The main purpose of this paper is how to allocate network losses of power market, and takes this as objective function of this paper. Then we have conducted an in-depth analysis and discussion to the commonly-used algorithm of network losses allocation of each country. On this basis, we have chosen power flow tracking algorithm, and carried on in-depth analysis, then found out the shortcomings and areas for improvement. For the shortcomings, we have introduced REI network numerical equivalence method, and applied it to the improved power flow tracing algorithm of this paper. Moreover, we have verified four-node and three-machine nine-node network system, and proved the rationality of the model. Therefore, the proposed method in this paper was applied to bidirectional network losses allocation model. Generator and load undertook network losses of each electronic component according to certain proportion. In this paper, complex power flow tracing algorithm was applied to four-node system and the western U.S. power grid WSCC three-machine nine-node system, verifying the validity and correctness of this algorithm.

The qualities of human resources development systems are considered as inputs of economic and social growth. The importance of these systems is increased according to gradual transformation towards knowledge of trade and business in the most societies. Technical and professional education that aim to prepare employees at various basic levels such as labor and intermediate levels for technicians is of primary importance. In this paper the Human-Resource Information Systems in the Directorate of Vocational Education can be seen as an example of a complex system. Therefore, the paper considers HRIS as a case study for which a software system has been developed taking the Requirement Engineering approach into account. Thereafter, HRIS is designed using object oriented analysis and design methodology along with J2EE platform and a few auxiliary technologies like framework Spring helpful in implementation of MVC design pattern and Hibernate facilitating connecting process with a database. A System uses an efficient database Oracle 10g Release 2.

With the information society, the level of modern high-speed development, in order to adapt to constantly improve the economic standard of living, people are facing the pressure and thus the greater the incidence of depression showed a rising trend. The facial expression recognition based on the data of Facereader6 software, application SVM algorithm facial expression data in patients with depression feature extraction classification. Therefore, the law face expression feature extraction in patients with depression, according to the input different facial expressions to identify facial expressions in patients with depression. Population will suffer from depression in intervention and prevention have significant social role and practical significance.
Research on the Effects of Urbanization on Steel Demand: An Empirical Study in China

Forecasting of steel demand is very important for our economy. In order to find out the connection between modernization and steel demand, we chose urbanization rate as a bridge. The study constructed an immigration model to indicate the urbanization process, then an system dynamics model was established to forecast the steel demand based on steel needs per capita. The result showed that the peak of steel demand in China would be around 100 million tone, along with 72% urbanization rate.

In this paper, the analysis of the relay devices and systems performance (and another monitoring, controlling systems) to properties of the automatic power system objects is represented. The paradoxes of using a number of relaying are considered. Some events graduated from the current such as: prevention of violation of stability, liquid on of an asynchronous regime, differential guards of transformers and auto transformers are proposed and analyzed. The recommendations for operation increasing, selectivity and sensitivity of systems properties improving are given.

Information and service economies are developing rapidly in recent years with the development of information technology and new applications. Software and service development are becoming more and more complex relating to different participants, organizations and alliances. This phenomenon has caused urgent requirements on economic and technical fusion through coordination and collaboration among stakeholders. This paper addresses the gap between business layer and technical development in roles and activities. We then propose a combination of economic value and profits and technical service development processes. We also consider value exchange under profit sharing contracts in participants' workflows. A simulation and an experiment are performed to show related impacts.

In recent years, Macau has actively participated in international organizations according to the Macau Basic Law. After fifteen years of regaining sovereignty by China, Macau has faced some internal and external challenges. In order to comprehend the new policy directions regarding Macau’s participation in international organizations, this paper made the depth interviews and applied the text mining analysis to the interviews responses. Through applying the random forests model and fruit fly optimization algorithm to keywords classification, the study concluded several points related to Macau’s participation in international organizations.

