HDTV 카메라 샷 변화에 따른 피부화장의 중요성에 관한 고찰

We studied the responses to important issues and characteristics and make-up job against the popularization of ultra high definition television (UHDTV) beyond high definition Television (HDTV) in the future make-up varies depending on the image size of a shot aesthetic characteristics associated with leverage, the frequency of HDTV. Two shot bust shot (2SBS) being named the leading research and case studies targeted MBC weekend drama ‘rosy lovers’ five minutes to see what the frequency of shots indicated in the script result bust shots and two or more characters placed 2SBS is the most common. Earlier this year, high resolution high definition UHDTV approach will be required to dress up causing a lot of work has changed significantly due to the high quality but the walk floor of a camera, high quality TV make-up on limited preparation time is to have a strategic and effective approach mutate is expected to be beneficial. Therefore, the importance of skin tone and base make-up in the face than a case of the bust shot (BS) and close shot (CS). Suggestions for skin tone color planning method is more important than anything, In addition, bust shot, and make-up techniques will be developed as an ideal research on the extent and texture of the stable expression of spontaneity makeup to be presented in detail at the bust shot.

화장품 소재 개발을 위한 산수유 열매 추출물의 항염증 효능 연구

Cornus officianalis has been used in oriental medicine and has been reported to have many functions such as reduction of melanin production, anti-cancer, antibacterial function, and etc.. In this study, we investigated the reduction of pro-inflammatory factor as a functional ingredient for cosmetic products from the 80% ethanol extract of Cornus officianalis fruit (CEE). We performed MTT assay for cell viability. Major inflammatory factors was measured by nitric oxide (NO) inhibition assay, immunoassay, and reverse transcription factor (RT-PCR). The cytotoxicity of CEE did not appear in the range of 125 μg/mL, 250 μg/mL, 500 μg/mL on RAW 264.7 cells. Inflammatory response on RAW 264.7 cells were induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS), followed by CEE treatment at indicated concentrations (0 μg/mL, 125 μg/mL, 250 μg/mL, and 500 μg/mL). The CEE showed inhibitory effect on production of NO by 5.9%, 21.3%, and 34% at 125 μg/mL, 250 μg/mL, and 500 μg/mL concentrations. In addition, production of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) was decreased by approximately 3%, 15%, and 39%, upon the CEE treatment at concentrations of 125 μg/mL, 250 μg/mL, and 500 μg/mL respectively. The production of interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6, and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α were decreased by approximately 57%, 52% and 34%, respectively upon CEE treatment at 500 μg/mL. Also, CEE showed inhibitory effects on the expression of IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α genes on LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells. From the results above, we conclude that CEE indicated significant anti-inflammatory effects. And these results will be a basis for the development of cosmetology in skin care and improvement of skin problem.

We was to evaluate the physiological effects of formulation containing garlic extract on skin care. The total polyphenol (p<.001), flavonoid (p<.001) contents and 1,1-diphenyl–2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) (p<.001), 2,2-azino-bis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) (p<.01) radicals scavenging activities and reducing power (p<.05) of the garlic formulation were significantly higher compared to those of the base formulation. The inhibition of collagenase (p<.05) of the garlic formulation were significantly higher compared to those of the base formulation. Specially, the base formulation inhibited slightly elastase activity whereas the garlic formulation had about 8-fold higher elastase inhibitory activity (p<.001). When the garlic extract was added to the formulation, the tyrosinase activity was decreased significantly (p<.05, p<.01, p<.001). In conclusion, the garlic formulation had high inhibitory activities for tyrosinase and elastase, thus suggesting that garlic may have beneficial properties as a material for cosmeceuticals.

Sebum is emitted by skin pores, the openings of sebaceous glands. Skin pore size increases due to excessive sebum emission and decreased skin elasticity caused by aging. These larger skin pores result in cosmetic problems. Therefore, methods to regulate skin pore size were examined. Additionally, effective methods for measurement of skin pores are also needed. In the present study, we developed a novel quantitative method for evaluation of skin pore area and degree of aging using the Image J software. First, we evaluated the pixel size of skin pores following the application of pore-tightening cream to the skin using the Cosmetic Full-Face Photography System, which is used to measure skin pore size, as well as a novel system that combines both microscopy and Image J analysis. In both the Cosmetic Full-Face Photography System and the novel system, skin pore size decreased following application of pore-tightening cream; however, the novel skin pore detection system effectively determined the decreases in skin pore size. Additionally, the degree of aging of skin pores was determined using Feret’s diameter. Thus, we suggest that this novel skin pore-detection system can be utilized as a substitute for the existing skin pore-detection method.

