Despite the fact that health care providers such as Google Health and Microsoft Corp.'s Health Vault comply with the U.S Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the privacy of patients is still at risk. There needs to be a strategy for securing the privacy of patients when exchanging health records between various entities over the Internet. Several encryption schemes and access control mechanisms have been suggested to protect the disclosure of a patient’s health record especially from unauthorized entities. However, by implementing these approaches, data owners are not capable of controlling and protecting the disclosure of the individual sensitive attributes of their health records. This raises the need to adopt a secure mechanism to protect personal information against unauthorized disclosure. We propose a new column-level access control mechanism that is based on subkeys, which would allow a data owner to further control the access to his data at the column-level. We also propose a new mechanism to reduce the number of keys held by each user in the system. Therefore, the number keys maintained by the data owner is also reduced. Measuring website quality has been a major concern since the invention of web. Moreover with the advancement of web technology the dimensions to evaluate quality kept on changing. As such it becomes difficult to analyze and focus upon the critical dimensions which should be paid more attention relative to others. Additionally comparing similar websites on quality front need some quantitative approach. In such a scenario, the necessity to develop a quality system model for web 2.0 environment arose which could be pursued quantitatively. Key website quality dimensions are identified and discussed. The effect of interactions of identified website quality dimensions among themselves and overall effect on website quality has been quantified. The purpose of this paper is to represent the effect of ‘website quality dimension in web 2.0 environment’ in terms of a single numerical index by considering their inheritances and interactions. The practical implication of this approach is to provide a methodology for website managers in order to evaluate key quality attributes affecting overall website quality.
Estimation of Fuel Consumption using In-Vehicle Parameters

This Paper proposed the estimation method of fuel consumption from vehicle information through OBD-II. We assumed RPM, TPS had a relationship with fuel consumption. We got the output as fuel-consumption from a vehicle RPM, TPS as input by using polynomial equations. We had modeling as quadric function and surface function with OBD-II data and fuel consumption data supported by automotive company in real. In order to verify the effectiveness of proposed method, 5 km road-test was performed. The results showed that the proposed method can estimate precisely the fuel consumption from vehicle multi-data. It was observed that the proposed models using instantaneous engine RPM, TPS and (RPM, TPS) can predict the fuel consumption quite well with the coefficient of determination were 76%, 88% and 71% respectively.

The recent challenge in textile supply chain management is the development of collaboration network which accommodates diverse concerns of various participants while explicitly recognizing interdependencies and promoting effective relationship management. This study is designed to suggest a collaboration network model for textile industry and apply it to establish a desirable framework for the textile supply chain management. The collaboration network model, proposed in this study, is designed to facilitate positive collaboration from the supply chain of the textile industry. Utilizing the collaboration model, an intelligent textile supply chain management system is designed to improve customer services and delivery time, and to promote information sharing, and shorten product life cycle time. The primary goal of an intelligent textile supply chain management system is to promote corporate innovation and information sharing, and generate infrastructure which reduces the gap of the competitiveness across the textile supply chain and enhance the collaboration, which in turn improve the competitiveness of the textile industry as a whole.

Ubiquitous language learning requires appropriate learning objects to be made accessible to learners in the right form, at the right time, and in the right place. This need can be met through providing appropriate spatial morphologies of content, utilizing mobile devices and relevant apps. English verb tenses and forms cause understandable confusion for EFL/ESL students. But by situating the required learning objects in the learner’s awareness, she may creatively imagine the necessary schema, navigate through them, and determine the correct formal expression of what she intends. A spatial morphology of English verb forms and tenses is proposed that generates simple sentences. This encourages the formation of appropriate cognitive structures in the language learner’s mind, while the spatial schema provides for feasible on-screen implementation in interactive mobile applications for smartphones and tablets. The primary intended realization is thus of two complementary forms: as an aide-mémoire in the learner’s mind, and as an App for the iPad and for tablets in general.
