Polymer Gravure Printing용 열경화형 Ag Paste의 물성과 레올로지 특성 연구

In this experiment, we have manufactured thermal-curable silver pastes for direct printing. And to enhance conductivity, printability, adhesion and hardness during polymer direct-gravure prints, we have manufactured Ag pastes by adding variety of filter contents. Then we have investigated characteristics of rheology in paste according to the gravure printability and the properties of printed conductive patterns. Depending on a variety of Ag powder, there was a big difference in sharpness of printed pattern. And also by the use of carbon, there was a big difference in amount of solvent used, conductivity and in hardness. We could improve doctoring and the sharpness of a pattern by adding Ag paste in carbon particle, but as we have used nano-sized particle, there was an increase in the amount of solvent used and also we have found out that it gives a bad effect as adhesive and hardness becomes weaker. Even though Ag particle has the same spherical shape, the surface treatments could differ from one another. And by the appropriate choice and with the suitable combination of Ag powder, excellent printability and conductivity could be obtained.

This research attempts to analyze communication effects of print ad having pictorial typography. 150 Questionnaires were distributed to respondents staying Daejeun City and 148 copies were retreated for five days from April 22nd to 26th, 2012. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha for reliability analysis were utilized for data analysis with SPSS 12.0. For testing hypothesis, regression analysis was used. As result of testing hypothesis, 'informative, beneficial, creative, reliable' were partially significant to attitude towards print ad having pictorial typography. That means 'creative' and 'reliable' were insignificant, while 'informative' and 'beneficial' are significant. Variable of the most influencing on attitude towards advertising is 'informative.' 'Informative, beneficial, creative, and reliable' were partially significant to brand attitude, too. That means 'beneficial' and 'creative' were insignificant, while 'informative' and 'reliable' were significant. Variable of the most influencing on brand attitude was 'reliable.' Therefore, to enhance communication effect of print ad having pictorial typography, 'informative' and 'reliable' are most significant variables.

With the development of many display technologies currently applied to them in the field of printed electronics, there have been many researches that high resolution printing for thin and uniform pattern. In this paper, printing ink flow properties in the reverse offset mechanism were simulated. The aim of this research is to expect the ink flow behavior between cliches to make fine pattern by a printing technique which is a reverse offset. The simulation results show that almost the same as the experiments and the flow behavior according to the ink film thickness and printing pressure changes could be expected.

국내 친환경 인쇄를 위한 Ink Saving 적용 방법에 관한 연구

Need color separation process to appear number of minimum printing plate waterway maximum printing color at printing process. This time, printing plate is separated three primary colors of C(cyan), M(magenta), Y(yellow). Appear all colors of printing such three primary colors. But, three primary color ink appears 100% dark gray that is not clean as chroma is neared color to 0 because is not pure. As well as, the ink area rate that is whole by over print amount increase of three primary is expanded. As a result, influence in secondary printablity set-off growth by inaccurate color reproduction and ink dry badness, trapping efficiency decline etc.. Apply ink saving method that is replaced as K ink in consisted dark color constituent because three primary colors are over print each other adding one more K(black) plate by method to improve these problem. Therefore, can reduce extension of the total ink area rate, and help in correct color appearance control. As well as, eco-friendly printing process attains improving printablity at the same time curtailment of printing expense by reducing requirement of total ink. Usually, there are UCR(under color removal) and GCR(gray component replacement) to ink saving application method. But, the practical use limit is insufficient state to tribe of technological investigation or field application about these method in domestic printing field. Therefore, in this research, ink saving been bringing by one method of eco-friendly printing confirmed that is applicable in usual domestic printing environment. Also, searched result getting in printablity by ink saving application.

The purpose of this study is to provide how various elements of package design affect on consumer response. Those consumers who is living at Sung-nam district and who is using or have used herbal shampoo were selected as respondents for this research. For testing hypotheses. frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and multi regression analysis were utilized with SPSS 12. All elements of package design influenced on brand attitude and purchasing intention. Typography is the most effective element influencing on brand attitude, while illustration is on purchasing intention. This result could be a useful reference for package designer and brand manager to trigger positive brand attitude and purchasing intention.

As one of the eletronic device industries has been developed by using a recent printing method, the consumption of Ag paste has been on the rise as well. The printing method has simple processes in comparison with other methods. Also it enables to be large-scaled and to lower price ranges. If UV curing system would be applied to the printing method, energy consumption and dangerousness from curing system can be minimized in a short period of time so that its method can be more eco-friendly. This study conducted an experiment in order to make UV curing Ag paste which is feasible to implement micro patterns with different dispersing agents. The purpose of the study is to analysis the suitable printability for micro pattern and to test dispersibility, hardening properties, conductivity and adhesive stength by measuring viscosity, TI(thixotropy index), G', G'', tanδ(G''/G') after making paste. We have experimented with four dispersing agents. After We did an analysis of characteristic of rheology, conductivity and adhesive stength, etc, We confirmed that the paste added FP 3060 has excellent dispersibility, conductivity and adhesive stength. If the paste has excellent dispersibility, we will expect that micro pattern is made by that.

This research attempts to analyze how attributes of ad model influence on brand familiarity, personality, and preference among consumers. Attributes of ad model was classified into three; attractiveness, professionalism, and reliability. One hundred of consumers who lived in Daejeun City were selected as respondents for this research. The result of hypothesisⅠshowed that attributes of ad model significantly influenced on brand familiarity. it was the result of hypothesis Ⅱ that both Attractiveness and professionalism of ad model affected brand personality. It was also found that attractiveness and professionalism are significantly brand preference from the result of hypothesis Ⅲ. In conclusion, findings showed that attractiveness of ad model mostly influenced on brand familiarity, personality, preference.
