중년여성의 일상스트레스, 우울감, 자아존중감이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

This study performed a questionnaire survey among a total of 209 middle-aged women in their 40-65. The data were collected through convenience sampling. With the collected data, the effects of daily stress, depression and self-esteem on quality of life were investigated. For this, t-test, ANOVA and post-hoc test were conducted and correlation analysis was carried out to examine how the above three variables are correlated to each other. In addition, multiple regression analysis was applied to investigate the factors affecting quality of life and the study results found the following: First, daily stress showed a statistically significant correlation with age, marital status, family type, health condition, menopausal status, social activity and religion. Second, in depression, a significant correlation was found with health condition and social activity. Third, self-esteem was correlated with age, marital status, family type, health condition, social activity and religion with statistical significance. Fourth, in quality of life, a statistically significant correlation was observed with age, marital status, income, family type, health condition, social activity and religion. Fifth, quality of life showed a statistically significant correlation with age, marital status, income, family type, health condition, social activity and religion, Sixth, in correlations among the quality of life, depress, self-esteem and daily stress, quality of life was higher as daily stress and self-esteem increased while depression was lower. This study has confirmed that daily stress, depression and self-esteem have an influence on the quality of life in middle-aged women. Further studies are needed on the development of a more structured model with the factors affecting the quality of life in middle-aged women.
本论文面向209名40周岁至65周岁的中年女性,利用结构化问卷,以方便抽样方式收集了调查问卷。 为了从收集的资料中了解生活压力、忧郁感、自尊感对生活质量产生的影响以及掌握基于一般特性的 生活压力、忧郁感、自尊感和生活质量之间的差异,进行了t-test、ANOVA和事后验证。另外,为了掌 握三个变数之间的关联性和对生活质量产生的影响,分别进行了相关分析和多重回归分析。经分析得 出的三个研究结论如下。第一,日常压力和年龄、结婚、家庭形式、健康状态、绝经与否、社会活动、 宗教等有着一定的关联性。第二,与忧郁感有关联性的因素有健康状态、社会活动等因素。第三,同自 尊感有关联性的因素则有年龄、结婚、收入、家庭形式、健康状态、社会活动、宗教等。第四,在生活 质量方面表现出一定关联性的因素有年龄、结婚、收入、家庭形式、健康状态、社会活动、宗教等。 第五,与生活质量水平有关联性的因素有年龄、结婚、收入、家庭形式、健康状态、社会活动、宗教 等。第六,生活质量、忧郁感、自尊感、日常压力之间的相关关系呈现出日常压力大、忧郁感程度低、 自尊感越高,生活质量就越高。由此可以确认,生活压力、忧郁感、自尊感等分别对中年女性的生活质 量都产生影响,但相比这些影响中年女性生活质量的因素,笔者认为日后应重点研究结构化建模。

During adolescence, students experience instability about their uncertain future and stress from their relationships with teachers and peers. This study attempted to investigate the effects of aromatherapy head & neck massage on psychological safety against high school students. For this, lavender, eucalyptus and Roman chamomile which are effective in reducing stress with little irritations were blended. The massage was given to a total of 20 alternative high school students in Ulsan twice a week over 5 weeks (10 times in total) from June 1 to July 5, 2016. They were asked to fill out the questionnaire before and after the experiment (in 5 times, in 10 times), and the data collected were analyzed, using SPSS V. 23.0. Then, the results found the followings: Stability levels improved from 2.83 (before experiment) to 3.66 (after experiment) (p<.001), and instability levels decreased from 2.84 (before experiment) to 1.71 (after experiment) (p<.001). The sub-factors of psychological stress (physical symptom, cognition, behavioral response and emotion) revealed a significant decrease in stress after 5 times of the experiment, but such decreasing pace slowed after the 10th experiment. This study has confirmed that aromatherapy head & neck massage has a positive effect on psychological stability in high school students.
青少年对不确定的未来有着强烈的不安,而且在脱离家庭生活的校园内会感受来自老师和同学的压 力。本文研究目的在于了解头颈部芳香按摩对高中省心理稳定产生的影响。为此,把刺激小且对缓解压 力有着显著功效的薰衣草、蓝桉、罗马甘菊等精油相混合,实施了头颈部按摩。研究对象为在蔚山居住 的替代性学校20名高中生,在2016年6月1日至7月5日期间每周实施了2次按摩,为期五周期间共实施10 次按摩。分别在实验前、5次按摩后及10次按摩后进行了问卷调查,并利用SPSS V.23.0统计系统进行 了分析。利用焦虑测量工具进行分析的结果显示,稳定指数从实验前的2 . 8 3上升到实验后的 3.66(p<.001),不稳定指数则从实验前的2.84下降至1.71(p<.001),由此可以得出芳香理疗对稳定心理有 着显著功效的结论。另外,在身体症状、认知、行动反应、情感等心理压力的子因素方面,5次按摩后有 着明显的压力缓解效果,但10次按摩后的压力减少幅度有所下降。通过这一研究可以得知,头颈部芳香 按摩有助于高中生心理稳定。

