This study aimed to develop a fantasy makeup ideation class model by integrating Art Nouveau elements through the use of generative AI (Firefly), and to explore its potential for fostering creative thinking and visual expression. Design ideas were generated using Firefly, incorporating the stylistic features and expressive qualities of the Art Nouveau movement. The study employed a four-stage thematic analysis and conducted in-depth focus group interviews (FGI) with experts. Findings indicate that the proposed class model effectively enhances self-directed learning and promotes practical, creative design ideation. The fusion of Art Nouveau’s flowing aesthetics and natural motifs with AI-generated imagery notably enriched both the artistic and functional dimensions of fantasy makeup. This instructional approach shows strong potential for application in both beauty education and industry contexts. Future research is recommended to compare various AI tools and to develop additional pedagogical models for broader implementation within the beauty sector.
本研究旨在利用生成式人工智能(Firefly)开发一种融合新艺术运动风格的幻想化妆 课程模型, 并借此探索创造性构思与视觉表达教育的可能性. 通过应用新艺术运动的特性与 表现要素, 利用生成式人工智能推导出幻想化妆构思所需的设计以收集资料. 研究方法上, 利用Firefly, 通过主题分析法的四个阶段, 并采用专家小组深度访谈(FGI)技术进行分析. 研究结果表明, 该课程模型能有效提升学习者的自主学习效果并引导出以实践为核心 的创造性设计构思. 特别是新艺术运动的曲线造型美和自然主题, 与AI图像生成功能相结合, 同时增强了幻想化妆的艺术性和实用性. 本课程模型兼具应用于美容教育界和产业界的 潜力, 后续研究需针对未来多样化的美容产业进行AI工具比较及开发相应的教学模型.

This study aimed to explore the process of producing physical biomorphic nail art using digital images generated through the image-generation platform ‘Midjourney’. Through an analysis of previous studies, biomorphic expressive characteristics were classified into five categories: dynamic formative qualities, symbolic color expression, continuous fluidity, biological abstraction, and surrealism. Based on these characteristics, prompt engineering was conducted by designing and refining text prompts, and visual images generated via Midjourney were analyzed and selected for physical nail-art production. The results confirmed that generative AI serves not merely as a tool for producing visual imagery but as a creative collaborator capable of enhancing creativity and expanding design diversity. Moreover, by addressing challenges that arise when translating the textures and colors of digital images into physical works, the study demonstrates that image-generation AI can enhance both creative productivity and practical applicability within the beauty-art field. By presenting a case that connects digital-image–based nail-art design to its physical implementation, this study is expected to provide foundational data for future research on the use of generative AI in beauty design and education.
本研究旨在通过图像生成平台Midjourney生成的数字图像,探索仿生美甲艺术的实际制作过程.通过对研究现行研究的分析,将仿生表现特征归纳为动态造型性, 色彩象征性, 持续连贯性, 生物抽象性及超现实性五大类别,本研究以这些特性为核心开展文本提示工程 设计与优化,并通过分析Midjourney平台生成的视觉图像,将其转化为实体美甲艺术作品, 研究结果表明,生成式AI已突破单纯视觉图像的局限,展现出与人类协作开发创造力与设计 多样性的创作伙伴潜力,此外,通过克服数字图像在质感和色彩还原过程中产生的各类问 题,本研究证明生成式AI能够显著提升美容艺术领域的创意产出效率和实际应用价值,通过 将数字图像设计与实体美甲制作全流程相结合的案例,本研究为未来美容设计与教育领域开 展生成式AI应用研究提供了基础性参考数据.

