In this study, beauty service is conducted through surveys of men, women and customers who use hair salons to determine if the sensitivity of consumers who use hair salons affect customer loyalty. The study analyzed whether the result of the parameter is shown as a parameter that is case sensitivity to customer's loyalty. As a result of phase analysis to obtain the results of the case sensitivity parameters, there were significant (+) correlations in all cases and parameter rating sensitivity had a significant (+) correlation with customer loyalty. A hierarchical analysis was performed to examine the effects of case sensitivity parameters. If the customer spends more than 50,000 won a month, the beauty service will be positively (+) affected by customer's loyalty through positive sensitivity while hypothessis No. 2 will be rejected, while a high cost will be invested in the hairstyle. In the case of customers, we know that customer loyalty is not affected. This can be considered as representing the need for differentiated services for customers who support high ratings in the field of beauty salons.
本论文为了调查美容院价格变化是否影响客户忠诚度,针对330名美容院男女顾客进行了问卷调查。 另外,把服务质量、客户忠诚度和价格敏感度作为自变量、因变量和参变量,分析了三者之间是否存在 媒介效应。通过对美容服务、价格敏感度和客户忠诚度进行探索性因素分析,验证了所有问项的合理 性。另外,可靠性分析结果显示,所有问项都具有可信度。为验证价格敏感度媒介效应进行的相关关系 分析结果显示,相互此间都存在类似的正(+)相关性,价格敏感度与客户忠诚度呈正(+)相关性关系。另 一方面,为了检验价格敏感度的媒介效应进行的层次回归分析结果显示,每月开支超过50,000韩元的客 户,在美容服务方面价格敏感度对客户忠诚度产生正向影响的假设2 被推翻,而对于美发费用投入较多 的顾客来说,客户忠诚度不受价格影响。鉴于上述分析结论,在美发沙龙经营战略上,应采取针对支付费 用较高的高端客户服务差异化策略。

To verify how professionalism, reliability, and communication ability of beauty specialists affect customer satisfaction and to understand associations between vocational competency of NCS and realistic vocational ability of beauty specialists, this study targeted nail salons in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do from March 10 2016 to March 20 2016 to conduct a survey targeting customers of beauty salons. Service abilities of beauty specialists are departmentalized into beauty fields; a factorial analysis was conducted for professionalism, reliability, communication ability, and customer satisfaction, and t-test was conducted to examine the difference of factors according to gender, age, and marital status. In addition, a one-way ANOVA was conducted to examine differences of general beauty service ability factors while the Duncan-test was conducted for post-verification. To examine the effect of professionalism, reliability, and communication ability of beauty specialists on customer satisfaction, the customer satisfaction factor was set as a dependent variable and the professionalism factor of beauty specialists was set as an independent variable so as to conduct a multiple regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, procedure techniques of professionalism factors and the probity of reliability factors of customers with nail care service is high.
本论文为了检验美甲师的专业性、信任度和沟通能力对客户满意度的影响,并了解国家职务能力标准 (NCS)的职业基础能力与美容专家实际职业能力的关系,从2016年3月10日至2016年3月20日亲自访问位于 大邱‧庆北地区的美甲店,以美容院顾客为对象进行了问卷调查。对美甲师服务能力分为专业性、信任度、沟 通能力、客户满意度等因素进行了分析。另一方面,首先为了解性别、年龄、婚姻状况等因素对服务能力的 影响进行了t-test;其次为了解一般美容服务能力差异进行了单因素方差分析;最后为了进行事后检验进行 了Duncan测试。另外,为了了解美甲师的专业性、信任度和沟通能力对客户满意度的影响,将影响客户满意 度的因素和美容专家的专业性分别作为因变量和自变量进行了多元回归分析。分析结果显示,接受美甲服务 的客户在可信度因素中,对技术上的可信度感到满意,而接受化妆护理服务的顾客在顾客满意度因素中,对 服务态度满意度较高。基于上述结果,将美容专家的职业能力成果转化为基础职业能力,开发现场实践培训 课程,改善可以提高客户满意度的各领域服务,为美容服务业的发展做出贡献。

