이 연구는 아동․청소년들이 주로 이용하는 한국어로 서비스되는 불법웹툰사이트에서 광고 되는 불법도박의 실태를 분석하였다. 분석한 결과, 첫째, 불법웹툰사이트 광고는 주로 첫(메 인)페이지 배너광고(63.5%)를 통해 이뤄진다. 둘째, 불법웹툰사이트에 접속한 아동․청소년은 평균적으로 23개의 불법 광고 콘텐츠에 노출된다. 셋째, 불법웹툰사이트에서 노출되는 광고 는 대부분 불법도박사이트이며, 전체 광고의 73.3%이다. 마지막으로 불법웹툰사이트에서 동 일한 불법도박사이트가 평균적으로 5번 이상 중복 광고되고 있다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 불 법웹툰사이트 대책을 모색하면, 불법웹툰사이트를 차단하기 위해서는 불법도박사이트를 먼 저 차단해야 한다. 다양한 불법․유해 웹사이트의 최대 광고주인 불법도박사이트 차단과 단속 에 집중해야 한다. 불법웹툰사이트의 최대 광고주가 불법도박이면, 폭력조직이 배후에 존재 한다. 조직범죄와 기술이 결합한 범죄사업을 차단시키기 위해서는 조직폭력배와 웹사이트 개 발자에 대한 사람 중심의 범죄대책도 추진되어야 한다.

This study analyzed the reality of illegal gambling advertised on illegal webtoon sites mainly used by children and adolescents. As a result of the analysis, first, illegal webtoon site advertisements are mainly made through banner advertisements on the first (main) page (63.5%), webtoon image watermark insertion advertisements (30.5%), webtoon table of contents banner advertisements (5.7%). Second, children and adolescents who access illegal webtoon sites are exposed to 23 illegal advertisement contents on average. Third, most of the advertisements exposed on illegal webtoon sites are illegal gambling sites, and 73.3% of all advertisements. Finally, the same illegal gambling site is advertised more than five times on average on illegal webtoon sites. If illegal webtoon sites are sought based on the analysis results, illegal gambling sites must be blocked first in order to block illegal webtoon sites. It is necessary to focus on blocking and cracking down on illegal gambling sites, the largest advertiser of various illegal and harmful sites. If the biggest advertiser of illegal webtoon sites is illegal gambling, gangs are behind it. In order to block the criminal business that combines organized crime and technology, human-centered crime measures for gangsters and website developers must be taken at the same time.

북한이탈주민의 한국 사회 정착 부적응으로 인한 다양한 사회일탈 현상들이 우리 사회의 중요한 관심사가 되었고, 남한사회 정착과정 속에서 가장 문제가 되는 것은 부적응으로 인한 범죄행위가 증가하였다. 북한이탈주민의 범죄행위중 마약범죄의 비율이 가장 높은 편으로 나타나 북한이탈주민의 마약류 사용에 대해 체계적인 검사와 관리가 절실하며 관련 교육이 필요한 실정이다. 그리고 북한이탈주민의 마약류 사용에 대해 세심하고 면밀한 관리를 통해 사회적 문제를 해결할 필요가 있다. 이에 북한이탈주민의 마약류 범죄와 관련한 선행연구를 기반으로 하여 북한이탈주민의 마 약류 범죄 동향을 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 북한이탈주민의 마약류 범죄의 문제점은 북한이탈 주민의 입국과정부터 검증할 수 있는 체계와 개선시스템을 갖추지 못한점을 들 수 있으며, 북한이탈주민의 마약류 범죄의 예방대책은 교육제도를 개선하여 북한이탈주민이 적응할 수 있는 적응교육의 내실화 등을 제시하여 북한이탈주민이 남한에 정착하여 더 나은 생활을 할 수 있도록 사회 시스템을 마련하는 등의 실질적인 지원방안을 모색하고자 하였다.

Various social deviance phenomena due to the maladjustment of North Korean defectors to South Korean society became an important concern of our society, and the most problematic thing in the process of settlement in South Korean society was the increase in criminal activity due to maladaptation. Among the criminal activities of North Korean defectors, drug crimes account for the highest rate, so systematic inspection and management of North Korean defectors' drug use is urgently needed, and related education is needed. In addition, it is necessary to solve social problems through careful and meticulous management of drug use by North Korean defectors. Therefore, based on previous studies related to drug crimes of North Korean defectors, trends in drug crimes of North Korean defectors were investigated. Through this, the problem with North Korean defectors drug crimes is that they do not have a system and improvement system that can verify the North Korean defectors' entry process. By suggesting the substantialization of adaptation education that North Korean refugees can adapt to it was attempted to find practical support measures such as preparing a social system for North Korean refugees to settle in South Korea and lead a better life.

