본 연구는 키르기스스탄의 현황을 살펴보고 중소기업의 현지 진출을 위한 지원정책을 모색하는데 연구목적을 두 었다. 연구를 통해 제시한 지원정책은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스마트 농업, 보건 등 미래형 시장선점 분야의 선정을 위한 정책이 요구된다. 전자무역 시스템의 구축을 통해 현지의 스마트인프라를 구축하는 것은 시장진출을 위한 교두보 역할을 할 수 있다. 둘재, 해외시장개척 멘토링 정책을 제언하였다. 성공사례를 통해 활용가능한 노하우를 멘토링으 로 활용함으로써 중소기업에게 부족한 인적자원을 보완할 수 있으며, 다른 해외시장으로의 진출 가능성도 높아질 수 있다. 셋째, 키르기스스탄 성공 비즈니스 모델 구축을 제언하였다. 이러한 정책적 제언은 중앙아시아의 지정학적 흐름을 주도할 수 있으며, 풍부한 자연자원과 핵심기술의 수용정도를 활용할 수 있다는 효과가 있다. 또한 중소기업 의 해외진출을 적극적으로 장려함으로서 경제의 신성장동력으로 활용할 수 있다. 그럼에도 중앙아시아와 키르기스스 탄에 대한 자료부족과 현지 답사의 어려움으로 논문의 완성도가 낮음을 자인한다. 그러나 지속적인 연구를 통해 자 료를 보완하고, 성공 및 실패 사례를 발굴함으로써 기초자료의 제공과 연구성과의 활용을 꾀할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the current status of Kyrgyzstan and to seek support policies for SMEs to enter the region. The support policy proposed through the study is as follows. First, policies are required to select future market preoccupation fields such as smart agriculture and health. Building a local smart infrastructure through the establishment of an electronic trade system can serve as a bridgehead for market entry. Second, proposed a mentoring policy for overseas market development. By using the know-how that can be used as mentoring through successful cases, it is possible to supplement the human resources that are insufficient for small and medium-sized enterprises, and the possibility of entering other overseas markets can be increased. Third, it was proposed to establish a successful business model in Kyrgyzstan. These policy suggestions can lead the geopolitical flow of Central Asia, and have the effect of utilizing abundant natural resources and the degree of acceptance of core technologies. In addition, it can be used as a new growth engine for the economy by actively encouraging SMEs to advance overseas. Nevertheless, it admits that the completeness of the thesis is low due to the lack of data on Central Asia and Kyrgyzstan and the difficulty of field trips. However, We will be plan to continue study which supplementing data through continuous research and discovering success and failure cases, basic data.

방위산업과 방산안보 발전방안은 방위산업과 방산정책을 살펴보고, 방산사건과 방산안보 활동을 검토하여 방산안 보 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다. 방위산업과 방산정책에서 방위산업에 대한 개관과 신정부의 방산정책을 살펴보고, 방산사건과 방산안보 활동에서 는 방산사건의 현황과 현재 진행 중인 사건을 살펴보고 정보수사기관의 방산안보 활동, 방사청의 방산기술보호 활동 및 국방정보본부의 방산보안 활동을 검토하였다. 방산안보 발전방안으로 첫째, 방산기술보호 발전방안으로 방산분야 사이버위협 대응 범정부 협의체 마련 지원, 방위산업기술보호센터 설립, 정보수사기관(방첩기관) 협력을 통한 기술유출침해 신고대응 체계화 지원이다. 둘째, 방산안보와 국가정보업무 발전방안으로 방산안보 수사업무 이관준비 및 방산안보 정보공유체계 활성화, 국 가정보업무 전문화이다. 셋째, 방산보안과 국방정보업무 발전방안으로 방산정보 지원조직과 방산보안 전담조직 신설추진, 현재 분산운영 중인 방산안보법령 통합정비 및 ‘첨단전력 건설과 방산수출 확대의 선순환 구조 마련’ 국정과제 추진 등이다.

This study examines the defense industry and defense industry policies, and reviews defense industry incidents and defense industry security activities to suggest defense industry security development plans. In Defense Industry and Defense Industry Policy, an overview of the defense industry and the new government’s defense industry policy are reviewed. In Defense Industry Incidents and Defense Industry Security Activities, the current status of defense industry incidents and ongoing cases are reviewed, and the defense industry security of intelligence investigation agencies is reviewed. activities, defense industry technology protection activities of the DAPA(Defense Acquisition Program Administration) and defense industry security activities of the Defense Intelligence Agency were reviewed. As a defense industry security development plan, first, as a defense industry technology protection development plan, support for preparing a pan-governmental consultative body to respond to cyber threats in the defense industry, establishment of a defense industry technology protection center, and support for systematization of response to reports of infringement of technology leakage through cooperation with intelligence investigation agencies. Second, as measures to develop defense industry security and national intelligence, preparation for transfer of defense industry security investigative work, vitalization of defense industry security information sharing system, and specialization of national information work. Third, as a way to develop defense industry security and defense information business, promote the establishment of a defense industry information support organization and a dedicated organization for defense industry security, integrated maintenance of defense industry security-related laws and regulations that are currently being distributed and operated, and establish a virtuous cycle structure of ‘high-tech power construction and defense industry export expansion’ Promoting state affairs, etc.

