製紙의 澱粉處理에 關한 考察

제지공정에서 전분의 처리에 대하여 고찰하였다. 고찰결과 표면처리제와 안료 coating 제에는 습윤강도가 높고 침투성이 좋은 산화전분, 효소변성전분이 이용되고, 내부첨가제는 전분, , 산화전분, cation 전분등이 이용되고 있으나 cellulose와 전분유출을 막아 폐수처리가 용이하며 종이의 강도, 인쇄적성을 위해 cation 전분을 PVA와 함께 처리한다.

Modified phenolics can have a retarding effect on the gelation of wood oil. Modified phenolic resins can be used in media for paint, varnishes, primers, overprinting varnishes, litho, letterpress and rotogravure inks. Varnishes based on rosin phenolic are faster drying, have better durability, are harder and glosser, and have greater resistance to water than ones based on ester gums. These physical properties is concerned with molecular weight distribution of rosin modified phenol resin. This paper was studied about molecular weight distribution of rosin phenolics which where prepared between 130~250C. The results were as follows:1) Average molecular weights increased with increasing reaction temperature. 2) Mw/Mn were from 3.43 to 46.44 with increasing reaction temperature and so the molecular weight distributions were changed from random distribution to broad distribution 3) The relation ship between intrinsic viscosity and weight average molecular weight was follows: [ ]= 1*10 M ,M =M. 4) Esterification reaction between the acid group of rosin and polyol was started about 230°C

The anodixed aluminium film by sulfuric acid - method has many pores, the inner, called barrier layers, is active. They have strong absorption of dye. on be other, the absorption of dye is lost by Sealing, the surface is not dyed. We make IMAGE FORMATION on the film by the chemical behavior. This study made sure whether ion absorption is not in the barrier layer by IRRS and ESCA, considerated the mechanism of inage formation.

This study was made to investigate the effect of tensile strength(kg/), opacity (%), porosity(cc/min) of the paper manufaturing with the freeness properties of NBKP and the calcium carbonate having the different physical and chemical properties.As the results, the opacity and porosity of the freeness of NBKP, obtained good strength properties from the freeness 65SR and the tensile strength from the freeness 85SR. The strength properties of paper manufacturing loaded with calcium carbonate appears to be related to the effect of the freeness, and it was obtained the good results at opacity 83.8% in the freeness 85SR, tensile strength 3.8kg/ porosity 87cc/min in the freeness 65SR.Addition of 50%, 55% 60%, CaCo3 was found to increase slightly the strength properties of paper.

製紙工程에서 澱粉의 처리에 대하여 考察하였다. 考察結果 표면처리제와 顔料 coating劑에는 强度가 높고 浸수性이 좋은 化澱粉, 효소變性澱粉 이 이용되고, 內部添加劑에는 , -澱粉, 酸化澱粉 cation 澱粉등이 이용되고 있으나 cellulose와 澱粉 유출을 막아 폐수처리가 용이 하며 종이의 强度, 印刷適性을 위해 cation 澱粉을 PVA와 함께 處理한다.

This thesis examines the use of starch in a paper process.The result show that oxidized starch and enzyme converted. Starch are used for the surface sizing and the pigment coating, and that starch, - starch oxidized starch, and cation starch are used for the internal sizing

For the purpose of rheological analysis tack value, experimental relative reading, and search the relationships between tack values and rheological properties, we were studied using particulates filled alkys varnish. The results are as follows, 1. Tack values are affected by viscosity, and viscosity is affected by oil absorption relatively 2. G and G are in inverse proportion to tack values. 3. We could be measured the tack quantitatively by rheological, and predicted the values by loss tangent value