메이크업과 공포분장 인식반응이 감성인지에 미치는 영향

The present study was conducted on two groups, a group majoring in beauty and the other group not majoring in beauty, to compare and analyze the effect of recognition of make-up and horror make-up on emotional perception and thus investigate its applicability to characters in visual media. As the result, the level of recognition response for make-up was analyzed as improvement of image and interest and the level of recognition response for horror make-up was divided into five factors. The level of emotional perception was analyzed as two factors (psychological, physical), indicating that the make-up recognition factor (psychology, interest) had an influence on emotional perception. In the group majoring in beauty, the recognition factor of horror make-up had an influence on emotional perception, while it did not in the group not majoring in beauty. This result showed that the group majoring in beauty had more detailed and deeper understanding of horror character through the knowledge on make-up compared to the group not majoring in beauty. As such, this study is believed to be helpful to the development of the character research for horror make-up. In addition, it will be used as the objective and in-depth analysis data for characters.

단삼과 황금의 추출방법을 달리한 세포증식 효과 및 항산화 활성효과 연구

This research was conducted to identify industrial application potentials of functional cosmetics by suggesting the most effective method among the extraction method of active ingredients of natural products. The study used Salvia miltiorrhiza bunge and Scutellaria baicalensis as natural products and extracted the active ingredients using the hydrothermal, distillation, organic solvents (ethanol), ultrasonic waves (ethanol) and ultrasonic waves (water) extraction methods. The study filtered 10 types of extracts three times with the 20 ㎛ filter and separated the supernatants (5,000 rpm, 5 min) using the centrifuge. The study identified the effects of cell proliferation of each extract using MTT assay and researched the antioxidant status through the DPPH radical scavenging activity test. The cell strains used in the MTT assay used HaCaT keratinocytes. The DPPH test was carried out in the method by Lu and Foo and measured the absorbance at 517 nm. Research result In terms of the cell proliferation effect through MTT assay, the research discovered that the ultrasonic (ethanol) extracts had the highest effect of 142% in Salvia miltiorrhiza bunge and 134.5% in Scutellaria baicalensis, indicating that the extraction method was the most suitable one for cell proliferation. When it comes to the DPPH radical scavenging activity, all extraction methods of two natural products had a high antioxidant status over 50%. By natural product type, the antioxidant status was very high in ethanol extracts (90.3%), ultrasonic waves (water) extracts (86.9%) of Salvia miltiorrhiza bunge and ethanol extracts (87.8%) and ultrasonic waves (water) extracts (87.4%) of Scutellaria baicalensis, demonstrating that ethanol and ultrasonic waves (water) extraction methods are the most suitable methods. Such research result was identified to have industrial application potentials such as developing functional cosmetics and be useful to develop anti-hair loss products.

방진복착의 근무자와 일반직장인의 탈모빈도와 탈모초발시기 비교 연구

This study aimed to specifically verify increasing tendency of alopecia among young generation and influencing relationship between working environment and alopecia. As a result the frequency of alopecia amongst workers, who are wearing dust-free garment in clean room environments was 61.3% while the general population was 51.3% so the workers in clean room environments showed 10% higher result. Both of the workers in clean room environments and the general workers picked stress as a main reason of alopecia. However, the two groups showed different alopecia causes since the workers in clean room environments chose stress as the prior reason and wearing dust free garment as second reason while the general workers chose genetic factor as the prior reason and stress as the second reason. The initiative stage of alopecia amongst workers in clean room environments was eminently faster than the general workers since 81.6% of the workers in clean room environment and 53.6% of the general workers in twenties appeared initiative stage of alopecia. Form of alopecia of the workers in the clean room environment was comparatively even on parietal region (calvaria) while the general workers had M-shaped alopecia which is a typical genetic alopecia form. The point of the study is that wearing of dust-free garment can advance alopecia stage and act as an alopecia cause among twenties to thirties who work in the clean room environment. In the view of company, therefore, effort and improvement are raised to reduce the

