This research work aims at highlighting the importance of wastewater treatment generally and removing phosphorus from these waters specifically, in order to preserve our environment. Reducing the rejected quantity of phosphorus, nutrient element, in the receiving environments, enables the restriction of the phenomenon of water streams eutrophication. This is the primary objective of our research. Both the chemical and biological treatments are recognized as effective for phosphorus removal from waste water. In our study, we worked on phosphorus removal from urban wastewater through three treatments types: chemical, biological, and a combined one. The findings of the chemical treatment demonstrated a good treatment efficiency of the organic matter: 95% of DCO and 88% of phosphorus; as per the biological treatment: 60% of DCO and 49% of phosphorus were found. A further treatment has been conducted through combining the first couple of treatments. This combination method seeks to find the optimal dose of the different conventional coagulants namely lime, ferric chloride and aluminum sulfate .The combined treatment resulted in a better phosphorus removal efficiency: 83% of phosphorus and 96% of DCO. The obtained results proved to be highly encouraging and incite the responsible / heads of STEP to adapt and apply this type of treatment which revealed to be an appropriate purification technique of wastewater.

Mobile application for campus is an integral part of the construction of wisdom campus. CampusService - a campus information service system is designed, and is comprised of three parts, Android client, Web client and server, which are all designed according to MVC pattern. C/S architecture is adopted between the Android client and the server, B/S architecture is adopted between the Web client and the server, and JSON is used as a unified data interface for accomplishing the interactions. The architectures of three parts are described, and key technologies are represented, including database access optimization, Android display, transaction management and authentication, among which database access optimization technology has two respects: using C3P0 to maintain connection pool and prefetching data based on their popularity. According to testing, the system implements functions of user management, intramural announcements, interaction with friends, activity participation, and campus maps, and it has good performance. The system provides an efficient platform for real-time communication among teachers, students and school authority.
An SLA-oriented Multiparty Trust Negotiation Model based on HCPN in Cloud Environment

The negotiation on Service Level Agreement (SLA) in current complex cloud environment often involves the multilateral negotiation. Therefore, this paper presents an SLA-oriented multiparty trust negotiation model based on Hierarchical Colored Petri Net (HCPN) in cloud environment. This model mainly provides trust negotiation of SLA parameters such as credibility, reliability, availability and service price so on for Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) and Cloud Service Consumers (CSCs), thus making complex process description of multiparty trust negotiation on SLA in cloud environment simple and efficient. On the basis of the HCPN model on SLA, this paper puts forward a multi-objective optimization algorithm for SLA trust negotiation. Simulation results show that the algorithm not only improves efficiency of multilateral negotiation, but also avoids QoS negotiation falling into local optimization.
Research on Dynamic Assembled Algorithm of Component based on Semantic Web Service

In development of service-oriented software systems based on component technology, dynamic assembling of service components is research issues, but many dynamic assembled algorithms based on keywords have some limits such as low successful rate and so on, it is necessary that research dynamic assembled algorithm. To analyze semantic web service and component technology, some correlative definitions of web service components are given by markup language of web service, the theory of domain ontology is cited, a dynamic assembled algorithm for components of semantic web service based on domain ontology is provided, the dynamic assembled ideal of service component is given according to semantic relationship, the algorithm is realized with pseudo codes. Finally, the feasibility and efficiency about algorithm are demonstrated by experiment and contrast analysis.

This paper describe design of novel sensor for moisture measurement that can be used in agriculture, automotive industries. In the present scenario moisture is measured by calculating change in relative permittivity which in turn depends upon change in capacitance of polymer layer sandwiched between electrodes. In this paper a new design is presented in which IDC sensor is used instead of Grid electrodes to calculate change in capacitance. Further, Comparative analysis has been done between these two topologies; device modeling has been carried out using COMSOL Multi-physics suite with MEMS approach.
Application of Remote Environmental Monitoring Technique to Efficient Management of Beach Litter

This study aims to present a environmental monitoring tool which is using remote sensing technique to improve the understanding ability of beach litter condition. In order to grasp occurrence time of beach litter and its pollution area, we did the real-time monitoring with network camera. When confirm that there is a lot of litter occurred within the scope of camera, we use unmanned aerial vehicle to monitoring contaminated status of total beach. The area monitored was Heungnam Beach on Geoje Island, which is located in the south of Korea. During the monitoring period, the maximum beach litter was produced on 28th May 2013 (29.9 m2/580 pieces). In the future, the proposed monitoring method can be used in association with remote detection methods to determine the appropriate time for collecting litter and improve the effectiveness of beach litter management policies.

STSS (Shipment Timing Decision-Making Support System for Agricultural Products) is designed to manage shipping dates to improve sales profits for agricultural products that are stored in warehouses. The purpose of this study is to increase the predictability of the price variable among other variables included in this system to better predict wholesale prices at the shipping dates. This study suggests the use of an asymmetric price response function and a non-proportional price response function, which can comprehensively trace price changes in the next period based on price increases or decreases at certain levels in the previous period. Additionally, the study aims to conduct an empirical analysis of the whole market as well as the market segments. The data used were wholesale prices and delivery volumes for 15kg of fine grade Fuji apples traded at Garak Agro-Fishery Market located in Garak- dong, Seoul. The analysis was conducted by market segment, and confirmed periods when the responses towards a given day’s price levels were big and small when previous day’s price levels for wholesale apples decreased or increased during the year. Through this, the best opportunity to adjust shipping dates of apples and to increase profits could be suggested.
Performance Analysis of the M2M Network over Keyhole Nakagami Fading Channels

The performance of the mobile-to-mobile (M2M) network over keyhole Nakagami fading channels is investigated in this paper. Using the method of the probability density function (PDF) of the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), the exact and approximate closed-form average symbol error probability (ASEP) expressions are derived for pulse-amplitude modulation (PAM), phase shift keying (PSK),and frequency shift keying modulation (FSK). The exact closed-form expressions for channel capacity are also presented. Then the ASEP and channel capacity performance under different conditions is evaluated through numerical simulations to verify the analysis. The simulation results showed that the performance of the M2M network is improved with the transmitting/receiving antennas and the fading coefficient increased.

Young children often show uneven patterns of competencies in mathematics and some of them cannot even master basic arithmetic facts. This study concerns the primary arithmetic fact mastery for elementary school children education in China by developing an auto problem building model. To do this, a well-defined programming algorithm was first proposed to construct three-term arithmetic operation facts including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, followed by construction of four- term hybrid combinations. The proposed algorithm was then implemented accordingly by Excel VBA to get a computerized system, which supports randomized operands, one-click building and customized settings. The results show that this model can be applied to the parents or experimenters to give their children routine education in a variety of exercise situations, which helps the school children become more expert at solving arithmetic calculations and perform better on standardized achievement tests.
