- The purpose of this study is to present the problems and its resolutions of officially announced (OALP) land price through the practical examples in order to enhance the public confidence. Through the investigation, we find the discrepancy rate is very low between the OALP and the market value, and its price is unbalanced for each area. Therefore, the OALP has to be fixed by market value. It brings the expected effects as follow; the people will trust the land price, because it becomes more reasonable to offer the land price information, land transaction indicator and the basis of land price estimate.