Locating blood banks is a strategic decision problem. It is necessary to consider the risk of facility disruptions in the design stage because blood banks may fail as a result of public emergencies. Taking the timeliness and reliability of blood relief as goals, a reliability P-median location model for new blood banks was developed by considering different probabilities of facility failure in different regions. According to the characteristics of the model, a linearization technique was applied to convert the model and a Lagrangian Relaxation (LR) algorithm was proposed to solve the problem. A case study was given based on one of affected areas in the Wenchuan Earthquake, i.e., Aba prefecture in Sichuan province in China. A group of numerical examples were given to test and verify the model and algorithm. The results show that the proposed algorithm is efficient.
Automatic Summarization for Agricultural Product Review

Agricultural product review is playing increasing role in finance websites. Since manual text summarization needs large human efforts and also time consuming, we propose automatic summarization for agricultural product review in this paper. Firstly, we formulate the agricultural product as a quintuple, and present a framework to extract the features from agricultural product. Then we exploit learning to rank method to identify key sentence in product review. Finally, sentence analysis method has been proposed to extract comparative information. Experimental results show that the proposed approaches outperform the existing research.

The proposed system deals with the conversion of solar power into fundamental AC power by using flying capacitor multilevel inverter controlled by synchronous sequential circuits. The flying capacitor multilevel inverter controls the real and reactive power flow, deep voltage sags and short duration outages. The performance of the inverter is enhanced by using a synchronous sequential circuit, which gives the superior performance by reducing the total harmonic distortion in load voltage and capacitor voltage fluctuations. The synchronous sequential circuit based multilevel inverter offers several advantages like simpler structure, easy fault identification, cost-effectiveness and low power consumption. The performance of proposed strategy has been confirmed through simulation and hardware investigations.

In order to promote the development of green product market, the government will adopt fiscal subsidies to encourage enterprises and consumers. This paper builds the game model of the manufacturers and retailers from the aspect of green supply chain based on the government subsidies. Consider the green supply chain consisting of manufacturers and retailers, the influence of subsidy amount on the decision-making behaviors of the manufacturers, retailers and consumers respectively under the mode of government fiscal subsidies to manufacturers and consumers are studied. Analyze the influence of government subsidy on the decision-making behaviors of manufacturers, retailers and consumers through numerical simulation analysis, and further compare the difference between the manufacturer subsidy mode and consumer subsidy mode. The results indicate that: (1) the manufacturers and retailers will choose consumer subsidy mode; (2) the selection of subsidy mode by consumers is mainly influenced by the relative size of price sensitivity coefficient and subsidy sensitive coefficient.

Since the food is the necessity that human beings live on, food safety has become the common topic which shares all human beings’ concern. The food safety incidents which happened recent years have not only affected the health of people, but also had negative effects on economic development or even the social stability. Given this, the government has continuously intensified the supervision on food safety, implementing many policies like “Food Safety Project” and mandatory authentication plan of pollution-free food. In National Video and Telephone Conference of Strengthening Food Safety on June 11th, 2015, Prime Minister Li Keqiang put forward that food safety concerned everyone’s physical health and life safety, and it was the aspiration of the broad masses that could eat hearty and safe food, which was also the basic demand of building well-off society in an all-around way. On this background, this paper began from the game analysis of government and food enterprises, based on Game theory, Stakeholder theory and so on, to build the game model of government and food enterprises and to analyze when faced with food safety supervision, the two parties would take what measures to obtain the maximum effect. At last, the paper proposed some suggestions for policies on reforming food safety supervision system.

Image Based Mutual Authentication to Enhance the Web Security

CAPTCHAs are an imperative and broadly used modern Internet technology to reduce the risk of reducing the computerized agents to programmatically use web connected resources such as online e-mail accounts, online polls, Web-based comment systems, Web-based SMS portals and so on. The designing of security algorithms utilizing captcha can be a useful security mechanism. There are several security attacks and survival of many phishing websites. In current systems, two factor authentications, One Time Password (OTP) are used to overcome these issues. In case of OTP, mobile technology is used to send the password to the client for confirmation, in some cases, mostly handheld mobiles may not be within the reach or there may be several other issues like network traffic and delay in receiving passwords. These problems decrease the capability of authentication. Here the proposed system is technology independent and behavior based authentication system, where system performs complete authentication through website using Image CAPTCHA. Behavior based authentication is done through appropriate selection and cropping of image at the accurate location. This proposed system ultimately enables us to substantiate whether the user is an authenticated user and website is an authenticated website The performance of the system has been analyzed using shoulder surfing, brute force, dictionary, random and reply attack to prove the web security.