This study was conducted to investigate the influence of self-esteem, social support, and career preparation behavior on senior nursing students’ job-seeking stress. The subjects were 150 senior nursing students, and the collected data was analyzed using the SPSS WIN 26.0 statistical program. The subjects' self-esteem was 3.74±0.62 points, social support was 3.60±0.92 points, career preparation behavior was 3.10±0.74 points, and job-seeking stress was 2.95±0.83 points. Job seeking stress by general characteristics showed significant differences according to gender, relationships with friends, motivation for applying to nursing school, grades, and satisfaction with the major. The subjects' job-seeking stress showed a significant negative correlation with self-esteem, social support, and career preparation behavior. The factors influencing job seeking stress were social support, self-esteem, and career preparation behavior in that order, with an explanatory power of 43.1%. Based on the results of this study, a strategic program for customized guidance, such as writing self-introductions, nursing-specific interview lectures, and mock interviews, should be developed and operated at the university and department level for career preparation activities.
本研究为描述性调查研究,旨在探讨毕业年级护理专业学生的自尊心,社会支持及职业 规划行为对就业压力的影响.研究对象为150名护理系四年级在校学生,收集数据采用SPSS 26.0统计程序进行分析,研究结果显示: 研究对象自尊心得分为3.74±0.62分, 社会支持得分 为3.60±0.92分, 职业规划行为得分为3.10±0.74分, 就业压力得分为2.95±0.83分,就业压 力在性别,同学关系,报考护理专业动机,学分绩点及专业满意度等一般特征上呈现显著差 异,研究对象的就业压力与自尊心,社会支持及职业规划行为均呈显著负相关,影响就业压 力的因素按重要性依次为社会支持,自尊心和职业规划行为,这些变量共可解释43.1%的变 异量.基于研究结果,建议在大学及院系层面开展职业规划活动, 开发针对性的战略项目, 如简历撰写指导,护理专业特色面试讲座及模拟面试等个性化指导方案.

This study aimed to explore how motives for watching short-form beauty videos affect behavioral intentions among young women in their 20s from Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do. Data were collected via a questionnaire survey conducted from May 15 to June 10, 2024, through both online and offline channels, with 160 responses used for final analysis. SPSS 27.0 was employed for data analysis, including frequency analysis for general characteristics, factor analysis for validity, and Cronbach’s alpha for reliability. Correlation and multiple regression analyses were performed. The results revealed the following: First, the study identified three key motives for watching short-form beauty videos: enjoyment, interaction, and informativeness. It also found that these motives were correlated with behavioral intentions. Second, such motives influenced behavioral intentions across all factors, with 'informativeness' having the most significant impact.
本文以居住在大邱及庆北的20-29岁女性为研究对象,调查了美容内容短视频收看动机对行为意向的影响,调查时间为2024年5月15日到2024年6月10日,通过发放线上线下问卷调查,共搜集160份问卷用于资料分析,本文采用SPSS27.0统计程序进行数据分析。 一般特征调查使用频率分析,效度检验使用因素分析,信度测验查看了Cronbach'sα值,研究方法采用相关分析和多元回归分析,其研究结果为如下:第一、20-29岁女性的美容内容短视频收看动机显示为游戏性、相互作用、信息性等下位因素,收看动机和行为意向具有关联性。第二、20-29岁女性的美容内容短视频观看动机对行为意向的影响调查显示,所有因素均有影响,其中信息性影响最高。

This study aimed to investigate the effects of personal color perception on self-esteem, body image, and makeup behavior among women in their 20s and 30s. An online survey was conducted from January 17 to February 7, 2025, producing 250 valid responses. The questionnaire consisted of 45 items reconstructed based on previous research, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 through frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability testing, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results indicated that personal color perception comprised three factors: direct perception, preference perception, and external perception. Self-esteem was divided into positive and negative dimensions. Positive self-esteem was found to reinforce both body image and makeup behavior. Body image consisted of three factors: appearance evaluation, appearance orientation, and body satisfaction. Notably, direct perception and preference perception had significant positive effects on positive self-esteem, body image, and makeup behavior, whereas external perception tended to increase negative self-esteem and weaken body image. These findings suggest that personal color perception functions not only as an aesthetic preference but also as an important factor that contributes to psychological stability, enhanced body image, and beauty-related behaviors. Accordingly, the development of educational programs and beauty services that promote individual awareness and application of personal color is recommended.
本研究旨在分析个人色彩认知对2030年龄段女性自我认同感,身体形象及化妆行为的 影响.为此,本研究于2025年1月17日至2月7日期间开展在线问卷调查,共收集到250份有效 问卷.问卷由基于先行研究重构的45个条目组成,采用SPSS 23.0软件对收集的数据进行了频 率分析,探索性因子分析,信度分析,相关性分析及多元回归分析.研究结果显示,个人色 彩认知可归纳为直接认知,偏好认知和外部认知三大要素,而自我尊重感则被划分为积极与 消极两个维度.积极的自我尊重感会强化身体意象和化妆行为,而身体意象本身又包含外貌 评价,外貌导向和身体满意度这三个核心要素.研究发现,直接认知与偏好认知对积极自我 认同,身体形象及化妆行为具有显著的正向影响,而外部认知则会加剧消极自我认同并削弱 身体形象.这一结果表明,个人色彩认知不仅关乎审美偏好,更在心理稳定,提升身体形象 及促进美容行为方面发挥着重要作用.因此,建议开发提升个人色彩认知与应用能力的教育 项目及美容服务.

