Water and wastewater facilities of Korea also have been continuously increased with the rapid development of urbanization. Especially in the 80's and 90's, many water pipes had been installed and the useful life of them goes beyond more than 40 years old. These facilities will cause the simultaneous increase of the replacement time and will result of a large of national financial burden on government and society. For this reason, to build the appropriate and reasonable budget investment strategy, the determination of introduction of asset management system about water treatment and wastewater facilities is absolutely needed. Thus, in this study, a certain pilot area for analysis of safety/ technical diagnosis data was selected , methodology of developing aging model for water pipe was studied, and environmental characteristic, and aging tendency was applied for developing of deter model. Through this process, the correlation between the two diagnostics, environmental characteristics was compared and the prediction deterioration model according to material properties was developed. It will be based on the long-term national plan for infrastructure asset management and it will be utilized a very important part of investment decision making for infrastructure.

Successful New Inhibitive Water-Based Fluid Application, Sulige Gas Field, China

This study developed a new type of shale drilling anti-collapse inhibitor and compounded a set of stable shale water-based drilling fluid for horizontal wells to effectively solve hole shrinkage, collapse, tool sticking, and other complex downhole problems involved in the shale drilling at the horizontal section of the Sulige gas field. Laboratory experimental evaluations indicated that this system had a strong inhibitory effect on shale formation and sound compatibility. After its weight reached 1.20g/cm3, the system exhibited a stable rheology, lubricity, filter loss, high recovery rate of rock debris, and low formation damage. The mud cake was smooth, thin, tough, and compact. The drilling fluid also maintained suitable anti-collapse capability, lubricity, rheology, and highly efficient debris-carrying and well-flushing ability in its field application in the drilling of the shale section of the Sulige gas field. The tripping operation exhibited no clear resistance and sticking. This system achieved significant effects and satisfied the requirements of the drilling construction of a horizontal well in the Sulige gas field.
Prediction Based on the Acquisition of Sina Weibo Data and Users’ Forwarding Behavior

Microblogging, also known as Weibo, has currently become the prevalent social networking platform, and its function of disseminating information has been increasingly recognized and valued. One of the main approaches of information communication on Weibo is forwarding activities among users. Therefore, the key interests have focused on the microblogs that are easily recognized and forwarded. Through predicting the possibility of a micro-blog being forwarded among users, it is able to effectively improve the efficiency of information spreading on the Weibo platform. On the basis of Sina Weibo data, this paper intends to study 13 features of Sina Weibo including user and content, so as to conduct machine learning, to establish a feature analysis model, to identify key influence factors on Weibo forwarding, to study the combination of feature attributes for the first time, to explore the correlation among features, then to predict the probability of a micro-blog being forwarded by users. Meanwhile, concerning different features held by different data, different machine learning algorithms are applied in model training, in order to identify the algorithm with the highest prediction accuracy.

Reduction Treatment of Food Waste with Malodor in Korea

12,663 tons of food waste per day occurred in 2013, accounting for the second largest amount of organic waste followed by livestock excretions. However, no effective treatments for such waste have been carried out. Food waste can considered as potential organic resource, and it can be approached as alternative resource through the property analysis. The amount of its generation can be treated with a method to adjust the loading ratio of organic matter by mixing additional mount to a facility where digestion gas is generated or an existing sewage treatment plant. 22 types of odorous substance generated from food waste are classified and managed, and it is expected that such odorous substances reflect the characteristics of eating habits in Korea. Current standard substances from food waste are the composition for evaluating the mechanical characteristics of disposer and the representative standard specimen reflecting leachate and other substances should be considered for odor evaluation.
A Method for The Evaluating Performance of High Power Electromagnetic Transmitter

In recent years, the Earth's resources have the obvious contradiction between supply and demand. Electromagnetic has become the most effective means for prospecting geological structure. In the electromagnetic method, the transmission frequency has a significant impact on the reception and subsequent analysis. Therefore, the distribution and stability of the actual transmission frequency is an extremely important factor in judging for the transmitter. This paper presents an assessment method of the transmitting the performance parameters for the high-power electromagnetic transmitter. This method can intuitively observe the actual transmission frequency by the position machine when the transmitter is working. And the frequency distribution and stability could be got by Matlab. After a large number of comparative field trials, this method is verified which could quickly and efficiently get the frequency distribution and stability of the actual transmitting. This method could provide a basis for future inversion calculation and have a guiding role for the transmitter optimization.
Transplant LXC Framework for Mobile Virtualization

This paper proposes an Android mobile virtualization scheme based on the Linux Container technology. The scheme transplants the LXC tool into Android system. An OS that support LXC is built on SD card as the host environment of virtualization management, and the container is built on the client machine.By configuring the system root file, network and equipment in the container, make modified Android system can run in this environment. So one or more Android systems can run, and share a Linux kernel, which complete the virtualization of the operating system level. The results of the experiment show that the scheme has great advantages in balance between efficiency and isolation.

Currently, the uneven distribution of logistics resources, the imbalance between supply and demand, and the unreasonable structure in the development of regional economy are important topics for governments and researchers. Innovatively, this paper uses biclustering analysis, which is a widely used method in bioinformatics, to evaluate regional logistics development levels. This paper deeply analyzes the similarity of similar regions under certain indicators from logistics demand as well as basic supply capacity based on the dimensions of logistics indexes and the actual circumstances of cities, and puts forward relevant suggestions through analyzing problems of logistic development of 17 cities in Shandong province. The results indicate that biclustering analysis can be very useful in providing reference for policy making on regional logistics development.
