Volume Effect of Real Estate Asset in Korea

The informational role of trading volume has long been a subject in financial market. In stock market and/or derivatives market, for instance, the issue remains whether the market is efficient; meaning that information(s) from the past is delivered sequentially to the following trades, thus reflected in price. The purpose of this study is to attempt to test the relationship between the price index and trading volume in the housing market to see if the empirical findings could show any change in each other. Vector Auto Regressive model is used to analyze the endogenous variables. Empirical evidence presented in this study shows that trading volume a month before causes change in price index. It is inferred that housing volume traded could relay significant information to the trading process of housing asset.
Studies on the Evaluation Method for Small and Medium Enterprises’ EPR Project Risks

This paper explains the studies of recent years on development of EPR system and the project risk and then illustrates respectively the external risks and internal risks of EPR project based on the theory. Taking the EPR project of G company the author actually took part in as an example, the author firstly applies fuzzy evaluating method to evaluate project risks and draw a clear distinction between the primary and the secondary to achieve overall evaluation for project risk. And then the author worked out a plan for the main risks of the project and applied multiple management methods to control. And in practical implementation steps, the author implemented management method in every segment and did supervising and controlling to gain the lowest negative influence resulting from risks. Lastly, the author concluded the effects of risks management, learned lessons and proposed perspectives.
A Study on Adaptive Direction Teaching-Learning-Based Optimization Algorithm

In the real life learning process, the teacher communicates with the students for a better learning outcome. The teaching-learning-based optimization (TLBO) algorithm simulates this procedure and shows its great performance in solving the constrained and unconstrained nonlinear optimization problem. This paper presents an adaptive direction strategy(ADS )t o improve the searching ability for the TLBO algorithm. The improved algorithm is tested through searching the optimal points for a few typical testing functions. The testing result shows that the improved TLBO algorithm could obtain better optimal solutions in shorter time. Compared to the normal TLBO algorithm, the stability and effectiveness of the improved algorithm are increased greatly.

Recently in far eastern Russia, the demand for fresh Korean agricultural products has been increasing. To meet this ever-increasing demand for fresh agricultural products, maritime transport that uses reefer containers is necessary. However, in reality, most of the fresh agricultural products are exported using short air transport method because it is impossible to monitor their conditions during the long maritime transport period. This study introduced the IP-RFID-based reefer container monitoring system and monitored the temperature change of the fresh agricultural products during maritime transport using the system. In addition, this study also monitored the temperature change of the fresh agricultural products that were exported to the same region during the air transport and compared it with the temperature change during maritime transport. The study result showed that the fresh agricultural products maintained better conditions during the maritime transport by retaining the Cold Chain during the entire transport process. In addition, maritime transport was more efficient than air transport because the strawberries could be directly sold to consumers without additional works.

In recent years, new education model began appearing in a represented by network technology and multimedia technology in our country. Network teaching is more and more attention. Sport teaching is a bilateral activity, which is of strong practicality and participatory teaching and learning. Now the sports teaching resources on the network is less, and lack of systemic and integrity relative to other disciplines. Sports teaching content more action demonstration and imitation, which is suitable for use in the form of multimedia presentation. This thesis developed a physical network teaching platform to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional sports teaching. The platform provides the necessary for network teaching based on Internet network teaching environment and teaching resources for teachers and students. Teachers and students can realize man-machine communication through the network conveniently. In this paper, the system module is designed properly based on the different aspects of students and teachers, which ensure that the system can satisfy the teaching requirement over a longer period of time.

Models of China’s E-Commerce in the Agricultural Sector : an Exploratory Study

We first review the current literature on the status quo of China’s E-commerce in the agricultural sector. The model of farmers’ selection of stakeholders in agricultural E-commerce is analyzed based on incomplete contract theory and right to entry theory. We conclude that the development of agricultural E-commerce follows a dynamic evolutionary model. To gain the largest profits from E-commerce in agriculture, the farmers need to dynamically adjust the cooperative relationships with the stakeholders under a constantly changing economic environment.

Culinary tourism is a new niche market that is gaining ground in Korea. Food is one of the top reasons why tourists visit Korea. However, they are reluctant to eat local food when the written menu is in the host country’s language. There are several apprehensions for this. First, they lack the familiarity with the food ingredients and the way of ordering it. Second, tourists are afraid to enter an eating establishment because they might be cheated about the price and overcharged. Lastly, if they do not know what is on the menu, the food might be culturally unacceptable. This paper proposed an electronic menu and ordering system that intends to provide an efficient and effective customer-wait staff communication, an ideal tool to provide exceptional customer service in restaurants. The use of interactive menu and ordering system application is expected to overcome the challenges and fill the communication gap between the customer and waitstaff. The features of the menu are anticipated to a give a vivid image of the dish, enlighten the customers about their order, ingredients, food allergens, grades of spiciness and price. The well-informed customer can now easily choose and decide for his order based on the information he had seen from both text and photos. The orders can be quickly sent to the kitchen through a touch screen or a smartphone and prepared fast for immediate customer indulgence. The application system expects to encourage more customers, repeat business, promotion of Korean cuisine and increase restaurant sales.
