Information sharing can reduce bullwhip effect on the supply chain of coal enterprises. This paper explores supply chain information sharing of three-level coal enterprises when there are decision-making biases; establishes supply chain model of third-level coal enterprises composed by coal-producing enterprises, coking coal-producing enterprises, and coal-demand enterprises; and analyzes the influential factors of information sharing value for coal enterprises with three types of conditions.

The automated systems that support in decision making process are known as Business Intelligence Systems. In the past 10 years, the importance of Business Intelligence Systems has gained widespread acceptance by the industry. There are a large number of organizations that are now dealing with great number customers and enormous amount of data. To meet their growing computation needs and enhance their timely decision making capability, these organizations are highly relying on business intelligence applications to meet the challenges posed by the today’s competitive market. To overcome these challenges, the companies and organizations integrate enterprise applications with the real time systems such as decision support systems and business intelligence systems. There are several companies and organizations that are using Business Intelligence tools to get knowledge from the history data and to make plan and educated guesses for the future trends and demands. Many companies know the importance and role of Business Intelligence to make effective and timely decisions in order to enhance their productivity and keep abreast with the new market demands. Due to the recent technological advancements and availability of state-of-the-art software tools, the Business Intelligence Systems have gained significant importance in the business world. Currently, most of the organizations around the globe are adopting Business Intelligence solutions to earn maximum profits, reduce recurring expenditures, promote business and retain customers. Business Intelligence is defined as an organization’s capability to gather all its strengths and skill sets and transform theses into a knowledge which is now known as a currency of the business. The acquired information or knowledge may be linked to the large amounts of historical data which may lead to new vistas of opportunities for the organization. In this paper, we present a comparative study of the business intelligence tools and techniques used to make effective decisions.
Empirical Research on Growth Factors of County and Township E-commerce

The counties and townships, with many similarities, can be included into an integral group for research, namely the county and township e-commerce. Through literature review, the paper has proposed the direct and indirect growth factors of the county and township e-commerce, as well as the research hypotheses and the theoretical model of growth level, in combination with the current development situations of the county and township e-commerce. Data was collected by means of questionnaire inquiry and analyzed by use of SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0 software, verifying the effectiveness of validity and reliability of the measuring tools and the fit between the model and the data. Finally, the research hypotheses were verified, then the factors that may cause greater influence on the growth level of the county and township e-commerce were pointed out.

This paper has pointed out the factors affecting its logistics mode selection by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of current cross-border e-commerce logistics mode, at the same time, adopted one case to prove the influence of these factors on the selection of cross-border e-commerce mode, aiming to provide reference of logistics mode selection for enterprises which intends to enter cross-border e-commerce industry.
Development of a Low Cost Wireless Sensor Network for a Real Time Paddy Field Monitoring System

The impressive benefits of wireless sensor networks (WSNs) have led many researchers to study and explorer the wireless sensor network for the agricultural area. Most of these studies focus on ways of how to develop the sensor networks for agriculture without describing or discussing the cost aspect of the WSN and the easing of the system development. The aim of this paper is to develop a low cost wireless sensor network for a real time paddy field monitoring system based on an open source Arduino platform. The platform then is combined with the ZigBee-based communication module, and low cost sensor devices for agricultural applications such as temperature, air humidity, and soil humidity. The proposed WSN in this paper greatly reduces the cost of the development and provides an easy way for its implementation. Evaluation results show that the proposed WSN is able to sense the paddy field conditions and send the sensing results to the Internet cloud server for real-time displayed information.
Design and Realization of Visible Birds Recognition Expert System

Expert System is one of the most important and active parts in the application of artificial intelligence. This text presents the design and Realization Expert System in Visible Birds Recognition Area to show the steps and the methods of establishing visible expert system. Firstly, this text introduces key technology of expert system, especially the basic functions and knowledge presentation of it; Secondly, the test provides the design of expert system, including function design, interface design, knowledge presentation and inference machine design; finally, it shows the realization and testing of rule-based expert system. The text proves the expert system in visible birds recognition mentioned and designed in this paper has the ability of knowledge management, words-based birds’ recognition and graphs-based recognition, and this system owns the basic characters of expert system.
Leader following Speed Consensus in Induction Motors using Multi-Agent and Hybrid Controller Scheme

This paper explores a novel design of utilizing Leader following multi-agent system (MAS) consensus algorithm with Field Oriented Control (FOC), induction motors using a Hybrid control scheme containing regulation, pole placement and tracking (here after RST), controller along with model reference adaptive control (MRAC). To ensure system stability, Massachusetts institute of technology (MIT), rule is incorporated to validate that the cost function gets diminished over time. To follow the speed of leader, a leader following consensus protocol of multi-agent system is merged so that we can control the speed of induction motors. In this new approach, each motor along with its complete unit (Voltage Source Converter (VSC) and local controller) is considered as a single agent. It is proved that the consensus is reached among leader and its followers not only without delay but also with delay. The communication topology is supposed to be fixed and it is also assumed that every agent can share its information (speed data), with neighbors. The model is simulated using MATLAB and obtained results ensure the effectiveness of the design approach.
Research on the Aesthetic Evaluation Method of Seeding Machinery Based on RBF Neural Network

Aesthetic factors are an essential part of farm machinery development and design. In this paper, we take seeding machinery, typical farm machinery, as an instance and establish an aesthetic evaluation model for seeding machinery based on RBF neural network to predict design effects, which will provide important evidence to intelligent design of seeding machinery. Furthermore, aesthetic characteristic elements of seeding machinery are analyzed to establish an evaluation index system that is classified into three levels, of which the first-level index include technical and formal beauty, the second-level index contains beauty of function, material, shape and color and the third-level index comprises 17 factors. RBF neural network is employed to establish a mathematical model, where input layer is composed of 17 low-level evaluation index values and output layer is the comprehensive evaluation values of aesthetics by experts. Training and verification of 22 samples found that predictive effects of RBF neural network-based model on the evaluation model of seeding machinery modeling are superior to BP network-based prediction model, for it can better deal with uncertainties.
Study of Boiler NOx Emission Model Based on Improved Deep Learning and Genetic Algorithm

Boiler efficiency and emission load of NOX are the key evaluation indicators of operation performance of the coal-fired boiler. It has become a popular academic research topic concerning the reduction of NOX emissions while maintaining the same boiler efficiency, as well as how to build a model for boiler emission. Based on a prediction model that is constructed for boiler efficiency and emission load of NOX with the application of deep belief algorithm, genetic algorithm is used to optimize the tilting angel of boiler burners and the flow velocity of pulverized coal, thereby effectively reducing the emission load of NOX. Simulation results indicate that this method effectively optimizes the parameters of the boiler, and provides a new way to optimize the parameters of the boiler.