With Li-8100 chamber, the soil respiration rates in different succession stages of Larix gmelinii plantation in Great Xing’ an Mountains was measured from June to October, 2014. Results show that the variations of soil respiration can be expressed as a one-humped curve. The maximum of soil respiration rate occurs from July for early and mid-succession stage to August for late succession. Soil respiration rate varies from 1.2 to 4.6μmol ۬∙m-2∙s-1 with mean value of 2.76μmol ∙m-2∙s-1 for early succession, 1.5 to 5.6μmol ∙m-2∙s-1 with mean value of 3.17μmol ∙m-2∙s-1 for mid-succession, and 1.8 to 4.1μmol ∙m-2∙s-1 with mean value of 2.89μmol ∙m-2∙s-1 for late succession. Soil temperature is the main factor to affect soil respiration and there is a significant correlation between soil respiration and the soil temperature at 10cm depth in all different succession forests, but less correlation is observed between soil respiration and soil water content.

In order to solve the problems of fuzzy expression and invalid inter-agent trust during the process of adopting traditional negotiation mode to describe the enterprise and the enterprise supply chain, a global negotiation model based on Norm and trust evaluation is proposed in this paper. Specifically, Norm semantic tool is adopted to describe enterprise information, and such parameters as fitness and trust degree of the negotiation model are evaluated through the “commitment” based trust evaluation method. Meanwhile, the improved genetic algorithm is adopted for the task solution of the negotiation issues involving in enterprise environment, and the improved contract net protocol is adopted for the task solution of the negotiation issues involving in enterprise business. Finally, the example for a certain production enterprise supply chain is adopted for the detailed design of the negotiation model. The experiment proves that the model can realize the global task solution of the negotiation issues involving in both enterprise environment and business, and the solution efficiency thereof is improved more or less.

Cervical Cancer stands out among those deadliest diseases, which threatens women in an alarming rate causing approximately 2, 66,000 mortalities per annum worldwide. This cancer can be diagnosed early enough through Pap smear test; a cervical cancer screening program. Finding out the true positive rates of the Cervical Cancer cells with precision is more complex when identifying the same categories of the cancer disease. Various researchers have proposed many approaches over the past four decades and the solutions are pertinent to cervical cancer; however, the challenge remains partially unresolved. The significant contribution of this paper is in two folds, firstly discuss a cloud ready Adapter Driven Service Oriented Architecture (RESPRO 3.0), developed by us for automated screening of Pap Smear can be extended to any International Classification of Diseases (ICD). Secondly, present an Internet of Things (IoT) driven Cervical Cancer prediction adapter built for RESPRO 3.0 based on Density based Multiclass Support Vector Machines (MCSVM) in combination with Polynomial Kernel Trick. The density parameters provide unique space in identifying cervical cancer cell categories compared to exising researches. This cloud solution’s results are bench marked and verified against cyto technician’s ground truth results, found to be highly satisfactory with respect to 93% Sensitivity and 99% Specificity while minimizing test repeatability ratio for the supervised training set of images.
The Swing Angle of Insulators Measurement Based on Binocular Vision and Improved Region Segmentation

This paper first analyzed the structure and the edge symmetry of insulator and divided the insulator into 8 kinds of edge according to these characteristics. Then it improved the algorithms that segment and label the region of interest (ROI) based on the depressed region of insulator, which makes labeling multi-insulators in a single image solved. To accurately extract the edge of insulator from the ROI, this paper proposed the double thresholds edge detecting method on account of parallax principle in binocular vision, avoiding of the deficiency of under-filtering and over-filtering within the single threshold method based on monocular vision. It analyzed and removed local and global irrelevant pixels using statistical methods, thereby stereoscopically matched the pixels in each ROI and calculated their 3D coordinates. Then 2 vectors are constructed based on the maximum and minimum of the Z coordinate component: the vertical vector and the direction vector of the insulator. Finally, every swing angle can be calculated using the inner product method. Experiment results show that the relative error of this method is less than 1.3%, it not only has higher accuracy than the traditional method, but also avoids the low efficiency of a single swing angle measurement of traditional method.
Coordination with Price Subsidy When Channels Compete in Real Estate Supply Chain

