These days, the researches and projects about tracking courses are increasing cause of concerning on health in the world. Busan City Government made tracking course, galmaegil, and operates. The number of trackers increase rapidly, but the activation methods isn’t sufficient still. This study tried to find out some operation methods through the domestic and overseas cases. As the results are as follows. it is needed to establish and operate NPO for Galmaegil operation and diverse management programme, and to connect related tourism destinations, and to suggest Galmaegil using information strengthening.

With the collapse of communism in late 1990's, capitalistic economy has triggered a unprecedented economic boom across the world. On the other hand, some negative side effects, such as disparity in wealth, overproduction and overconsumption, had been exposed simultaneously. A series of historic events brought a new economic perspective to the world, called 'sharing economy', with carsharing standing at the forefront of this trend. In this research, it has been analyzed through BC analsysis if car sharing can compete against BRT as a useful transfer mode serving KTX Osong station, and the result finds that it is competitive enough to replace the BRT. In conclusion, it is strongly recommended that a study of establishing economic feasibility criteria for car sharing is required.

This study has started from the sustainability of the social enterprise. Social enterprises as a positive effect of the local community had realized an assessment of the Social purpose. But the volumetric expansion of the rapid performance-based is being evaluated as negative. Therefore, this study prepared by one of the measures for 'sustainability' of social enterprises and approach to analysis of the distribution and location on the social enterprise of the city. 2012 social enterprises (774units) in 44% (342units) of companies are concentrated in Capital Area. But the sites were limited as a metropolitan area. The distribution characteristics of the social enterprise is affected by the level of incomes and social services to the consumer. Because low-profit in nature than the nature of social enterprises, private enterprises can enjoy the low cost of social services such as education, health care, child care, and culture. Social enterprise sector in the distribution of each industry could appear in the distributional characteristics depending on the regional characteristics. The basis for this study by identifying the status of the distribution and support of social enterprises through the analysis of social enterprises, regional industry index of social enterprises, regional and sector differentiation strategy will be used as a strategic material for the future as a social enterprise.

The purpose of this study is to present the problems and its resolutions of officially announced (OALP) land price through the practical examples in order to enhance the public confidence. Through the investigation, we find the discrepancy rate is very low between the OALP and the market value, and its price is unbalanced for each area. Therefore, the OALP has to be fixed by market value. It brings the expected effects as follow; the people will trust the land price, because it becomes more reasonable to offer the land price information, land transaction indicator and the basis of land price estimate.

This study deduces, compares and analyzes various planning elements that should be considered in the development of a site for a multifunctional city that is expected to play a pivotal role in the Saemangeum Seawall Project. Planning elements included concerned parties in study organizations, private companies, government employees and residents of nearby areas that could all be called neutral and a comparison of their relative importance was made using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The result of the analysis showed that the issue that should be rated as the most important in the creation of the site for a multifunctional city in Saemangeum was its economical aspect. In terms of detail, an evaluation of project feasibility, choice of development scale and actualization in the procurement of funds were found to be important elements. Following the economical aspect, the physical planning aspect was shown to be the next most important. In terms of the physical planning of the development of the multifunctional city site where detailed plans were important, the planning of a road network was shown to be the most important. In terms of the social aspect, it can be said that flexible development that takes into consideration various aspects is important. The significance of this study lies in the extrapolation of various elements that should be considered in the creation of a multifunctional city site making up a part of the Saemangeum Project and quantitatively assessing their importance. It is judged that the level of importance of planning elements that have been extrapolated can be used as an indicator for assessing the various alternatives that will be proposed during the project’s undertaking.