소리쟁이 잎 추출물이 B16F10 세포의 멜라닌 형성 억제와 피부에 미치는 영향

By using the Rumex crispus L. leaf ethanol extract, the attempt is undertaken to measure the melanin inhibitory activity and tyrosinase inhibitory activity and cell viability in B16F10 melanoma cells, melanin inhibitory activity and the essence and pack manufactured by applying to the melanin and erythema values were also studied in a way of reviewing the function as the functional cosmetics composition. As a result, the inhibition of the tyrosinase was shown its effect at the density of 125 ug/mL of extracted material. For the B16F10 cell, the cell viability show the higher than 90% survived in concentration under 100ug/mL. The tyrosinase activation control was shown to be 8.0% at 100 ug/mL while the melanin inhibitory activity was for 13.0%. The change of the melanin and erythema value of skin was shown to have the noticeable difference (p<.001) in the experiment group following the time of use for the index prior to experiment compared to the contrast group. According to this result, the Rumex crispus L. leaf extract had affected for the skin to brighten and showed possibility material of functional cosmetics. It looks like there needs to be continuing research about this matter.

30-40대 남성의 생활습관과 피부관리 행동이 화장품 구매형태에 미치는 영향

This study conducted a survey of men in 30s-40s to discuss how the everyday habits and skincare behaviors of men in 30s-40s affect their purchase of cosmetic products. The following summarizes the findings of this study: the most influential factors were the ‘financial properties’, followed by ‘essential properties’, ‘non-essential properties’, and ‘practical properties’. First, based on the demographics, there were significant differences in the financial properties and non-essential properties of purchase of cosmetic products by age, while there was a significant difference in the practical properties by education. Second, significant differences in the financial properties, essential properties, and non-essential properties of purchase of cosmetic products by exercise, but there was no significant difference in the practical properties. Third, there were significant differences in the financial properties, essential properties, and non-essential properties of purchase of cosmetic products by the use of exfoliator, use of mask, basic skincare routine, use of sunscreen, use of esthetician care, skincare concerns, skincare stress, and kind of cosmetic brand used, while there was a significant difference in the practical properties only by skin stress.

화장품 소재 탐색을 위한 토착 미세조류 스피루리나의 배양 최적화

Microalgae including cyanobacteria are established commercial sources of high added-value raw materials such as β-carotene, astaxanthin, docosahexaenoic acid, eicosahexaenoic acid, phycobilin pigments and algal extracts for use in cosmetics. Arthrospira (Spirulina), a well known cyanobacterium, is rich in β- carotene, phycocyanin, gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and most importantly, protein. Arthrospira research is scarce in Korea although extracts from this cyanobacterium is widely used in skin care products such as shampoo and cream but are imported. In this work, we isolated indigenous Arthrospira sp. from Korean fresh water. To optimize culture conditions, Photobiobox, a high throughput photobioreactor system for screening and optimizing microalgal culture conditions, was used. We showed that Arthrospira sp. had optimum temperature and light intensity of 25℃ and 200 μmol/m2/s, respectively, and the biomass concentration reached 1.45 g/L. The optimized culture condition can be used for biomass production and further studies on valuable algal bioproducts.