이 연구는 청소년의 신종마약류중독 실태분석을 통하여 효과적인 예방대책을 제시하는 것 이다. 우리나라는 10년 전과 비교하여 마약청정국의 지위와 위상이 급격하게 추락하고 있으 며 공식적인 통계자료와 조사결과 마약사범의 증가와 더불어 청소년들 사이에 신종마약류의 수요가 증가하는 것으로 이를 증명하고 있다. 연구의 결과, 청소년들은 스트레스, 호기심, 입 시, 취업 등 심리적, 개인적 원인과 사회·문화 환경적 원인이 복합적으로 작용하여 마약류 에 접근하는 특성이 도출되었으며 신종마약류가 보다 강력하고 저렴한 이유로 접근하게 되는 청소년들이 증가하고 있는 특성도 도출되었다. 따라서 이 연구는 신종마약류중독에 따른 청 소년범죄의 증가의 관계와 정부의 대응방법상의 문제점을 살펴보고 예방대책에 관한 효율적 인 방안을 제시하는데 궁극적인 목표로 두었다. 이에 대한 예방 및 대응방안으로 첫째, 청소년 신종마약류 단속 시스템 정비하는 방안. 둘 째, 신종마약류 공급자에 대한 엄격한 처벌의 확립. 셋째, 신규 유통경로에 대한 모니터링 및 감시 강화. 넷째, 청소년 마약사범 처우강화. 다섯째, 청소년 신종마약중독의 예방교육 강화 등을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 이와 같이 제시한 방안들을 효과적이고 집중적으로 운영할 수 있는 제도적 장치와 우리사회의 관심이 전제되어야 한다.

This study presents effective preventive measures through analysis of the actual condition of adolescents' new drug addiction. Compared to a decade ago, Korea's status and status of the Drug Administration is falling sharply, and official statistics and surveys prove that demand for new drugs among teenagers is increasing along with the increase in drug offenders. As a result of the study, psychological, personal, social, and cultural and environmental causes such as stress, curiosity, entrance examination, and employment were combined to obtain the characteristics of access to drugs, and the number of adolescents approaching new drugs for stronger and cheaper reasons was also derived. Therefore, this study aimed to examine the relationship between the increase in juvenile crimes caused by new drug addiction and the problems of the government's response method and to present efficient measures for prevention.As a prevention and response plan, first, a plan to overhaul the youth drug control system. Second, the establishment of strict penalties for suppliers of new drugs. Third, strengthening monitoring and monitoring of new distribution channels. Fourth, strengthening the treatment of juvenile drug offenders. Fifth, strengthening prevention education for youth new drug addiction was suggested. Finally, the institutional mechanism that can effectively and intensively operate the proposed measures and the interest of our society should be premised.

최근 국제관계 이슈는 단연코 우크라이나와 러시아 간의 갈등으로 인한 전쟁이다. 대다수 전문가들의 예측과 달리 러시아군이 조직 역량과 기능 문제로 고전하고 있는데, 이는 평소 군 조직 관리의 산물이라 할 수 있으며, 우리 군의 평시 조직 관리에도 시사하는 바가 크다. 군 조직은 일반 조직과는 달리 독특한 특성을 지닌 집단으로서 다양한 갈등을 내포하고 있 으며, 특히 강압적 명령체계와 통제는 조직 내 갈등을 증폭시키는 경향이 있다. 또한 이러한 갈등을 해소하고자 간부들의 경우 음주를 선택하는 경향성이 높은데, 이는 의도치 않은 사고 를 유발해 임무 수행을 방해하며, 직무만족을 저해할 수 있다. 본 연구는 군 조직 내 갈등 및 음주 행위 감소, 직무만족 증진에 관한 정책적 시사점을 찾고자, 해병대 간부를 대상으로 갈 등이 직무만족에 미치는 영향과 음주 행위의 매개 및 조절효과를 검증하였다. 분석결과 군 조직 내 갈등과 직무만족은 부(-)의 관계에 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 갈등과 직무만족의 관 계에서 음주 행위는 부분매개 역할을 하지만, 조절 효과는 없는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결 과는 해병대 간부의 직무만족을 높이기 위해서는 갈등과 음주 행위의 감소에 관심을 기울여 야 하며, 음주에 대한 인식 전환 및 경각심 증진을 위해 교육과 제도적 강화의 필요성을 시사 하고 있다. 본 연구는 학술연구 최초로 군 간부를 대상으로 갈등과 직무만족의 영향 관계와 음주 행위의 매개효과를 실증적으로 규명함으로써 향후 실효성 있는 제도의 개선과 방향에 대한 이론적 근거를 제시하였고, 군 조직 갈등 연구 분야의 새로운 방향을 설정하였다는데 의의가 있다.