The cosmetology curriculums of colleges in Korea have not been systematically evaluated and proper improvement efforts have not been made. The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of major satisfaction of college students majoring in cosmetology. A survey was conducted using a self-administered questionnaire among 165 students majoring in cosmetology or the beauty arts and sciences at colleges located in Busan between May 28 and July 31, 2018. The collected data were analyzed using SAS 9.4, and frequency analysis, T-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis were performed. The levels of satisfaction with the curriculum, social perception, and the school environment were highest in the students majoring in nail care and makeup with 4.1± 0.7 points, 3.9±1.0 points, and 4.1±0.8 points on a 5-point scale, respectively (p<0.05). As a result of the multiple regression analysis of the level of major satisfaction, the levels of satisfaction with social perception and with the social environment were highest in the nail care and makeup majors (p<0.05). In order to improve the major satisfaction of college students majoring in cosmetology, it is necessary to improve the school environment of students majoring in hairstyling and skin care and provide them with education to improve social perception.
美容学专业的教育课程尚未得到适当评估和改进。因此,本论文的研究目的是调查美容专业学生对 专业的满意度。本论文在2018年5月至7月期间以165名釜山地区美容专业在校生为对象,采用自填式问 卷的方式进行分析,并对收集的调查问卷内容使用SAS 9.4软件实施了频率分析、T检验、ANOVA和多 元回归分析。分析结果显示,美甲和化妆专业学生对教育课程和社会认同、学校环境的满意度最高,得 分分别为4.1±0.7、3.9±1.0和4.1±0.8(满分5分)(p<0.05)。对专业满意度的多元回归分析中,美甲和 化妆专业学生对社会认同和学校环境的满意度较高(p <0.05)。为了提高学生对专业的满意度,有必要 改进化妆和美甲专业学生的教育课程和职业指导,同时还应改进美发/皮肤护理专业学生的教育课程,以 提高他们对专业的满意度。

This study sought to understand the effects of soluble silicon and polypeptides on damaged hair when used as a pre-treatment agent. Using polypeptides and natural substance-soluble silicon, the hair was tested for damage after dyeing. The experimental method was divided into four groups each for the test specimens and tested in three groups, one of which was treated with water and the other with silicon, and silicon and polypeptides. To determine the action of the damage cap, we performed 0 and 1 times to perform the procedure. The morphological findings of the damage degree were observed with electron injection microscopy, and the absorption measurement and moisture content using a spectrophotometer were tested. The results concluded that the permeability and reduction power of silicon water in healthy and weak damaged hair helped absorb the polypeptides and accelerated the chemical reaction to complete the procedure quickly to reduce hair damage. It is recommended that polypeptides be performed alone in polar damaged hair.
本论文的目的是研究水溶性硅和多肽用作预处理剂时对受损毛发产生的影响。为此,在美发沙龙使 用多肽和天然水溶性硅进行染色后,测量了头发的损伤度。实验方法是将指定样本分为四组,对用水进 行预处理的对照组和分别用硅水、多肽、硅水和多肽进行处理的3组实验组进行了测量分析。为了研 究对受损头发的影响,对未经脱色的头发和和经过1次脱色的头发,通过电子显微镜观察损伤形态,并使 用分光光度计测量了吸光度和水分含量。实验结果显示,在健康头发和轻微受损头发中硅水的渗透力 和还原能力有助于多肽的吸收,同时加速化学反应,可以在短时间内完成染发,减少头发受损。由此可以 得出对极度受损发质建议单独使用多肽的结论。

This study was conducted to analyze the appearance management behavior of women in their teens to their 20s, in Cebu, The Philippines, from 5 January 2015 for 50 days. For this, this researcher visited the place in person, handed out 600 copies of the questionnaire, and collected 561; of the collected copies, 512 were used as the final analytical data, while 49 were unable to be used due to incomplete responses. The SPSS 23.0 for Windows program was used as the analytical method. The results are as follows: 1. result of analyzing differences in the appearance management behavior factors by demographic characteristic (age, job, father’s job), 2. result of analyzing differences in appearance management behavior factors by general appearance management behavior. The group that was usually greatly interested in appearance management was found to be greatly invested in hair styling, face washing, cleansing and cosmetic surgery. The group that regarded cosmetic surgery as most important was found to be most invested in hair styling, makeup foundation, color makeup techniques and plastic surgery. The group that regarded skin management to be most important was most invested in visiting skin care salons while the group that regarded nail management behavior to be most important was most invested in using nail salons and nail care attention.
本论文为了分析在菲律宾宿雾市居住的10-29岁女性外貌管理行为,从2015年1月5日开始以在菲律 宾宿务居住的10~29岁女性为对象进行了为期50天的问卷调查。为此,实地访问菲律宾宿雾地区,直接 分发600份问卷调查,实际回收561份问卷。其中,没有诚实回答的49份作废,以512份有效问卷用作最终 分析数据。分析方法采用适用于Windows操作系统的SPSS 23.0,分析结果如下:首先,通过分析外貌管 理的一般特征发现,外貌管理的目的是为了得到心理满足,最重视的外貌管理为护肤行为,主要通过美容 专家、韩国影视剧和娱乐节目获得外貌管理信息,在百货商店的专卖店和化妆品商店购买的外貌管理 用品数量最多。其次,通过分析外貌管理行为发现,美发行为主要分为时尚美发、外出时的日常打理和 头发护理3种,而护肤行为主要分为访问皮肤管理室、皮肤健康管理、清洁管理和洁面行为四种。第三, 从人口统计特征角度分析影响外貌管理行为的因素,发现相比10~19岁年龄段,20~29岁年龄段更注重 外貌管理,职场人员比学生在外貌管理上花费更多的精力和时间。第七,从人口统计学特征角度分析对 比影响美发行为和护肤行为因素,发现平时对外貌管理感兴趣的群体更加频繁进行时尚美发、洗面和 清洁等外貌管理行为。
Women’s Perception of Skin Aging and Anti-skin-aging Care Behavior

