and the winding guide head. The mandrel structure is optimized to realize the uniformity of the temperature distribution in the axial direction based on numerical simulation. Experiments show that the winding pattern of this winding machine is stable, and the curing quality is high.

Intangible Cultural Heritage is of comparatively high value in culture, economy, science and tourism, which is at its peak of development and utilization. Intangible cultural heritage needs preservation, so the development and utilization of the digital storage of intangible cultural heritage are a subject of theoretical and practical values. Among the various complicated types of intangible cultural heritage, the authors choose Pang Wang Festival of Yao nationality of Guangdong Province of China as an example and apply the CIDOC Conceptual Reference Model to the construction of the entities and properties of the knowledge ontology of the Pang Wang Festival, and the well-constructed knowledge ontology has been stored in the database. This study has provided the solution to the construction of the knowledge ontology of the intangible cultural heritage and benefits the digital storage, preservation and management of intangible cultural heritage, which offers a new way of thinking and is of great significance to the preservation and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.
Spatial Analysis the Potential for Energy Generation from Crop Residues in Shodirwan, Iran

The purpose of this study was to analyse the spatial potential of crop residues with geographical information system (GIS) to generate energy in Shodirwan region, Iran. The available agriculture residues in Shodirwan were bagasse, sugarcane top, rice husk and straw of wheat, barley, bean, rice and mung bean. Results show that the total of crop residues that generated in this region was 1038525 tonnes/year and 668128 tonnes of them was available residues. The total potential of energy generation from available residues was 969589405 kWh/year that sugarcane residues have the highest share with 79.15%. Potential of energy generation from processing and field residues was 511946175 and 457643230 kWh/year, respectively. Spatial potential of residue to generate energy was calculated between 2900 to 61000 kWh/hectare/year. As a result of using energy of crop residues in Shodirwan, mitigation potential of CO2 emission was 554605 tonnes/year.
Study on the Trust Model for Knowledge Transfer

Knowledge transfer (KT) in organizations (including the profitable enterprises and non-profit institutions) has a great impact on their development and improvement. The fundamental form of organizational structure can be depict by trust relationship model, which qualitatively describes the causal relationship that exists between the members in the organizations. Although quantitative investigations are restricted by the amount of sample members and their access methods, they do explain the link between trust measurement and KT to some extent. Our research shows that three types of trust, Trust-Based Command Group (CT), Trust-Based Task Group (TT) and Trust-Based Interest Group (IT), are positively correlated and KT intention will ultimately affect transfer behaviour. The empirical quantitative analysis, using the questionnaire method, indicates that the influence degree order (from strong to weak) of the three types of trust on KT is: CT, IT, TT.
