This paper identified the effects of a postpartum program on the knowledge and confidence regarding postpartum women and newborns in visiting nurses. The study used a non-equivalent control group and pretest-posttest design. A postpartum program was treated by an experimental group (n=29), while no treatment was given to a control group (n=30). The study was conducted from May 1 to June 30, 2018 and the study subjects were visiting nurses who worked at the community health center in B city. Data were analyzed by chi-square test and t-test using the SPSS program. Postnatal care knowledge (t=3.244, p=.002), confidence (t=3.161, p=.003) and neonatal care knowledge (t=2.314, p=.024), and confidence (t=2.642, p=.011) were found to increase significantly in the treatment group. Based on the above, visiting nurses should care for postpartum women and newborns after receiving education on postpartum care.

本研究是为了了解产后管理项目对访视护士的产褥期护理和新生儿养育知识以及信心产生的效果而 进行的与非等同性对照组前后测设计相类似的实验研究。研究对象为在B广域市14个保健所工作的访 视护士。其中29名为在为期四周期间每周参与150分钟产后管理项目的实验组，而另一组为未实施干预 的30名对照组。资料在2018年5月1日至6月30日期间收集后，利用SPSS 21.0项目进行了分析。分析结 果显示，产后管理项目对提高访视护士产褥期护理知识(t=3.224, p=.002)、产褥期护理信心(t=3.161, p=.003)、新生儿养育知识(t=2.314, p=.024)、新生儿养育信心(t=2.642, p=.011)有显著效果。鉴于 此，建议护理产妇的访视护士参与产后管理项目后照料产妇和新生儿。
