In order to study the state-changing and running rules of agricultural machinery system, this paper establishes the control model of agricultural machinery system under the discrete-state space based on control theory, from the perspective of the complex systems and with reference to the actual conditions of agricultural production; conducts the qualitative analysis on the system model, builds the relevant simulation model of agricultural machinery system accordingly, and verifies the running of the simulation model. This control model can provide effective basis and reference for further quantitative studies on state evolution of agricultural machinery system.

The purpose of this study is making the map of inundation damage prediction with analysis result of rivers flood and urban inundation in order to prepare against emergency of urban inundation and levee break due to extraordinary flood and regional heavy rain. This is for protecting the residents’ life and property with rapid management in the damage predicted area. In order to effectively calculate the aspect of inundation area, the study was conducted on Gwangmyeong, as the real example of inundation area, which reflects damage area of each scenario(frequency) using one dimensional HEC-RAS model and two dimensional SWMM. Based on the CAD and GIS produced from this study or existing similar studies, was used Arc-map program which makes the map with each scenario(frequency). In order to reflect the topography of the real area, we scanned the high resolution satellite picture on the flooded area for more accuracy and focused on raising efficiency of as the better map of inundation damage prediction.

In future, almost half of the undergraduate universities will transform towards the direction of application technology and vocational education and meanwhile accordingly assume the mission of cultivating high-quality skilled talents for the country together with existing colleges and universities. The basic educations of existing universities are restricted by such problems as shortage of teaching staff and high-quality courses for a long time, and the combination of M-learning and MOOCs will provide an effective approach for solving above problems. Large-scale and complete-coverage WIFI construction has been basically completed in university campuses and the number of students with intelligent terminals has been significantly increased, thus to basically form a good M-learning environment and promote M-learning from discussion stage to large-scale practice stage. Therefore, it is necessary to create MOOCs with higher education characteristics and establish M-learning environment in universities in order to make learners achieve effective M-learning.

By the point of view of remanufacturing enterprise, the studies of supply chain logistics network optimization problem focused on network optimization and logistics distribution between manufacturing enterprise and customer area. The present business environment is full of uncertainties. To compete effectively in such an environment, remanufacturing enterprises need to develop the capability of responding flexibly to changing market conditions and optimize effectively logistics networks. The mechanism of option contracts has effectively coordinated the relationship of remanufacturing enterprise and retailer and hedged against the risks of over- and under-production. There is few papers considers the mechanism of option contracts although there are lots of studies on supply chain logistics networks optimization problem. Therefore, the mechanism of option contracts is led into the study of remanufacturing supply chain logistics networks optimization problem. Considering environmental pollution influence factors in the remanufacturing process, a multi-objective optimization model of supply chain is developed. Dual-layer genetic algorithm mechanism was brought up. The first layer is responsible for supply chain logistics network structure with genetic algorithm. The second layer answers for specific supply chain logistics distribution with adaptive immune genetic algorithm. Finally, numerical examples demonstrate the validity of the model and algorithm for the optimization problem.

Power supply enterprises are facing power customer promises to bring the risk of arrears, in order to avoid the risk of customer arrears, a large power customer arrear predicting model is of great significance, through analysis of large customers to quarter data to predict the coming development trend of arrears to guide the power supply enterprise to make decisions. In response to this demand put forward a nonparametric method to predict the trend of arrears. The method by comparing a fundraising events of recent trends in activity and collected plenty of historical data on electricity consumption and dynamic data trend of delinquent trend was predicted. As the power supply enterprise to develop recovery plans based on electricity, it establishes risk control principles and strategies. The experimental results show that the algorithm maintains a low error rate, which verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm.

Industry cluster and complex network of supply chain are frontier theoretical issues. Based on literature review, this study explains C-R-D risk of complex network of supply chain in industry cluster, and puts forward congestion risk, rigescence risk, decline risk and their transmission mechanism. Considering in the perspective of network evolution, there exists mutual and enhancing transmission mechanism among the three kinds of risks. Meanwhile, DRSC measurement model is established based on the theory of complex network, which can reflect the risk influence on complex network of supply chain in industry cluster; node congestion degree, channels congestion degree and same industry suppliers congestion degree are brought forward in order to measure the degree of congestion risk; external occlusion degree and inner occlusion degree are established in order to measure the degree of rigescence risk; average rate of decline and scale in network are defined in order to measure the degree of decline risk. Based on 87network of supply chain in a given industry cluster.

It has been changed various patterns related with our consumption because of popularization and progress on mobile device and service. We can buy necessary products anywhere and at any time during 24 hours. Through the change of patterns in our life, in recent years, Fintech attracts a lot of attention. Fintech is the fusion type of finance and technology. Fintech encompasses all technical processes related with financial services including mobile payment and remittance, private asset management and crowdfunding. Industry fields related with Fintech are now proceeding well in America, England and China. Therefore, we studied the issues of Fintech, and described the industrial technology trends in this paper.

The effective application of the supervision organization coordination is one of the important guarantees to improve the project management efficiency. Through the analysis of domestic and foreign research status, the contents of the coordination of the supervision organization can be determined as internal and external organization coordination. At the same time, on the basis of the analysis of the factors affecting the efficiency of the project management in the supervision organization, the mathematical model for the coordination of supervision organization is constructed by using the method of AHP and F-AHP. And with the actual case, the comprehensive evaluation model of the coordination of the supervision organization is constructed by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The coordination efficiency of the case is poor, so the research method based on AHP and F-AHP is feasible. And the improvement of the coordination efficiency of the supervision organization in the project management is of positive significance.

Eye Movement When Solving Light and Shadow Problems

This research used an eye tracker to study the eye movement of elementary school students in solving a task involving the concept of light and shadow. Twenty-five fifth grade students (12 girls and 13 boys) participated. The task was created to study the students’ concepts of light and shadow by tracking their eye movements. Tobii X2-60 was used to gather the data of their eye movements, and Tobii Studio 3.2.3 was used to design the experiment and analyze the data. Three tasks were presented to the students; each task was shown for 40 seconds. Based on the collected data, we separated the students into three groups according to their task achievement and knowledge of scientific concepts. We extracted a heatmap, the fixation duration, and the number of saccades between AOI(Area of Interest) to analyze their eye movement data by types. The results show a big gap between the students depending on their knowledge of scientific concepts. The students with more knowledge of scientific concepts had a longer fixation duration on the light source, and they also showed more saccades between the light and the object than the saccades of the other students. Therefore, with more knowledge of scientific concepts, the students who understood the cause of light and shadow used their knowledge to solve the tasks.
