In 2020, there were 1,060.0 ten thausand households in the Seoul metropolitan region, accounting for 49.3% of all households in Korea, and a total of 4,166.0 ten thausand households have moved within the Seoul metropolitan area over the past 20 years, excluding the same city, county, and district. Among them, a total of 227.0 ten thausand households moved to one person aged 65 or older or elderly couples. The reason why elderly households, which account for 5.4% of all households in housing movement, are important is that Korea has a fast low birth rate and aging rate, and a super-aging society is expected in 2025. Recently, it was reported that Korea also has the fastest rate of low birth rate and aging among OECD countries. This is also the reason why interest and discussion on elderly households are needed, and housing is an indispensable issue among welfare policies. In general, elderly households aged 65 or older can be viewed as single-person households due to divorce or bereavement after their adult children are separated, and they need to analyze where, how much, and why they move their housing. This shows how housing consumption is being adjusted from the perspective of consumers, not suppliers, by observing various perspectives on housing policies for elderly households.

As color is a visually significant factor among the design elements that make up the urban landscape image, a landscape color plan is being established to improve the urban image through various related policies considering landscape color. This study aims to propose criteria for landscape color planning by selecting items that should be important when establishing landscape color plans that were not covered in previous studies, and analyzing the importance among evaluation items of selected evaluation items. As a result of the study, first, the evaluation items leaked from the research literature related to landscape color were reclassified and 41 items were derived through FGI. Second, 41 evaluation items were classified into 4 types, and were readjusted to 16 items through discussion and survey analysis. Third, as a result of analyzing using AHP, importance was analyzed in the order of harmony(.394)> continuity(.257)> aesthetics(.193)> symbolism(.156) in the major classification, and it was confirmed that the pairwise comparison had reasonable consistency. As a result of the relative importance analysis among evaluation items, the priority considering important weights was “: Harmony with surrounding natural environment> Harmonization with adjacent buildings> Improvement of relationship between landscape elements> Harmonious and continuous landscape”. Most of the evaluation items included in harmony rank high, and the items included in symbolism generally rank low.

As it has been 40 years since its implementation, it is necessary to diagnose the effectiveness of the District Unit Planning(D.U.P) system and systematically manage it. This study aims to identify the impact of D.U.P, including direct and indirect regulations and incentives related to local commercial districts, on the survival of Restaurants. Based on this, we aim to draw implications for the role of D.U.P and local commercial district management policies in the future. To this end, we used ‘Survival Analysis’ to identify the Survival Rate and influencing factors of Restaurants in Seoul as a whole and in each of Seoul's Three Downtown. The results showed that there was a difference in the survival rate of restaurants depending on whether or not a D.U.P was established, and that the survival rate and influencing factors of Restaurants differed by type of D.U.P and Three Downtown. These results suggest that D.U.P can be used to manage local commercial districts and that it is necessary to establish and operate D.U.P that are customized to each region.

This study analyzed changes in access to sports facilities before and after implementation of the long-term planning for the balanced arrangement of public sports facilities in order to derive implications for the efficient supply of sports facilities for the expansion of sports facilities infrastructure. As a result of the analysis of changes in access to sports facilities by city type, the effectiveness of the long-term planning for balancing public sports facilities with the goal of increasing the walking use rate of public sports facilities in all city types and improving access to sports facilities centered on residential areas within the target required time was proven. However, considering the standard deviation, it was confirmed that service blind spots still exist, so it is necessary to prepare countermeasures for this.
