This Study aims to present the guidelines for the activation of the domestic GS certification market through the assessment of the characteristics of the demands of the domestic SW companies pursuing to acquire GS certification. As the results of the factor analysis of the guidelines for the activation of the domestic GS certification market, (1) strictness of the certification standards, (2) level of satisfaction on the certification services and (3) certification effects were deduced as the specific variables. This study is highly significant in that the fact that the certification market is more effectively activated when the 3 factors, namely, strictness of the certification standards, level of satisfaction on the certification services and certification effects, have been intensively reinforced although there exist countless number of specific variables including certification system, certification cost, certification expertise and certification marketing, etc. in order to activate GS certification market has been statistically verified.

The purpose of this study is about the influence of the Service quality on the customer loyalty depending on the customer value(social and psychological value, functional value) because of the dynamic business environment is react quickly and flexibly, many of today's companies are required to consult an expert. According to the circumstances, Service Firms(Hotel) should be provide a differentiated service for each customer. And this paper attempt to theoretical organize and take advantage of practical in Service industry. The questionaries of 154 from the companies which have received Service in 3 years in the metropolis and small and medium-sized cities were used to test hierarchical regression model with mediating effects of customer value between Service quality and Customer loyalty by SPSS(PASW) 18.0 version. From these analyses, the following results were obtained: First, social-psychological value have partially mediated effect on the tangibility, responsibility, assurance and customer loyalty. Second, functional value have partially mediated effects on the between tangibles, reliability and customer loyalty. The result suggests that 'tangibility', 'reliability', 'responsibility', 'assurance', 'empathy' are the most important factors to affect customer loyalty, and there are partially mediated effects of customer intention between Service quality and Customer loyalty. In conclusion, to improve the specific and actual meaning and value about the Hotel service quality and to give the suggestions on the Hotel's marketing communication by understanding the customer action.

This Study aims to analyze the factors for the success of commercialization of the facial extraction and recognition image security information system of the domestic companies in Korea. As the results of the analysis, the internal factors for the success of commercialization of the facial extraction and recognition image security information system of the company were found to include (1) Holding of technology for close range facial recognition, (2) Holding of several facial recognition related patents, (3) Preference for the facial recognition security system over the fingerprint recognition and (4) strong volition of the CEO of the corresponding company. On the other hand, the external environmental factors for the success were found to include (1) Extensiveness of the market, (2) Rapid growth of the global facial recognition market, (3) Increased demand for the image security system, (4) Competition in securing of the engine for facial extraction and recognition and (5) Selection by the government as one of the 100 major strategic products.