본 연구는 문화 오락지수가 우리나라의 경제 수준을 나타내는 종합주가지수에 미치는 상호 영향을 실증적으로 분석한 실증연구이다. 한국의 종합주가지수와 문화 오락지수 주간 자료에 관한 연구에서 사용한 자료는 2010년 1월2 일부터 2019년 8월 21일까지 504개의 주간 자료로 한국의 종합주가지수와 문화 오락지수의 두 가지 지표 간의 인과 관계와 상호 미치는 영향력을 살펴봄으로써 한국의 종합주가지수와 문화 오락지수 주간 자료 간에 미치는 영향력의 정도를 분석하고자 한다. 한국의 종합주가지수와 문화 오락지수 주간 자료는 상호 밀접한 관련이 있을 것으로 판단 되나 한국의 종합주가지수와 문화 오락지수 주간 자료의 상호관련성에 대한 기존의 체계적 연구는 많지 않았다. 따 라서 본 연구에서는 기존의 연구가 가졌던 한계를 보완하여 한국의 종합주가지수와 문화 오락지수 주간 자료간의 상호관련성 및 상호 영향력에 문제의식 가지고 시계열분석모형인 한국의 종합주가지수와 문화 오락지수 주간 자료 의 VAR모형을 이용한 예측오차의 분산분해기법 및 한국의 종합주가지수와 문화 오락지수 주간 자료의 Granger인과 관계분석을 통한 실증적인 연구를 하였다. 한국의 종합주가지수와 문화 오락지수 주간 자료에 관한 연구의 중요한 결과들을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국의 종합주가지수와 문화 오락지수 주간 자료의 수준변수에 대한 안정성검정 결과 불안정적인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 한국의 종합주가지수와 문화 오락지수 주간 자료의 1차 차분변수에 안정성검정 결과는 모두 안정적임을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 한국의 종합주가지수와 문화 오락지수 수준변수 간에는 공적분관계가 존재하지 않으나 차분 변수 간에는 공적분 관계가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 문화 오락지수는 종합주가지수에 Granger 인과관계가 없다는 가설을 기각하게 되어 문화 오락지수는 종합주가지수에 Granger 인과관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 한국 의 종합주가지수와 문화 오락지수 간의 상관관계는 0.323181으로 양(+)의 관계를 보이고 있다.

This study is an empirical research that analyzes the mutual influence between the cultural and entertainment index and the comprehensive stock index, which reflects the economic level of South Korea. The data used in the study regarding the comprehensive stock index and the cultural and entertainment index in South Korea consists of 504 weekly data points from January 2, 2010, to August 21, 2019. The objective of the study is to analyze the degree of influence between the comprehensive stock index and the cultural and entertainment index by examining the causal relationship and mutual impact between the two indicators. Although it is assumed that there is a close relationship between the comprehensive stock index and the cultural and entertainment index in South Korea, there haven't been many systematic studies on the mutual correlation of the weekly data between the two indicators. Therefore, this study aims to address the limitations of previous research and conduct an empirical analysis of the mutual correlation and influence between the comprehensive stock index and the cultural and entertainment index in South Korea using the VAR (Vector Autoregression) model for time series analysis, as well as the variance decomposition technique of prediction errors and Granger causality analysis. The important results of the study on the weekly data of the comprehensive stock index and the cultural and entertainment index in South Korea can be summarized as follows. Firstly, the stability test results for the level variables of the comprehensive stock index and the cultural and entertainment index showed instability. Secondly, the stability test results for the first-order difference variables of the comprehensive stock index and the cultural and entertainment index indicated stability. Thirdly, while there was no cointegration relationship between the level variables of the comprehensive stock index and the cultural and entertainment index, a cointegration relationship was found between the difference variables. Fourthly, the hypothesis that the cultural and entertainment index does not have Granger causality with the comprehensive stock index was rejected, indicating that there is a Granger causality between the cultural and entertainment index and the comprehensive stock index. Lastly, the correlation coefficient between the comprehensive stock index and the cultural and entertainment index in South Korea was 0.323181, indicating a positive relationship.

본 연구의 목적은 Z세대의 대표격인 20~26세 대학생들을 대상으로 이들의 ESG 가치관(ESG value)이 ESG 행동 의향(Pro-ESG action)에 미치는 영향력을 검증하는데 있으며 그 과정에서 ESG 신념(ESG belief)의 매개효과를 살펴 보고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 경기도 소재 Y 대학 재학생들을 대상으로 한 322부를 최종 분석에 활용하였으며 SPSS 21.0을 활용하여 EFA 검증, 신뢰도 검증을 실시하였고 Lisrel 9.2를 이용해 문항의 타당도 값(CFA, AVE, CR)을 구한 후 구조방정식 모형을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 검증 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생들의 ESG 가치관 중 이타주의 는 ESG 신념에 긍정적(+) 영향을 행사하며 이기주의는 ESG 신념에 부정적(-) 영향력을 행사하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생들이 지니는 ESG 신념은 이들의 행동 의향에 긍정적(+) 영향력을 행사하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, ESG 신념은 ESG 가치관이 행동에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 완전 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과는 대학 재학생들의 ESG 가치관 교육 및 고양을 통한 신념의 구축이 실제 친 환경적 소비, 친 사회적 행동 등 ESG 관련 행동으로 이어질 수 있음을 시사하는 바이며 대학 내 ESG 교육의 나아갈 방향을 제시해준다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of ESG value of generation Z students on ESG act. The focus was to test the mediation effect of ESG belief between ESG value and ESG act. I used SPSS 21.0 for EFA and reliability test and Lisrel 9.2 for CFA, AVE and CR and structural equation model for testing the hypothesis. The final number of surveys analysed in this study was 280. The results of this study revealed: First, egoistic value orientation of university students had a negative effect on ESG belief, however, social-altruistic value orientation had a positive effect on ESG belief. Second, Z generation students’ ESG belief fully mediated the relationship between students’ ESG value and ESG act. The study implied that maximization of ESG belief through increased ESG value can lead to pro-ESG act of university students.
