디스플레이 특성화과정에서 감마변화를 이용한 컬러이미지 재현에 관한 연구

The propose of this study investigated the reproduction of color image on a CRT monitor, for a range of different values of monitor gamma. We have used the GOG(gain-offset-gamma) model of the behavior of CRT. Color difference have been computed in a color space, based on the CIELAB color appearance model. The 133 patch defined linearly color sample and 24 patch defined printing color target were used, and were subjected to the influence of nine different gamma value. The result shows that netural color is increasing the decrease range of luminance black color than white color. These results concern correct in the context display of color reproduction.

In order to technical analysis of the Newspaper printing press, the printability such as, dot gain, contrast and printing density change according to the amount of ink and damping water feeding were experimented. t도 Printability assurance in printing aims at a correct and constant color reproduction throughout the whole print-run. And the checked values were checked from densitometer and colorimeter instead of conventional subjective method. In this research, we could propose the range of driving in printing of domestic Newspaper printing press as well as the limits of ink feed speed and damping water feed speed.

Most of flated scanners and digital cameras in prepress process utilize CCD technology. Device calibration and characterization process is needed to transform the device dependent color to the device independent color. ICC profiles for digital input devices encapsulated information relating the device values to CIELAB or CIEXYZ coordinates. The main purposes of this article is to evaluate some of the transformation methods based on ICC proposed device profiles and to propose optimal color transformation method for accurate color imaging in printing process.

The solution way of color difference in display device is using a device profile recorded with color dimension, color properties of each device and is using sRGB color space. The color matching is better sRGB than RGB color space. The sRGB is independent device color space and based on the monitor characteristice. An accurate characterization of the display device is essential for color matching. The calibration and characterization process in display device is needed to transform the device dependent color to the device independent color. The process of characterization performs a linerizaiton and transforms the linearized values into the CIE XYZ tristimulus values. The purposes of this paper is to estimate color reproduction using device profile and to explain the propriety of transformation method using variable.

The quality of the print can be specified through the quality of the coloring, the reproduction of fine structures and the range of tone values. Also, package printed quality are controlled by this points. In this paper, densitometry method was used for printed quality. By densitometry we can get the print density and the parameters of each conditions that characterize halftone printing, such as dot gain and relative printing contrast. Also, we have proposed the optimizes range of the parameters such as density, dot gain etc. to the package printed printability control.

An accurate characterization of the display device is essential for better color matching. The calibration and characterization process in display device is needed to transform the device dependent color to the device independent color. The process of characterization performs a linearization and transforms the linearized values into the CIE XYZ tristimulus values. The purposes of this paper is to propose optimal color transformation method for accurate reproduction of original copy in display device and to explain the propriety of transformation method using specific variable for the power of gradation expression.

Organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs) have received considerable attention since they were first reported by Tang. Novel organic fluorescent materials have been reported on synthesis and application of new organic light-emitting materials. Despite of much recent progress, fabrication of full-color OLEDs still remained to be done. Many method have been proposed to full-color OLEDs displays such as using separated red, green and blue emitters, stacking separate rad, green and blue emitter, using a white emitter with individually pattered color filters, microcavity structures and using a blue emitter with individually patterned fluorescent materials. The last method has much attention because of easy fabrication of OLEDs and low-priced fabrication. This paper reports the optical and electrical characteristics of OLEDs using novel molecules containing biphenyl structure. Optical properties of biphenyl derivatives doped with poly(9-vinyl carbazole)(PVK) are measured and found Forster energy transfer process in the blends. And devices were fabricated as ITO/PEDOT/PVK doped with biphenyl derivatives/Alq3/Li:Al and I-V-L characteristics and EL efficiency of devices were examined.
