일본 매엽 오프셋 인쇄기계의 동향에 관한 연구

As for the sheet fed offset printing machine, the research and development of the speedup and multi-color for little rod are done. A charge per one offset printing machine became high year, and all kinds of control device became attach. Under this situation to need, many studies of printability of paper and ink are done. In particular improvement of surface strength of printing paper with speedup is needed. The use of non-wood paper and soybean printing paper with speedup is needed. The use of non-wood paper and soybean printing ink had been increased, study of those printability are important for printing development. From the viewpoint of quality and print important for printing development. From the viewpoint of quality and print productivity, the digital printing machine became lo on the introduction in Japan for the present.

상용 의학용 X-ray 필름의 특성곡선

For the purpose of determining characteristics of widely used commercial medical x-ray films, which are used for obtaining the Linac-grams for radiational treatment of cancers, we placed several commercial x-ray films at a fixed distance form the linear accelerator. After varying the exposed amount of radiation step by step, we could obtain a continually increasing density image for each film whose densities were determined by microdensitometer readings. The characteristic curves of the films were obtained by plotting the densities vs. the exposed radiation amounts, and their values were determined. These values can be used to suggest a minimum necessary amount of exposed radiation to get a useful Linac-gram. The measured values of the characteristic curves of the Kodak-DVP/RA-1 film were 1.73 when used 6MV x-ray, 1.70 when used 15MV of intensity. For the Konica-AX film, values were 1.29 and 1.18 respectively. The result suggests that the effective conditions for high resolution of a L-gram be 6 MV of x-ray intensity and about 3 rad of exposed dose on a Kodak-DVP/RA-1 film.

The J-aggregate of Meso substituted Thiacarbocyanines in MeOH Solution

Meso 치환 thiacarbocyanine 색소의 J-aggregate 형성시 치환기 효과와 열역학적인 정보를 얻기 위한 수단으로 UV/Vis 분광기를 이용하여 색소농도변화에 따른 회합정수 , 회합자유에너지G , 회합엔탈피 H 를 구하였다. 그 결과 농도증가와 함께 J-aggregate의 생성이 증가하였으며 온도감소와 함께 J-aggregate형성쪽으로 회합평형상수가 이동하였다. 치환기 효과로는 phenyl기의 치환이 평면구조를 형성하는데 있어서도 methyl, ethyl기 치환체보다 회합체형성이 유리하였으며 회합자유에너지와 회합엔탈피도 alkyl기 치환체보다 증가하였다.

To take an information of substitutent effect and thermodynamic of J-aggregate at thiacarbocyanines, association constant , free energy of association G , enthalpies of J-aggregate H/suib J/ were measured by spectrophotometer according to dependence on concentration of dyes and temperature of aqueous MeOH and KCl salted-out system. With increase of concentration of dyes exhibited equilibria shift toward the aggregate. Phenyl meso substituted thiacarbycyanine, DyeIII, resulted in higher and G values than DyeI and DyeII. To easily make J-aggregate of thiacarbocyanine, meso substutituene group need to be a flat structure, which will make a park as well as lain tiles.

The microbiodeterioration of paper material like books, archival material, manuscripts both illustrated and written, decorative wall papers, etc. is a serious problem throughout the world in museums, libraries, archives, etc. where these materials are placed. The major ecological fungi from record materials of library with ancient achieves were isolated and identified as Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus oryzae, Neurospora sitophile. Mucor mucedo, Mucor rouxii, Penicillium notatum, Rhizopus delema, Rhizopus nigracans, Thanmnidium elegans, Tricodema viridae, Bacillus cereus. Bacillus megaterium, Enterrobacter aerogenes, and Staphylococcus auerus. This study was carried out to investigate the antigungal activities of essential oils. The Essential oils from herb were obtained by vapor distillation method, and the antimicrobial activities were examined with ten fungi & four bacteria. It was found to have activity against microorganisms isolated from a achieves stack rooms

Visual and color in Korean newspaper advertisements appeared in transformational advertising (21cm30.4cm) were analyzed. Data were gathered from 191 advertisements shown on major four daily newspaper; Dong-a, Joong-ang, Chosun and Hanguk from October to December in 2000. From the results of this research, both type of layout and color are proposed more variety by this researcher. Mixed production techniques are used in newspaper advertising. Also, more foreign advertising model are expected near future. Finally, product life cycle have relationship with each layout elements. In other words, based on the stage of product life cycle layout elements are changed respectively.

This thesis attempts to study ink transition for on the polycarbonate multicalculator plate for automobile. For this study, the change of weight by screen printed ink transition on polycarbonate material by ink viscosity(be diluted ; 0%, 5%, 10%, 20%) was observed. The weight by screen printed ink is depended on amount of added solvent. We have studied change of the weight by the transition of the ink that was screen-printed on polycarbonate which is to be printed according to the viscosity of the ink (diluent: undiluted solution 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%). This shows that ink transition become activated since the amount of ink(or/and the viscosity of ink) is increased.

Gamut mapping is a technique that acts on cross-media color reproduction to transform a color between devices for the purpose of enhancing the appearance or preserving the appearance of an image. Gamut mapping essentially produces color conversion error which depends the gamut mapping method, source and destination devices, and sample points for gamut modeling. For color space conversion between monitor colors and printer colors, empirical representation using sample measurements is currently widely utilized. Color samples are uniformly selected in the device space such as CMY or RGB, represented as color patches, and then measured. However, in the case of printer, these color samples are not evenly distributed inside the printer gamut and the color conversion error is increased. Accordingly, this paper introduces a equally distributed color sampling method in CIELAB space, a device- independent color space, to reduce color conversion error, and the performance is analyzed via color space conversion experiments using tetrahedral interpolation.

UV-curable resin has the properties of quick-drying, thigh productivity at low temperature, energy savint, space saving, solventless, non-polluting and low-stinking, and thus, UV-curing system has been widely used in the fields of printing inks, adhesives, paints and coating agents. This study has been executed to micro-patterning used UV-curable resin, The micro-patterning properties of this photoresist were investigated under irradiation of UV light low pressure mercury lamp. When the exposed photoresist film was developed by pure water developer, the resolution of this photoresist was about 50.
