The rapid development of e-commerce brings new opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises, especially in developing countries as China. Under the background of e-commerce, enterprise's performance has been rapid ascension, at the same time, the enterprise performance evaluation is particularly important. In this paper, we make empirical analysis about the impact of human resource management innovation on enterprise performance, the result shows that high performance human resource management can promote enterprise innovation, improve enterprise's innovation ability. High performance human resource management includes training, employee involvement, job analysis, performance and employee development, variance contribution rate of each HRM factor is 71.7%, 63.0%, 66.3%, 88.9% and 69.2%, so that the result of empirical analysis is reliable. On this basis, we put forward relevant policy suggestions.

In this study, a result based on research analysis highlights the influences that the degree of seriousness and control of service failures in the food-service industry have on fairness, satisfaction, and trust of foreign visitors of South Korea. It shows that trust has a significant effect on satisfaction, which has a significant effect on the degree of individual trust. On the basis of this result, food-service enterprises have to perform a fast-paced process of recovery to overcome such failures—an effort much greater than that to establish their level of control and seriousness in the first place. Moreover, they then have to solidify their performances to fully recover their lost trust, satisfaction, and faith of the customers.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate retention time distribution and flow line clearwell in water works using computational fluid dynamics. With the finite volume method using the computational fluid dynamics (CFD), a technical diagnosis of clearwell in the water purification process was performed using an unstructured hexahedral grid system. A vector simulation showed stagnation for over 400 seconds at the circulation areas. Where clearwell have an average flow rate, a vector analysis at a height of 1.0 m showed a normal flow downstream. However, some sections of the L-shaped rear section at the left bottom of Clearwell No. 1 partially had the vortex that could cause stagnation. An analysis of flow speed contour line showed that a row of dividers in clearwell partially served as partitions. The results of the analysis can be used as basic data for the creation of alternatives such as the installation of supplementary training walls within clearwell.

With the continuous development of tourism education, practical teaching has become more and more important to the cultivation of tourism management professionals. At the same time, online learning becomes an important way of training tourism management professional talents and teaching method. This research focuses on the investigation of the tourism management, and tries to find out the optimal practice teaching system. Through online survey, the results prove that the practice teaching is particularly important for tourism management. Also, online classes can provide more ways of learning and vision, especially for tourism majors. Therefore, it is important to carry out network teaching, online education can improve the quality of undergraduate education; and plays an important role for constructing three dimensional modes.

This research is a descriptive investigation in order to provide the basic material for in-home child caregivers’ qualitative growth by identifying the predictive factors of in-home child caregivers’ child care efficacy. The study examined 102 participants in an educational program for new in-home child caregivers implemented by the Health Family Support Centers of the province K in 2015. A survey was conducted to collect data concerning their efficacy. The statistical program, SPSS/Win 21.0, was employed for this research descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. As a result, the participants’ child care efficacy was found to be 36.36 points and related with the number of children, perceived health status, self-esteem and job efficacy. Regression analysis was performed for these variables and the number of children, self-esteem, and job efficacy were found to be predictive factors. The constituted regression model showed 61.6% explanation power regarding the variables. Accordingly, it will be necessary to reflect the existence of child rear experience in training in-home child caregivers. And such an education program needs to include contents for them to improve their child care efficacy together with self-esteem and job efficacy.

Education paradigms are shifting to include more online learning, blended and hybrid learning, and collaborative models. The flipped classroom is a pedagogical model in which typical lecture and homework sections of a course are reversed, offering the benefit that it rearranges face-to-face instructions, attempting to create a more efficient and enriched use of class time. In this study it was analyzed if the flipped classroom model, combined with mobile learning technologies, could stimulate students’ participation and engagement in MIS courses. The results of the study revealed that the combination of flipped classroom model and mobile technologies have a direct impact on students’ perception and learning outcomes, focusing on a five point course outcome scale.

The focus of this paper is on the modeling and performance analysis of an unreliable opportunistic spectrum sharing (OSS) system at the call level with sensitive secondary users. Unreliable spectrum sensing is modeled by type I and type II false alarm events and class-A and class-B misdetection events, which brings more flexibility for the purpose of performance evaluation. Spectrum sensing errors negatively impact the performance of primary users and secondary users, particularly when a call collision happens. To maximize the protection of primary users under call collisions, it is required in the system design that secondary users be sensitive to the call collisions, to protect primary users. We model the unreliable OSS system through a two-dimensional Markov process and develop the steady-state probabilities of the system as well as several performance metrics of interest.

In recent years, traffic requirement with variable bit rates and Quality of Service due to online High Definition video streaming, downloading movies and transferring of files are being satisfied with Elastic Optical Network (EON). Most efficient spectrum utilization is required to satisfy the demand with minimum blocking probability. The network is unstable and a small failure can lead to tremendous loss of data, hence survivability is mandatory. Slot Capacity based Spectrum Allocation with Survivability (SCSAS) algorithm is proposed which aims at the efficient spectrum utilization and configuration of protection paths. Duty Cycle Division Multiplexing (DCDM) and hop based modulation technique are also introduced to manage the spectrum which further reduces the spectrum wastage. The formation of spectrum fragments on the termination of existing requests increases the blocking probability. In order to improve the spectrum utilization, a spectrum defragmentation technique is introduced in the proposed work. Dynamic configuration of backup paths provides survivability. Results show an increase in free spectrum for dynamic requests, lesser spectrum wastage, and reduced blocking probability than the traditional algorithms such as fixed, flexible and random spectrum allocation.

With the rapid development of social media and electronic commerce, the number of people using online shopping is increasing; this trend has promoted the emergence and development of social business. The value of social business is created by users and enterprises, so that value co-creation theory has great significance for the study of social business. In this paper, we analyze interactive process of value co-creation and study the influencing factors. Using empirical analysis, the result shows that website quality, reciprocity and altruism has a positive correlation with customer value creating behavior, however, incentive mechanism doesn’t influence value co-creation behavior. On this basis, we put forward some concrete suggestions to the social business.
