Reproduced colors which are half-tone printed at the rate of 10,20,30, ...100% half-tone dot area by each process ink- cyan, magenta, yellow and at the rates of 0,30,60, 100% half-tone dot areas by the mean color mixing of black, cyan, magenta and yellow, are colorimetric analyzed by make use of the 1931 CIE XYZ system of color specification and matching the Munsell color system. Espacially, magenta and secondary colors which are contained magenta, do not have good uniformity and proportionalization in the dominant wavelength and the excitation purity. Half-tone colors without reflection of blue light, are reproduced ideal color with the excitation purity 100% in wavelengths from 555nm to 600nm.

For the development of colored-proto grapby, the silver dye blech processes were extensively studied. For the first time, the developed silver was main catalyst, but recently active organic compounds are widely used as organic catalyst. They were guinoxaline and phenazine derivatives and it may forrned protonated free radical() under the presence of strong acid. Herewith the chemical reaction involved those catalyst and it's kinetic theory were described. Also, properties of the product with organic catalyst and improved process was reviewed.

Among the gelatin hardness for photographic emulaion, the formaldehyde, dialdehydes, n-Methylol compounds, ketones, carbonylic acid and carbamic acid derivatives, and s-Triazine derivatives were studied The greater purts of hardeners formed cross-link by the reaction with E-Amino group in the lysine and OH group in the hydroxylysine. Glutaraldehyde produced most stable cross-link due to the formation of pyridinum ion. 2.5- hexanedione and 3-hexene-2,5-dione possible to use as the ketone hardner. The sodium salt of 2.4-dichloro-6-hydroxy-S-Triazine was newly developed as the olefinic hardners for emulsion.

사전유제용 gelatin경화제 중에서 Formai-dehyde, dai;dehyde, n-Methylol 화합물, Ketone, 카르복실산 및 카바밀산과 그 유도체, a-Trizine 경화제에 관하여 고찰하였다. 대부분의 경화제가 gelatin에 있는 -OH기와의 반응으로 가교결합이 생성되며 amino산의 카르복실산과 amido결합으로 가교결합을 이룬다. Glutaraldehyde는 안정성이 뛰어난 Pyridinium을 생성하였으며 Ketone은 2.5-He-xadione이나 3-Hexena-2.5dione이 사용되며 s-Triazine의 Olefinic 경화제는 2.4-dichloro-6-hydroxy-S-Triazine의 나트륨염이 유제경화용으로 사용된다.

천연색 사진에서 전사과정중 發色化合物을 Polaroid社 제품과 Kodak社 제품을 선정하여 고찰하였다. 이들 화합물은 초기에 Alkali 可動이거나 不可動이었다. Alkali可動 化合物은 분해에 의하면 像的으로는 不可動化가 요구되며 Alkali-不可動 化合物은 像的으로 可動化가 요구된다. 고찰결과 Polaroid社 제품은 Alkali 可動을 나타내며 Kodak제품은 Alkali不可動을 나타냈다.
Color providing compounds on image transfer process in color photo graphy was studied with polaroid and Kodak products as a model. These compounds was inititally alkali-mobile or alkali-immobile. Alkali-mobile compiunds require imagewise immobilifation in the process or alkali immoble compounds require mobilization by the cleavage reaction. As a result of studies, the polaroid products was showed alkali mobile and Kodak product represented alkali immobile
