The Genetic Convolutional Neural Network Model Based on Random Sample

Convolutional neural network (CNN) -- the result of the training is affected by of initial value of the weights. It is concluded that the model is not necessarily the best features of expression. The use of genetic algorithm can help choosing the better characteristics. But there almost was not literature study of the combining genetic algorithm with CNN. So this research has a lot of space and prospects. GACNN convolution genetic neural network model based on random sample has a better solution to obtain the unknown character expression. CNN individual training set uses a random data set. At the same time, the crossover and the mutation genetic algorithm bring random factors. There may are unknown feature expressions that may be appropriate. Experiments are based on accepted MNIST data sets, and the experimental results proved the advantages of the model.
Analyzing the Image of the Right People in the Leading Domestic Companies of South Korea

The image of the right people of domestic leading enterprise has been constantly changing. In the 1960s, businesses preferred talent who had a strong sense of responsibility and diligence. But now in human resources the preference is for those who have profound knowledge and problem solving skills. To analyze image of qualified employee of leading domestic companies, we conducted an analysis on the top 100 businesses using the R statistical software and a correspondence analysis. After extracting the keywords related to the ideal traits of human resources through the R-statistic, we carried out a frequency analysis on each of the extracted keywords. Twenty-three keywords of the right people’s factor were proposed through the extraction and merge processes. We performed a cross analysis by setting up the keywords as independent variables while fixing the business type, total assets, operating profits, and area as dependent variables and conducted a correspondence analysis based on the results of the cross analysis to produce graphs to visualize possible similarities between variables. As a result, business environment, such as area and business type, influenced the formulating of an image of a qualified employee. Construction, banking, securities, and financial holding companies prefer human resources with the elements of creativity, passion, openness, and self-directedness. Furthermore, companies having more than $16 billion, but less than $32 billion of total assets, pursue creativity, morality, and interaction as factors of the right people.
Efficiency in Multiobjective Programming with Generalized Invexity

This paper is concerned with the multiobjective programming problems including inequality constraints. By utilizing the directional derivatives in the direction η ( x , x ) , the new classes of generalized invexity functions are introduced. Using the new concepts, the sufficient optimality conditions are obtained. It is proved that the feasible solutions of the multiobjective programming problems are an efficient solution (or a weakly efficient solution) for the multiobjective programming problems.

In recent years, the popularity of Korean pop culture in Asian nations is increasing and the Korean Wave becomes a new cultural trend. This study examines the consumer behavior of Chinese tourists visiting Korea and investigate factors influencing Korean television drama satisfaction and intention to visit Korea again. To empirically test the hypotheses, questionnaires had been collected and path analysis was performed. The results of the study indicate that the attractiveness and credibility of Korean stars affect T.V drama satisfaction while the commitment of fans affects drama satisfaction positively. Also, satisfaction affects intention to revisit Korea positively.

As market competition continuously intensifies, how to cope with existing and potential market challenges in complex, dynamic environments is a major problem haunting Chinese e-commerce enterprises in their strategic planning. In order to solve this problem, the theory of organizational ambidexterity is applied in this paper to the strategic practices of Chinese e-commerce enterprises, and starting from the view of corporate leadership, the mediated role of top management’s behavioral integration (referred to as TMBI in the following content) in the relationship between transformational leadership behavior and organizational ambidexterity is discussed. In addition, against the practical background that Chinese e-commerce enterprises are facing highly competitive environments, further clarification is made herein by using environmental dynamics as the moderator variable for the mediated link. Through empirical tests on 198 samples of Chinese e-commerce enterprises, we find that: 1) transformational leadership has a positive influence on organizational ambidexterity, and TMBI plays a full mediated role in that influencing process; 2) environmental dynamics moderates the relationship between transformational leadership and TMBI, but don’t have a moderated effect on the relationship between TMBI and organizational ambidexterity. According to the research conclusion in this paper, the mechanism of transformational leadership influencing organizational ambidexterity can be better explained when two important factors, TMBI and environmental dynamics, are taken into consideration. The research in this paper provides not only important revelations for the development of organizational ambidexterity research as well as the application of relevant research achievements, but also supports for Chinese e-commerce enterprises’ effective strategic practices in theory.

This study aimed to explore the predicting factors of antenatal depression in unmarried pregnant women. A total of 137 unmarried pregnant women receiving shelter services from 20 welfare facilities in Korea were invited to participate in this study. Social support, self-esteem, and antenatal depression were assessed using structured questionnaires. Antenatal depression was measured using the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale. Participants were divided into two groups based on EPDS scores (Depression = greater than 10, Not Depression = 9 or less). Bivariate logistic analysis was used to identify predicting factors of antenatal depression. Results showed that significant predictors of antenatal depression were a history of childbirth, informational support, evaluation support, and self-esteem. These findings need to be considered when developing interventions for unmarried pregnant women that focus on prevention and management of antenatal depression.

Exploration of Middle-Aged Women's Crisis Management Types Using the Q-methodology

This research has been conducted to explore the categories and management types of middle-aged women in relation to when they come across crisis during the period of middle-age, climateric or so-called menopause. There were 32 participants in this study who were middle-aged women, and among the participants we overall identified 6 types of crisis management. 8 participants fell under Type 1 - "active responders", 5 participants fell under Type 2 - "improvement-seekers", 4 participants fell under Type 3 and were "avoiders", 4 participants fell under Type 4 - " religion-reliers", 6 participants fell under Type 5 - "family-reliers”, and 4 participants fell under Type 6 - "independent-seekers".
Improve Constrained Recourse Fairness in Cloud Computing with Bottleneck-Aware Allocation

Fair resource is a key building block of any shared computing system. Recently fair division theory has emerged as a promising approach for the allocation of multiple computational resources among agents. Recent research has discussed efficiency and fairness requirements and identified a number if desirable scheduling objectives including so-called dominant resource fairness(DRF). DRF is not good between fair and resource utilization. A new allocation model Balancing Fairness and Efficiency with Bottleneck-Aware Allocation(BAA) find good appropriate balance between fairness to the clients and maximizing system utilization. But BAA without taking into account the weight value and maximum number of tasks which are users need to run. We propose the IBAA fair allocation mechanism. IBAA has lots of good properties, it satisfies DSI, PE and EF. We construct IBAA mechanisms that provably satisfy properties, and analyze the performance. We believe that our work informs the design of superior multiusers system, and at the same time expands the scope of fair division theory by initiating the study of dynamic and fair resource allocation mechanisms.