With the expansion of real estate business, many real estate developers begin to sell some of their houses to some real estate agents and consumers buy those houses through real estate agent in China, which forms market competition with the direct sales channels that real estate developers establish. In order to obtain more profits, some real estate developers provide some real estate agents with price subsidy in the competitive sales channels. Therefore, pricing strategy and price subsidy level become key parameters of the developers’decision. By solving the realestate developer’s profit function, some key indexes in the centralized supply chain and those in the supply chain with the wholesale price contract are obtained. They include the retail price, the sales quantity in each sales channel, the price subsidy level and the total developer’s profit. The revenue-sharing contract is used to coordinate developer-dominant supply chain in decentralized decision. The results shows that the total profit of the real estate supply chain with the price subsidy is larger than that without the price subsidy and the revenue-sharing contract can coordinate the decentralized real estate supply chain. The optimal price subsidy decreases in the market scale that the real estate agent faces and the price subsidy will be canceled by the real estate developer when the market share the agent faces is fifty percent.

This article describes complete Monte Carlo and sensitivity analysis. Sensitivity analysis is done by various simulations which take very long time. So to save our time and to overcome complexity level of analysis. We formulate various equation in this article to observe sensitivity and MCA.We perform sensitivity analysis and Monte-Carlo Analysis (MCA) on band pass filer circuit in this paper and show how the value of any component parameter change the circuit behavior. All the equation and model for sensitivity analysis of analog VLSI circuit and simulation are done with the help of MATLAB tool.

With the rapid development of Electronic Commerce, the demand for the quantity and professional knowledge of the professional talents in electronic commerce is continuously improving. The development of network market provides an opportunity for college students to start their own business, and the ultimate goal of e-commerce business entrepreneurship is to cultivate students' ability to use e-commerce to start a business. In this paper, the authors analyze the construction of e-commerce entrepreneurship curriculum system for college students based on information technology perspective. In the curriculum system construction, the course is divided into three levels; the first level is mainly about the basic knowledge of e-business, second level is mainly about business development course, and the third levels of curriculum mainly about laws and regulations. Novel Trust Model in E-Commerce

This paper theoretically studied the issue of trust in E-Commerce business. Firstly, we established a dynamic game model to analyze conditions required for reaching a long-term equilibrium of trust, by introducing the concept of ESS equilibrium. Secondly, we designed a diffusion mechanism of trust with an algorithm, which helped us understand the process of how the stable equilibrium of trust would be reached. Our findings are as follows: (1) under unfavorable conditions like weak trust incentives, distrust in E-Commerce business is prevalent, even after a trust evaluating system has been established; (2) some factors, including payoff difference between honest traders and dishonest traders, the number of traders choosing the trust strategy and convenience of information exchange between traders, determine the diffusion process of trust in this business. With regard to the findings aforementioned and the sustainable development of E-Commerce business in China, we provide some policy suggestions, like increasing comparative advantage in payoffs received by honest traders, reinforcing regulation on entry permission, and investing more in technology or devices to promote information exchange between traders.
Software Fault Prediction Using Unsupervised Learning Technique: A Practical Approach

Unsupervised learning techniques such as clustering can be used in software fault prediction, where fault labels are not available. The accurate prediction of faults is likely to occur in coding and that can be rectified early testing phase, which reduces the testing cost as well as maintenance cost and enhance the quality of software. In respect of data mining approach, if training data are not present, then I can not use the supervised learning, this is the biggest problem. To solve this problem, new models using unsupervised learning such as clustering algorithms are quite necessary. This work is the extended version of a Various Strategies and Technical Aspects of Data Mining: A Theoretical Approach, which moves towards practical implementation from theoretical foundation [1]. The main objective of this work to find whether software is faulty or non faulty by using the confusion matrix and also calculating the False Positive Rate (FPR), False Negative Rate (FNR), and Error or fault in a software module. In order to obtain the results I have used an indigenous tool.