This study aimed to examine how motives for watching beauty shortforms influence on participation needs and behavioral intentions against Generation MZ. The collected data were analyzed, using SPSS 27.0. Frequency analysis was performed for the analysis of general characteristics. Additionally, exploratory factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha were utilized for validity and reliability testing, respectively. Research methods included correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results revealed the following: First, motives for watching beauty shortforms had an impact on playfulness, interaction and informativity across all participation needs (cognitive needs, behavioral needs, affective needs). Second, motives for watching shortforms also demonstrated a significant effect on behavioral intention. Furthermore, all participation needs were found to exert a significant influence on behavioral intention.
本研究以MZ一代为对象,研究了美妆短视频观看动机对参与欲望和行为意图的影响,资料分析使用了SPSS 27.0统计程序。 针对一般特性进行了频率分析,可靠性验证运用探索性因素分析,信度分析使用克隆巴赫系数,本文研究方法运用相关分析和多元回归分析。 研究结果为如下:第一,美妆短视频观看动机对参与欲望(认知欲望、行为欲望、正义欲望)因素都会影响其娱乐性、相互作用、信息性因素。其次,短视频观看动机对行为意图具有显著影响,短视频参与欲望对行为意图的影响包括认知、行为、正义欲望。

The purpose of this study is to propose a creative ideation class design for art masks using generative AI within a digital media framework. A qualitative research method was employed, utilizing two rounds of Focus Group Interviews (FGI). In the first stage, key aspects related to the use of Adobe Firefly were explored, while in the second stage, feedback on keyword-based image generation exercises was collected. Based on these findings, an ideation class for art mask design was developed. The study results indicate that, first, using text-based prompts facilitated the generation of more creative and efficient ideas. Second, the instructional design followed a structured process that played a crucial role in promoting learner interaction. This process consisted of theme exploration, image generation and sharing, iterative refinement through feedback, and a final presentation. Third, by applying prompts tailored to Cubism and Avant-garde themes, learners were able to visually concretize their creative ideas in art mask design. Therefore, the study suggests that the proposed class model has the potential to enhance learners’ self-directed learning capabilities and improve digital literacy, demonstrating its educational value.
本研究的目的是提出一个用生成式AI进行数字媒体基础上的艺术面具设计创意课程设计. 以质性研究方法, 采用了焦点小组访谈(Focus Group Interview, FGI), 共进行两轮. 第一 阶段探索了与使用Adobe Firefly相关的主要内容, 第二阶段收集了基于关键词生成图像的实 践反馈,在此基础上, 设计了艺术面具创意课程. 研究结果如下:第一, 通过使用文本提示, 可以更具创造性且高效地激发创意; 第二, 课程设计过程具有系统性, 并能促进学习者之间 的互动,课程包括主题探索, 图像生成与分享, 通过反馈进行改进最终成果展示四个阶 段;第三, 通过使用符合主题的提示语生成融合立体主义与先锋艺术风格的艺术面具图像, 验证了将创意思维具象化的可行性. 此外, 显示出有助于增强学习者自主学习能力及提升数 字素养的教育潜力.

The purpose of this study was to identify factors that influence turnover intention by considering professionalism, job satisfaction, job stress, and turnover intention among nurses in small and medium sized hospitals. The study was conducted using descriptive survey, among 149 nurses from January 1 to 31, 2017. Responses were analyzed using SPSS WIN 21.0. Nurses’ professionalism, job satisfaction, job stress, and turnover intention were measured through the self-reported questionnaire. Nurses’ professionalism (3.44±0.40), job satisfaction (3.01±0.31), job stress (2.88±0.4), and turnover intention (3.02±0.82), were at an intermediate levels. Among these variables, turnover intention showed a negative correlation with professionalism and job satisfaction, and a positive correlation with job stress. In this study, job satisfaction and job stress were the factors that most affected turnover intention, with an overall explanatory power of 22.2%. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested to develop and apply a housekeeping mediation program to minimize turnover intention, introduce a standard wage system, and resolve conflicts between managers and colleagues.
本研究是为了掌握中小型医院护士的职业性、工作满意度、工作压力、离职意向以及对离职意向的影响因素而进行的叙述性调查研究。在釜山4家中小型医院工作的护士中随机抽选出149名护士作为研究对象,并在2017年1月1日至1月30日期间收集了问卷调查资料。收集的资料采用SPSS 21.0软件进行了分析。分析结果显示,调查对象的职业性分数为3.44±0.40分、工作满意度为3.01±0.31分、工作压力为2.88±0.4分、离职意向为3.02±0.82分,总体呈现出中等水平,而这些变量中,离职意向与职业性、工作满意度呈现出负相关关系,而与工作压力则呈现出正相关关系。此外,对中小型医院护士离职意向产生影响的变量排序为工作满意度在前,工作压力在后,而这一结果具有22.2%的说服力。基于本研究结果,建议引进可将离职意向降至最低的标准工资制,并开发利用可缓解上级管理者和同事间矛盾的护士管理仲裁程序。