본 연구는 간호대학생의 봉사활동 참여 동기, 만족도, 참여태도 및 지속의지 간의 관계를 파악하여 봉사활동 지속의지에 미치는 영향 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 자가기입식 설문지를 이용하여 부산․경남지역에 거주하는 간호대학생을 임의로 표집한 166명으로 자료수집은 2017년 5월 1일부터 31일까지이 며 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 대상자의 봉사활동 지속의지는 참여 동 기(r=.661, p<.01), 만족도(r=.680, p<.01), 참여태도(r=.681, p<.01)와 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 간호대학생 의 봉사활동 지속의지에 미치는 영향 요인은 참여태도(β=.323, p<.001), 참여 동기(β=.233, p=.002), 만족도(β =.217, p=.007) 순으로 나타났으며 설명력은 59.5%였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 전공과 관련된 봉사활동을 경험할 수 있는 기회를 제공하여 봉사활동의 참여도를 높이고, 봉사활동이 지속적으로 활성화 할 수 있는 프로그램 개발 이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.
This paper investigated participation motivation, satisfaction, participation attitude, willingness to continue and identifying the influencing factors on willingness to continue voluntary activities among nursing students. A self-reported questionnaire survey was carried out among 166 nursing students from four universities in Pusan and Gyeongsangnamdo, May 2017. There was significant positive correlation among willingness to continue and participation motivation (r=.661, p<.01), satisfaction (r=.680, p<.01), and participation attitude (r=.681, p<.01) of voluntary activities. Factors influencing nursing students’ willingness to volunteer included participation attitude (β=.323), participation motivation (β=.233), and satisfaction (β=.217). The model was statistically significant explaining 59.5% of the variance (F=35.66, p<.001). Therefore, development of an effective program is necessary to increase participation in community service as well as ongoing revitalization of community service.

This study analyzed demographic differences in health & beauty store users’ attitudes. For this, a questionnaire survey was conducted among women in their teens to 50s. To analyze the collected data, t-test and analysis of variance were performed using SPSS 23.0. For post-hoc analysis, The study results found the following: First, in terms of age, ‘product diversity’, ‘interest in shopping’ and ‘product value’ were statistically significant. Specifically, ‘product diversity’ and ‘interest in shopping’ were the highest among those in their 20s while ‘product value’ was highest among those in their 40s. Second, in terms of profession, ‘price acceptability’ was statistically significant. Depending on health & beauty store users’ attitudes, women other than housewives, students, professionals and office workers showed a high interest in product prices. Third, in terms of marital status, ‘product diversity’, ‘interest in shipping’ and ‘product value’ were statistically significant. Specifically, ‘product diversity’ and ‘interest in shopping’ were high among singles while ‘product value’ was the highest among the married.
为了分析健身和美容商店顾客态度的人口统计学差异,面向10~59岁女性分发问卷进行了问卷调查, 并利用SPSS23.0统计系统,对顾客态度差异进行了t-test和分散分析。事后检验则利用Scheffé test,将 可信度提高至0.6以上。根据分析结果,将相关因素定为商品多样性、可信度、购物兴趣、商品价值、 价格合理性。首先,不同年龄对商品多样性、购物兴趣、商品价值呈现出差异性,比如20~29岁的顾客 在商品多样性和购物兴趣方面平均分最高,而40~49岁的顾客则在注重商品价值方面呈现最高平均 分。第二,不同职业在价格合理性方面呈现差异。在健身美容商店顾客的态度类型方面,除了全职主 妇、学生、专职工作从业者、文职工作从业者以外,拥有其他职业的女性更多关注的是健身美容商店中 商品价格。第三,结婚状态对商品多样性、购物兴趣和商品价值都有影响,其中未婚顾客在商品多样性 和购物兴趣方面平均分较高,而在商品价值方面已婚顾客的平均分最高。
대학생들의 두피·모발관리태도에 따른 제품 구매행동에 관한 연구