The use of Information Communication Technology (ICT) has come a long way and has drawn interest in higher educational institutions as a catalyst for teaching, learning and assessing learning. A number of universities have embarked on a journey to delivering education to students with the use of ICT infrastructures. The aim of such delivery is to improve accessibility to teaching related materials to both students and lecturers. The services provided via the infrastructures are made accessible through computing devices. The accessibility of such materials on- and off-campus plays a major role in the success of e-learning implementation. In this paper, the implementation and accessibility of e-learning system in higher educational institutions in Namibia are investigated. Three higher educational institutions in Namibia were used for the study.

The trees are of great meaning to the life and daily life of the human beings in various fields. However, the trees would disturb the normal activities of peoples. One of the problems is the growth of the tree roots close to the buildings or the roads can cause directly or indirectly structural damages. In this paper, a electrical measurement method based on resistivity is proposed The electrical property of tree root is analyzed. Finally, a tree root measurement system is built and practically tested.
Effect of Microstructure on Mechanical Property of Carbon Steel/Strainless Steel Rolling Clad Plate

The bonding interface microstructure and mechanical property of clad plate with different hot rolling schedules were researched. The results show that the carbide layer thickness of bonding interface increases firstly and then decreases with increasing reduction ratio. The carbide layer of bonding interface is the major factor relating to tensile strength, so the experimental values of clad plate are slightly higher than the calculated ones. Moreover, the bending strength of clad plate is mainly influenced by the thickness ratio and the carbide quantity of SS, while the carbide layer thickness of bonding interface is an important factor affects the bending strength.
A Structural Analysis of Banking Customer Loyalty in Indonesia

The purpose of the present study was to analyze a model of the factors affecting customer loyalty including service quality, customer value, bank’s reputation, and customer satisfaction, trust and commitment. Data were tested and analyzed using the structural equation modeling (SEM). Population was the customers of state banks in five cities in Indonesia, namely Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Makassar and Pontianak. A total sample of 250 people was taken by the purposive sampling method. Results showed that service quality, customer value and bank’s reputation had direct effects on customer satisfaction, trust and commitment and also customer loyalty. Improved service quality could not directly increase customer commitment to the bank. When the bank’s service quality was difficult to measure, the bank’s reputation represented an important factor in affecting perceived customer satisfaction.
Influence of Real-Information to Change Tourists' Travel Route

The tourism system as a whole is becoming less sustainable, both because of its overall rapid growth and the unwillingness to change travel behavior (tourists). In the field of the tourism, the tourists' activities have influences on the protection and development of the natural scenic. In order to understand the tourist' intention to change travel route based on real-time information, this paper adds trust to the model of theory of planned behavior (TPB). Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis are used to identify and confirm the constructs. In addition, structural equation modeling was established to test the measure model. Results indicate that the attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control have positive effect on the behavioral intention of changing travel route according to real-time information. Moreover, trust also has positive influence on behavioral intention via three antecedents of intention. The findings have implications for predicting the tourist's intention of travel route change.
Corporate Credit Rating Evaluation Based on Community Detection of Label Propagation

Current corporate credit rating methods tend to focus on rating single corporations and usually fail to assess corporate groups from different industries or geographical areas. This paper presents a method of evaluating corporate credit ratings using the community detection of label propagation (CCRELP). First, the study used a label propagation algorithm to group corporations with similar characteristics into communities based on the connections between the companies, their industries, and their geographical locations. Then, the study performed an evaluation using various indicators and weights to acquire credit ratings for companies from different communities. Experiments using real-world datasets showed that, when using various indicators to rate corporate credit, CCRELP could detect differences among the results for companies from different communities, thus indicating the possibility of developing a more reasonable evaluation system for companies with similar characteristics. The results also proved that the community-based credit rating system is an effective and feasible means of corporate credit rating.