한국 중년 여성의 라이프스타일이 메이크업 추구이미지와 화장품 구매행동에 미치는 영향

The purpose of the investigation is to understand the life style by Korean middle-aged women. This study research into the life style for Korean Middle-aged women on pursued self-images of make up and the purchase pattern for cosmetics. The research method was a questionnaire response that surveys were conducted first.The survey subjects were Korean middle-aged women in their 40s and 50s of a living in Seoul, Kyung-gi province, Chung-cheong province. The questionnaire were used final analysis materials of a total of 259 from Mar, 1st to Mar, 30 in 2015. As the analysis method, Frequency Analysis, Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis test were performed with SPSS 20.0 statistics program.In short of this study as follows that first, the survey subject were 162 persons in Korean middle-age of women in their 40s and 97 persons in their 50s. The survey were highly shown that occupied area was Seoul City, marital status was married women, occupation was a full-time homemaker. Second, the result of factor analysis of the life style of Korean middle-age of women in their 40s and 50s were classified to pursuit of social relationship, environment -friendly area, a cultural life, health maintenance. Also, the analysis of makeup image types showed that to pursuit of dignity, a decent appearance, pursuing personality, magnetism and purchasing behavior is classified that brand interest, trend purchase, utilitarian consumption, conspicuous purchase, conservatism purchase, personality purchase. Third, the effect of the life style for Korean middle aged women on pursued self- images of make up were analyzed to be the pursuit of dignity and a decent appearance make up images than to pursuit of pursuing personality and fancy image. Fourth, the effects of the life style for Korean middle aged women on the purchase pattern for cosmetics were analyzed the followings: For the pursuit of social relationship women who purchase pattern for cosmetics in middle aged women 40s and 50s were preferred to buy the cosmetics as the brand interest and trend purchase than buying the function of the cosmetics. Also, for women who were the pursuit of health maintenance were preferred the pursuit of conservatism purchase. Based upon these results, the life style for Korean middle aged women on pursued self-images of make up is affected by social psychological character to express their pursued self-images and it is confirmed that the life style for Korean Middle-aged women the purchase pattern for cosmetics is related to their motive, desire and mental state.

소비자의 인식에 따른 UV Gel 네일 선호도에 관한 연구

As more people start to see nail art as a field of beauty industry, there has been a rising interest in nail care and nail products which keep the nails more beautiful and attractive. In a type of nail care, the UV gel nail is superior in terms of sustainability and transparency. Because of harmless, environment -friendly properties, this type can meet consumers’ needs by analyzing their perception. However, it’s hard to find a study on this matter. In this study, a questionnaire survey comprised of the questions about the effects of UV gel nail care characteristics (ex:Sustainability, gloss, durability, quickness, environment- friendliness, etc.) on the preference of the nail care method was conducted against women who have experienced UV gel nail care. The study results found the followings: In terms of the items having a positive effect on consumers’, preference, ‘sustainability’, ‘gloss,’‘quickness’and ‘environment-friendliness’ were observed. In durability, nails became thinner and damaged, having a negative effect on the preference. It appears that the said results would be available as basic data for the achievement of customer satisfaction and further growth and development of nail care industry by providing the ground for the development of products which meet customer needs and establishment of competitive market through the better understanding and continued studies of consumers’ perception on the UV gel nail care.

마우스모델을 이용한 황산아연 및 염화아연의 발모 효과

Hair medically helps to protect scalp, maintain body temperature, emit heavy metals and so on. Aesthetically, while, it is important to express ones confidence through beautiful decoration of its style. Recently, therefore, hair loss and/or alopecia have received a lot of attention from the public as well as medical doctors and scientists. In order to treat alopecia and to improve the hair loss symptoms, many compounds have been tried to be included in hair tonics and remedy. This study considers if there are any connection between the zinc known as essential trace elements and the hair growth. through mouse experiments (C57BL/6). The effect of zinc sulfate and zinc chloride on the hair growth of mouse model has been investigated by visual observation (in terms of hair growth score) and histological section analysis. The experiment was conducted over a total of 6 weeks after depilating the dorsum of the C57BL/6 mice hair. No treatment and tonic water groups were negative controls and 3% minoxidil a positive control. Zinc solutions were mixed by the final concentration of 20 ppm ZnSO4 and ZnCl2 with a tonic water. Comparison of hair growth in C57BL/6 mice dorsum was done after application of 2 mL zinc solutions. Experimental results were as follows: 3% minoxidil > ZnSO4 > tonic water > no treatment > ZnCl2 groups. Experimental skin tissue was cut in a transverse plane in order to analyze a morphological change in five weeks. As the result, the hair follicles and hair growth condition, hair papilla and hair root well-developed were observed. This result showed that the coated zinc solution on the skin has been absorbed in hair follicles, induces the production of the capillary, and increases in the melanin pigment cells related to enable the hair-growth by having influence on growth hormones around the hair follicle. If the experiment were carried out with a further more in-depth research such as the additional clinical trial, the potential of zinc would be considered as a therapeutic agent for alopecia.