This study investigated hair and scalp conditions and care attitudes among college students, examine product purchase behavior and provide basic data needed to promote the hair and scalp care industry and develop related products. For this, a questionnaire survey regarding subjects’ general characteristics, self-diagnosis of hair and scalp conditions, hair and scalp care attitude and product purchase behavior was performed among a total of 210 college students in Incheon from October 20 to November 20, 2019, and the results found the following: In terms of hair and scalp care attitude by gender, a statistically significant difference was found (p<.01) in ‘shampooing frequency (p<.001)’, ‘time of shampooing (p<.001)’, ‘time taken for shampooing (p<.001)’, ‘use of hair conditioner (Y/N) (p<.001)’, ‘store from which the hair and scalp care product is purchased (p<.001)’ and ‘a required product (p<.001)’. When differences in purchase behavior by gender were compared, a statistically significant difference was observed (p<.05) with 2.86±0.72 (college men) and 3.05±0.54 (college women). Quality factors have also shown a significant difference with 90±0.60 (college men) and 3.20±0.59 (college women).
本文对男女大学生的头皮·头发状态以及头皮·头发管理态度进行了调查,并在调查基础上了解其 产品购买行为,旨在为头皮·头发产业以及产品开发提供必要的基础资料。在2019年10月20日~11月 20日期间,面向在仁川地区所在大学学习的210名男女在校大学生进行了以一般特性、对头皮·头发状 态的自我诊断、头皮·头发管理态度、头皮·头发产品购买行动为主要内容问卷调查。根据不同性别, 对头皮·头发管理态度进行的比较结果显示,男同学几乎很少使用护发素,相反很多女同学每天都会使 用护发素。另外,在购买头皮·头发管理产品方面,男同学一般在大型超市购买,多数女同学则在网上购 物商城和美发店或专卖店购买相关产品。在认为有必要购买的产品方面,男同学认为头皮清洁剂和头 皮面膜是必要产品,女同学则认为护发素是必要产品。在根据头皮·头发状态划分的良好群组和不良群 组中,良好群组普遍使用普通洗发露,相反不良组群组则使用防脱发洗发露的比例较高。另外,良好群组 基本不使用改善头皮·脱发产品,但不良群组使用防脱发洗发露的比例较高。经分析,在头皮·头发管 理产品购买行为方面,考虑品质(功效)选择产品的比例最高,其中获取相关信息最多的渠道为互联网,而 在价格方面则通过比较不同品牌进行购买。对于头皮·头发管理产品购买行为,从性别角度进行的比较 结果显示,女同学在品味(p<.05)和品质(效果)(p<.01)选择上都高于男性。对于头皮·头发管理产品购 买行为,从不同头皮·头发状态的对比群组进行比较的结果显示,相比良好群组,不良群组受购买行为相 关因素中广告因素影响更高(p<.001)。

