Mobile Services Personalization Evaluation Model

The proliferation of personalized mobile services is emphasizing the need to determine the users’ perception of how successful personalization is, and how it can be improved and in which facet. For some users, personalization can be useful; others may find it confusing and prefer to turn it off. The motivation of the article is to explore and understand the success criteria of delivering personalized mobile services. The goal of this research work is to develop a theoretical model called Personalization Evaluation Model (PEM) to measure the effectiveness of personalization of mobile services. The main purpose of Personalization Evaluation Model (PEM) is to improve the understanding of the effectiveness of personalization of mobile services by providing new theoretical insights of measuring key variables of personalization. Moreover, PEM should provide the theoretical basis for practical testing of the effectiveness of personalized mobile services. The constructs developed for PEM are primarily adapted from the previous research of personalized mobile services.

Network based video proxy server can store the videos in order to minimize initial latency and network traffic significantly. However, due to the limited storage space in video proxy server, an appropriate video selection method is needed to store the videos which are frequently requested by clients. Thus, we propose a temporal distance based particle domain selection method using concurrent request pattern in large scale streaming system. We exploit the short-term temporal locality of two consecutive requests on an identical video. If the video is requested by user, it is temporarily stored during the predefined interval and then, delivered to the user. Due to the limited storage area in video proxy server, it is often required to replace the old video which is not serviced for long time with the newly requested one. This replacement causes the severe service delay and increase of network traffic. To circumvent these problems, we also propose an efficient storage space partitioning technique in order to stably store videos and present a time based free-up storage space technique using the expected variation of video data in order for avoiding the overflow on a video proxy server in advance. In order to verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed method, we conduct a variety of simulations and demonstrate that our particle domain selection method leads to better performance.
Correlation between Hardness and Chemical Shift of SiOC Film by FTIR and XRD Analysis

SiOC films prepared by the capacitively coupled plasma chemical vapor deposition were analyzed by Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy, nanoindentation, capacitance and Xray diffraction patterns to observe the crystallinity and chemical shift of SiOC. The capacitance decreased after annealing process, and the dielectric constant was also decreased by annealing due to the reduction of polarization. In the SiOC annealed at 500℃, the blue shift in the range of 950~1200 cm-1 by FTIR analysis showed the peak of 33o in XRD pattern, which indicates the improvement of crystrallinity. Moreover, the SiOC with the peak of 33o in XRD pattern increased the hardness. Red shift was due to the weak bonding strength and then decreased the hardness in SiOC film. SiOC film with red shift does not involve the peak of 33o in XRD pattern. In 32,34 and36 smaples with red shifts, the sample 34 was the lowest dielectric constant, because of high quality of amorphous as non-polarity.

Customer relationship management (CRM) has been as important to the banking industry at the start of the 21st century as it has been to any other industry. Banks have used E-CRM tools to acquire more customers and to improve relationships with them. Model-View-Controller (MVC) pattern is a software design pattern that is suitable for interactive system. This paper analyzes the CRM characteristics: interactive, expansibility, the complexity of data and integration. To these characteristics of CRM, it provides a system design scheme on MVC pattern, and describes the advantages of function and structure in the system.

The Reduction Method of Power Consumption for the Wireless Sensor Network System

The most basic components of the WSN system are the sensor node and the power consumption reduction method of sensor nodes is important. When the RF communication is done each sensor node during the WSN systems operating, power consumption is greatest. So we proposed the reduction method of power consumption and the same time to avoid data omission for the WSN system. Proposed method is the Network with the RF communication module that turn on/off periodically, power consumption less than operating the module all the time without it toggles. At the same time, we proposed the counter synchronization, the tag node algorithm, base station algorithm to prevent data omission. Experimental results show that the proposed method was no data omissions and the life time can be 12 times longer than existing WSN system.

In this paper, we proposed the design of implementation of unmanned clothing stores management system using the smart RFID system. The proposed system consists of smart hanger, wireless communication module, display device, Winform software, and server. The performance of the proposed system is confirmed through experiments. Customers can choose any clothes on the server software and can match their faces to the clothes which they are interested for funny choose.

The network forum is an important channel of information dissemination for Chinese Internet users and has become the primary source of opinions concerning “hot issues.” This paper presents a fast and efficient method to mine “hot posts” in network forums and to analyze the evolutionary trends of hot issues. The proposed method uses statistical and mathematical models to sort posts into sections. The proposed method is also used to analyze the evolutionary trends of hot posts, thus determining whether tracking is necessary for a certain post. Experiments were conducted to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model. This study establishes a foundation for the further study of the evolution of hot issues in complex networks.

The implementation of the construction of modern educational technology is inseparable from the laboratory. At present, the laboratory construction was established in turn, each unit was managed by independent situation, the traditional laboratory management is short of public platform, and don’t implement the unified management of all laboratory, which causes the reset and waste of teaching resources. Forecast of Second-hand Ship Price Based on Grey Theory

There are many factors could affect the price of second-hand ship, through the regression model is difficult to predict its future trends. Within a long period, the price changes of second-hand ship have a strong regularity, it meets the basic requirements of using GM(1,1) model. The forecast model of second-hand ship based on grey theory is built to simulate the price of second-hand ship tends. It is proved that GM(1,1) model is suitable for forecasting the price tends of second-hand ship with high precision.