The recent issue of international relations is by far the war caused by conflict between Ukraine and Russia. Contrary to most experts' predictions, the Russian military is struggling with organizational capabilities and functions, which can be said to be a product of military organizational management, and has great implications for our military's peacetime organizational management. Unlike general organizations, military organizations have various conflicts as groups with unique characteristics, and in particular, coercive command systems and controls tend to amplify conflicts within the organization. In addition, executives tend to choose drinking to resolve such conflicts, which can cause unintended accidents, hinder the performance of their duties, and hinder job satisfaction. In order to find policy implications for reducing conflict and drinking behavior in military organizations and improving job satisfaction, this study verified the effect of conflict on job satisfaction and the mediating and moderating effect of drinking behavior for Marine Corps executives. As a result of the analysis, it was found that conflict and job satisfaction within the military organization were in a negative(-) relationship, and drinking behavior played a partial mediating role in the relationship between conflict and job satisfaction, but there was no moderating effect. These results suggest that in order to increase job satisfaction of Marine Corps executives, attention should be paid to the reduction of conflict and drinking behavior, and education and institutional reinforcement are needed to change awareness of drinking and raise awareness. This study presented a theoretical basis for the improvement and direction of effective system in the future by empirically investigating the influence relationship between conflict and job satisfaction and the mediating effect of drinking behavior for military executives, and it is meaningful to set a new direction in the field of conflict.

본 연구는 청소년의 관계중독의 심리적 특성과 관계중독의 이상심리를 파악하여 관계중독 을 경험하는 청소년을 위한 심리적 치유의 필요성과 이를 위한 정책적 지원 등에 대한 기초 적 자료를 제공함에 있다. 이를 위해 심리- 사회적 원인들 간의 관련성을 선행연구를 통해 고찰해 보았다. 첫째, 관 계중독을 설명하는 선행연구를 통해 청소년의 관계중독 형성의 배경을 설명하였다. 둘째, 관 계중독 현상과 청소년 중독의 관련성 및 이상심리와의 관계를 파악하였다. 셋째, 관계중독을 경험하는 청소년에게 우울정서도 함께 경험된다는 점을 고려하여 관계중독의 본질에 이상심 리적 현상을 파악하여 정책중심의 심리치유 방안을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 관계중독을 경험하는 청소년의 관계중독적 특성과 비행행위적 이상심리를 파악 하고 치유하는 데에 적절한 기초이론을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 보이며 관계중독적 특징을 형 성하는 과정에서 청소년에게 보다 적합한 원인론적인 심리 사회적 변수를 파악할 수 있는 데 에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

This study is to provide basic data on the need for psychological healing for adolescents who experience relationship addiction and policy support for them by grasping the psychological characteristics of adolescents' relationship addiction and abnormal psychology. To this end, the relationship between psychological and social causes was considered through previous studies. First, through previous studies explaining relationship addiction, the background of adolescents' relationship addiction formation was explained. Second, the relationship between relationship addiction phenomenon and adolescent addiction and abnormal psychology was identified. Third, considering that adolescents experiencing relationship addiction also experience depression, abnormal psychological phenomena in the nature of relationship addiction were identified and policy-oriented psychological healing measures were presented. This paper seems to be able to provide an appropriate basic theory for identifying and curing the relationship addiction characteristics and delinquent abnormalities of adolescents experiencing relationship addiction, and it will contribute to identifying causative psychosocial variables more suitable for adolescents in the process of forming relationship addiction.