This study investigated the effects of career preparedness behavior on interest in employment and satisfaction with cosmetology education among female students in their 20-50s getting cosmetology training at vocational schools. In terms their age, educational background and marital status, ’25 or younger (21.9%)’, ‘high school graduates or below (56.2%)’ and ‘married (39.0%)’ were the highest, respectively. In their satisfaction with cosmetology education, no statistically significant difference was found by age, educational background or marital status, but the proportion of positive responses was high. In the influence of interest in employment on satisfaction with cosmetology education, motivators and satisfaction with educational services were found. Regarding the influence of interest in employment and satisfaction with cosmetology education on career preparedness behavior, satisfaction with educational services and motivators revealed a statistically significant difference. As their satisfaction with educational services (educational level and environments) increased, influence on career preparedness behavior was the largest. Based on the above results, there should be further analysis of influence on students’ satisfaction with cosmetology training programs at vocational schools. It would also be required to develop a scientific system along with more systematic education for qualitative growth and development.
本文以面临就业困难的20~59岁女性培训生为调查对象,在为从事美容行业而接受美容教育培训过 程中,针对就业关注度因素对美容培训满意度和职业生涯规划行为产生的影响进行了调查研究。2015 年9月17日~9月21日期间,针对在位于釜山广域市的S职业培训学校接受美容教育的20~59岁女性培训 生进行了问卷调查。收集的150份问卷调查表中,作费因未如实解答相关问题的4份调查表,对146份有 效问卷调查表进行了分析。分析结果显示,参与问卷调查的应答者中25岁以下年龄段(21.9%)、高中以 下学历(56.2%)、已婚女性(39.0%)所占的比重最高。在美容培训满意度方面,不同年龄段、学历、婚 姻情况因素并没有呈现出具有意义的统计差异,但在不同培训领域则对美容培训满意度和教育课程满 意度呈现值得关注的差异。就业关注度因素对教育服务满意度、教育课程满意度、讲师满意度产生的 影响呈现为自信因素,而就业关注度因素对教育满意度产生的影响分为激发动机的因素和教育服务满 意度。就业关注度因素和美容教育满意度对职业生涯规划行为产生的影响在教育服务满意度、激发动 机因素方面呈现明显的差异,而且随着对美容教育水平和环境培训满意度提高,对职业生涯规划产生了 最为重要的影响。

This study attempted to investigate youthful and stylish hairstyles which are good for silver-generation women in consideration of their trendy hairstyles. For this, previous studies on their hairstyles and other data such as the Internet and magazines were analyzed. Based on such theoretical research, this study targeted to create hairstyles (cut, colored, perm) for 5 silver women and produce silver hairstyles, using different hair services: cut (medium, bob, layered), colored (dark, orange, natural), perm (regular wave, set wave, volume wave). To make up for changes in facial shape and thin and flat hair resulting from aging, a short hairstyle which gives volume with natural layers on the side and top and forms a simple and neat image is created. A medium haircut makes women look younger without volume or elegant and womanly with volume. A bob style can give maximum volume to the back and top so that it can be the best option for silver-generation women. In overall, diverse images can be produced by hair length, and neat and stylish styles are created. Short-layered haircuts can also give volume and are popular among silver-generation women with thin hair and less volume. They produce active and fresh images. In terms of colored hairstyles, red/natural color was mostly preferred. In permanent wave, light/heavy wave or voluminous perm was popular.
鉴于银发族女性流行发型,为了了解适合银发族女性的年轻时尚发型,本文通过借鉴先行研究成果以 及收集分析网络和杂志等媒体上的相关资料,梳理了理论研究。在这一基础上,尝试给5名银发族女性制 作发型(剪发、染发、卷发)的同时,利用剪发(中长发、波波头、有层次感的碎发)、染发(黑色、橙色、 自然色)、卷发(普通卷、定制卷、波浪卷)三种发型设计方法,呈现出各具特色的银发族发型风格。精 炼端庄的短发发型,不仅可以解救因衰老发生变化的脸型以及头发稀疏细软问题,而且还使头部两侧和 顶部富有层次感,头发看起来更加丰满。中长发发型,如果没有卷发,看起来会更年轻,如果卷发,则看起 来更加优雅,富有女人味。波波头是一款最适合银发族女性的发型,可以使后脑和额头部分看起来十分 丰满。另外,根据头发不同的长度,也可以呈现出不同风格的形象,而且看起来更加端庄成熟。看起来十 分清爽且富有朝气的短发发型也可以使头发非常丰满,而且不受发量多少限制,是银发族女性最常见的 发型。银发族女性普遍喜欢的染发颜色为红色或自然色。银发族女性常见的卷发风格则有细卷、粗卷 或立体卷等。
미용직업전문학교 미용훈련의 참여 동기와 미용교육만족도에 관한 연구