The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of SNS beauty content information on the makeup behavior and makeup product purchases of women in their 20s and 30s through empirical research, and to conduct a comprehensive study on the effects of SNS beauty content information on beauty in various ways. The intent was to provide basic data. As for the research method, a Google online questionnaire was employed and distributed to women in their 20s and 30s who consume SNS beauty content. SPSS 25.0 was used to conduct exploratory factor analysis and to verify the validity of the measurement tool; and Cronbach's α coefficient was calculated for reliability verification. Descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, it can be seen that SNS beauty content information affects the makeup behavior of women in their 20s and 30s. Second, it can be seen that SNS beauty content and information affects makeup behavior and makeup product purchases of women in their 20s and 30s. Third, it can be seen that the makeup behavior of women in their 20s and 30s affects the purchase of makeup products.
本研究旨在通过实证研究,考察社交媒体美妆信息对20~30岁女性化妆及化妆品购买行为产生的影响,并对其相关研究提供资料与数据支撑。本研究通过谷歌线上问卷调查软件调研了社交媒体美妆信息对20~30岁女性化妆及化妆品购买行为产生的影响;为确保测试工具的有效性,问卷分析则使用SPSS 25.0进行了探索性因子分析;为分析测试结果的信度,计算出了克朗巴哈系数(Cronbach'sα)。本研究采用的研究方法为:技术统计分析、相关关系分析、回归分析。研究结果为如下:第一、社交媒体美妆信息对20~30岁女性化妆行为产生影响。第二、社交媒体美妆信息对20~30岁女性化妆品购买行为产生影响。第三、20~30岁女性化妆本身对化妆品的购买行为产生影响。

This study was conducted to identify factors influencing the elderly nursing practices of nurses in comprehensive nursing care service wards. The subjects of the study were 141 nurses from comprehensive nursing service wards of three general hospitals in Busan. The data collection period was from September 1 to September 30, 2024. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 26.0. As a result, the subjects' knowledge of the elderly was 12.03±2.61 points, their attitude toward the elderly was 4.27±0.49 points, their resilience was 2.35±0.44 points, and their geriatric nursing practice was 3.29±0.39 points. The practices of geriatric nursing according to the general and work-related characteristics of the subjects showed significant differences according to current ward experience (F=4.151, p=.040) and geriatric-related education experience (t=3.748, p=.036). The subjects' geriatric nursing practice showed a significant positive correlation with resilience (r=.273, p<.001), and the factors influencing geriatric nursing practice were resilience (β=.362, p<.001) and geriatricrelated educational experience (β=.221, p=.003), in that order, with an explanatory power of 16.6%. Based on the results of this study, measures should be established to ensure the efficient performance of nurses' duties, and a geriatric nursing education program should be developed and applied to clinical practice.
本研究旨在通过描述性调查方法, 探究影响综合护理病房护士老年护理实践的关键因素. 研究对象为釜山地区3所综合医院综合护理病房的141名护士, 数据收集时间为2024年9月 1日至9月30日. 采用SPSS 26.0软件对收集的数据进行描述性统计, t检验, 方差分析. 皮尔 逊相关分析和多元回归分析.研究结果显示, 研究对象的老年知识得分为12.03±2.61分老 年态度得分为4.27±0.49分, 心理弹性得分为2.35±0.44分.老年护理实践得分为3.29±0.39分. 研究发现, 护士的老年护理实践水平在当前科室工作年限(F=4.151, p=.040)和老年护 理相关培训经历(t=3.748, p=.036)方面存在显著差异, 心理弹性与老年护理实践呈显著正 相关(r=.273, p<.001), 影响老年护理实践的主要因素依次为, 心理弹性(β=.362, p<.001)和老年护理培训经历(β=.221, p=.003), 这些因素共同解释了16.6%的变异量.基于研 究结果, 建议制定提升护士工作效率的方案, 开发专业化的老年护理培训课程,并将这些措 施应用于临床实践.