여성에게 피부노화는 심리적인 면에서 큰 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 여성들의 피부노화 인식과 항피부노 화 관리 행동과 관련된 요인을 확인하고자 하였다. 2018년 5월에서 6월 사이에 부산광역시와 경상남도 지역에 거주하는 30세 이상의 여성 228명을 대상으로 피부노화 인식도와 항피부노화 관리 행동에 대하여 자기기입식 설문조사 방식으로 연구하였다. 자료의 분석은 SAS(ver. 9.4)를 이용하여 실시하였다. 피부노화 인식도는 ‘30대’ 가 5점 만점에 3.90±0.37점으로 제일 높았다(p<0.001). 최종학력은 ‘대학교 졸업 이상’이 3.89±0.38점으로 인식도 가 높았으며(p<0.001), 음주빈도는 ‘안 한다’가 3.94±0.04점으로 피부노화 인식도가 높았다(p=0.024). 항피부노화 관리 행동은 월평균 수입 ‘300만원 이상’이 5점 만점에 3.35±0.56점으로 높았으며(p=0.049), 월평균 피부 투자비 용 ‘30만원 이상’이 3.45±0.46점으로 관리 행동이 높아 관리를 잘하고 있었다(p<0.001). 음주빈도는 ‘안 한다’가 3.38±0.55점으로 행동이 높았으며(p=0.004), 규칙적인 운동을 ‘한다’가 3.45±0.47점으로 행동이 높았다(p<0.001). 연구 대상자의 일반적 특성을 보정한 다중 회귀분석에서 피부노화 인식도가 높을수록 항피부노화 관리 행동을 잘하고 있었다(p<0.001). 피부노화 인식이 항피부노화 관리 행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치므로 여성들의 피부관리 행동을 개선하기 위해서는 피부노화에 대한 인식도를 제고시킬 필요가 있다.
From a psychological perspective, skin aging has a significant influence on women. This study attempted to investigate factors concerning women’s perception of skin aging and anti-skin-aging care behavior. For this, a self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted on 228 women aged 30 or older residing in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do from May to June, 2018. For data analysis, SAS (ver. 9.4) was used. The perception of skin aging was the highest in the age group of 30s with 3.90±0.37 out of 5 (p<0.001). It was also higher in ‘college graduate or higher’ with 3.89±0.38 points than ‘high school graduate or lower’ (p<0.001). When asked how often they drink, the perception of skin aging was higher in no drinking group with 3.94±0.04 points than drinking group (p=0.024). In terms of average monthly earnings, the anti-skin-aging care behavior was the highest in ‘KRW 3 million or higher’ with 3.35±0.56 points (p=0.049). In terms of anti-skin-aging care behavior by average monthly spending on skincare, ‘KRW 300,000 or higher’ was the highest with 3.45±0.46 points (p<0.001). In terms of anti-skin-aging care behavior by drinking, 'No (3.38±0.55)' was higher than 'Yes (3.12±0.55)' (p=0.004). In anti-skin-aging care behavior by regular exercise, ‘Yes ( 3.45±0.47)’ was higher than 'No (3.03±0.55)' with statistical significance (p<0.001). On multiple regression analysis, the perception of skin aging was positively associated with anti-skin-aging care behavior (p<0.001). Since the perception of skin aging has a positive influence on anti-skin-aging care behavior, it is needed to increase women’s perception of skin aging to improve their skincare behavior.
