The recent results concerning the synthesis and application of spiroxazine dyes have been summerized., The absorption bands of usual spiroxazine dyes are changed from colorless to colored from by irradiation of ultraviolet ray. This mechanism is derived from the cleavage of oxazine ring. Such properties are dependent on its chemical structure and surrounded matrix of spiroxazine dyes. the chemical structure of this dye is similar to the well known spriopyran. But spiroxazine dyes have noticed recently, because of excellent high light-sensitivity and superior fatigue-resistant property. This dye are already applied as photochromic lens, cloths and UV light checker.

This paper proposed correction tone density eq. and dot area eq. for perdict tone reproduction when dot gain is constant, and these are based on Yule & Nielson`s tone density equation. The experimental results show that proposed coreaction tone density eq. and dot area eq. are useful and valid for perdict tone reproduction of a half-tone image.

The negative pressure distribution curves of the exit of printing nip were obtained by the transducer type tackometer. As the results, found that the elasticity of rubber rollers and pastic viscosity affect to the maximum negative and positive pressure but, the gap of the printing nip didn`t affects to the tack values of ink and ink film thickness. Ink spritting is accured by negative pressure and inks viscoelasticity. And the tack value is affect by properties of the vehicle component in the inks.

Direct electrostatic coating method is simple, low cost and environmentally useful method. We are investigated on the coating of carrier transfer polymer layer on the carrier generate inorganic pigment layer using direct electrostatic coating method. The sample was obtained electrostatic deposite layer by fusing and calendering on the copper phthalocyanine. we could be found several polymer thin film shows good bond properties between film and pigment layer.

In screen printing process, printing are streching screen meshs of an angle of 45deg. This angle need much more screen mesh`s quantity of 15% than 22.5deg. To seach mesh angles have affect on reproducting fine line pattern, we modeled the expecting image according to screen angles change and reconfirmed it`s useful and valid from experimentation.
