This study is significant the evaluation criteria can establish a monitoring and evaluation system applied to assess the adequacy of the process of urban regeneration projects at the time of the end the three year the urban regeneration leading area projects. For the process of study, monitoring metrics were derived through previous research and literature. Also, the analysis of the expert survey weights and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) were used. As a result, the importance of evaluate and monitor index based on business regeneration type, showing a significant difference was found. Looking at the neighborhood Regenerative full details Retirement Housing ratio(0.1165) is the highest, Resident satisfaction(0.0495), The economically active population(0.0445) was in order. The total number of businesses in the city-based economy(0.0703), Social security number of employees due to joint projects (0.0608), Township enterprises and job registration number (0.0594) was in the order. Town business registration and job number (0.0594) were in the order.

In this study, the changes the public development benefits are analyzed when the public shoulder the cost by utilizing objective data about 14 housing redevelopment projects in Seoul. For this purpose, the infrastructure that is provided by the public-sectors was categorized into 3 criteria. In Criteria 1, the Public-sector provided the more than 8m road installation fee. In Criteria 2, the Public-sector provided the more than 8m road and park installation fee. In Criteria 3, the Public-sector provided the road, park, and green areas. The results are as follows. First, depending on 3 criteria, Value-ratio increased 8.7%, 16.2%, and 17.5%. Second, depending on 3 criteria, the public-sectors development profits in relations to overall profits decreased 10.1%, 19.2%, and 20.7%.

With much concerns of environment and energy issues, numerous studies have been conducted and a variety of social system have been improved. Also, various studies have been conducted in housing sector, which is closely related to urban life. This study observes how energy consumption is considered in housing determination. The main objective of this study is to find out the effect of energy consumption factor on the housing price. This research constructed Hedonic Price Model, including the factors of housing energy consumption with other housing characteristics in the apartment complex in Seongnam and Yongin area in Gyeonggi-do. In conclusion, this study demonstrates that housing energy consumption takes significant effects on housing price. Especially, heating energy consumption has negative effects on the large apartment price. It is expected that implication of this study can be applied to establishment of housing energy policy.

A criteria of golf course development is regarded as significant alternative associated with landscape of forest as well as reckless development. There are two purpose of the paper. First, this study introduces the major factors for a golf course site criteria. Secondly, it estimates the significance of the factors and relative imporance between factors. A comparision of their relative importance was made using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). As a resurts of this study, Charcterist of ecolgical environment was the most important factorIn in firstly hierarchy. Charcterist of slope was the most important factor in secondly hierarchy. Charcterist of water source protection areas was the most important factor in thirdly hierarchy.

The population concentration to the capital area along with the rapid economic development since 1970s has caused rapid expansion of a city and urbanization problem accordingly. Cities that sought quantitative growth according to the change of industrial structure and a formation of a new city such as new city and new city town are in a relatively poor condition. For this reason, social and economic revitalization together with physical refurbishment such as infrastructure improvement to the deteriorated cities have been carried out for the purpose of quality of life of the residents. Thus, this study selected a specific target area and suggested an alternative for public benefit improvement and economic activation growth power creation reflecting regional characteristics. The public contribution site utilization plan in this study has the following expectation effects. Firstly, it has a promotion effect of regional balanced urban development of Seoul City. Second, it has an effect of creative fusion and integrated utilization of station area development with the from-the-bottom-up plan. Third, it has a public benefit effect such as job creation for youth and innovation of regional industry. Fourth, it has regional customized urban regeneration effect according to the fusion and integrated use of station area.

This study focused on the question of 'What are the cause for real estate brokerage troubles and the method of preventing them?' for the purpose of protecting people most of whose assets are real estate. And the reinforcement factor of the form and content of confirmation and explanation of the object for brokerage of real estate was elicited as a major factor for preventing brokerage troubles. Based on the above findings, this study attempted to elicit the major factors that practicing and salaried licensed real estate agents would think to be needed for the prevention of brokerage troubles and investigate the need for the improvement of the system related to this. And there is a need to make an in-depth study concerning the real improvement of the system relating to major factors elicited in this study.
