The recent spotlight on electronic touch-screen display, a rapid breakthrough in the information society is evolving. Touch panel input device such as a keyboard or mouse without the use of, the on-screen character or a specific location or object on the person's hand touches a particular feature to identify the location of a panel is to be handled. The touch screen on the touch panel is used in the Ag paste is used mostly for low-curable paste. The thermal-curing paste according to the drying process of thermal energy consumption and improve the working environment of organic solvents have problems. In this study, Ag paste used in the non-thermal curing friendly and cost-effective UV curable paste was prepared. Current commercially available thermal-curable binder, was used instead of the flow characteristics of UV-curable oligomers and monomers with functional groups to give a single conductive Ag paste with the addition of a pattern could be formed. Ag paste as a result, thermal-curing adhesive, hardness, resistance and excellent reproduction of fine patterns and was available with screen printing environmentally friendly could see its potential as a patterning technology.

In printing, managing color means that how closely its color reproducts and printing supplier meets customers' requirements. When applying device profiles, it depends on properties of the devices. But color management of domestic digital prints is accomplished more scientifically and objectively than any other printing. According to this paper addresses a method of evaluating between proof prints and offset prints which are produced by identical date on the field. We evaluate two cases normal proof prints and domestic offset prints based on standardized color data analysis and subjective data analysis. We gathered objective data by measuring solid density, CIEL*a*b* and △E*ab. Futhermore, we evaluated the offset prints and proof prints through human eyes to decide the ranking.

The inorganic powder EL lamp was made by screen printing technique with a phosphor ink and a dielectric ink. The thickness of a phosphor ink layer and a dielectric ink layer is 35㎛ and 54㎛ respectively. A increasing ratio of the luminance of inorganic powder EL lamp to be a 1P1PD-phosphor ink layer in which increased voltage at constant frequency is higher 12% than when increased frequency at constant voltage. It is higher 57% than when increased frequency at constant voltage that the rate of increase of the luminance of inorganic powder EL lamp to be a 2PD-phosphor ink layer in which increased voltage at constant frequency. Finally, when increased voltage at constant frequency, a increasing ratio of the luminance of inorganic powder EL lamp to be a 2PD-phosphor ink layer is higher about 40% than that to be a 1P1PD-phosphor ink layer.

Gravure off-set printing recently is used in electronics display market. This method has advantages of mass production and high printing speed. It is also fine pattern can be implemented. We have manufactured low-curable conductive Ag pastes for gravure off-set printing. When printing, the pastes be used different silver powder shape because of the printing characteristics. The pastes were prepared with silver powder by silver powder shape and size, epoxy resin, solvent and homogenized on a standard three-roll mill. And the pastes exhibited a shear-thinning flow at viscosity profile. Moreover the adhesive strength and resistivity of silver film had a good characteristics. With the manufactured paste in this study, touch panel had is manufactured and it had 4×10-5Ω.㎝

Even though we could not count the total amount of plates in Korean printing industry per year, we would suppose the total amount of plates about 20,000㎢ to 22,000㎢ per year through our printing experience. On the standard of the end of 2010, it would be the market share of plates are that CTP plate is 9,000㎢, CTcP plate is 4,000㎢ and PS plate is 9,000㎢, such as total amount of plates are 22,000㎢. When there was no installed CTP setter in Korea, the domestic plate would be over 60% market share of plate in Korean printing industry. But now it would be less than 25% market share of plate. It is necessary to develop domestic CTP thermal plate from now because we have to keep the market share of domestic plate. On the study of the surface structure of substrate, roughness, anodized layer amount and coating amount between domestic CTP thermal plate and foreign CTP thermal plate, it would be the basic to develop domestic CTP thermal plate.

Electronic display markets has been developed. The cathode ray tube of brown form recently celebrated their 100th by first display. Also LCD of flat form recently celebrated their 25th by second display and it has advantage of small volume, lower consumption power. But FPD has problem that is property of brittle and non-carrying by glass substrate. Therefore the arrival of portable electronics devices has put an increasing premium on durable, lightweight and inexpensive display components. It is flexible display by third display. Also electronics field such as printed wiring board, RFID, membrane switch prefer flexible display. The conductive pattern can be used mostly in field of electronic displays and electronics. This manufacture of conductive pattern in present used is screen printing. The screen printing has problem that is low productivity and use not flexible substrate because of high fire temperature. This study was developed novel method to form the conductive pattern. It has advantages of flexibility, high conductivity, drying in low temperature, good conductivity.

A inorganic powder EL lamp was made by screen printing technique with phosphor ink and dielectric ink. The thickness change of a phosphor ink layer and a dielectric ink layer were not influenced on dielectric content, but rely on phosphor size and vehicle. Once finishing screen printing technique with phosphor ink and dielectric ink, and its surface has been printed again before not drying of phosphor ink and dielectric ink. Then phosphor ink and dielectric ink were not transferred. The electric capacity of inorganic powder EL lamp was more influenced on dielectric content than the thickness of dielectric ink layer, and it was more dependent on the thickness of phosphor ink layer than the thickness of dielectric ink layer.