This study analyzed those participating in cosmetology vocational training programs. Specifically, it attempted to investigate their satisfaction with the cosmetology programs, motives to participate and changes in their satisfaction with such programs by participation motives. For this, a questionnaire survey was performed among the students of vocational schools in Yangsan, Gyeongsangnam-do from July 1 to 20, 2015. With a total of 107 copies, frequency analysis, regression analysis and principal component analysis (PCA) were conducted using SPSS 18.0, and the results found the following: According to regression analysis on subjects’ general characteristics affecting their satisfaction with cosmetology training programs and motivators, ‘self-actualization (β=0.542)’ was the highest, followed by ‘skills development (β=0.322)’, ‘self-efficacy (β=0.276)’ and ‘contribution to society (β=-0.199)’. In terms of regression between subjects’ general characteristics affecting their satisfaction with training results and motivators, ‘self-actualization (β=0.542)’ was the highest, followed by ‘self-efficacy (β=0.317)’ and ‘age (β=-0.162)’. According to regression analysis on subjects’ general characteristics affecting their satisfaction with access to such training program and motivators, ‘skills development (β=0.452)’ was the highest, followed by ‘self-actualization (β=0.298)’ and ‘contribution to society (β=-0.230)’.
本文研究目的在于调查参与美容职业能力开发培训项目的人员的一般特性是否会对美容培训满意度造成差 异、培训人员的参与动机是什么、参与动机是否对美容培训产生不同的满意度等。在2015年7月1日~7月20 日期间,向面庆南梁山地区职业专门学校培训生进行了问卷调查。通过SPSS对收集的107份问卷调查表进行 了频度分析、回归分析、主成分分析。对问卷调查进行回归分析的结果显示,对美容培训满意度产生影响的 一般特性和参与动机呈现为自我实现因素(β=0.542)、能力开发因素(β=0.322)、自我功效因素(β=0.27 6)、社会贡献因素(β=-0.162),而对培训结果满意度产生影响的一般特性和动机则表现为自我实现因素(β =0.540)、自我功效因素(β=0.317)、年龄因素(β=-0.162)。最后,对于教育可达性满意度产生影响的一 般特性和动机呈现为能力开发因素(β=0.452)、自我实现因素(β=0.298)、社会贡献因素(β=-0.230)。鉴 于此,为了提高美容职业能力开发培训项目中对美容培训的满意度,应保障培训项目能够实现培训生的自我 价值,同时应开发有助于提高专业性和实力的培训项目,以提高培训生的参与度,推动相关学术研究的可持 续发展。
인구통계학적 특성에 따른 웨딩상품 선택속성의 차이 연구

This study analyzed differences in wedding product selection attributes by demographic characteristics. For this, a questionnaire survey was conducted among adult men and women in their 20-40s. To analyze the collected data, t-test and ANOVA were performed using SPSS 23.0. For post-hoc analysis. The study results found the following: In terms of marital status, a statistically significant difference was found in all factors according to educational background among singles. In wedding dress, on the contrary, no significant difference was observed by educational background. In terms of age, ‘wedding studio’ revealed a statistically significant difference while no difference was found in ‘hairdressing & makeup’ and ‘wedding dress’. In terms of pocket money, ‘hairdressing & makeup’ showed a significant difference while no difference was found in ‘wedding studio’, ‘wedding place’ and ‘wedding dress’. In terms of profession, ‘wedding studio’ revealed a significant difference while no statistical difference was observed in ‘wedding place’, ‘hairdressing & makeup’ and ‘wedding dress’.
为了基于人口统计学特性,分析结婚商品选择属性差异,面向20~49岁成年男性和女性分发问卷进行 了问卷调查。对基于人口统计学特征的利用态度差异,利用SPSS23.0统计系统,进行了t-test和分散分析 (ANOVA)。事后检验则利用Scheffé test,将可信度提高至0.7以上。另外,子因素分为婚纱摄影棚、婚 宴场所、美发和化妆、婚纱。研究结果显示,在结婚商品选择属性方面,相比未婚,已婚人士在学历方面 呈现出具有意义的差异,然而学历因素在婚纱选择方面却没有造成差异。另外,根据不同年龄段,在婚纱 摄影棚选择方面产生了差异,但在婚宴场所、美发和化妆、婚纱选择方面,则没有呈现出具体差异。与 此同时,根据零花钱的多少,在美发和化妆方面出现一定差异,但在婚纱摄影棚、婚宴场所、婚纱选择方 面却没有多少差异。最后,不同职业对选择婚纱摄影棚产生不同影响,但对选择婚宴场所、美发和化 妆、婚纱方面几乎没有差异。
산욕기 테라피가 고령 산모의 신체조성과 골반 형태 변화에 미치는 영향

