In this reseach, double-layered photoconductor consist of the carrier generation layer(CGL) of type copper phthalocyanine thin film by an aqueous coating method and the carrier transport layer(CGL) of polyvinyl carbazol(PVK) by spin coating. We inverstigated effect of the surfactant solution and cathod electrolysis to the crystal type of -CuPc in CGL with TEM, SEM and X- ray diffraction spectroscopy and studied the mechanism of an aqueous coating for the preparation of CGL. The effect of the washing of CGL about the electrophotographic characteristics of the -CuPc/PVK doublelayered photoconductors is studied also.

Packing in printing work os caused by mutual relations with trapping, ink and damping water, or by the expansion and contraction in the image and tone reproduction. According to changing of packing quantity, we find an error between them as the result of comparison between theoretical value and experimental value in the expansion and contraction of image.

Commercially available paper stickers, electrostatic stickers, and metal sticker generally involve process of printing on the substrate and die-cutting to peel the sticker off the release paper. Using plastisol ink and multi-layer screen printing technique, a process of non die-cutting sticker with same image on both sides was developed. It was also possible to prevent color mixing phenomena at image edge part by printing narrow lines of black ink along the borderline.
