탄산칼슘 함량에 따른 잉크의 구조 회복성 변화에 관한 연구

Printing ink is faced various shear stress situation until it transfer to the printed substrate through the press. And in each shear stress condition the ink is needed to keep the appropriate viscosity according to the condition. The change of printing ink viscosity has been explained by well-known through the viscosity profile curve. But actually, the quality of printed paper depends on the ink behavior after transfer the substrates. Like this, to look into the behaviour of the ink on the printed substrate, it is needed the experiment of the ink structure recovering by rheology study. In this study, by controling the content in the ink, after investigating the effect of the ink's structure recovery of the pigment concentration, we intend to predict the printing quality of the ink behvior on the substrate depending on pigment content.

Equilibrium swelling curves of N-isopropyl acrylamide(NIPA) gel and its ionized copolymer gels were obtained as a function of temperature. Discontinuous volume changes of the gels were observed. Phase transition temperature was increased with the ionized counter parts of the gels. Equilibrium swelling of ionized copolymer gel cylinder was found to depend strongly on their diameters. Crosslinking density of NIPA gel was adjusted by increasing N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide(BIS). Phase transition temperature was increased with the crosslinking density.

Acid amplifiers derived from a certain class of sulfonates suffer from autocatalytic decomposition in the presence of a strong acid to give corresponding sulfonic acid, which catalyze the composition of the parent sulfonates, leading to the liberation of more of the same sulfonic acids in an exponential manner. In this research we synthesized and evaluated 4-hydroxy-4'-(2-trifluoromethyl)benzenesulfonyloxy isopropylidene dicyclohexane (1), 4,4'-di-(2-trifluoromethyl)benzenesulfonyloxy isopropylidene dicyclohexane (2), 4-hydroxy-4'-(3-trifluoromethyl)benzenesulfonyloxy isopropylidene dicyclohexane (3) and 4,4-di-(3-trifluoromethyl)benzenesulfonyloxy isopropylidene dicyclohexane (4) as novel acid amplifiers with electron withdrawing group. These acid amplifiers (1-4) showed reasonable thermal stability for resist processing temeprature and exhibited higher photosensitivity compared to poly(tert-butyl methacrylate) film without acid amplifiers. Application of acid amplifiers to photofunctional materials, including photoresists, are described as a consequence of the combination of the acid amplifiers with photoacid generator.

Because of computer developing, the digital image making the use of many a field of application with - web-above, electronic publishing. printing, dynamic image management and photo CD production etc., however many problems of save and management. The management image use of compression moth which don't have a affect on image, reduce file size. A study used sequential DCT0based mode and progressive DCT-based mode of JPEG(Joing Photographic Experts Group) compression method and Wavelet compression method. Therefore, the analog image and digital image was changed and applied by several stages according to compression rate. It made inquiries of the optimum compression rate that be compared quality transformation between original image and compressed image. As compression image was printing simply, the quality was studied by subjective valuation method, that was studied propriety and usefulness.

The entanglement effects were described by means of holes through which the network chain must pass. Inhomogeneous entanglement effects were related to the hole distributions on the surface and in the center of spheres in the network chains. It was assumed that holes were subjected to the affiance deformation and the network chains were gaussian distribution. The results of this model calculation was compared with the compression- extension experimental data of PDMS (polydimethyl siloxane) rubber, and then hole's relative position was known to be in the center of two adjacent holes.

Digital technology is recognised as a generalized technology in the media industry, therefore there is an opinion which shows that the markets for its old media will be replaced by new media. However, some researchers have confirmed that the printed media which has a long historical background will be continuously selected by the audiences. As going through the historical background of the printed media, it has been challenged by the freshly created media. And traditional printed media does not disappear as the challenge of new media. As the challenge of new media, the printed media will show the new future of the printed media itself and its market as well by the transformations through the acceptance and merging the new technologies.

안료 함량에 따른 잉크의 레올로지 성질의 변화

Printing inks are mainly composed of pigment and vehicles. Among these components, the Vehicle affect the rheologic property of the ink the most but pigment content or characteristic also affect to the fluidity property not less than the vehicle. In the study, with the same vehicle on each sample, by making the sample to increase pigment content gradually. It can be examined the influence of the pigment to the fluidity of ink. In result we found that the viscosity value of the low shear rate rang has relatively higher value with increasing the pigment content in the ink. According to higher pigment content, yield stress and thixotropy index increases gradually. Structure recovery of the ink is that, the higher pigment content's ink, the less changing shear rate, and it takes less time to recover.

To understand the thermoresponsive volume phase transition of an N-isopropyl acrylamide(NIPA) gel on water, the solubility parameter of neutral NIPA gel was determined by swelling the gel with various solvents. Water was found not to be a good solvent for NIPA gel. Equilibrium swelling curves of NIPA gel were respectively obtained by immersing in pure water, ethanol, n-propanol and some mixed solvents. On adding a small amount of alcohols to water, volume phase transition of NIPA gel in water was changed. Phase transition temperature of this gel was decreased with the increase of the carbon number of alcohol.