This study investigated the characteristics of advanced maternal age and to examine the effects of postpartum therapy on body composition and change of the morphologic pelvis. Postpartum therapy was applied to advanced maternal age with low back pain, 90 minutes twice a week for 6 weeks. The data were collected using body composition, pelvic measuring instrument, and pelvic X-ray and data were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program. As a result, there were significant differences in weight, body fat mass, body fat percentage, pelvic balance, sacral breadth (SB), transverse diameter of pelvic inlet (TD), and width of symphysis pubis (WSP) following postpartum therapy (weight p<.05; body fat mass, body fat percentage p<.01, pelvic balance p<.001, SB, TD p<.001, WSP p<.01). It was confirmed that postpartum therapy has a positive effect on postpartum physical recovery in advanced maternal age. Based on these results, if the postpartum therapy program is used as a part of postpartum care, it can contribute to rapid physical recovery and preventive health management for women who give birth.
本研究通过确认结合适用于产褥期产妇的手气疗法和运动疗法的产褥期理疗对高龄产妇产后恢复产 生的影响,作为产后管理护理干预的基础资料。针对来访妇产科的患有腰痛的产褥期高龄产妇为对象, 在6周的产褥期每周进行2次90分钟产褥期理疗后通过智能计中计和骨盆测量仪、腰骨盆部位X-RAY, 对身体构成和骨盆平衡、骨盆形态变化进行了调查,并利用SPSS22.0统计系统对收集的资料进行了分 析。分析结果显示,体重、体脂肪量、体脂肪率、骨盆平衡、骨盆宽度、骨盆入口直径、耻骨结合幅度 方面出现了显出的差异(体重p<.05; 体脂肪量、体脂肪率 p<.01; 骨盆平衡 p<.001; 骨盆宽度、骨盆入口直径 p<.001; 耻骨结合幅度 p<.01)。通过上述结果可以看出相比没有进行相关理疗的对照组,接受 产褥期理疗的实验组高龄产妇身体恢复速度更快。鉴于当前高龄产妇增多的情况,若从预防性健康管 理层面,把产褥期理疗纳入产后管理项目中,姜有助于增进产妇健康。

This paper identified the effects of a postpartum program on the knowledge and confidence regarding postpartum women and newborns in visiting nurses. The study used a non-equivalent control group and pretest-posttest design. A postpartum program was treated by an experimental group (n=29), while no treatment was given to a control group (n=30). The study was conducted from May 1 to June 30, 2018 and the study subjects were visiting nurses who worked at the community health center in B city. Data were analyzed by chi-square test and t-test using the SPSS program. Postnatal care knowledge (t=3.244, p=.002), confidence (t=3.161, p=.003) and neonatal care knowledge (t=2.314, p=.024), and confidence (t=2.642, p=.011) were found to increase significantly in the treatment group. Based on the above, visiting nurses should care for postpartum women and newborns after receiving education on postpartum care.
本研究是为了了解产后管理项目对访视护士的产褥期护理和新生儿养育知识以及信心产生的效果而 进行的与非等同性对照组前后测设计相类似的实验研究。研究对象为在B广域市14个保健所工作的访 视护士。其中29名为在为期四周期间每周参与150分钟产后管理项目的实验组,而另一组为未实施干预 的30名对照组。资料在2018年5月1日至6月30日期间收集后,利用SPSS 21.0项目进行了分析。分析结 果显示,产后管理项目对提高访视护士产褥期护理知识(t=3.224, p=.002)、产褥期护理信心(t=3.161, p=.003)、新生儿养育知识(t=2.314, p=.024)、新生儿养育信心(t=2.642, p=.011)有显著效果。鉴于 此,建议护理产妇的访视护士参与产后管理项目后照料产妇和新生儿。
